Ultimate Incest Tournament - Round 1
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Raven Cycle fanart by xla-hainex on deviantart
Propaganda under the cut:
Merricat/Constance:
Mutual obsession, codependency and isolation sisters win
They happily isolate each other and follow these rules that nobody else understands, Merricat only cares about Constance and Constance would do anything for Merricat, no matter what Merricat does, and seemingly not out of fear, but out of love
When there's a possible love interest for Constance (who also happens to be said looks like their dad), Merricat wants him dead and in the end, even though Constance seemed more she could be a part of society, she chooses Merricat over him and over everyone else
Weird girls 4ever <3
Declan/Ronan:
Estranged brothers who beat the shit out of each other in parking lots, which is just UST central
We spend the first three and a half books (out of seven in total) thinking they mutually hate each other, until we realize that Declan has spent his entire life trying to protect and shelter Ronan
Declan's parentification is intense, made worse by their parents' early deaths, and his entire sense of self is cannibalized by his devotion to and resentment of his younger brother(s). Meanwhile, Ronan is a mess of anger and sublimated self-loathing, rebelling against Declan's authority as his legal guardian because he knows deep down that Declan is one person who is never going to give up on him, no matter how much he may fuck up or push him away
Declan doesn't even believe in god anymore but he still drives a 4-hour round-trip every week to go to mass with Ronan. The catholicism really jumps off the page, and with that comes HELLA daddy issues too, as both boys are canonically "made in their father's image" (the father, Niall, strongly and repeatedly paralleled with god) -- Ronan to the point of being an almost identical copy of him, so Declan/Ronan carries with it shades of Declan/Niall too
When they were small children, after Ronan (a supernatural entity not born in the traditional fashion) was brought into the family, their parents had decided to kill Ronan out of fear of what he would grow to be. They only didn't do so because when they went to carry out the deed, they found Declan cuddled up in bed with him, comforting him in his loneliness.
Declan shoots up an entire building at the mere insinuation that his brother is dead for good. Carried around his limp (alive?) body for a bit. Ronan is psychosexually obsessed with Declan's sex life + describes him unnecessarily erotically in his POVs. Both hot (CRUCIAL)
"Declan loved Ronan. And so Ronan lived."

Man-Made Monster (The Atomic Monster, 1941)
"Sometimes I think you're mad."
"I am! So was Archimedes, Galileo, Newton, Pasteur, Lister, and all the others who dared to dream. Fifty years ago, a man was mad to think of anaesthesia; forty years ago, the idea of operating on the brain was madness. Today, we hold a human heart in our hands and watch it beat. Who can tell what tomorrow's madness may be?"
#man made monster#the atomic monster#the electric man#1941#american cinema#horror film#universal monster cycle#(i mean it is and it isn't; certainly it's adjacent)#george waggner#lon chaney jr.#lionel atwill#anne nagel#frank albertson#samuel s. hinds#william b. davidson#ben taggart#constance bergen#ivan miller#chester gan#george meader#hans j. salter#disposable universal horror mishmash which succeeds largely due to the double whammy casting of two of my favourite from the universal#roster‚ Chaney jr and Atwill. the former plays to his strengths as the tragic monster as victim (a part he would perfect later in the year#in his iconic first appearance as the Wolf Man) while Atwill has an absolute ball of a time‚ waxing rhapsodic on his passion project of#producing electrical supermen and also repeatedly shrugging off accusations of madness with a 'yeah? and?'#the plot such as it is is absolute hokum (mad scientist investigates electrical immunity with plans to enslave people with electricity and#make an army of electric men.. or something) but it's an awful lot of fun and the modest effects are quite charming (inc. an angelic glow#for Chaney whenever he's in his electro man form). also this film isn't even an hour long and honestly we should go back to that#shorter films rule. this was rereleased under a couple of different titles over the years inc the Atomic Monster one once nuclear terrors#became the cool new thing (there's nothing really atomic here except that electricity is.. atoms.. maybe. im not a scientist. whatever)

Stripes
Tom was sent to greet a new temporary crew member. Riggs provided him with a brief overview of the alien. They were a Chendro, some sort of insect-like species from a few systems away.
