Truly WHY did the anime not include the part of the first sexual interaction between Misaki and Usagi where Misaki thinks about how he likes it????

In the manga Misaki thinks “I can’t yell! Then I lose! This pervert’s hands— A man’s… feels good.”

In the anime Misaki thinks “I can’t cry out! I’ll be damned if I lose! To the hands of a pervert like him…” And that’s it!!!

They just took out his inner thoughts about liking what was happening for what purpose?!

1. Nowaki - Gentle giant but can and will curb stomp anyone if pushed far enough. Your only chance if you make him angry is to start running

2. Shinobu - Will throw hands at the slightest provocation and win

3. Ritsu - Canon! A very sweet and kind man but isnt afraid to kick ass if he has to, and he absolutely will. Just ask Takano

4. Usagi - When you're as isolated and pretty as young Akihiko was, you gotta learn how to fight just to keep yourself safe. So ya he can fight but it's sad :(

5. Yukina - Is too nice to start a fight but not too nice to end it

6. Kirishima - His reaction to finding out that his wife was pregnant was to enroll in martial arts classes bc hes a dork

7. Kisa - Another canon ass-whooper. Learned how to fight from beating up perverts who groped him on the train on the way to school

8. Hatori - Average fighter but something is deeply wrong w him please dont fight him

9. Miyagi - Was scrappy in his youth and can still knock someone around if he had to but not as effectively due to the years of chain smoking and angsting

10. Hiroki - Has absolutely no technique and relies on blind rage in a fight. 50/50 on whether he'll win or lose

11. Asahina - Was in the karate club in high school or something idk. Another 50/50 shot

12. Isaka - We're getting into 40/60 territory now. Works out sometimes but has never fought before so who knows

13. Yokozawa - Talks a big game and is pretty strong but doesn't know how to throw a punch. Relies on his resting bitch face. 40/60

14. Chiaki - Were starting to get into Little Bitch territory now. Pretty weak from years spending most of his time indoors but can throw a pretty good adrenaline fueled punch (poor Yuu 🥺)

15. Takano - His physique is intimidating but it's a scam. The abs are from years of crying so hard no sound comes out until he falls asleep and the biceps are just masturbation muscle. Punch him and hell probably cry and ask why you did that

16. Misaki - Sweet baby angel who wouldn't hurt a fly. Weighs 80 lbs. Will fall over if you push him. Please dont fight him. You'll win but at what cost

Sorry to get into Junjou Discourse some more… I just think that not being able to SAY what he wants is such a big part (through line) of Misaki’s character that is unfair to ignore it in situations with Usagi.

Like Misaki’s “being selfish” moment in his own mind was asking if maybe just maybe he could leave some of his stuff at Usagi’s house when he moved out with his brother. And what he doesn’t say but what’s implied and Usagi picks up on is that leaving his stuff would give him an excuse to visit more often. Which means, Misaki doesn’t want to leave at all. Even tho he can’t bring himself to say that. All he can say is “could I leave my stuff— haha jk of course I’ll take my stuff.”

Also I think by how Usagi gets silent and like freezes this really is like the first time Misaki has ever said something that has even implied he wanted something different than what was just happening.

And just after asking that, he starts crying. Like he is not good at vocalizing what he wants even a little bit. Because he’s not even close to being straight forward in this moment and it’s very hard for him.

So, while yes, a lot of their interactions do come off as Usagi pushing himself on Misaki I’m not denying that… There is a clear emphasis throughout that Misaki isn’t good at saying what he wants and is more likely to just hint at it.

Like it’s a bit messy in a relationship to be like you need to pick up on hints because you could wrong!

And I think that’s why when Sumi mentions that Usagi might have forced Misaki, Usagi freaks out and feels guilty. Because, he hadn’t really thought he was ever forcing Misaki, probably (and I’m inferring) it seems like despite Misaki saying “no! no!” He was very physically into it… So Usagi assumed (and it seems correctly based on what Misaki says later) that Misaki was embarrassed/ashamed/etc.

Day 6: Together/Cold @romanticaweek Usagi can be really sweet to Misaki at times. The romantic and steamy scenes always make me cry 💕❤️I love them together so much 🥰

I've been thinking that what if she'll put in some past trauma stuff in it. Like remember Usagi got mol*sted by his tutor? Maybe Usagi will remember that and start to cry or get scared or have anxiety when Misaki is topping him. Idk if anyone will get what I'm saying. It's probably unlikely for it to happen in the manga but who knows.

