#okay small rant in the tags LOL #I have noticed an increasing number of people critique my first drafts in my videos #without me asking #and it’s gotten me thinking about critique etiquette & also #why writers feel the need to critique every piece of writing they see #especially when establishing themselves #which is relatable because I used to do that ALL the time #I was such a little shit!!! like insufferable!#and while the critiques in these comments don’t bother me because … I don’t care #what does bother me is this ideology that we are allowed to critique an unpublished work just because #someone has been vulnerable enough to share it #I made the decision to share my first drafts on my channel in December #because I think more writers need to see that writers who’ve been #writing for a long time like me #(10 years)#also make all the mistakes they do too #and that if they just keep practicing #one day they’ll also be writing for 10 years #anyway it’s hard to be a creator online sometimes lmao #not trying to be all woe is me about it but #I asked my audience if they like seeing first drafts #and everyone said yes I believe #so it’s important to me that people continue to see those drafts #but I would like to throw a can of tomato soup in the air #every time someone critiques those drafts when I haven’t asked #like i make actual videos where I ask people to weigh in #I’m not adverse to critique LMAO I love it! it’s fun!#but I am very VERY against critique that wasn’t consented to #writing is a very intimate thing #& it’s a skill to know when it’s your place to critique it or not…… I have more thoughts but anyway

Knowing how to respond to people in emotional turmoil like this is a skill that few manage to master.#There is a part of him that is so genuinely happy that his brother has fallen for someone!#And there is a part that acknowledges that LWJ needs to come to his own conclusions about this all.#Hence the extremely restrained reactions! He is so in his brother's corner that he's accidently clipped through the wall into another room.#Sadly that's how it goes sometimes...We want to be there for people in the best way. We give them space and hope for the best.#But space can leave someone isolated and alone. It heals some emotions but it makes others fester.#The fact that LWJ is at the point he's open about what he's feeling (even a little bit) means that it's a Big Deal.#LCX is just as bad with his own emotions. He only knows how to keep things in his own heart down.#There isn't anything he could have said. There *were* better things to say but does he have the capacity? No.

#isat spoilers #act 6 secret encounter #inspired by loop and loop adjascent designs by sharkylass and wonder-of-the-stars yay yay yay MY BRAIN EXPANDS ily guys #i think at this point im sure i'll never settle on 1 post-story loop design so i think they probably phase in and out of a human form #which is still mostly their own body but they regain some functions like the ability to eat and also their face and clothes #now with inbetween stages i guess?! i just thought it looked cute honestly. im playing. with my touys.#it's probably not fully in their control how they look at any given time. but they definitely stay stuck in star form for a while.#and get better control of keeping the 'human mask' on longer the more they practice #u can sort of see their eye scar in the transitional phase but it bursts out into the bright star that covers the eye in human form #in stars and time spoilers #isat #in stars and time #isat loop #my art

thinking about wayne and eddie going on an annual fishing trip (like thee Munson Men Annual Fishing Trip™️) just like a little weekend away. and the first one is coming up after eddie and steve starts dating. over breakfast eddie jokingly complains about having to go and tries to get out of it. but wayne is used to his dramatics so he just gives hmms when appropriate because eddie’s whole spiel never got him out of it before and he tells eddie that.

steve watches the whole exchange with amusement when wayne asks if he’s looking forward to it. and he’s like ??? because he assumed it was just a wayne and eddie thing. and wayne is like i just told eddie all munsons must go can’t get out of it kid.

steve gets flustered and is internally is like oh??? all munsons,,,

or like after the trip a neighbor asks wayne if they caught anything and he pulls out his wallet to show a picture they took on the trip. wayne passes it with ‘here’s a picture of my boys’ and to steve’s surprise it’s a picture of both him and eddie with their biggest catch.

and just idk wayne casually accepting steve into their family and throwing steve off guard with it.
