Hi!! I don't know if anyone has drawn this before (sorry if they have!! I couldn't find any evidence of it) but I have recently been plagued with the question of "what if Machete and Vasco were in Bluey?"
Well. Now we know.
To my knowledge, the only Bluey dogs who wear clothes are the ones in uniforms. TECHNICALLY Machete's outfit could count, but I left it out because it's not typical of a main character. He must be naked 😔

I'm probably not the first to admit this but goddamn was I a narcissistic prick when I wasn't on stimulants
#adhd#not art#like this only thing I could think about was how understimulated I was#every person was boring because I was in such a severe and chronic state of dopamine deficiency#so I wasn't interested or curious about ANYONE and nobody could 'satiate me' and I deemed everyone boring because of it#then the first week on my meds & I went to visit my neighbor#& I was like 'omg your granddaughter came to visit this weekend? how was she? :)'#and then after I went home and I was like wow she's so sweet and her life seems so interesting I cant wait to talk more about it#and then it hit me I had known her for YEARS and it wasn't until now that I.. cared :(#made me feel really bad but also glad that I actually have the capacity to care and it wasn't just my personality#I had to do a lot of damage control :T but some bridges were burned and I gotta live with that#now I can proudly proclaim that no im not a narcissist bc I think people are interesting and I wanna hear them talk#i can just sit and listen and internalizing their perspective ..#for once I like people and I'm not a victim in some imaginary fight for mediocrity with everyone else#it never excited and im happy to feel that way#also whenever I speak with unmedicated adhders I just look at them like wow you don't even know how much your brain is making itself suffer#every adhder may not want to or can take meds and that's fine but everyone at least deserves to know what it feels when they work

do you have any plans for snaptooth or flywhisker, ever since I saw that fake map I've fallen in love w flywhisker lmao
You know, for the longest time I've been planning to have Snaptooth and Flywhisker be adopted kits of Toadstep and Lionblaze, but I'm writing an SE rework for Nightcloud right now and I have a temptation.
I found a good moment to send off Snapstorm, the best friend of Brushblaze, as a complication of a boar hunt gone wrong. It's right around the time that Brushblaze's kits are being born, and something feels odd about the fact he didn't name any of his kits after someone who was by his side for his entire life. SO I'm thinking about shuffling Snaptooth over to HIS litter.
Which leaves Flywhisker over in ThunderClan.
Lionblaze is the adopted father of Dovewing and Ivypool... and his terrible parenting caused Dovewing to leave ThunderClan, and Ivypool to be permanently traumatized. He breaks up his false mateship with Cinderheart to go be with the cat he really loves, Toadstep, and Flywhisker is adopted after being found abandoned.
Lionblaze's destruction of the ThunderClan family tree has been undone; so now he would only have three children. Ivy, Dove, and Fly. I like it, because Fly is growing up with all the expectations of being Firekin, but also holding the knowledge that her loving father... wasn't always the best, to her older sisters.
It would be cool if Fly was always a little bit of a rebel, and found a really good friend in WindClan. I could work her into the conflict of TBC better too, being accused of being in a HalfClan relationship when the truth is that Snaptooth is more like a brother to her. Then, of course, have them leave the Clans together.
Brushblaze's litter would be Snaptooth, Smokehaze, and Galerunner... and so, Galerunner would be left alone after his brother leaves permanently with Flywhisker.
But I'm still unsure. It's a big change, because I'd been planning for Fly and Snap to remain siblings in BB. But it does seem to work better, thinking about it...

So I was watching someone play Undertale's True Pasifist run when I say this Papyrus call dialog (it takes place right after the Undyne Alphys date).

Papyrus... what the fuck?
I find this dialog kinda weird because the way he's talking sound less like he's just worried about her and more like he knows something. And this dialog is supposed to be what leads you to finding the true lab.
Papyrus rarely ever stutters, so he has to be super nervous here, and if it were that he was just worried about Alphys, he would have told you that instead of saying "for no apparent reason".
And then there's the "I only have good feelings about this" line. It feels like he's trying his best to convince us to go.

