He was just a guy who worked with his brother in the mines and both were friends with Vi and Powder/Jinx mother (Felicia) ... yes he was a revolutionary , yes he was like "im too punk and edgy and cool for caring about the future ! Lets make Zaun !" Which was understandable i mean you live in a poor shitty undercity and you are looked down by the Pilities who never have to worry while you are in the slums worried if you will even have a tomorrow (lack of food n water / contaminated food n water , live in the streets for the most unlucky ones etc etc) and the Topside wont hear you , if course you go "FUCK IT LETS RIOT !" ... as we all know Silco fought on the bridge with Vander and Felicia (well maybe she didnt wanna fight because she had Vi and Powder/Jinx so maybe she was with them because she had to run from enforcers ?) ... and Felicia died (we dont know if Silco accidentally killed her wanting to punch an enforcer but in his "high" of "OH MY GOD IM PUNCHING EVERYONE !" or she was already dead (i think its the second option because we can see his face drop as he sees Felicia lifeless like "...no no no hey no this isnt supposed to happen !") ..) , Vander saw Silco at the wrong moment wrong time , and decided to just attack him...

Now just imagine that: you are fighting for your life and your people's lives , and you see your bestfriend dead , and you try to process that shit all while you have raging enforcers running at you wanting to arrest/kill you , and on top of that you have no time to explain or you simply cant explain to your brother why and how y'all best friend died ... and this brother of yours decides to attack you and kill you in the worse ways (drowning + gauging your left eye out) ... all you can think about is "i lost everyone... he hates me ! They all hate me! i hate them all ! Betrayers !" , you dont have time to think "its a misunderstanding ... its gonna be okay" ...

Of course i aint condoneing everything , im just stating the facts like...of course he would turn out this way after that crap ! The opposite woulda surprised me !

Also despite his "im a fucking menace" act... you can see when Vander attacks him again in S1 A3 , his first reaction is to FREEZE and have flashbacks of him being drowned again... THAT GUY STILL GETS MF PTSD LIKE DUDE GO TO THERAPY AND CALM YOUR TITS ! (He has to shake himself off like "WAKE UP HE IS GONNA KILL YOU !" to react)

(No i wont mention how...lame the excuse letter was , i mean , I know vander is shit at this (thats what he says in the letter too bwaha) but...he could have maybe asked for Benzo or someone else to help him write the letter for Silco ? Like instead of just "yeah uhm im sorry uhm...find me at the bar eh ?" (Which would have infuriated Silco even more imo , like imagine you get disfigurated and almost killed and the person who did that gives you a poor piece of paper ? He would have gone like "OH YEAH IM COMING TO THE MF LAST DROP AND IM GONNA KICK HIS DAMN ASS !" instead of "...mehhh fine okay") like an actual "lets have a talk...like two adults" one-)

you are holding onto old crap, and beating a dead horse. He said he loves her multiple times, boys are generally hesitant in expressing their emotions (patriarchy asks them to be tough ,not open up and everything), but he overcame that by the end of the season

do you think mileven is gonna break up after how explicitly he told el he loves her???? el also loves mike very much, its just a fight she's upset about, but people can FORGIVE and move on from past misunderstandings you know? el is veryymuch in love with mike since season 1, she can forgive mike for his one mistake (he basically rectified it too at the end of the day)

now, we dont KNOW for SURE what mike truly feels. you dont know. i dont know. no one will ever know until s5 comes out. however i have my speculations and so do you. and thats okay!! we dont have to agree :3 your allowed to believe whatever you want in regards to mike and els relationship. it doesnt affect me at all.

however, sense you app care about what i have to say so much i will yapp somemore about what i think. you dont have to agree with me. in fact ik you wont. and thats okay, clearly you are insecure enough about your own opinion that you feel the need to go to the other side and argue with someone in their anons. bc if your opinions were solid and unshakable youd have your url showing. but i get it i really do :)

i was in a romantic relationship with someone for about a year. and throughout that time, i told them i loved them multiple times. did i? no. did i want to? yes. i wanted to be in love with them. they were very very important to me and when they asked me out, i thought to myself 'well i do really like this person. why not?'

