She would be a haunted house kid in high school.

After this it was agreed that Mabel has to give some warning before she pops up after more practice so as to not give anyone a heart attack.

#club fair happened a few weeks ago and I got Murdered at the haunted house set up while wearing a shooting star earring. after questioning #if the stitched heart one would have been more appropriate my friend said she’d absolutely do this and he’s right. so I drew this #I was fighting with that comic for So long I’m just happy to be done with it #obviously Stan’s in his sailing clothes and Mabel’s outfit is based off of one of the Polaroids in the end credits of weirdmaggedon part 3 #learning how to draw different ages… slowly… it’s a learning curve alright.#mabel pines #stanley pines #grunkle stan #gravity falls #tw blood #it’s sfx obviously but just in case y’know?#you can tell that I started the comic before I started sketching them lol #also yes that is a reasonable amount of fake blood to be on her hands for just adding a couple dabs. that stuff gets Everywhere #my art

i made a rough timeline for the clone^2 au, just for my own convenience sake when dating things. some things might be out of order from the episode date, and thats also for my convenience.

September 3rd: Danny, age 14, has the accident in the lab that turns him liminal

September 10th: Danny is discharged from the hospital and given two weeks leave from school

September 24th: his sick leave ends, and Danny returns to school

October 14th: Danny sneaks into his parents' basement and releases the ghosts they have trapped in cages. Official birth of the vigilante, Phantom

November 27th: Danny fights Pariah Dark, and wins

December 24th: the Ghost Writer torments Danny

February 12th: Danny's 15th birthday

March 3rd: its been six months since Danny's accident

March 7th: Danny fights his evil future self

May 8th: Danny meets Ellie [age 15] and they become twins

December 14th: Danny finds out from his parents that he's a clone

February 12th: Danny's 16th birthday

Early-Mid April: Danny meets Damian [age 6] :)

Mid-Late April: Damian runs off for the first time, damages Danny's hands the first time

May: Damian runs off two more times in the span of three weeks, he damages Danny's hands both times.

Early June: Damian runs off one more time, damages Danny's hands again, resulting in permanent nerve damage.

Mid-Late June: Damian finally gives up on the League coming to get him and joins the Fenton Family.

July: Damian finally coaxes Danny into letting him come along with him on patrol: Wraith is born.

#danny fenton is not the ghost king #dpxdc #dpxdc crossover #clone^2 #danny fenton is a clone #this only focuses on the earlier parts of the au because those are most important imo. figuring out when danny's accident was. when he #became phantom. when he met damian. etc. is all pretty important stuff and helps me figure out ages beyond '10 year gap'#not super important stuff to much anyone else i think but its nice to have it written down as reference #i usually put danny's accident as happening at the beginning of the school year. tis convenient that way #me: hmmm when do i make danny find out he's a clone. beginning of the school year makes the most sense right???#me:....or.... i could ruin his christmas again :)#thought about increasing the amount of times damian runs off but... thats a LOT of time he's run off and i didnt want to go overboard #same thing with danny's hands. thought about hurting him more frequently but honestly taking a blade to the hand is already damaging enough #on its own. catch a blade with his hands four times would be enough to cause permanent nerve damage and also he would have learned his #lesson if it happened more frequently.#so damian runs off 4 times in the span of essentially 2 months #and four times danny catches his blade. three times he got cut. one time he needed stitches #anyways thats the timeline for now. made totally for convenience sake and no other reason #totally dont look at my google docs there’s nothing there but half forgotten wips and cfau master doc

hey there's a lot of shit out in the world but like. there's also 300k fanfics written as labours of love and exuberant comment threads on art that point out and gush over little details and there's people who spend hours sewing tiny details on their cosplays and there's fragments of poetry that get shared over and over and bring emotions over and over and there's entire communities of people built around 'we loved a story together' or 'we made a story together' and there's people poring over every line in a work and building theories together and there's getting together with your friends to have ridiculous fantasy adventures every week and yeah. there's some good stories here too yknow.

#text post #my post #yes this post was made immediately after d&d when i am emotional about the absolute fucking luck and joy of getting to do this regularly #but like #yknow not to quote the 11th doctor on you but it's TRUE we are all stories in the end #anyway i've been listening to lilli furfaro's stories a lot can you tell #just like. art and people and shared story and yeah #i got like three ao3 comments from the same person last week cause i'd left a comment on their work #and like. we don't know each other we've never met but now we've gone through each other pages and realised we feel the same way about this #and we have made each other smile with comments multiple times over the last week. that's fucking wild #like you know you watch a cosplay video and you see how many people and how much love and how much togetherness has gone into it #you recommend a book to a friend with your favourite passages underlined #you take part in a fic exchange and you make each other cry with words #you watch your friends roll dice and have emotions and fight and succeed and fail and you build a world together #idk idk i'd say i'm too emotional about this but i think i am the right amount of emotional actually #as lilli furfaro said. stories stitched together are how families are born

Cosy December Books Reading update!

Hey guys! I can’t remember the last time I updated, but I promise I am reading lol.

I’m currently halfway through Ten Thousand Stitches and God, it is so good!! I love that even though we are following a different female MC, Effie (with the recurring character of Lord Blackthorn), it’s still entertaining to read. I love how there are more weirder and magical elements in this book too.

I can see why the blurb mentioned it being like a Cinderella twist. Effie is such a fun character and I love the friendship she has with Lydia.

Lord Blackthorn is also such a distinctive character! He’s so charismatic and light-hearted about everything, which can be a blessing when your environment screams the opposite, especially for Effie. I’m sensing a shift in what Effie desires which is not surprising but exciting all the same!

Can’t wait to see the brewing romance develop more! Give me more of the angst!

im literally so tired but i dont know if i can sleep right now

#i didnt try but im so worried about my girl #shes pretty high right now and seems stable so shes probably fine #she like doesnt wanna move too much #not fussing about being in the xl dog cage. making it easy on me #not bothering her stitches (she has cone on but i will get coverall tomorrow)#(i tried MAKING one but idk if this will work and Hope isnt being a model for me)#(i dont wanna fuss with Olive especially when shes being docile so i think her high in the big donut cone will be fine until tomorrow)#but i DO worry that she'll in the middle of the night start kicking her stitches out #fuuuck ....#shes always very stitch-considerate but this is an unprescidented amount and length of stitches

i STILL can't find a pattern for my lovely halloween yarns. i wanna do something lacy but i also wanna do something large bc i have like 4000 yards of it or something. so idrk what im gonna do lol

#i was in progress on a poncho type thing but it was taking too long and also i have to frog it bc the size isnt turning out right #so i will probably scrap that idea. wasn't lacy enough anyway #and i think tunisian crochet doesnt really agree well with the way the colors change on them #just due to the amount of yarn that you dont see in a tunisian stitch yk #so idk maybe ill machine knit something lacy or maybe ill do a lost souls shawl or 5

Halfway through the second sock and they weren’t matching and it turns out I just didn’t bother with the heel turn on the first 🤦‍♀️
