For the 8 flowers part,it's just about how many tethers have been cut! One for Kaeyas vison,one for tevyat itself, One for Diluc,one for jean,and a couple other tethers that broke! Dilucs was the last tether to break,but he died before Jean because his death was pretty quick-

Quick fire of all the deaths under the cut

Lisa dies from the combined symptoms of the tethers for both Jean and Kaeya breaking. She wasn't as close to Kaeya,so the tether breaking with him didn't do too much,just made her pretty sick. But then Lisa died,and the already shaky house of cards came toppling down. That and the stress was what did her in.

Barbara doesn't die like the others,she unfortunately has to die with the rest of Tevyat,while watching her entire life come falling down in less than a few months.

Albedo doesn't hear about Kaeyas disappearance for a good while,but he feels the symptoms of the tether breaking long before. He's trying his best to keep from dying,if not for his sake,but for Klees. It doesn't work however,and he crumbles back down to the same materials he was made of.

Various Genshin Impact Headcanons (and Why I Have Them)

• Alhaitham actually doesn't like black coffee.

He always orders 2 coffees, though. One black, the other with enough sugar it really could barely even be considered coffee anymore. Both cups will be taken to his office at the Akademiya, and sometimes a passing scholar might see Master Kaveh of Kshahrewar leaving the Scribe's office with the extra coffee cup. However what they all fail to notice, is that Kaveh's cup isn't the one that contains an excess of caramel and chocolate syrups, whipped creams, and sugar, like one would assume. That cup remains remains with Alhaitham. It's his, after all.

• Dendro users can control their own/another's psychoactivity

okay i know this one is WILD but stfu and hear me out. so, most alcohols are made with fermented grains and fruits, there's an entire wiki page on psychoactive plants/mushrooms, can you see where im going with this. Dendro users (namely Tighnari bc face it, that one dude in his character demo was lit like a mfn christmas tree, and tbh so was he) can either sober themselves up or induce a hallucinogen (severity and effect varies on who and what the purpose is for) when needed

• Anemo users can control their own oxygen levels

i actually saw this one somewhere else (i think somebody else did a think piece on other ways Vision holders can use and control their elements) and i just wrote it into my understanding of how Teyvat works and then i remembered that while yes, we do get the 15% stamina reduction, no, it is not stated anywhere in game that Anemo users never get muscle exhaustion due to lack of oxygen in the bloodstream.

• Certain Hydro users can control blood

Those users being Tartaglia, Kokomi, and Barbara. Tartaglia bc fucking DUH, Kokomi bc she WAS a leading figure in the Inazuman Civil War (lbr, Kokomi deserves a little more violence in her life. i mean look at her), and Barbara learned as a medical thing, in case someone needed to keep blood flow going, and to help find veins for things like IVs or vaccines.

• Mona went to the Akademiya as a Rtawahist scholar

It only lasted MAYBE 8 months, but she was there. If you didn't see Layla's name in the top spot after exams, it was more than likely Mona's until she left for Mondstadt.

• The exams at the Akademiya are on a month by month basis

Because there are so many people going in and out and doing self-studies at the Akademiya, it wouldn't make sense for exams to be on a quarter by quarter basis, so they're done at the end of every month instead.

• Kaveh actually does know about what happened in Sumeru City

Cyno initially told him that there was trouble, and he was searching for Alhaitham. Kaveh wasn't able to leave his project in the desert to help, but thankfully, Candace gave him a run down on the plan and everything that followed when he returned to Aaru Village in preparation for returning to Sumeru City. During the library scene, yes, Kaveh already knew, but he wanted to hear AH's version of the events. Meanwhile, Alhaitham is being difficult because he doesn't want Kaveh to worry over a certain plot event. (He could just leave it out, however Kaveh always knows when he lies.)

• No one knew about Alhaitham using the Divine Knowledge Capsule in the Grand Sage's Office

canon can say they knew all it wants, you'll pry the angst of when this goes sideways out of my cold lifeless hands

• Klee is the in-game reason why we haven't seen Dornman Port or the Dandelion Sea yet

She accidentally blew up the connecting mountain to Dornman Port while fish blasting, and the Dandelion Sea resides further north (meta reasoning is we return to Mondstadt at some point before the Khaenri'ah chapter, and that'll open up this area)

• Tartaglia is actually a really good healer

He learned because he didn't want his younger siblings to worry if he came home with an unexplainable amount of scars, but no one else in the Fatui believes him when he says he's a good healer bc of how he acts on a battlefield (you know that one scene from Sailor Moon where Usagi is like "i got a C+ in first aid!"? that's him)

• Tartaglia is extremely good at wood carving

There was a little truth to the toy seller "lie". He might not be the best, but he does sell a lot of wood carvings for children. The carvings are especially popular in both Liyue and Sumeru.

