I have some reservations, but otherwise? Pretty pleased overall with the avatar update. There are some things I couldn't match 1:1 to the 2017 looks but they're drowned out by the improvements.

Holding my urge to play the game back at gunpoint so I actually finish this damned bodysuit ... so much of the original has been retconned. Dunno what the heck I’m doing with the neck yet but back layout has been nailed down, just gotta go in and redraw some specifics, so maybe expect visual changes there but not layout ones.
I’m learning heaps and ways to perfect my process but, god ... can’t even introduce my V on this blog yet cause I had to get all stuck in the idea of ‘canon tattoos’ 🙄 why did I have to get stuck on the idea of a heavily tattooed V

also if anyone wants to know the brushes i used for my recent pieces these are them. my current fixation brushes
sketching (specifically ★DKXthick④ mixing mode; perceptual / fifth brightness correction. but i love all the brushes in this set)
painting (mixing mode set on perceptual and the fourth brightness correction. nothing else changed. make sure to have your secondary color as something as well. i usually make it the base color and make my main color that/darker/lighter. it is also the type of brush that changes color with each stroke and i think it really adds to it)

with wormie's model i will likely compose a variant that is able to use animated textures in the future so she'd be more compatible and in line with ahit's animation style. that or sculpture her an inside to her mouth so i can animate mouth movements and make her eyelid meshes to blink + add something to her puplis mesh but we'll see