Tom greeted the alien in the same, boring, but safe way,
“Greetings. Welcome aboard the Starship Navis. My name is Tom, I am the human navigator sent to meet you and acquaint you with the ship before we leave.”
The alien let out a series of clicks which was translated moments later.
“Thank you, human Tom. I am quite pleased to be working with you for these next few cycles.” The alien followed with an intricate bow that Tom had no way of reciprocating. He settled for a respectful nod of the head.
The two wandered around the Navis, with Tom occasionally breaking the silence to point out a few key landmarks or an odd, obscure rule.
Eventually, Tom felt the Chendro’s gaze on him. In fact, he realised, he had felt it for quite a while now. He glanced over to see they’re mantis-like eyes locked on him.
“Hey man, I don’t want to sound rude or anything but staring is kinda considered rude to us,” Tom pointed out.
“Oh!” The alien quickly averted their gaze. “My apologies, I was simply admiring your wonderful patterning.”
“My... what?”
“Your stripes,” The Chendro clarified. “I think they’re quite stunning.”
Tom looked away, surprisingly flustered by the alien’s openness.
“Umm...Thanks...” He didn’t have the heart to ask the alien what they were talking about. Perhaps it was a human thing he wasn’t aware of. Having secret stripes wouldn’t be the weirdest thing he’d learnt about his species.
The rest of the tour went well after that. Tom noticed that the Chendro kept it’s eyes away from him; usually straight in front if them. He appreciated the alien’s willingness to adapt to what was probably to them, a weird social convention.
Later, once the tour was done and Tom was settled in his quarters he asked Constance the question that had been burning in his mind for a good portion of the cycle.
“Hey, Constance?”
“Yes Tom?”
“Do humans have stripes?”
“Humans do have what is called Blaschko's lines. They are only visible to humans in rare cases but are seen to those with vision in the ultraviolet range. Is that what you’d be referencing?”
“Huh. I guess...” Tom was surprised by the information. Why the hell had he never heard of humans having stripes? He felt like he would’ve picked up on that in biology. But yet again he could have been asleep for that particular lesson.
“Constance, are Chendro able to see UV?”
“Yes.”
“Ah, ok. That answers a lot actually. Thanks for the help.”
“It was my pleasure, Tom.”
Tom continued to sit there for a while contemplating this new information. He even found a few pictures of visible stripes. He could relate to the Chendro then. They were pretty cool. And to think that every human had patterns like that.

For your consideration: A production of Ride the Cyclone where during Sugar Cloud, everyone is wearing onesies. 🍭☁️
Constance is in a purple sparkly unicorn onesie. 🦄
Mischa is in a bear onesie (as a reference to how he used to sing about being a teddy bear in earlier versions of Sugar Cloud). 🐻
Noel is in a blue wolf onesie (as a reference to how Kholby said Noel probably wrote werewolf fanfiction in the 2015 song cycle). 🐺
I'm torn between Ocean wearing a pink cat onesie or a monkey one (as a reference to the high school edition of the show where she plays a monkey in Noel's Lament). 😺 🐒
Jane/Penny gets a lion onesie. (as a reference to her fun fact about lions and lionesses). 🦁
Ricky wears an orange astronaut onesie! 🌠

Perish in the Puddles
Tumblr media
So, Bendy: Fade to Black, it utterly destroyed me. So naturally I had to make some art about it! This is a little homage to our Bendy book protagonists, all of whom I love very much. We've got Buddy Boris, our lost one trio (Bill, Constance, and Brant), and of course, Rose. I love all of them, but Rose resonated with me the most. I was really taken with the way Kress used puddles in this book. The overwhelming darkness, the feeling of being trapped and needing help to get pulled out, hit me hard. So here we have Rose, trapped within her own personal puddles, and the souls of those that came before her wishing they could help her out. They're all victims of Joey Drew in the end, whether they die to the ink or are scarred for life. So Joey's quote (rendered in his signature typeface from his letter at the beginning of BATIM) surrounds them all to reflect that. But wait, there's one more character present in the background, metaphorically speaking. To achieve a "screaming well of voices" sort of vibe to add to Rose being overwhelmed, the piece has an overlayed block of text, rendered in the same font as the writing on the studio walls. It's Archie's monologue about how you don't need to fear death, you need to fear waking up in the cycle again. It's purposely illegible so that it feels as ghostly as our deceased characters, and I think it adds a nice bit of texture to the piece.