• Alhaitham and Nahida both find Cyno's jokes funny

Alhaitham doesn't outwardly laugh, but he's losing his mind on the inside, but Nahida is just a ball of giggles for a good thirty seconds following.

• Flowers grow around Dendro users according to their emotions or location

It's best seen with Catalyst users (ie. flora grows under Nahida wherever she walks, qingxin and violetgrass grow in Baizhu's hair whenever he's in Qingce Village), but Yaoyao usually has a few silk flowers and qingxin in her hair, Kaveh has been seen with a crown of Nilotpala Lotus and Padisarah on multiple occasions (especially around the Palace of Alcazarzaray), and Alhaitham has been caught with a Kalpalata Lotus once or twice.

• Kaveh is the reincarnation of the Goddess of Flowers/Alhaitham is the reincarnation of King Deshret

- Klee is not allowed to have any by order of Acting Grand Master Jean Gunnhildr. (Klee almost collapsed Stone Gate while fish blasting until Diluc found her.) - Lumine got a recipe for it in Fontaine and offered to make some for Xiao, but he denied vehemently (Childe offered him some when he was visiting Zhongli and has thought it was something dangerous ever since) - Xiangling has yet to find a suitable recipe including fairy floss since it dissolves in liquids almost immediately. - Shogun hates it, Ei LOVES it, yes, this has caused multiple arguments within the Plane of Euthymia (Scaramouche despises the stuff, but becomes indifferent towards it after becoming the Wanderer.) - Nahida is no longer allowed to have it in large amounts by order of Acting Grand Sage Alhaitham and General Mahamatra Cyno.

• Jean and Barbara actually do have a good relationship with each other

• Jean actually does know about Albert.

The only reason she hasn't done anything yet is because Barbara asked her not to, unless it escalates. However, Jean does have Kaeya monitoring the situation. (Kaeya was busy in meetings during that one ending in Barbara's Hangout [Untimely Enthusiasm] and she had asked Lumine not to tell Jean.)

• Kaeya and Diluc have forgiven each other but they have yet to forgive themselves.

There are no horses in Khaenri'ah and by the time Kaeya was in a high enough position to really be around them constantly, Varka had taken all of the cavalry on the expedition. (Jean went through with naming Kaeya the Cavalry Captain so she can ask for his help in an official unofficial capacity since the Knights of Favonius didn't [and still doesn't] have an espionage division.) To this day, Kaeya still thinks horses are something Diluc made up to mess with him.

I am playing genshin impact and I finally had enough primos to pull a ten pull. I decided to pull on Wanderer's new banner and do you know who fucking came home? Fucking Diluc and Yanfei in the same damn banner.

I tried pulling for them both for months! Basically, since I began playing genshin. Because in the beginning, I needed pryo characters and I only had Amber. Then, I pulled in Klee's previous banner and got Thoma. Which made me happy. I also got Heizou from Eula's previous banner who also became my main for a while, just sharing.

Anyway, these two suddenly coming home in the same pull and banner just shocked me. Like, I was jumping, screaming and just not believing it. I haven't even farmed resources for them. I wasn't expecting them to come home at all.

This was unexpected but luckily, I have experience in using both of them. Now, I just have to save more primos for Wanderer and a hydro character. I love Barbara because she's an awesome healer and all but I need more options in hydro. Okay, end of rant. Thanks.

a/n: soooo the meaning behind my url - it’s not that special lol. i wanted to make a genshin pun (klee = bee) and this is the first thing i came up with. also bea/bee, bumblebea/bumblebee, yktv

During the Windblume Festival, bouquets of flowers and letters were spilling off of your desk everyday. Despite knowing that most of the gifts came from anonymous senders, your heart still skipped a beat.

Part of you wondered if any of them were a prank. You didn’t see yourself as anything special, you weren’t as feminine and pretty as Barbara or muscular like Wagner, yet quite a few patrons found you good enough to pine over.

You skimmed through the gifts one day to see if you recognized any of the names. There was a letter from Bennett that was clearly addressed to Fischl so you tucked away the special note in a drawer with promises to deliver it later. You also found a letter from one of the Knight’s on your squad - but he was much younger than you and, frankly, the letter sounded like puppy love. Two contrasting bouquets of flowers sat side-by-side on the edge of your desk so you reached for them.

The first bouquet was about a dozen calla lilies tied together with a blue ribbon and the second was cecilia’s in a glass vase. The flowers piqued your interest, your mind already forming an idea about where they came from, and you read the attached cards.

“Meet me in the library,” You read aloud, your fingers tracing the edges of the cardstock. It wasn’t signed by anyone. The second one has a similar message, “Find me in the library.”