Oh this is an....interesting question. I’ve love to do a top 10 list though. Hmmm....let’s see....of ships that have stuck with me....I’ll go with ones that I easily get emotional over just thinking about them. Ones that make me all warm and fuzzy, but also make me sad whenever something happens to them.

10) KilluGon - Hunter x Hunter

These two have such a cute relationship. They’re honestly so pure, I love their dynamic so much. Killua absolutely adores Gon and would do anything for him. Gon treasures Killua dearly as well. After all they’ve went through, I hope they’re happy and I anticipate the day that they’re able to reunite.

9) SorMik - Tales of Zestiria

It’s been a while since I went through this series, but I really loved their relationship. I love how they’re technically canon since Sorey knowing Mikleo’s true name has romantic connotation. Plus who doesn’t a good Friends to Lovers? These two care deeply for each other and it’s honestly adorable seeing them interact.

8) AshEiji - Banana Fish

I went into Banana Fish completely blind and didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t expect to find a beautiful love story between these two. They genuinely care for each other. Ash is able to be open without fear of being take advantage of or expecting to give or take anything. Eiji is just so patient and gentle with Ash, it’s beautiful yet heartbreaking.

Also, can we pretend that Ash went with Eiji to Japan? Yeah? Yeah.

7) NorEmma - The Promised Neverland

I’ll never get over these two. Norman’s love for Emma is both sweet and heartbreaking. We don’t know if Emma actually returns his feelings, but if she does...Let’s hope Norman will be able to survive Emma smushing his face with kisses.

6) GerIta - Hetalia

I wanted to put HRE/Chibitalia, but this is basically the same thing, right? I firmly believe the HRE = Germany theory, which is really depressing if you think about it. This would make Germany Italy’s first love, but he never remembered him. But it doesn’t matter, because he falls back in love with Italy anyway. Italy definitely never forgot Holy Rome, he definitely still thinks about him from time to time. I can only imagine how Italy would feel if he fell for Germany. He would probably feels like he’s betraying Holy Rome. But can you imagine Italy if he found out if Germany really was Holy Rome? Lots of hugs, crying and kissing, that’s for sure.

5) Usagi/Misaki - Junjou Romantica

I rewatched this series a year ago and I fell back in love with these two very quickly. Usagi treasures and adores Misaki so much and despite Misaki’s insistence, he loves him too. As someone who has a very hard time admitting my feelings, I feel Misaki’s pain in not being able to yell out his love for Usagi. He wants to, but he can’t.

4) NaLu - Fairy Tail

I really loved these two when I first watched Fairy Tail. I loved their dynamic and how fiercely protective Natsu got over Lucy. I truly fell for this ship when Lucy first got kidnapped and the Guild went to save her, but it was Natsu who was the most aggressive when it came to looking for her. I would watch episode 22 over and over again, just watching Lucy putting her absolute trust in Natsu in him catching her. These two share a bond that I love.

3) TodoDeku/BakuDeku - My Hero Academia

Y’all expected me to choose just ONE from MHA? Literally impossible. I remember not knowing who to ship when I first ventured into this series, but when I saw people talking about TodoDeku (I first joined the fandom when the manga was around the....Stain Arc I believe) and I got curious. I looked it up and it was too cute to pass up. I remember feeling apprehensive when wanting to ship BakuDeku, but I fell in love with it. Bakugou is slowly redeeming himself in my eyes and he’s starting to open up to Izuku, which I greatly appreciate.

2) Soul x Maka - Soul Eater

These two....I love them dearly. I treasure their bond. They bicker and fight, but they still care so much for each other. I remember going absolutely nuts when Soul threw himself in front of Maka to protect her from Crona when they first met. He dedicated his life to her, swearing to always protect her and I just....found that so endearing.

1) HanaNene - Toilet Bound Hanako-kun

I don’t care that I recently got into this fandom. These two cause me so many emotions after I read the manga. You can’t tell me that they’re not deeply in love with each other. The Little Mermaid Arc and the Picture Perfect Arc are perfect examples of why these two are meant for each other. Hanako quickly fell for her when he met her at that festival all those years ago and never forgot her, even until his death. Yashiro slowly fell for him over time, seeing Hanako for who he really is and how deeply he cares for her.