Genius Korea's Best K-Pop Songs of 2023 — ONEW&KEY Mentions
source
12. ONEW — O (Circle)
Tumblr media
Just like its title, “O (Circle)” begins and ends in the same place: with a rippling, repeating instrumental. The lyrics explore natural cycles of life: the seasons, and the happiness and sorrows of existence. The song expresses how constant change is both a great sadness and a great joy; certain lyrics are repeated, reinforcing the theme of constancy within change. ONEW's singing ranges from ethereal to soaring, easily conveying the song’s nuances. From a gentle start, the song grows to an emotional ending with a full chorus of voices. “O (Circle)” is a poetic, almost mystical, reflection on what separates and connects.
19. KEY — GOOD & GREAT
Tumblr media
An anthem for those facing the daily grind of being in the workforce, “Good & Great” expresses that urge to break out from the monotonous day-to-day hours. While still wanting to do the best at what had taken hard work to get to, KEY sings about thinking of a momentary escape from reality to keep it all together before returning to the hustle and bustle (or lack of). Though tackling what can be seen as an overall boring topic, the song’s overall vibe is hard to not at least bop your head to.

I really like how Lotus explores different types of love, without trying to fit them into some primitive template.
The story of the mentor-student relationship between Li Lianhua and Fang Duobing is very beautiful in its loop of mutual recognition.
Once upon a time, the strong young and brilliant hero Li Xiangyi “recognized” his student in a weak boy in a wheelchair, gave him a sword, hope and motivation to fight for his dream.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Many years later, the already strong and young Fang Duobing “recognized” someone important in a weak, sick healer in simple clothes.
Tumblr media
This is the cycle of strength and weakness.
But this is also the constancy of being yourself, at every point of this cycle.
Tumblr media
If you are honest about who you are (and Li Lianhua, despite the enchanting volumes of formal lies, is essentially a very honest person), no matter what “outfit” life puts on you - what is yours will always come back to you.
And it will continue in the world even after your death.

Unleashing the Power of Taurus’s Spirit Animal: A Guide
The symbolism of the bull as Taurus’s spirit animal extends to themes of fertility, abundance, and sensuality, making it ideal for rituals related to manifestation and prosperity.
To harness the energy of Taurus’s spirit animal, witches can perform rituals involving earth elements, such as grounding spells or working with crystals like emerald and rose quartz.
Rituals involving the bull spirit can enhance one’s ability to set and achieve practical goals, fostering a sense of unwavering determination and resilience.
Incorporating the bull’s energy into your witchcraft practice can also help you connect with the earth’s energies, deepening your spiritual connection with nature and the cycles of life.
Taurus’s spirit animal
Taurus’s spirit animal is the bull. It is a very stable sign-in which stubbornness and a lot of possessiveness are present. The animal moves and thinks slowly, but the moment it learns something it assimilates it in a lasting way.
Taurus hates change and has the gift of knowing how to handle money. They are not deflected by flattery, they insist on logic and do not disperse their interests. They are usually in excellent health. People of this sign have intense physical magnetism towards others.
Its greatest virtue is patience as well as constancy. Someone born in the sign of Taurus is very tenacious in pursuing a goal, despite being strong and rather slow, and when fate is adverse, he knows how to wait with great calmness and start again with great calmness without getting tired and without wasting time in recriminations that, for him, would be useless. Nature passionately expresses itself, more sensually than sentimentally.