You wondered if the flowers were sent by the same person. But then why wouldn’t they state that? The questions made you wonder, again, if this was a trap. Could the flowers be from someone who wanted to mess with you? But despite your doubts, you grabbed your things and headed down the stairs to the library.

When you pushed open the door to the library, you realized you had no idea who or what you were looking for. The library was decorated beautifully, ribbon and flowers displayed on tables or breaks between the bookcases. The room itself smelled fresh, too, unlike its usual dusty aroma. While you glanced around the library, you saw Lisa sitting behind her desk and went to see if she knew what was going on.

“Happy Windblume Festival,” You smiled warmly at your coworker, “You’re not going to believe what I received.”

Lisa stopped reading her book to look up at you, the ghost of a smirk on her lips, “Hello, there. So many love-birds flew into your office this morning, I can only imagine what they brought you.”

You rolled your eyes, “Too many unrequited confessions.” She laughed softly at your joke, “Besides that, I received two bouquets of flowers that both told me to meet them here. Isn’t that strange?”

Lisa covered her mouth with a gloved hand and giggled again, “I think there’s something downstairs who would love to see you.”

You raised an eyebrow at Lisa but thanked her and took off down the stairs, careful not to slip on the wooden steps. As soon as your foot touched the floor, your sight met two men who had stopped bickering less than a moment ago. Kaeya and Albedo stood in front of a table, trying to put themselves back together in your presence.

“What’s going on?” You asked, realizing they were probably waiting for you. “Were the flowers from both of you?”

Kaeya and Albedo looked between each other, seemingly glaring dangers at each other. “I don’t know why he’s here,” Kaeya sneered, motioning to Albedo.

“Well, I don’t know why you’re here,” Albedo parroted, crossing his arms. You had never heard either of the men sound as ticked off as they were now.

“You both told me to meet you in the library,” You explained, confused. “That wasn’t planned?”

“No!” They said in unison.

You rubbed your temples, knowing that this wasn’t going to end easily. “I’m sorry,” You mumbled, “But can someone explain what’s going on.”

“Mr. Alberich overheard me planning to surprise you during the Windblume Festival and decided to ruin my plans,” Albedo said. When he spoke Kaeya’s name, there was nothing but venom in his tone.

Kaeya shrugged sarcastically, “I had no prior knowledge.”

“You used Klee to eavesdrop.”

“Did I, now?”

Albedo ran a hand through his hair, aggravated and annoyed. He had never liked Kaeya and this only fueled that fire. Kaeya wasn’t fond of Albedo either. He thought he was overrated in Mondstadt and that his admirers could do better.

“I mean,” Kaeya continued, giving Albedo the side eye, “Was it supposed to be a secret? You were awfully careless with the news.”

“My deepest apologies, I wasn’t aware I needed to broadcast my confession to all of Mondstadt before telling Y/N.”

“Your confession?” You wondered, “So the flowers weren’t a joke?”

Albedo looked at you with curious, and confused, eyes. “A joke? Of course not,” He said. A faint blush crept onto his cheeks, something you had never seen before, and Albedo fiddled with his gloved fingers nervously.

“I wanted to do that first,” Kaeya interjected, frowning slightly.

Kaeya’s words caught you off guard as well. “You like me, too?” He nodded in response and the three of you stood still for a while. Your mind was racing and your heart was beating out of your chest. You couldn’t believe not one but two of your coworkers had a crush on you and were confessing to you. But then the nerve-wracking decision came crashing down on you.

You had to pick one of them, right? The whole point of confessions was to find a possible suitor and here you had two options in front of you. Of course, you could reject both of them and run away but was that how you truly felt?

Albedo was soft and genuine. He often painted portraits of you and took you up to Dragonspine so could have snowball fights with Klee. He paid for dinner for you and recommended new books for you to read during your days off. At that moment, they seemed like friendly gestures. But looking back, you realized they were probably acts to one up Kaeya.

Likewise, Kaeya had his own plans to win you over. He spent exciting nights with you at the tavern and never complained about taking you home when you drank too much. Instead of buying you food, Kaeya bought you gifts like jewelry or artifacts. He often accompanied you on commissions, too.

“I need time to think this over,” You finally said. “Please, just agree not to kill each other in the meantime.”

Kaeya grumbled something under his breath, “Fine.”

“Why do you like me?” You asked, looking at Kaeya. “If you’re going to confess, then confess fully.”

The taller man thought for a moment before sending you his classic, cheeky grin. “I like having a challenge and you, my dear, proved to be that challenge.”

“What?” You asked, slightly offended.