i was not in love with this person. i did not have romantic feelings for them. but i convinced myself i did. in the end, one day we were sitting next to each other and it just hit me. i didnt want to be here anymore. i had met someone else and was developing a crush on them at the time. so i broke up with them.

all this to say, mike can lie. hes not a high fantasy elf. something i feel is a big disconnect between bylers and milevens is that milevens tend to read most things at face value. just bc you say you love someone doesnt mean you do.

as for the patriarchy comment, mikes story line has never had to do with being tough, or not being man enough. he repeatedly says that he doesnt want to be popular, he doesnt care about fitting in. ofc this can still be a factor but i doubt its a huge point of his character arc. if it was they would have made a point of adressing him struggling with it before this.

on your point about moving on from fights, your so right about that. i dont in the slightest think that elmike are going to be on BAD terms in endgame but i dont think they'll be on romantic terms. even if byler isnt canon, and mike is straight. i still believe that.

as for his mistake being rectified. girl what u yappin ab. no it wasnt. if it was why was el not talking to mike in the van on the way back to hawkins

mike says in the last episode that they werent really talking. a little bit but not much. you could say that el was greiving max. but el DIDNT KNOW max was in a coma. when they get back to hawkins, dustin has a line where he explicitly says

"oh you guys dont know" in refrence to max.

is el traumatized? definitely!!! but she doesnt know max is in a coma. and even if she did, why wouldnt el seek comfort in her bf if they had fixed everything???

as for your last point, yeah mike is upset about el not talking to him. duh. however lets compare.

when mike is mad at will for not paying attention to him at rink o mania he actively brings it up. he actively pursues will and expresses his frustration over will being dismissive. he is visably upset. on the other hand, in the last ep of s4, mike doesnt even bring up el until will does. he seems mildly annoyed and confused about the situation and makes no moves to pursue her or seek out resolution. he makes no moves to comfort her about max ever. he doesnt walk with her, he doesnt hug her. nothing. the only affection between then is when EL puts her head on mikes sholder. mike makes no moves to comfort her more but he doesnt push her away. this is also right after mike activly began walking sideways to be able to stand next to will when there was an open space for him to stand right next to el im front of him. odd.

also you do realize that someone can be upset at the prospect of two people that are important to them being upset at them

Summary: After long nap, you wake up to Caracalla sat in the corner of your room watching you sleep slightly startled you rush to cover your self little did you expect how respectful such a sick man can be.

A few hours pass and I finally wake up from my nap the bed covers are pulled up over me snug as a cold breeze pushes through the open window causing me to grumble slightly I sit up wiping the sleep from eyes as I see a man sat in the corner of my room I pull the covers up higher my eyes adjusting to the darkness as I finally recognise Caracalla sat with a monkey dancing across his shoulders “ shhh I did not wish to wake you my love” he says his voice sounding slightly distant as he stares at me with his glossy eyes “ you looked so peaceful “ he smiles letting out a half hearted chuckle “ tis alright my emperor you did not wake me “ my voice still weak with sleep as I move to the end of the bed Caracalla meets mg gaze “ the evenings events shall start soon” he shuffles in his seat swinging his feet childishly as the monkey jumps across to my lap I gasp slightly as he crawls onto me clinging to the fabric of my dress “ she will not harm you darling she is harmless “ he stand quickly moving to crouch infront of my his chin nearly resting on my knee “ what’s her name” i run my fingers over the side of his cold face my hand running over every blemish and graze gently as he looks up at me a smirk playing in his lips “ her name is dundus she is my monkey “ his voice quivers with a soft tone he moves to sit up more as he stutters struggling to get words out “ b-but she can be o-our monkey if you wish it my love our to sh-shear”

