i need more non three houses side characters winning cyl tbh bc the lord outfits are so predictable and boring and for three houses all they do is the normal timeskip shit. like, felix and bernadetta’s art looks great, but the designs… come on. weve all seen mortal savant felix. thats literally just bernadetta’s timeskip outfit with added shoulder stuff. bring back queen camilla of nohr. they did something fun with marianne that one time until everyone was like “boo wah i hate creativity and serving cunt” but they need to not listen to the haters. when tharja wins in three years (if we dont hit eos) i want her cosplaying as grima or something like the lizard version

Things that could've improved UTY:
Keeping the deja vu effect that Undertale had and have it influence how the main characters interact with Clover/Clover's flavor text in certain areas
Make Flowey operate as the Hint System, where almost all of his "helpful advice" are just thinly veiled insults directed at the other characters/are further attempts to isolate Clover from everyone else
#undertale yellow#don't get me wrong i enjoyed the game but that doesn't mean i don't have criticisms#I REALLY wish that there was deja vu in the game. especially after doing a no mercy run. I'd love to see Martlet react to Clover#after they completed a no mercy run. doesn't have to permanently ''break'' the game like in original UT but i still would've#liked to have seen something.#and as for flowey? he's supposed to be the character whose seen/done EVERYTHING in the Underground#i wish he would try to flaunt that knowledge and use it to manipulate clover's feelings about the other characters#but if you listen to him it just makes things worse. like imagine doing the rabbit-scarf and flowey tells clover that it's a waste of time#slurpy was triple dog dared into doing it when everybody knows what happens when you lick metal when it's cold out.#leave him. it's natural selection at this point. and if you choose to listen to Flowey then you miss out on the best armor at that point in#the game.#or he's like ''starlo isn't as cool as you think he is. he's hopelessly in love with Ceroba yet doesn't have the guts to ask her out.#you shouldn't bother looking up to someone like him whose a coward at heart'' and yet it's Starlo who comes to Clover's rescue#in a Pacifist Run. and so on.#thus furthering the idea that out of everyone clover meets flowey is the one with the worst intentions for them.#*rabbit-scarf side quest

#bg3 spoilers#as combat goes it wasn’t the worst fight#but it was 2am i left gale and his fireballs at camp and shadowheart kept pooping her armor about the wolves#desperate times call for cheesin measures#sorry cazador if you’re gonna hide at the edge to avoid my daylight spells#i simply can’t miss such a comedic opportunity#i will say i did that on the second attempt and reloded because i thought losing his corpse might fuck up the end choice#but it did not#and then i tried to fight for real for another hour or two and couldn’t get further than killing a couple bats#bg3#cazador fight#astarion#astarion spoilers#died enough times to run through most of astarion’s confrontation dialogue though#holy shit#if you say anything cazador makes fun of him for needing someone to speak for him#and from then til the start of the fight he’s so hurt and scared#like cazador is calling him a weak stupid little boy and completely rips through any confidence he had#tr-tr-tr-trauma response#an awful glimpse at how powerless astarion truly felt#we all joke about astarion being a sad little wet cat but the UNSPEAKABLE trauma he endured and inflicted unwillingly for CENTURIES#but if you say nothing he delivers one of the best ‘fuck you’ lines ever#and jesus christ the ending#obviously i chose the good one#but it hurt so bad anyway

It turns out being in a Diffuser squad on loan to the 'Experts in everything that goes Boom' Corps may not be quite the best fit for Specialist 'Greatest fear is being Vaporized' Sprig, so on the request of his new Captain, Jet, he transfers out of the 398th Ordinance Corps (Helix and the 398th belong to @fives-girlfriend) to 218th Urban Crisis Response, or 'Glorified Port Security' uhh which generally encounters explosives closer to dynamite than proton bombs.
Captain Helix could probably agree there are worse ways to lose a soldier than a unit transfer; Although when he see's where Sprigs going.... well he wont be able to say it's worse than most alternatives but he can certainly question the Specialist's judgement, because Crisis Company certainly know how to make first impressions. Sprig's just happy to get the hell out of there, no offense, Sir.
Looks like Torch's 'I'm a little silly little guy, you wouldn't hit a silly little guy?' routine did not quite pan out this time
#I love saying 'our oc's should meet' but Crisis Company sure are a strange bunch#and they definately start to become a peculiar bunch after Nihlus joins them#others ocs#Captain Helix#oc: 398th Ordnance Corps#how many other diffusers can you hear turn to nothing but dust over the comms before the inevitability of your fate gets to you?#for Sprig the answer was probably around a dozen times before he cracked and another dozen more before he started looking for a new path#and yea i know thats gunner armor but i feel like EOD should have just a little more than standard trooper armor?#and something built to withstand muliple concussive blasts seems to help negate some of the worst parts of being blown up#namely what a concussive blast does to your organs#or at least give them a chance of survival#star wars clone wars#star wars#swtcw#star wars ocs#clone ocs#crisis company#crisis company tag#sprig tag#torch tag#cynic tag#i also hope i got across the fact that Sprigs like two or three inches shorter than the average clone#and it doesnt just look like i dont know perspective#my art#I'd say it pays to not be a clone on the front line but they dont get paid

i’ve been thinking about this a lot recently but it annoys me to no end that fat characters are always given the bulky af tank aesthetic when in a team setting. No matter what it seems like they’re always given the thickest and/or derpiest armor.

I hate interacting with people online about media I like because lots of people have lots of dumb opinions and are so bored that they spend all their time online just shitting on the stuff they like. Yes, acknowledge problems with the material, but also ENJOY IT. SPREAD MORE POSITIVITY AND STOP BEING A LITTLE BITCH ABOUT EVERYTHING.
#i feel this way especially about star wars because there are so many fans of it that embody the worst of the “um ackshually” stereotype#i literally saw a twitter thread full of people vehemently arguing about the shade of blue on 501st clone trooper armor#like some people need to learn when to shut the fuck up about stupid shit and enjoy the media again#im so fucking tired of people immediately shitting on stuff that WE BOTH ARE FANS OF because the sequels were badly written or they dont#like animated tv shows made for kids/teens#like it is fine to care about small details but it is not fine to get genuinely upset about another fan just being okay with some mistakes#maybe this issue i have is actually with people who are chronically online