“You play hard to get,” Kaeya continued, using his hands to accentuate his words, “I spoiled you for months and you still acted like we were nothing more than friends. Do friends buy each other gold necklaces in hopes they’ll realize you’ve fallen for them? You even have the necklace on to this day.” Instinctively, your fingers coiled around the dainty necklace around your neck that Kaeya had gifted to you weeks ago. When he gave it to you, you recognized it was a peculiar gift but played it off as Kaeya being extravagant. He sharpened his eyes, “Need I mention you’re the most exquisite looking person in Teyvat?”

Your voice caught in your throat and your cheeks burned with the compliment. You nervously played with the hem of your shirt and looked at Albedo for his answer.

“I just think you’re different,” He said simply, “You’re easy to get along with and I enjoy spending time with you. I feel like we’re compatible puzzle pieces.”

If possible, you blushed harder. Both men were darling and you felt like the luckiest person alive by being adored by both of them. As you glanced between the men, your stomach did a backflip. They were both looking at you with such intent and charisma, as if trying to enchant you. The idea of being with either of them made you feel butterflies.

But they are so drastically different, which made the decision that much harder. If you choose Kaeya, your relationship would be fiery and brand new all the time. He was full of adventure and flirting, favoring nightlife and excitement. And with Albedo, it would be calm and joyous. Your days would be spent in flower fields and underneath trees. Both sounded like a dream to you.

“I don’t know who to pick,” You admitted, holding back a sigh of defeat. “I never thought multiple people would like me at once, let alone you two. I just need more time.”

And with that, you turned on your heel and walked back up the stairs. Your head felt light and your mind was clouded with a million different scenarios. You felt guilty for leaving the men alone but until you could come up with a definite answer, they could wait.

He’s scared to ask about having kids. He remembers you mentioning wanting kids when you both first started dating 4 years ago, but the nervousness of losing not only you but also a hypothetical child overwhelms Diluc a little

“Diluc, what’s wrong?” you ask seeing him down

“I think I want kids”  he reply's and you grin at him and embrace him

“Oh love that’s great news!” you kiss his cheek between words

Diluc is a bit awkward when if comes to sex the first couple of times, he feels like there’s an extra pressure on him to impregnate you. You’re quick to pull the awkwardness out of the experience. You remind him that he’s done this with you countless times before

About four months into trying you notice that you’ve skipped your third period in a row. Even if you irregularly bleed you often have a sense on when your periods are due to your temperament

You don’t say anything to Diluc until you know for sure, so a visit to the Cathedral for a diagnosis

Barbara comes back to you with a happy smile on her face “You’re pregnant [name]!” 

You can’t hide your excitement much so instead of waiting for Diluc to come home from his shift you barge into the tavern and pull your partner out the back of the tavern. You don’t care much for the conversation that he’s having with Rosaria

“Is something wrong?” Diluc asks concerned, you shake your head with a grin

“You’re going to be a daddy” you tell him excitedly. Diluc’s face lights up and showers you in kisses

The pregnancy is long, not abnormally long, the sisters tell you that you’re coming along at a great speed. But your natural need for adventure is put on hold for 9 months

Summer was the worst for you, sweating at every moment. You half curse Diluc for not conceiving the baby a little later then you did, considering that your in the last leg of pregnancy in the heat of summer

Diluc does his best to help at this stage but he’s a walking heater which really doesn’t help the situation. 

You often are found laying about with a few mist flowers on your person

Then comes the fateful day. You were taking your morning walk around the winery. Diluc had decided to join you today, he had decided that his papers can take a break so he can walk about with you

“Diluc”

“Yes love?”

“My waters just broke” 

Your labour pains begin not long after getting back to the house. Diluc sends for the sisters and paces alongside you. He keeps trying to coerce you to lay, or at least sit but you tell him that you need a way to work through the pain

The sisters arrive within the hour and within the next you have a small child bundled in your tired arms

“He’s perfect” Diluc tells you looking from his new born son then to you, he kisses your forehead “You did so well”

“Thank you love” you smile up at him then at your son “We can name him when I’m less delirious” you jest, Diluc nods with a smile

Albedo

The thought of children has never really crossed Albedo’s mind. Mostly because of his occupation of constantly being in the mountains and the fact that he pretty much sees Klee as his own

You have to be the first to bring it up for Albedo to start contemplating it

Five years into your relationship is when you bring it up seriously. And Albedo is more than happy to oblige to your request

Though as the months pass of you both trying to conceive the idea of having a child to call his own grows in his mind. He wonders what kind of traits the child would receive from him and what traits the child would receive from you. Albedo finds his mind wondering to how if he had more children how different they’d all be

Albedo is the first to notice your potential pregnancy. One day over dinner he’ll just spontaneously go “[name], are you aware you haven’t had a period in four months?” 

