One thing I will always find really funny is you could give me literally any f/f ship ever and I will probably love it or at least be like “yes yes I see the vision” no matter how much of a rarepair or even a crackship it is. M/f you’ve got about a 30% chance to sell it to me based on a lot of genuinely good canon backing and consistent writing. M/m ships? The moon has to be in the right phase and the wind fair and if the exact conditions are met I might be deigned to hear it out. Truly I was put on this earth to balance against the fujoshis

detroit become human is my fucking white whale.. every time i think about it for even a fraction of a second my brain just explodes with all the ways it could have been a good game. and then i have to move on with my day because well. it isn't a good game. it sucks actually

it’s so gross when girls hate on other girls, it’s ok to not like something they’re doing but openly bashing them and putting them down is just gross behavior it’s so icky

I just picture myself hitting the intrusive thought with a fly swatter while looking disappointed or saying “no!” Or “bad!”

I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but intrusive thoughts are basically your brain’s (sometimes very upsetting) way of saying “If there were two guys on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock would that be fucked up or what?”

I’ve personally found that adding the “would that be fucked or what?” part in myself really helps put the more disturbing thoughts we sometimes get into perspective. Helps me say “yeah thar sure would be fucked up” and move on with my day.

It’s not a secret desire, it’s not something that only occurs to you because you’re a bad person. It’s just your brain deciding to process the fact that it knows an uncomfortable thing exists in the world by feeding it to you in an absurd “what if” with you as the main character.

slow down for your disabled friends. thats like a bare minimum kindness that we shouldnt have to ask for. i love that youre so quirky and walking fast is a cool personality trait to you and all that but i bet you can count your physically disabled friends on less than one hand

"hello, i am here to talk to you about the incident from a few minutes ago, because i feel you might be unwell, and i am invested in your personal wellbeing." "thank you, i am unwell because the incident was hurtful to me due to my childhood, which was bad." I CANT!!!!

do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!
