"we own the site we get to make the rules" Incorrect, this site has only ever made profit when the users willed it. we collectively own the site as a hive mind and no legal change in ownership will change that. APPEAL DENIED

"we have to keep this website safe for the children who use it" Argument based on fallacy banning pornography and sex workers does not prevent pornography and sex work from occuring on the site, it only forces aforementioned users to hide and avoid labling their content appropriately, which REDUCES the safety for children and sex workers alike instead of increasing it, this has been shown to the point that making this argument at all is tantamount to admiting fascist intent APPEAL DENIED

Earlier this year I switched to a store-brand dish detergent. Later, I thought my dishwasher was broken because the dishes weren't being sufficiently cleaned. But I couldn't find anything seriously wrong with the machine. So, I switched back to Cascade detergent, which costs a few dollars more, and now the dishwasher outputs pristine dishes again. Anyway, the invisible hand of the market is alive and well.

Hey Everyone! I never really know how to go about these things, mostly because I never know how the ones on my dash get there, but my sister is trying to raise money to support her dream of owning her own bakery. Someone in the town we grew up in is selling their lease on a place that's already set up as a bakery and they're doing it at a reasonable price. It's kind of one of those "once in a lifetime almost too good to be true" opportunities but she has to act fast.

Unfortunately, she was in an abusive relationship a few years ago and that person ran up her credit bill to the point where my sister had to claim bankruptcy. So asking for a loan has been out of the question which is just about the only option for quick down payment money aside from fundraising. Anything you can give would be appreciated. Also, watch out because the website does a "tip" thing that is technically optional and is their way to be fee-free. It's one of those "you have to opt-out not opt-in" kind of things.

P.S.: If you donate and then message me a request, I'll doodle you something or write you a poem about (your choice). Full disclosure I DO NOT DRAW and my poetry is MEDIOCRE AT BEST, but hey it's the thought that counts and I promise I'll try. This is also optional, but I figured I should offer something.