“Oh, uh I hadn’t really been keeping track”

After dinner you both decide to take a test to see if the insinuation over dinner is true

Albedo stands outside the room as you pee into a cup and check the swab

“Albedo!”

“Something wrong?”

You open the door to greet your partners face who was just about to open the door himself. There’s an unspoken silence for a beat or two before you wrap your arms around him

“We’re going to be parents”

Albedo is kind of just stood there like ‘omg omg omg’

Having the heaviest part of your pregnancy during the winter is almost a god send. Being able to huddle and cuddle and be cozy. 

Albedo often spends his free time with his head beside your stomach telling the baby inside storys and his current experiments. It’s cute

Albedo will grin to himself when he feels the kick of feet and the punches of tiny hands.

Your pregnancy is heavy, even compared to your friends who have already had children. You mind often wonders to the idea of twins

The fateful day that you wont soon forget. Your waters break while you’re in the lab and the contractions start almost immediately

“Holy shit, Albedo this baby is begging to come out” Albedo is at your side with a softness rare to see. He guides you to the sofa in the lab.

As much as Albedo wants to be the one delivering his child his distinct lack of knowledge in the field causes him to call Sucrose to run and get the sisters

It’s not long after the sisters arrive you’re pushing out a child. Exhausted you hold you son with a smile on your face

“[name], you’re not out of the dark yet, you’ve got another coming” the sister tells you

And soon enough the second baby is born and nestled in your other arm

You look up at Albedo who looks at his two sons with a content smile on his face

“Well done” he compliments, catching you watching him. You smile at him “I am so lucky”

“Here hold one of your sons” you tell him gesturing to the babe closer to him. 

Albedo panics for a moment, the thought of holding a small human in his arms scares him. Especially after reading all about babies weak spots and infant mortality cases

“It’s okay” you console reading the worry over his face “I know that you’re going to be a great Daddy to these boys” you console

Albedo caves and holds one of his sons with such delicacy and care you’ve never seen him exert. 

You can’t help but cry when you see Albedo’s eyes tear up when the son holds onto his finger. You kiss the forehead of the babe in your arms and just continue crying with happiness

Zhongli

You had both discussed before getting married that having kids is a dream of both of yours. Despite your adventuring spirit Zhongli would be more than happy to be a good house husband as you pursue your dreams

That was nine years ago, you already have an amazing daughter who runs about Liyue with the audacity of a child of a god. The thought of having another has been in the air for the last year and a half and Zhongli is more than happy to oblige

With your eldest in the care of chaotic Aunty Hu Tao your week away to Wangshu Inn is the perfect conceiving excuse

And with the luck of the gods you are blessed with another pregnancy. 

When you eventually find out five months later, you keep the secret for a few extra days until you sit down both Zhongli and your daughter down over lunch

Zhongli puts his daughter on ‘mummy watch duty’ for most of the pregnancy. Her little feet try to help as much as humanely possible be it from helping with the washing to helping making food

Considering how unusual it is to be home for such extended periods of time both Zhongli and your eldest love seeing you so much. So much so you’re pretty sure you’ve seen every nook and cranny across Liyue Harbour that your daughter has found

Zhongli tries not to take much time off, but more often than not, he finds himself working half days and spending afternoons sat with you reading or playing 

Your heaviest is spring, it’s nice. Usually this time of the year is holiday time where you take your family to random places in Liyue that you love. Though this year you find yourself confined to the Harbour which is abnormal and makes you feel a little claustrophobic

Through the year you learn that Zhongli’s adepti often come and visit him, and by extension you. Dinners with the adepti are always nice, you often find yourself living vicariously through Xiao when he tells you about where he’s been lately

It’s funny to see how Uncle Xiao interacts with your eldest, you even hazard to wonder if he’ll hold your newborn this time. 

Whenever Ganyu is over she mostly plays about with your eldest and converses to you about how your pregnancy is going, much like how you vicariously live through Xiao, you sense that Ganyu has some pregnancy envy. Be it from the time off you get or the fact the pregnancy ends with children. Aunty Ganyu will forever be content with being an aunt to yours and Zhongli’s kids though

You’re having tea with Zhongli and his friend Childe when your waters break

“Childe”

“Yes?”

“Could you go to the pharmacy and grab a nurse please?”

“Why?

“She’ll know what’s up. Zhongli?”

“Yes my love?”

How are you the calmest here? Zhongli is panicking trying to keep everything in order, he checks in with you often to make sure you’re comfortable on the bed. Ganyu had randomly appeared and takes your eldest off your hands

A nurse appears and helps you through the process. And without much thought you have another daughter in your arms within the hour

Zhongli holds his small new born in his arms, she’s wearing the clothes your eldest wore when she was born. Zhongli wanted to buy more clothes but you desperately wanted your new born to have the same comfort your eldest had

Hi! I’m Oce and new to the Genshin community (not the tk community). I write a little bit and I have lots of inspiration for the characters! So I decided to drop my own little thoughts about our favourites here on this page.