TEMPLATE for the exact patient we were supposed to do it on in the module#that i opened once and then forgot about because adhd just works like that#and now im literally . kmsing because we fucking . we fucking presented these orally in class#and i was only half paying attention bc i was (incorrectly) documenting my (made-up) patient information on the record#and i thought it was weird that like 2 or 3 people seemed to have VERY similar patients but did not question it further#…which is to say. i may be stupid.#and now i feel like dying because im gonna have to email my professor and TELL HER how stupid i am#and hope that she takes enough pity on me and my cursed brain to let me do it over properly#because my lab grade is now barely a 77 and i need a 75 to pass. and our final assessment is tomorrow.#i genuinely cannot live like this anymore im serious#i need a fucking brain transplant#anyway tl;dr guys please pray for me please please please im actually disintegrating rn#to delete later

I would like to both thank and blame tumblr for the phrase "turn slow tigers into fast tigers with this one neat trick!" Like, I am grateful for it as a mnemonic that stuck that reminds me to go punch the punching bag* when I get too stressed out and can't function well from acute stress, but also I can no longer refer to it any other way because when I get that stressed I have trouble with words Which means today I was putting on my wrap gloves and my brother was looking at me like "what are you doing?" and all I could say was "turning slow tigers into fast tigers" *I think the original post was about taking a short run or tensing all your muscles and then releasing them? But my response to stress is very much not flight lol
#the person behind the yarn#it worked though!! and he's on tumblr so he knew what I meant#are they called wrap gloves? wrist wraps?? hand wraps???#the wraps like you'd wear under boxing gloves but in glove form themselves instead of a long strip of fabric#and with padding on the knuckles#back before I got sick I used to do what was pretty much MMA sparring#in that that was not the specific style we were learning but once a week we had sparring hour#and like half the people that came were MMA dudes#which also means I can say (I find this hilarious but my sister doesn't)#I have only been punched in the face by three people: a toddler. my sister. and a professional MMA fighter#that dude got SO MUCH GRIEF from the rest of the class for even barely hitting my face. it was hilarious#I was probably the youngest person in the sparring group by well over a decade they were super nice#today was my first time hitting the punching bag in like...8-9 months?#I stayed away from it while I was anemic because that seemed a bad idea#and it was great!!! my new meds meant I could use the punching bag for more than like two minutes at a time!#and it didn't skyrocket my heart rate!!! or at least not as badly!!!#so I think I will get back into using it more often

you are complaining about complaining too much while complaining about the fact that maybe people dont like you because you complain too much while complaining about being alone. just stop complaining and do something about it. talk to people. reach out. dont just wait for someone to come to you first.
i have tried reaching out to different people in the past year or so but it never works. i understand its my own fault for letting relationships decay because of my own insecurities and issues but that doesn't mean i can just will myself to think or believe different things about myself. it's a self fulfilling prophecy ; i think people don't like me so i don't reach out so people don't like me etc . i am sure you do not want to hear me list all the things i want to say in response so i will put them in the tags.

like why did they change where Vegeta was when Cell announced the cell games in the anime
why did they make this vegeta starting shit with yamcha instead of chillin in the lab with his family? why did they take Bulma out of the lab? Why'd they say she was Out while Dr Brief was repairing 16? Why did they change Bulma working on advanced robotics to running in late with her baby?
it's the same scene except: - Bulma's actively at work being a scientist - Vegeta's not being rude to her (or anyone else!) - Vegeta waits for Trunks instead of leaving the room - Cell interrupted the airwaves, which means Trunks and Vegeta were just hanging out with Bulma and Dr B while they were working
Those are all Great Character Details!! That the anime rails against!!

He's not trying to be insulting. That's what MAKES it insulting! Film discussion on twitter has just become dominated by Marvel movies, not just by people who like Marvel movies, but those who hate Marvel movies yet for some reason now feel the need to judge all cinema in opposition to Marvel movies and I'm just like "Shut the fuck up about bloody Marvel movies". You just can talk about cinema without someone bringing up how Marvel movies are the root of evil and instead we should champion the shitty work of mediocre filmmaker simply because they are "real" filmmakers who don't make Marvel movies. I see so many crap movies get venerated simply because they are not Marvel movies.
#So many of them were getting read to praise the pants of Megalopolis because Coppola was a “real” filmmaker#but then when all quiet once he was exposed for being a right creep on set#so many cinephiles have just become so binary in their opinions#mavel is seen as completely bad#and whatever isn't marvel is automatically good#but that just isn't how it should be#work should be judged on their individual merits#i'm not saying marvel is all good and the films are unfairly judged#only that we need to stop making marvel the centre of things just because it is successful#and seeing it as the enemy of cinema#because that's such a with us or against us mentality#which doesn't produce fruitful film discussion of analysis#and really just seems to lead to petty point scoring