They are loyal individuals with some weaknesses: they have a great sense of friendship, they would really do everything for a friend, even help him economically, even if the Taurus possesses great parsimony.
The formation of the individual is influenced by childhood and the family environment, he knows where he wants to go and does not tolerate impositions, moreover, he hates intrigue and shuns gossip. It becomes very dangerous when he realizes that he has been betrayed and exploited. However, the
Taurus does not lack defects: he has a possessive nature, laziness, and a total lack of self-criticism that leads him to a sort of presumption. The Taurus knows how to give warmth and love to those close to him, but he is equally selfish and jealous of the same people.
Those born under this sign should be taught dominating instincts and the control of arrogance. From a very young age, he will be favored in relationships with others, he wants to show himself well and often succeeds, his bonds are constant and lasting, whether they are of love or friendship. Taurus loves the so-called “good life”, so he usually surrounds himself with beauty.
His home is his temple and he loves décor; he creates a great place where he can feel relaxed and pampered. Those born under the sign of Taurus are considered to be practical and simple people, peaceful and open; they love their home, they have a great taste (aesthetic and more), they are attracted by the pleasures of life and material goods.
With strong and constant characters, they are suitable for the arts or cooking, for works in the field of aesthetics, well-being, agriculture, in any case respecting nature and its balance (great ecological sensitivity). The psychology of those born in Taurus is not as simple and serene as it may appear; on the contrary, it is complex and tormented, often involving a relationship of love, which is understood as the possession of the loved one, of deep jealousy.
The female psychology represented by Venus in her dark side is, in fact, also highly seductive and observing, a bewitching and astute manipulator. Being happy for Taurus means possessing, merging, planting roots, and relying on safe nourishment and support.
The symbolism of this spirit animal explained
Due to its virility and the might of its presence, the bull has been a cult icon for many cultures. In many ancient cultures, such as Mesopotamian, Greek, Roman, and Egyptian, it was considered a sacred animal and it was common to offer the blood of this animal as a sacrifice during sacred rites.
In Celtic symbolism, the bull represents physical strength and power. According to the Celtic beliefs, the bull was extremely virile and therefore symbolized fertility and the power of procreation, which in turn meant extending one’s life.
The druids associated the bull with solar energy, and the cow, on the other hand, with earthly energy. For the Celts, the bull was also a symbol of luxury, wealth, and prosperity: after all, it has been a source of benefit and income for these people for centuries.
Also, according to Celtic thought, it was said that the bull possessed a very important characteristic that stands out above all the rest: the fact that this animal is very stubborn and obstinate. It is also a symbol of virility for men and fertility for women.
According to the Celts, this animal would help improve the mental state in relation to sexual strength. Since the bull was a great source of food for the Celts, it is easy to understand why his figure is associated with an age of serenity and abundance.
According to a more modern perspective, the bull has several meanings related to safety and strength. Although the source is unknown, the bull is said to be a positive symbol for investment in business due to the remarkably active lifestyle it leads in its natural habitat.
Some aspects of the symbolism associated with this animal are stability, virility, strength, prosperity, security, fertility, determination, and help.

The third winner of the life games. Her name is remembered by those who allied with her, which is to say, none.
She was killed by the very string that gave her the win; her soulbound. In her soulmate's death, the string got tangled, ripping her head straight from her neck.
As for her identity, before, that is a secret I keep. Why the Watchers chose her, that is a mystery.
Scarlet, the eclipsed winner.
And another AU joins the roster! This time, it's a Life Series au mixed with Ride The Cyclone.
The winners of each season of the life series have found themselves in a void in between seasons, with the Secret Keeper granting one of them the ability to leave the cycle of the games and return to their servers.
As time seems to go on, it appears that the memories of their lives before the life series has gotten foggy, unless, of course, it has impacted them strongly. Though why the Watchers wishes to hide Scarlet, that's up to debate.