BENNETT

- (remember he’s a literal child)(like he’s 16 don’t be weird)

- oh sweet lord, this sweet little child. He’s my lil’ baby brother and so all my headcanons will be based off that like aesthetic

- I don’t have a little brother irl but I KNOW I’d bully them and I think everyone older than Bennett does that to him? With tickles!

- I see Amber specifically being absolutely cruel to him with tickles, like she’s the first one that comes to mind that wrecks him regularly. Besides her, Kaeya and Razor, but with Razor it’s more tickle fights than “I have no chance, someone save me!”.

- Armpits are his worst spot, and he doesn’t really hide them so it’s super easy to attack! He’s easy to pin too, doesn’t flail too much but is squirmy. You can overpower him without worry and go for all his good spots!

- Knees. Yeah, his knees which are also exposed? Super ticklish too. Lisa has definitely used her nails to like “crack an egg” over his kneecap and he has screeched about it.

- Why are both his worst spots exposed, you may ask?

- Well that’s for him to know and you to also know but not bring up because this boy will get SHY ABOUT IT

- “It’s like you want us to tickle you!”

- “Pssh- pfft hahah I would never… unless you’re offering?”

- the TICKLE FIGHTS between him and Razor are LEGENDARY let’s go back to THAT

- their relationship, whether you see it as platonic or romantic is GOD TIER and these two kids are TICKLY

- @h-u-a-l-i-a-n agrees they’d never stop tickle fighting, truly :,) maybe breaks! For a couple hours at a time! They have to sleep, and eat, after all. But they’ve never concluded a winner before so it just keeps going.

- “I thought we were done?!”

- “NEVER DONE!!”

- Lots of squeaks and squeals and maybe a couple of “Ow! Don’t bite me!”s but it’s all in good fun and they’re the bestest of friends :,) crying

- Alternatively, comfort tickles also with Bennett giving and receiving!! Like if he’s down, give him a hug and pinch his sides till he’s giggly and feels better! Are you down? Expect the exact same treatment! He likes it, his partner likes it, it’s wholesome and cute :,)

- His laugh is so bubbly, and contagious! You can’t help but laugh with him. Depending on the spot, like mentioned above, he totally squeals! Lots of “eek!”s. Also his VA snorted during one of the Among Us streams so I headcanon he snorts too :>

- Also, both a begger, and a bargainer. “Not my armpits please!” “Amber please I’ll cook for you for a week- a month!! A month, please!” It’s hard not to go easy on him when he’s learned to give the PERFECT PUPPY EYES you can blame Razor

- As a ler, he honestly probably does the opposite and makes people promise him things. “You promise to let me eat the last chicken-mushroom skewer, really~?”

- He’s playful! Teasy! It’s amazing considering how absolutely adorably flustered he gets during and after receiving tickles. It’s like a full 180!

- He loves tickling Razor, Diona, Traveller (Aether or Lumine), Barbara, Noelle, Klee, Sucrose... he tries to get revenge on Amber and Kaeya but the tables get turned so fast. After getting to know Eula, I bet he tried to tickle her too and he regretted it almost instantly. Almost! He did get to see her laugh!

- Loves tickling for that reason, to see the people he cares about smile and laugh. Thinks it’s just a fun, playful thing, and even though he won’t admit it directly, does like being on both ends. Maybe a 60-40 switch, just because he tickles others a bit more than he gets the tickling.

- So overall…

- Level of ticklishness: 8/10! He’s not the MOST sensitive, his reactions are just dramatic!

- Their laugh: loud! High pitched! SQUEALS. Hiccups? Hiccups. Bubbly bouncy baby boy laughter. SNORTS. Just all the sounds!

- Best spots: Armpits, knees, feet!

May I request a drabble where Kaeya asks his S/O to go on a mission with him for the Knights of Favonius but in reality, there’s no mission. It’s just his plan to propose to them and as they’re walking to where this mission is he starts talking to them about their relationship. The end destination he takes the reader is to where they first meet and he proposes. Sorry if this doesn’t make that much sense, feel free to change anything so that it’s easier for you to write! Thank you in advance if you do write this! ^^

Kaeya x Reader - Proposal

“Hello, dearest.”

The smooth voice of your boyfriend behind you caused you to turn with a smile, a smile that he matched on his own face. “Kaeya! I haven’t seen you in a while. What’s up?”