 as dundus climbs up my chest taking a comfortable position on my shoulder her small hands tickling the top of my head causing me to giggle “ she is yours my darling but i would not mind a visit from her ever so often” i smile as he claps his hands a beaming expression spreading across his face “ I’m glad you like her she is quite lovely. just like you are” a blush spreads across my face “ you’re so kind my emperor” i bush a stray piece of his messy ginger hair behind his ear accidentally causing him to pull back with an exaggerated flinch “ relax i wont hurt you” i look at him sweetly reaching out to him his glossy eyes seem to cloud over more as he suddenly springs up to his feet “ i know that don’t be foolish no one could ever hurt me” he snaps his eye brows raised so high you’d think they’d fly off his forehead i take his hand in mine our fingers knotting together as the door swings open and a servant walks in he snatches his hand back standing up walking straight towards the girl “ DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO KNOCK A LADY SHOULD NEVER HAVE HER SPACE INVADED SO ABRUPTLY” Caracalla growls his face curling maliciously as he turns towards the servant who stands there holding a jug of wine “ i-I’m sorry emperor I wasn’t aware of your presence “ she bows her head blow the crown of her head practically touch the leather of Caracalla sandals “ tis alright my love she knows not to do it again “ my voice like a song to Caracallas ears causing the red of his fury to fade to a cool blue he turns towards look at me his face gentle ad he sees me crawling dundus in my arms calming her panicked squeals “ very well my darling I guess I shall let it pass but it must not happen again” he glares back at the girl his eyes stoney and cold as he falls back to lay next to me on the bed “ I was told to inform my lady that the guests have started to arrived and that dinner will be served shortly” the servant keeps her head down not making eye contact with either of us “ thank you we shall get ready “ I smile sweetly as the servant walks away. 

Dundus jumps off of my shoulder onto the bed as I lay back cuddling up to Caracalla as he wraps his arm around my waist I rest my head in the crook of his neck “ your servants here don’t seem to like me much” he sighs looking down at me “ it’ll change I’ll make sure of it” an erratic smile spreading across his face as he strokes my lower back gently “ come we must great our guests” he smiles sweetly looking at me “ and geta must be wondering why we’re absent” he chuckles slightly as he unhooks himself from around me he neatens up his hair running his fingers through it before getting up, he holds out his hand for me to take helping me up off the bed as I stand dundus jumps up onto my shoulder and then climbs across to Caracallas making me giggle “ she’s a sweet little thing” I coo gently stroking the back of her head “ Indeed she is” he smiles taking my hand in his as we begin to walk out of the bed chambers walking towards the dining room. 

As we enter the room geta is already seated at the head if the table, several guests stood around the table chatting  they suddenly fall silent turning to stare at me and Caracalla their expressions unreadable. Geta raises from his seat walking over towards me a beaming smile on his face “ my love, did you sleep well” he runs his warm hand along my cheek“ I slept very well thank you emperor” I smile sweetly as he turns to the guests “ you may sit now” he orders sounding impatient by their hesitation he rolls his eyes at the old men turning his attention back to me “ you may sit near me my love there is a space free for you” Caracalla glares at Geta “ and what if I. Want her sat near me brother” I look at th both “ how about for half the dinner o sit near Geta and the other half I sit near you” my voice soft and smooth like a gentle breeze compared to both emperors who simply nod at my suggestion walking to opposite sides of the table I take my seat next to Geta his hand instantly tangles around my waist hooking me ever so close to him “ there’s no need to keep such a distance between us” he scoffs looking down at me “ you are going to be my wife” he gets interrupted by Caracalla “ OUR WIFE” he snaps staring daggers into his brother as all the guests look across the table at me and Geta “ our wife then” he rolls his eyes “ ignore my brothers out bursts, it just proves how passionate he is about you” Geta rubs his hand down my back pulling me up onto his lap causing me to blush nervously. I look across the table watching the men chatter as the doors open and a familiar face walks through the doors general Acaclius with a beautiful lady on his arm “ excuse our lateness emperors” he bows his head “ tis alright general we know how long it can take the ladies to get ready” geta chuckles as they walk further into the room “general it’s lovely to see you again” I smile sweetly “ you too my lady “ he bows his head “ I’m glad to see you’ve settled in well” I nod resting my head back against Geta “ this is my wife lady Lucilla I hope you’ll find great company in each other” I look at her a small smile on my face “ let’s hope so” letting my head bow slightly as they take their seats on the opposite side of the table as food is brought in and begins to be placed on the table

