this is a tough question because i just. generally like everything i write lmao but lemme try and get some.

this is a touch question lol bcus I have so many favorite minor characters, I’m a tvc minor character fanatic. I can’t choose one so I’m just gonna list of all my fav minor characters lmao.

I love Khayman hes so real. He reminds me of a socially anxious large dog who just really wants to make friends but he keeps scaring them off 😭. That part in queen of the damned where he reacts to the popularity of vampires in pop culture like a kid seeing themselves represented in tv for the first time was so funny omh i was living. Vampire from ancient Egypt buys Dracula cosplay bcus he wants ppl to like him was a genius idea thanks Anne rice. Khayman just, his whole personality reminds me of a character who’d be in what we do in the shadows he’s so inspired. Omg remember when he was so excited to go to lestats concert and meet other vampires and then he’s inside for two seconds, instantly gets overstimulated, and then sits outside for the rest of the time 😭 Khayman might be me guys.

I also love Fareed and Seth 😭😭. I love that Anne rice casually wrote an ancient Egyptian vampire and a modern day Anglo Indian vampire falling in gay love with each other and funding an unhinged vampire mad science hospital, and the Egyptian vampire is AKASHA’S SON 😭😭. the reveal that Akasha has a living vampire son who has been quietly living under the radar for the entire book series just practicing science and pursuing his passion for healthcare alongside his long term partner had me clapping and cheering I stg. They also have sm personality 😭 especially Fareed he’s so iconic. This bitch tricked lestat into giving him his sperm for cloning experiments and he served cunt while doing it. I love that they raised Lestat’s clone son as their gay dads, just so much there. Fareed and Seth u will always be famous

BENJI MAHMOUD!!! I love him sm. I’m also a big fan of sybelle but Benji occupies my mind a concerning amount. Like what kind of character?? There is sm going on with him. First of all he’s Bedouin and Palestinian and then he’s human trafficked to America by an insane man who wants him to be the house slave and take care of his disabled sister second of all he’s twelve and he’s a canon genius and he chain smokes to cope with his insane life third of all he is turned into a vampire by Marius and grows up into an immortal child who’s unfazed by being twelve for ever bcus hes such a chad it doesn’t affect him and he becomes a rich and famous business owner who wears fedoras and runs a vampire podcast and he single handedly kickstarts the plot of Prince lestat and causes the vampire government to happen bcus hes such a good activist he convinces all the characters to be better. Anyways wtf. Also I love sybelle she’s such a darling ❤️ Benji and sybelle and Armand’s little family is everything to me.

Ben was the guy who Magnus manipulated and pretended to be friends with and then he chained him up and forced him to turn him into a vampire 😰. I love the concept where he was the first and only vampire to ever be “raped” by his fledgling, and I feel bad that all the other vampires treat him like shit for it 😭. He’s just a little guy. He’s such a pillow princess also. I can’t count all the times in Prince lestat where Bens described as lounging gracefully on the bed or whatever. Forever twink and hashtag loving it. What a dude

1. last of the summer sun: love live laugh (or sth idk) superloonyluna i thanks the ao3 god everyday for letting me know abt this fic, the writing is absolutely PHENOMENAL, i want to dive into the story and be their friends. has the loveliest nicknames ever (lilybug, blue jay, hattie, goldilocks etc etc like shes so creative with nicknames what??), i could yap abt this fic for hours. super good and underatted af, pls check it out if u havent read it u gonna love it swear!!