Anyways! Grian replaces Ocean, Scott replaces Noel, Martyn replaces Misha, Scar replaces Rocky, Pearl/Scarlet replaces Jane Doe, and Cleo replaces Constance.
In short, welcome to the "Ride Of Their Lives"!

Maximus Has C-PTSD
I’m surprised no one else has talked about this yet so I’ll just jump in and give my thoughts. Grabbing a snippet directly from wiki, it reads:
“The diagnosis of PTSD was originally developed for adults who had suffered from a single-event trauma. However, the situation for many children is quite different. Children can suffer chronic trauma such as maltreatment, family violence, dysfunction, or a disruption in attachment to their primary caregiver. In many cases, it is the child's caregiver who causes the trauma. The diagnosis of PTSD does not take into account how the developmental stages of children may affect their symptoms and how trauma can affect a child's development…
“Repeated traumatization during childhood leads to symptoms that differ from those described for PTSD.”
So what is the difference between PTSD and CPTSD? Let’s look at the seven behavioral clusters described.
• Attachment – “problems with relationship boundaries, lack of trust, social isolation, difficulty perceiving and responding to others' emotional states”
• Biomedical symptoms – “sensory-motor developmental dysfunction, sensory-integration difficulties; increased medical problems or even somatization”
• Affect or emotional regulation – “poor affect regulation, difficulty identifying and expressing emotions and internal states, and difficulties communicating needs, wants, and wishes”
• Elements of dissociation – “amnesia, depersonalization, discrete states of consciousness with discrete memories, affect, and functioning, and impaired memory for state-based events”
• Behavioral control – “problems with impulse control, aggression, pathological self-soothing”
• Cognition – “difficulty regulating attention; problems with a variety of 'executive functions' such as planning, judgment, initiation, use of materials, and self-monitoring; difficulty processing new information; difficulty focusing and completing tasks; poor object constancy; problems with 'cause-effect' thinking; and language developmental problems such as a gap between receptive and expressive communication abilities.”
• Self-concept – “fragmented and disconnected autobiographical narrative, disturbed body image, low self-esteem, excessive shame, and negative internal working models of self”
There are also some similarities to regular ptsd such as reliving traumatic events (although more so in rumative occupation rather than the classic war flashbacks you see in media), insomnia, hypervigilance, and of course depression and anxiety.
People with CPTSD also sometimes have an obsession with their abuser, being preoccupied with thoughts of revenge, or having an idealized or paradoxical gratitude towards them, and acceptance of a perpetrator's belief system or rationalizations.
At a very young age, Maximus lost everything he loved and knew, only then to be snatched up by a fascist organization and revictimized over and over again. He was beaten regularly, by his peers and teachers, constantly derided and humiliated, and given the most menial and disgusting tasks. That’s what we know just looking at the very surface. Who the hell knows what else went on that we the viewers haven’t seen. He’s a perfect candidate for such a disorder.
If that’s not enough for you, let’s go through the above listed behaviors.
Maximus is repeatedly shown to be inexperienced and awkward in social interactions. He either gives too much, or too little, like when he came clean to Thaddeus way too soon, or how he repeatedly lied to Lucy. This also displays his general mistrust. When he saw all the vault 4 dwellers being nice and happy for apparently no reason, this immediately seemed wrong to him, and he labeled it a cult. However, when Birdie gave him a home and food, he latched on to it like a dying man. He craves attachment, longs for it so badly that he falls into this vicious cycle of reaching out, getting hurt, then becoming mistrustful and dishonest. I could write a whole essay on Maximus’ attachment issues, but I’ll move on.
We don’t exactly see any biomedical symptoms with him, but who knows. Maybe there’s something going on internally that we just haven’t seen yet.