“Well-” he started, and he pulled a flower from nowhere to tuck behind your ear. “Albedo asked me for a favor. He wanted me to collect some crabs from the beach by Starsnatch Cliff to make sure the area is healthy. And I figured why not make a date of it?”

At his words (and the flower) your face brightened. “Oh, I would love to! We could have a picnic as well. I’ll make the sandwiches if you make dessert and bring the drinks.” That beach was a precious location to you both, though you didn’t know if he remembered.

Kaeya raised your hands to his lips and gave a soft kiss. “It’s a date, then, dearest. I’ll meet you at 6 at the gate.”

You flushed slightly at the gesture, but you managed to gather yourself enough to press a kiss to his cheek. “I’m looking forward to it.”

You stood there with a picnic basket over your arm as you hummed to yourself. It was 5:50, but you had been so excited that you couldn’t help yourself. You glanced at your picnic basket to make sure that everything inside was secure.

The tapping of shoes against cobblestone pulled you from your mind and you looked up to see your boyfriend meandering towards you. “Kaeya!” You called, and he grinned, lengthening his strides to reach you faster. In his arms was a bottle and two glasses, a box hanging from his arm with the help of some twine.

“I got your favorite.” He kissed your cheek as he reached you and the picnic basket. Once the basket was filled with his additions and carried in the crook of his arm, he held his hand out in a silent question. You answered by reaching for his hand, and you continued to talk as you pulled him out of the city.

“How was your day? I remember Hugo saying that he requested you guys to take out a monster camp over by Springvale- how did that go?”

“Well, Andreas wet their pants at the site of the Mitachurl, but other than that it went pretty well.” He chuckled at the memory and you snickered. You felt bad for them, but if you wet your pants at the sight of a Mitachurl while in the Knights of Favonius, you needed a new job.

“Speaking of Mitachurls,” you began, hands swinging slowly between you, “remember when we’d been dating for six months? Where you asked Klee to give me some flowers, but she somehow thought you were dating a Mitachurl so she left to go invade a camp of them?”

At your words he couldn’t hide a groan. “Don’t remind me, I still have Jean yelling at me in my nightmares sometimes.”

“At least she kept the flowers safe.” You giggled at the memory of a totally fine Klee handing you flowers with a beaming smile, accompanied by a burnt and bruised Amber. You had taken the poor girl to Barbara for healing yourself.

He knocked into your shoulder with his, making you laugh even harder. “Remember at our three year anniversary, when Diluc just ‘happened’ to be practicing his swordswork in the woods right next to us, and one of his swings managed to knock a bird’s nest onto your head?”

“My hair was ruined that day,” you complained, but the memory still caused you to smile. Every day that you spent with Kaeya was a joy, and he brightened your mood by existing. Which was why…

Your train of thought was cut off as the two of you reached the beach. He got to work setting the picnic blanket out as you pulled out the sandwiches. The conversation kept up its light flow, the reminiscent tone set by your walk staying.

The two of you had fallen into a comfortable silence towards the end, taking a break after the main course before breaking out dessert with the drinks he brought. He was right- it was your favorite. Your head was on his shoulder as the two of you stared out at the sunset, his arm around your shoulders.

“Remember when we first met?” He murmured, breaking the silence. You made a noise in the back of your throat and nodded. “When I was patrolling the beach and you just walked out of the water? I thought you were a merperson.” He laughed lowly, the vibration in his chest a comfort to you. “I thought you were an amusing person then, but I’ve discovered that you’re so much more.”

He pulled away suddenly, but before you had the time to complain he was kneeling in front of you, holding your hands in his.

“Dearest, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. You make me feel like I belong, like I don’t need to hide myself to be loved. I want to feel that way every day of my life, and I want to make you feel the same way. I want you to never question that I love you, never question that my heart always belongs to you. Be mine, and I’ll be yours in turn.”

He uncovered your hands, showing you a ring that he had slipped onto your palm. His eye was staring at you with such unguarded love and care that you started to cry.

“I- how could I ever say no to that? To you? But- Snowflake-” You pulled one of your hands out of his, but he only had the chance to widen his eye before your hand returned from the folds of your clothes holding a little box, setting the ring inside on his palm.

“I was going to propose to you tonight as well.” You explained wetly, a smile on your lips. “My speech wasn’t as impressive as yours, but… I want to spend the rest of my life with you too. I want to wake up every day and see you next to me. I want to know that every night I go to sleep, you’ll be right beside me. I’ve always been able to depend on you, and I want you to always be able to depend on me. I love you, now and forever.”

His eye was misty, and he nodded, words failing him for one of the few times in his life. You slipped the rings onto each other’s fingers, and kissed softly as the sun burst into dozens of brilliant colors in front of you.

xinyan is so slept on I'm glad she gets the love she deserves here! also I've been trying to main kaeya for a while but cant quite match the dmg of some of my other dps characters :( if it's not to much trouble could you share ur favorite build if u have one or any tips on building a kaeya team :0?