As the feast goes on I sit nibbling on grapes staying close to geta chest as the men chatter amongst each other I notice Caracalla sat staring into the distance as if he’s under some sort of spell I tilt my head looking at him with gentle eyes. I lean close to getas ear “ I’m gonna check on your brother” I whisper my warm intoxicated breath hitting his skin causing goosebumps to form as I place I gentle kiss on his cheek “ very well my love” he smiles softly as he helps me off his lap. 

I walk round the table I feel all eyes follow me as I sit next to Caracalla my hand instantly locking into his taking him from his dazed state a smile spreading across his face his gold tooth glistening in the low candle light as Dundus climbs from his face on the table to my lap “ seems like both of you want my attention “ i giggle sweetly as dundus eats nuts and seeds off the table like a tiny human “ we missed your company “ he strokes the back of my hand with his thumb “ I was only sat over there “ I giggle looking at his childish grin that claws at his face “ so close but still so far” he grumbled pulling me closer to him “ did our guests introduced themselves to you” he asks looking into my eyes a darkness spreading through his gaze sending shivers up my spine “ no but there is no need, they’re men and I am only a woman” his expression changes his face scrunching into one of dissatisfaction “ you’re our empress my love not just any woman, you will be respected” he glares down the table at all the men taking them in as they continue their constant nattering to each other. 

He suddenly picks up his cup from the table and throws it against the wall beside us making me jump back into him further as the red wine splatters back the men turn and stare “ brother?” Geta raises an eye brow at Caracallas sudden outburst “ I find it rude how all of you seem to ignore your future empress” his voice is twinged with anger as I hold his hand in mine trying to keep him level headed “ it’s fine” I whisper in his ear as a rather drunk senator speaks up “ we apologise emperor but she’s not much to look at” he slurs taking another swig of wine. I gasp slightly as Geta slams his hand in the table “ ENOUGH” he snaps glaring at the man his eyes burning with the fires of hell, lucella rises from her seat rushing towards my side she crouches to the side of me and Caracalla whispering into the younger emperors ear “ emperor may I take your lady away from this madness before things turn sour” her voice is motherly with a deep concern in her eyes as Caracalla helps me off his lap and then gently kissing my cheek “ we will come see you later my love” I nod taking lucella’s arm as we rush out the room. 

As we get to the door way i suddenly hear a metal on flesh sound I turn to see the senators head rolling across the floor landing at my feet my eyes widen as I stare at it my hands shaking as she pulls me away to my bed chamber “ it’s a lot to experience my lady I am sorry you witnessed such a thing “ she apologies holding my hand gently in hers  as out eyes meet her motherly instinct kicks in as she envelopes me in a tight embrace “ they did it to protect you my darling” I nod as suddenly unexpected tears start to drip down my cheeks hitting lucellas shoulder “ oh darling” she sighs running her hand up and down my back as my cries turn into sobs “ you’re still so young and you have so much to learn” she pulls away from me “ you must not show your weakness “ i nod sniffling as I wipe my tears away as I lay back on to my bed “ thank you lucella I hope this gives us an opportunity to be friends “ i look at her “ i think it will” she smiles sweetly at me rising to her feet to stand up holding onto the poster that holds up the bed. 

as the doors suddenly open with both Geta and Caracalla walking in followed by general Acacius. both Caracalla and geta push past each other trying to get to me first making me giggle in amusement “ relax you two there’s plenty of me to go around” I smile as both emperors place a hand on each of my cheeks “ how can we relax when we saw how destraut you were” Caracallas hand trembles against my cheek at remembering my face in the door way “ lucella helped me calm down I’m quite alright now “ she gives me a sweet smile as acacius rests a hand in her shoulder watching over as I reassure the emperors 

Caracalla pushes Into the space next to me “ they should have never spoken if you in such a disrespectful way” his voice is full of anger “ calm brother we’ll make sure such a thing never happens again” geta looks down at me a possessive look in his eyes “ we shall defend your honour my lady” he strokes the long hair running down my back soothing me and they continue to for the rest of the night.