With affect and emotional regulation, Maximus has several emotional outbursts during the season, the first when he breaks the toilet after hearing that Dane got promoted and he didn’t, and the second in the very next scene with him during his interrogation. He obviously feels immensely guilty for wishing harm upon his only friend, and panics when asked about it. Whether he did it or not, to him it probably feels like he might as well have just put the razor in the boot himself. Then when Quintus spares his life and even promotes him, he cries in relief and joy. There’s also the other side of this, where he often shows little emotion and remains stoic even when those around him are obviously upset, such as with the fiends on the bridge. He hides behind an expressionless mask, because it’s the most safe, the most neutral option. He was probably punished for expressing himself when he was younger, and now in adulthood, it’s become habit. The only time we see the mask come down, is briefly and usually when he’s alone.
Maximus doesn’t seem to have dissociative symptoms or amnesia, but we know very little of his backstory. At times he may dissociate in response to situations, but that’s a very internal thing, and Max as a character is already quite stoic and aloof. It’s hard to gauge his mental state.
Impulse control is not our guy’s strong suit. He is a slave to his desires as one might say. He almost takes vault 4s fusion core without hesitation until Birdie stops him. When he sees Lucy in trouble he jumps to action (although most people probably would in a similar situation) then attacks the residents almost immediately without stopping for a moment to read the room. He also panics several times and acts quite impulsively. He ripped out the radio in the suit, which with just a little thought he probably would have realized wouldn’t help. (Then again he was probably heavily concussed at this point so you have to give him a break lol) Then when Thaddeus responded negatively to him revealing himself, this immediately sends him into fight or flight mode, and he’s been taught by the Brotherhood to respond to threats with violence.
For cognition, I feel like I could just copy and paste it here again lol. I could go through all the times he’s not thought things through, or done something poorly planned, but come on, you watched the show didn’t you? And this goes right along with impulse control as well. In the class scene, he’s shown not to be a particularly good student, this could be due to a short attention span, or difficulty focusing. Or it could even be due to a lack of object recognition and consistency, which is defined as the ability to recognize an object across varying viewing conditions. These executive dysfunctions are similar to those displayed in ADHD and ASD. There may even be an overall lack of motivation, but as you can see in the first scene with power armor, he shows more knowledge about them than his peers. He’s more than willing to learn about something that interests him, but you’ll know if you have ADHD, it is much harder learning about or doing things you’re not interested in.
Finally, there’s his self image. He goes through most of the show masquerading as someone else entirely, and even says to Lucy at one point that he doesn’t think he’s a good person. He’s ashamed of his own body, thinking that sexual arousal is disgusting, and has shame surrounding those feelings. I think he even blames himself for what happened to Dane because he had intrusive thoughts about it happening, which is why he may have had trouble telling Quintus that he didn’t do it. Maybe he even thought he deserved to be punished.
There’s also his relationship with his abusers. In his mind, there is only one perpetrator, the person who blew up Shady Sands, but in reality there’s two. For the person who destroyed his home, he’s consumed with a vague but obsessive goal of revenge even years later into adulthood. But for the Brotherhood, they are his saviors. He owes them his life, and repeatedly goes back to the memory of stepping out of the fridge and seeing this gleaming suit of armor standing tall among the wreckage of his home. He bought in wholesale to their ideology, taking it literally, even too literally. He betrays his own knight, going over him to stay loyal to the Brotherhood overall. I’ve seen other people mention this, but I don’t remember who now unfortunately. Honestly, I’m so grateful to them because I hadn’t thought of this before.
There is so much more I could say about Max and his symptoms of trauma, but a lot of it is still floating around my head in a messy abstract clutter. This is all I’ve got right now. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk!

so y’all know those videos of men trying period cramp simulators? the choir boys doing that.
none of them are the type of guys to be like “oh, you’re just being dramatic!” but there’s a sort of curiosity they have to see if it’s really as bad as the girls make it out to be.
it ends up being Much Worse than they expected.
for extra spice, they do it while attempting to give a tutorial on how to bake a homemade cake (which Penny records). because they gotta know the struggle of trying to do things while it feels like their stomachs are being gouged out.
it goes about as well as you would expect.