2. tcoptp: do i have to say more!?!?!?!? one of the most loveliest fic ever omg again i want to dive into the story and be friend with them its not funny anymore. the most coming of age fic ever to exist, and wolfstar in cadence is DELISH and yeah i still have nightmares abt their breakup near christmas break (iykyk). btw im shitting my pants waiting for pt2, let mot cook but still im scared for my dear life

3. lessen my load: anything from moonymoment is so awesome, but this is my fav from her. the humour is unmatched (i laughed so hard looking at chapters titles, 'no being gay in peter's room tm' peak title ever), i was giggling so so hard reading this, lml wolfstar is so cute they make me wanna squeeze their head <3

honourable mention: nothing left (but some blood where the body fell), im currently reading this and the letter from reg to sirius in first chapter had me broke down and sobbed <3

i really recommend devildriver, one of my fav melodic death metal bands.. some of my fav songs by them are 'die (and die now)', head on to heartache (let them rot), if drinking don't kill me (their george jones cover), clouds over california, bound by the moon, and monsters of the deep

also, dream unending has a really nice dreamy doom sound, their ENTIRE album tide turns eternal is amazing but some of my faves from that album are tide turns eternal, dream unending, forgotten farewell, the needful, and in cipher i weep

warmen is a side band janne (the keyboardist from children of bodom) made that has like a neoclassical metal kind of sound, i love their song salieri strikes back (i think skwis playing the solo in this song would be amazing)

dungeon serpent has a death metal/black metal-y sound, my favorite song from them is cosmic sorcery!

worm is an amazing doom metal band, their album foreverglade is 100% gold too, but subaqueous funeral is my fav song from the album!

Ah! A debut is like a big celebration for girls when they turn 18 in the Philippines! (´∀`) + I reallyy liked ill give you the sun!!! I read it without knowing anything about it so i was surprised to see the supernatural element and i liked it!! i really like reading about family dynamics and different relationships in general so i found it to be really interesting and entertaining! Oh boy! Nd like judes cherubs tattoo i didnt know what it was but like she said it reminded her of twins - Kao♡1/?

Like i searched it up and!!! We have that painting in our rooom!!! It kinda scared me when we were little when i was trying to sleep sjdj but i do associate it w twins especially bc we grew up w it! Crazy!! But yeah when they stopped talking and sabotaged each other it made me so sad! And i cant imagine not talking to mich for a day! We always do! I really liked the characters and i think it managed to convey an important message on familial love and self improvement while still being super funny and cute at times too! I thought it was super cool how both perspectives had like diff things that were significant to them constantly sprinkled into the text for Noah his self portraits and Jude the bible passages!! Those were fun things to add! And I feel like every reader imagined Noahs self portraits really differently bc its just the title so it gives the reader creative freedom too! I think itd be really super cool if someone illustrated their take on his portraits!! oh yeah! Some questions! Did you prefer one perspective over the other? Favourite character? Were you satisfied with the open ending regarding Noah n Brian? I actually applied to a bookstore and they asked me to talk about a book i read recently in an email so last night I talked about this! I was so sad reading all the times they didn’t talk to each other :(( I love how you put that, that it conveys an important message while still being lighthearted. honeslty, thank you Jandy Nelson for the such unique writing, one of my fav things is that you can tell who’s perspective it is from a single sentence, she wrote differently for each of them and those additions were so great! I loved imagining the self portraits so much!! I guess i should tell you i have a blackboard wall in my room that i draw/write on and tbh most of it is from this book. I’m on my laptop rn but i’ll post pictures afterwards! I prefer Noah’s perspective! i just find it happier and all the romance and his beautiful mind ugh. and also it was my friend who showed me this book and her only words were “read this, you are Noah”. I relate to him a lot so i loved his perspective. As if my favourite character would be anyone other than Guillermo (sorry noah). Guillermo is precious and deserves all the happiness in the world i love him. I was really happy with Noah and Brian! ofc i’d have loved more kisses and cute stuff but them just coming out holding hands and the dad (BLESS HIS SOUL) was like “huh that makes sense” was wonderful. Noah and Brian are so close to my heart i can’t... And that’s so cool that you talked about this! ah that makes me so happy. Like this book is so close to me it’s amazing, I read it while I was kinda lost, questioning everything and sorting out all that icky gender stuff, and it just hit so hard. I read it mostly while on holiday in Paris (lovely city, not lovely time in my life) and it was maybe 1 am or sm and I was reading and the Brian and Noah kiss came out of nowhere and I broke down sobbing. ugh it’s my favourite book in the world and to be able to talk about it with you is amazing!! it makes me so happy :)) now you gotta get mich to read it hahhahaha i’m so glad you liked it. ily <3333

awh man nonny i know what you mean. i struggle w/ studying a lot and i’m a uni student haha. besides the typical tips you can find online, what i found is this app called forest (it’s on ios + android devices!!) to help me stay on task (whether it’s studying/chores). check out more information here. it’s been honestly helping me a lot + who doesn’t like plants??? 