(OC Lore and design time!)

(it got longer again ... sorry ... idk how to make things short, i just need to talk, but i guess if you can read the written stuff in the pic thats the barest bare bones of what i wrote here)

i was asked what new lore story stuff i had thought about that made me sad which i mentioned a bit ago, and while that is too hard to explain given all the missing context i thought i could at least talk about lore having to do with it :D

so, (Lord) Eadrya is one of my fav OCs (big blue lad, here a rough sketch in humanoid form) they are both one of if not THE most powerful demon alive and the most battle trained;

at the mid point of the story the demon world gets invaded by the celestials (the angel inspired things i talked about in the previous lore post with Xaror) and Shargon, as the king, should be their first and only frontline, but at this point his life is only being sustained by maschinery after being mortally wounded, he cannot fight (he realizes what is going on, rips himself off the maschinery to get at least his youngest child to safety, barely managing it before dying- the guardian, the demons god, takes over his body to attempt to fight against the celestials but cant keep itself alive long enough since its host is already dead) Eadrya takes the role of the frontline fighter (despite being very full of themselves and aggressive they care about their 'job' of protecting their own, also giving them the chance to show off just how strong they are); the fight was going well for them all things considered, but when the guardian activates it drains the power of all elemental lords (which Eadrya is one of, and since they have the most strength it also takes the most from them), so much so that they lose the fight and suffer deadly wounds (the worst being a spear through the chest made of a material that grows hard, root-like formations when in contact with demonic blood like a fungus but worse, also stopping any self healing processes) after the guardian falls apart it creates a huge shockwave of energy that stuns every living thing within a certain distance and possibly more-

Eadrya (in true demon form, so like a blue whale in size at least) was likely taken through an active gateway to the human world in a large tidal wave also created by the guardians fall; they wash up in the harbor of a small secluded village, the head of which is 'lady 13'; although never having seen a demon before and everyone being afraid (largely thinking its a strange hurt animal, only she suspected otherwise), they still gather all villagers to pull out the celestial spear, which is diffcult and brutal given that its already taken root, but the village lacked both knowledge and means to help any other way- doing so damaged their heart which is how they were able to collect samples of all three demonic blood types ('normal' -red like humans-, energy -essentially purely magic- and heartblood -highly concentrated energy only found within the heart of a demon and the only one to contain genetic material) (this is the start of Eadryas character arc, having to deal with the fact that their world is likely destroyed, them failing what they didnt think they could fail, having lost a battle so badly (even if not really their fault) for the first time and not knowing if literally anyone else has survived .. also being now stuck in the human world, which they dont like)

Lady 13 (placeholder name? stands for experiment 13) is a human that was tricked by demon hunters to enroll into a series of experiments trying to create hybrids of demons and humans, which they hoped would be powerful and easily controllable tools for their endeavours, though the two are inherently not compatible, they tried grafting body parts of demons on humans to make them compatible- all experiments failed except for her, more or less, though she never got to see the hybrid she carried and was then told it had died too, they threw her out believing she wouldnt survive much longer either and all such experiments were cancelled due to the high cost of human life, research material (demons are still rare) and upkeep with no successful results Lady 13 survived though (perhaps even via the pirates picking her up?) and she ended up living in said small village far away, hiding her half demonic body, though most know there soemthing 'wrong' with her (her being this tall when it doesnt fit the rest for one), only few know the full extent; she enjoys the life she has now, perhaps on the more poor side but safer and more loved than ever before; she largely lead the efforts to try and help Eadrya when they ended up in the harbor, though there wasnt that much anyone could do it was still enough- they leave immediately after waking up, but return after really having nowhere to go and struggling to deal with everything that has happened; over time (probably years) they start to open up towards the people there (though not .. very much) enough to get rather close with Lady 13 too- she actually falls madly in love but after Eadrya (extremely aro/ace) rejects all her attempts quite clearly she respects their boundaries

