Au where Damian comes to Gotham with the goal of infiltrating and eventually overthrowing Batman instead of inheriting the mantle. Not much changes from canon except for the fact that he views everything that batman owns as his. That's his future cave and his future batmobile. This also includes his robins. After all everyone knows Batman wouldn't really be Batman without them.

Cue a very bewildered Tim being lectured on his eating habits by a righteous Damian who won't let one of his people take shortcuts with their health.

Revisiting my nightmare design and giving him another outfit for fun!

Also some practice with expressions based on the expression sheet by @/capochiino because I need to work on drawing faces more expressively-

I also drew this cause I wanted to explore a better dressed nightmare- personality wise I feel like it makes more sense to have him be a bit more extravagant or well put together than his cannon design with just the hoodie.

For my own interpretation of him, I feel like it would be interesting to approach his character in a way where he does both- the more elaborate or fancy outfits preferably, but the hoodie fit as more of a crutch for when he needs it, linking his outward expression and appearance to his stability and control over his own emotions/ the corruption.

I think when he first turned, the corruption would’ve made him quite unstable emotionally, and taken away a lot of control- being visually represented by it soaking through and staining all of his clothes to be the same colour as the corruption itself. Kinda showing him being overwhelmed by the new influence. But the more comfortable he becomes, the better he’s able to manage the new state, giving him the opportunity to do things more to his own taste.

This also allows him to experiment with adding some pops of colour to his clothes, though he’d still stick to darker tones to protect his pride- so that it’s not as obvious when his control lapses and the corruption seeps through to contaminate the garments. On particularly bad days he’d revert to his cannon clothing, both to save the clothes he likes from being tarnished, but also as a way to seek comfort.

I’m not sure if I explained that super well lol, but those are kinda my personal head cannons.

thinking about kid logic and how to kids, everything is black and white for the longest time. they don’t have critical thinking skills and its easy for them to just accept things because they have no reason to question it. 

therefore, thinking about bradley’s family realising it one day when he’s with carole and maverick, and bradley just pipping up with,

“uncle mav, when you marry uncle ice, does that mean you’re gonna be maverick man too?”

and (after maverick’s brain stops short circuiting because marry ice marry ice marry ice marry ice marry ICE?!) he just calmly swallows, and asks in an incredibly high pitched voice because he’s still in shock,

“why would i be maverick man?”

and bradley, giving him the obvious look of ‘don’t be silly uncle mav…’ tells him, “well if uncle ice’s surname is man, when you marry him, you gonna be like momma and copy his name. like how momma is momma goose. and i’m baby goose. so you gotta be maverick man like uncle ice is ice man.”

and naturally, once carole and maverick have caught on to his child logic, carole is just cackling in the corner, and maverick is incredibly red because he’s still not over bradley’s incredibly calm assessment that his uncle mav and his uncle ice are going to get married one day (they’ll save explaining why that won't be happening (anytime soon) until he’s older), and maverick has to explain that uncle ice’s surname is actually kazansky and his full callsign is iceman, not just ice. they just call him ice because it’s easier, like how bradley calls him mav because its easier than maverick. 

carole is still no help because she’s already planning the icemav wedding in her mind because ‘excellent idea baby goose!!!”, and maverick then has to explain that actually, bradley’s surname isn’t goose, it’s bradshaw. and momma and daddy’s names aren’t momma and daddy goose, it’s carole and nick bradshaw. 

bradley’s exclaimed shock of WHAT still echoes in maverick’s ear 30 years later whenever he thinks about how he had to explain to a 5 year old bradley that his surname isn’t a cool one like goose, but rather just a normal surname like bradshaw, and that momma and daddy have different names. 

rumour has it adult bradley is still feeling betrayed to this day. 

(slider exclusively refers to maverick as mr man once him and ice do get married purely to be annoying for a long time.)

The first time Mav invites himself over to Ice and Slider's place, he finds Slider sitting on the couch, with a giant golden retriever's head in his lap.

"Hey, uh. Slider." Maverick croaks awkwardly, all the confidence he gathered to barge in leaving him when the dog perks up and looks at him. "Didn't know you had a dog."

"Maverick!" Slider actually flinches, surprised, and Mav winces. "I, uhm- it's not my dog?"

"Did you steal it?"

"What? No! I'm... watching him for my sister."

The dog huffs and drops his head back on Slider's thigh.

"What- what are you doing here, did you need anything?"

"No, I..." Mav hesitates. "I was just... bored? But I can go-"

"Don't be stupid." Slider shifts up a little, careful not to disturb the dog as he gestures to the tv screen. "This one's not much of a watch buddy, and I need someone who's not trapped here to get the beers from the fridge."

Mav obediently gets the beers while Slider somehow convinces the dog to make space for him on the couch.

"So what's his name?" Mav asks when he fits himself between Slider and the armrest, the dog watching him lazily with half open eyes.

"Uhm.... Snowman."

The dog huffs again, but he looks at least a little interested when Mav reaches out with his palm up, lifting his head to sniff at him. He lies back down again after barely a few seconds, and Mav takes that as his permission to pet him.

"You're such a cute boy, aren't you?" His voice slips into that cutesy tone that people talk to babies with, but he can't help it. Snowman's fur is so damn fluffy. "You're so fluffy, Snowy, such a cute puppy, yes, you are."

Newly dubbed Snowy huffs, and Slider chuckles. "Yeah, he's not really that kind of a dog."

"Not a cuddler?"

"Only on his own terms." As if to demonstrate, Slider scratches behind his ear and Snowman leans into it happily. "He's more like a cat, really."

"Sounds like another winter themed guy we know. Where is he, by the way?"

Slider barks out a sharp laugh and Snowman grumbles. "Ice is.... taking a break. Don't worry about him, Mav."

A while ago the was going around an art challenge where you draw your favourite Fire Emblem character of each letter of the alphabet. Figured I'd give it a shot, let's see if I can finish this. Here's ABC.

My biggest Idia head canon is that he has an art account in magicam that is REALLY popular and a lot of people follow him. Its not the gloomurai name because that is his gamer ID, not his art one. Most of the things he posts are just fanart about some obscure anime and his interests. It's not a secret that he is also gloomurai, but it IS a secret that he is Idia Shroud.

Imagine Idia doing commissions for people at NRC, Vil agency commissioning him because he likes his work. And Idia straight up freaking out because "what do you mean THE Vil Schoenheit my schoolmate and fellow dorm leader wants to commission me?????".

Imagine him doing the poster for the VDC festival and nobody knows anything. He is preparing hard for his presentation and had the poster drawn like four different versions. The poster is a hit, and the presentation goes really well. Ignoring the overbolt fiasco, everything went well! And then STYX happens, and nothing will go wrong. They will all forget. And then everything goes really, REALLY wrong.

I'm sure Idia would not mention in any way his fanartist identity, but Ortho would "slip up" and the cat is out of the bag. When they return home, everyone is keeping it secret, mostly because with everything going on it brings more problems that anything else.

But then he starts showing up for classes and Vil asks about his art. He did like it, and is surprised why he wasn't posted in some time. I honestly can see him freaking out completely and not knowing what to say.