I don't know who to tell this to and you seem really kind: I'm the pickiest eater I've ever met or heard of. It's just NO most food is disgusting it just makes me wanna barf. And everyone treats me like a 4-year-old child. Nothing cheers me up anymore. I think I have selective eating disorder and nobody understands :( People are being mean to me all the time because I don't like certain foods and maybe I AM just a 4-year-old child. Hi! I'm really sorry to bother you rn, but I just really, REALLY miss my dog who passed away several years ago. She was like my sister... I related to her more than people & I could always rely on her for comfort. All I want to do is just hug her again, but I know I can't do that. I just can't move on. I love her so much. I'm sorry, but I need to tell this to someone, ANYONE, because it's really been keeping me down lately...(dog death anon cont.) I've been seeing a therapist since she's died, and I've been on several medicines which DO help, but only to a certain degree. I realize there's a certain part that I, myself, need to control (ie moving on). but like I said, it's hard. I haven't told anyone this, because I'm afraid of looking stupid for letting my dog's death get to me this much that it's required hospitalizations and such. I just want to see her again. (end)

!!!!! asdf you’re never a bother nonny !! dont ever thing that alright? i’m always here for you ready to listen no matter what (i’m just a super slow replier so i apologize for that askdhf). but first thank you for coming to me + telling me about your personal problems - i honestly appreciate sm. i’m honestly so sorry nonny... i can relate to some extent because i got my dog when i was in gr 7 and he was my only friend who i can go to to feel love + comfort up since i’ve been bullied since elementary school & never really had friends. i can’t imagine what you’re going through .. i’m honestly so sorry. don’t think that you’re stupid at all okay? i’m the last person on the earth to ever think you are. i’m glad you’re seeking a therapist right now !! however, i 100% understand if it’s difficult to move on - cause it is!! my grandpa past away 10 years ago and he was one of my best friends and he was really the only “father figure-like” role model i look up to. till this day my heart aches thinking about my grandfather and how much i miss him. similarly, i would definitely feel the exact same way w/ my dog if he passed away because i treasure him sm. so don’t be too hard on yourself about moving on. i know it’s easier said than done but different people vary on how long they mourn for. some can be 100% okay in a couple months while others takes years - and that’s 100% okay! why? because we’re human. there’s no need to rush in “moving on” - take it in your own pace. i know the pressure / stigma of others thinking you’re “weird/stupid” for being like this state further creates anxiety/stress in “forcing” yourself to rapidly wanting to move on. however, i urge to try your best to ignore what others might think + focus on yourself to the best of your abilities. perhaps distract yourself in finding a new hobby / doing smt that you love or smt new. it takes time to recover - no matter how long you take, no one’s rushing you oke :+)? ill be here every step of the way if u ever need me. it’s okay to have those days where you tried so hard but u end up at point A because after you go through that hurdle, you’ll be closer to your goal. take as long as you need - baby steps nonny :+) i’m here rooting for you oke? i love you so much. you’re a strong sweetheart and i know you can do it.

25. How many blankets do I sleep with: In the winter at least 3. In the summer....maybe one sheet.

26. Dream job: I am currently working it! I am a Naturalist or a Nature Teacher. I am also a Collections Curator so I am in charge of all the specimens we own (taxidermy and all that!)

27. Dream trip: Ireland has always been on the top of my bucket list, but I would also love to go to Japan! I would buy ALL the merchandise! I would need another suitcase for all my Yuri on Ice merch. By I want to go everywhere! Italy to see Florence and Rome, Indian and Indonesia, China, Egypt, Greece, I just want to travel.