However, after hearing news of potential demon sightings Eadrya decides to leave in hopes of not being the last demon left after all; Lady 13 then decides to reveal her secret to them (though hearing and seeing what lengths hunters would go to for their experiments makes them absolutely seething with rage- she insists on not being out for revenge) and asks if they would be willing to donate a small amount of heartblood; shes always wanted to be a mother but is now incompatible with humans too- through things she picked up back at the experiments facillity, hers and her doctors research she is sure that is all that is needed, she dares to ask since she does not know when, if ever, she will meet another demon, much less one she could actually trust enough for this though Eadrya hesitates (why would she want to go through the same thing again that didnt work and threatened her life, if it does work, do they want to be involved with any of this? what if hunters find out it worked after all?) but after her ensuring that they would have no part in it other than giving up a little blood and would not be considered a parent in any way, nor made responsible for anything that might happen to her, but considering it all in the end they agree to it

only for her to reveal shes had a small bottle of it already, along with multiple samples of the other types, which she collected when Eadrya was bleeding out into the harbor not knowing if they will survive, though not wanting to make use of it without their consent either way (they are actuallly rather touched by this)

alot later the main group returns here and it turns out to have worked (though she is unable to walk/bedridden for a long while bc it did alot of damage to her body, which can heal since its demons parts, but only really slowly bc she does not have a full functioning system and no demonic blood of her own -she uses the other samples for the healing process-) though its a little awkward to explain, especially considering that 13.1 took alot after Eadrya xD (their theory as to why it worked so "well" that time is that even though the sample was already taken, them giving their consent for it still made it less likely to be rejected; demons dont need partners to have offspring, and all can do it, they just have to decide to- so them agreeing to it, even though its long been outside their body, still had an effect on the blood sample)

fionna's world being represented by a dandelion makes so much sense ... they're weeds. yet people make wishes through them, changing their whole meaning from something meant to be destroyed to something hopeful.

dandelions are also resilient and it makes sense that something associated with them would. you know. perservere despite the destruction caused by the scarab.

but ultimately i think what REALLY made me tear up over this is that dandelions are really boring plants. when you're a kid you blow on them and make your wish but they're not eyecatching or anything but still, fionna's final wish was for her old world to still exist as it was when she left it (> plain and simple. boring even).

like the moment she realized she would lose her friends, and that her friends might forget each other if the world got its magic back, she immediately decided she didn't want it and I think that ties back to the dandelion metaphor so well... like, do you really need magic to be real to find it everywhere? or can you turn something boring into something magical?

the grey’s doctors were FREAKS LMFAOO bc there is not space to be doing all that in the on call rooms…. honestly yuuta is probably too busy to even try anything with you in the hospital 90% of the time… he’s either in surgery or buried in the research library or falling asleep standing up 😭 sometimes you two pass each other in an empty stairwell and have time for a kiss or two, but never more than that (also because yuuta has very little self-restraint when it comes to you… if he allowed himself more than that, then it would be much harder to stop…) 

sometimes the two of you will fall asleep in the same on call room. yuuta will page you there and by the time you arrive he’s already half asleep, it’s probably his only nap in the last 24 hours, so you do your best not to wake wake him when you cuddle up next to him. you get a few hours of bliss in his arms before his pager is waking the both of you up, and he’s got to scurry downstairs to the peds floor and in his hurry he doesn’t realize he’s snagged your lab coat instead of his own, and it’s only when he’s haphazardly slipped it on and the arms are too short and the shoulders are too tight that he figures it out. it’s too late by then, because gojo is the attending on this case which means he doesn’t miss anything, which means he’s the first to giggle and tease, poking at your name embroidered above the breast pocket, “oh? i didn’t know the two of you got married already! oh and you took her last name, how noble, yuuta!~”