Mischa, Ricky, and Noel are all “fine” at first. they’re cringing and flinching, but they’re saying it’s manageable as they get out all their ingredients.
and then they go to level 2, and Noel drops an egg because the sudden pain startles him. that’s one egg lost to this experience.
slowly but surely, the pain gets worse and worse and worse. they all start to sweat, and their voices quiver as they relay instructions to the camera (Penny isn’t missing ANY of this action).
and then Constance makes the announcement: “we’re going up to level 5! this is what average period cramps feel like.”
they all stare at her in absolute dismay because they’re just getting to level 5?
Mischa just starts hitting stuff in an attempt to cope with the pain. he also crushed an egg in his hands. Noel tries to pour some milk into a measure cup and his whole hand is SHAKING. Ricky looks like he’s about to faint.
the girls find this fucking HILARIOUS.
“this is what you guys go through every month?” Noel wheezes out at one point, bracing himself against the kitchen island.
“yup, every month!” Ocean chirps back, grinning brightly.
“and this isn’t even including the cravings, the mood swings, the diarrhea, the bloating, the boob sensitivity, the nausea, the back pain, the foot pain, the thigh pain, the pain that will shoot into both your asshole and your clit, the money spent on pads and tampons, and the blood!” Penny adds pleasantly.
the boys just stare in horror.
up the levels go!
at one point, the camera just pans to Mischa on the floor with his head in his hands. he looks fucking MISERABLE. and then, right above him, Noel is slumped on the counter with his face buried in his arms. and then Ricky is just crying.
Ricky has to tap out at level 7 because he almost vomits, but Mischa and Noel prevail! barely. they don’t think they’re gonna make it. they think they’re dying.
Noel, openly sobbing: next, you’re going to set your oven to 350°F
not seen but rather heard: Ocean cackling loudly in the background
when the level is bumped up to 10, Mischa and Noel’s screams of agony can probably be heard all throughout Saskatchewan.
and when it’s finally over, and Noel and Mischa are slumped on the floor, shuddering in pain, the girls stand above them, all smiling.
“congratulations! you just completed your first cycle!” Constance says cheerily. “now get ready for next month, where it starts all over again!”

May we see the end results for all the lightsaber colors, i’m curious :3c
Of course! Thank you all for taking it and saying such kind things <3
Magenta is the Well. Magenta is the heart pouring out. The overwhelming, gleaming cosmos exists within you. There’s a garden of stars. You give this feeling to others, even to the point of giving all of yourself. The universe draws you into its deepest corners. You could lose yourself. Remember those who are calling out your name. That love will ground you. There’s a garden where you belong.
Magenta represents the cosmic vastness of the Unifying Force. It is the color of Space, the chambers that hold all things. Pink is the color of affection, song, and mystery.
Wielders of the magenta blade are some of the most powerful Force users, paragons of sense that guide others in their journeys. They are often seers, creatives, and researchers, seeking to understand and reflect the mysteries of the Force. Notable wielders include Mara Jade. Other characters that fit the archetype of the magenta blade are Din Djarin, Saw Gerrera, and Padmé Amidala.
Orange is the Palm. Orange is the moment of the leap, weightlessness pulled into a circle. Accept what has been and what is and what will be. There are times you cannot see where the light is. It’s coming from inside you, radiating out. There’s a moment that the sun is on the horizon, both rising and setting. It calls to you. It asks you to be vulnerable one more time. It asks you to trust in its constancy of inconstancy. There’s a precipice. Don’t hesitate.
Orange represents the spirit of the Jedi religion. It is the color of Faith, the bright core that is orbited by others. Orange is the color of warmth, holiness, and lifting.
Wielders of the orange blade are some of the hands of the Order, masters of both ritual and innovation. They are stronger in the Unifying Force. They are often healers, scholars, and lightsaber hilt-smiths. Notable wielders include Plo Koon, Yaddle, and Cal Kestis. Other characters that fit the archetype of the orange blade are Rose Tico, Han Solo, Captain Rex, and the Armorer.
