#leologisms#this post was inspired by watching two food youtubers with completely different philosophies making classic pastas#all the effort being put in for refinement and class and delicacy and intentionality of flavour and texture and presentation#vs presenting a recipe/procedure that is as easy and consistent and ATTAINABLE in a home cooking environment while still being 'dignified'#and also seeing them both give the same advice that contradicts common wisdom (cook pasta in LESS water to make your sauce better)#very cool. awesome. anyway ill be thinking about this in relation to art and also everything else now