No problem at all, I love talking about my favorite characters! Xinyan best girl, Kaeya best husband, IMO, since he’s free and pretty easy to build, and, you know, daddy issues, hot, same bestie. I find he can easily out-dps a lot of my other characters, but it can be tricky knowing how best to build him.

Anyone can check my builds on 4* characters at any time by checking my in-game profile, under the name 坟墓 (Graves). My UID is 614130026. Unfortunately my friends list is already full, but feel free to request a visit to my Serenitea Pot or message me here on Tumblr with questions about builds. For reference, I am NOT a whale, but I do purchase the $10 battle pass most months, which comes with a lot of resources and a few extra wishes, enabling me to level a lot of weapons and characters quickly.

Here’s my current build and team:

My Kaeya build is for physical dps. This is not a freeze team. Kaeya cleaves through small enemies in one or two hits, and produces consistent damage over time (DoT) against bosses. His auto-attacks hit between 3-8k, his charged attacks 5-10k, his short plunge attacks 10-15k, his skill 7-8k, and his ult 2-3k/hit repeated over time.

This team requires some initial setup (Zhongli skill, Barbara skill, Albedo skill, dps window), but little switching throughout, with long windows for Kaeya to do continuous damage. This build is weaker against enemies with physical resistance (i.e. the geovishap family), and is not viable on Spiral Abyss floors 9-10, since it takes too much time to break cryo shields.

Here’s some general tips for building Kaeya:

1. He’s best at physical dps, but he can excel in cryo support or even cryo dps with Chongyun’s cryo infusion. His auto-attack scaling is among the highest in the game, and his ult does some of the best DoT. His teleportation is exceptionally useful against interrupting enemies, or to pull him closer to enemies that are spread out.

2. With Summit Shaper, his ideal build is 2p gladiator, 2p physical, with Zhongli on the team. Albedo is good to buff shield strength and produce extra ticking geo damage. This does not work as a freeze team. Ideal 4th character is a damage booster (Mona, Bennett, Rosaria) or a healer, with cryo resonance for extra crit (Diona, Qiqi, Barbara). This team requires Zhongli, but can work (albeit less effectively) with another strong shielder, like Noelle or even Albedo with crystallize.

3. With Aquila Favonia or Primordial Jade Cutter (best weapons for Kaeya), his ideal build is 2p gladiator, 2p physical, and his team should include Lisa or another electro character for superconduct resistance shredding, a damage booster to keep up his DoT (Bennett, Mona, Rosaria), Albedo or Xingqiu for ticking damage, or hydro characters for a freeze team. This build does work for freezing enemies, as long as it does not include Albedo or Zhongli.

4. With Skyward Blade, Kaeya can use 2p gladiator 2p physical for a physical damage build, or 2p blizzard strayer 2p noblesse oblige for a cryo damage build. This build does work for freezing enemies, as long as it does not include Albedo or Zhongli. This build works for both dps and cryo support.

5. Among the 4* weapons, most imitate a 5* weapon and are used the same. Prototype Rancour (forgeable), The Flute (gacha), Sword of Descension (PlayStation only), and Black Sword (bp) stand in for Aquila Favonia or Summit Shaper. Festering Desire, Sacrificial Sword, and Favonius Sword are all good for cryo support builds. His best 4* weapons are Prototype Rancour (physical), The Black Sword, (hybrid), and Festering Desire (cryo).

6. Among 3* weapons, Cool Steel rivals some late-game weapons for cryo infusion/support. Harbinger of Dawn, Skyrider Sword, and Fillet Blade are good for early game, but should be replaced once you have a suitable 4* weapon.

7. Kaeya excels at freeze teams. He can be built for physical damage, but prefers a cryo dps build (4p blizzard strayer) with cryo infusion from Chongyun. Kaeya performs much better than the similar character Rosaria in this capacity. His ideal team is Chongyun, Xingqiu, and a damage booster (Bennett, Mona, or electro for superconduct). This team works with any cryo/hydro combination, but if reliant on Tartaglia, it may work better with Tartaglia hydro dps and cryo support Kaeya.

8. Kaeya does NOT play well with the following characters: dps Ganyu (her ult is good support for him, but he can’t support a long-range play style), Xiao (Kaeya’s ult has a hard time reaching enemies), Ningguang (again, ranged play style), Yanfei (ranged), and Klee (ranged). He can be used with them anyways, and I am a big supporter of do whatever you want, but be aware that other characters have better synergy.

That’s about all I have. Kaeya is complex to build because he has so much potential to do very different things, and with new weapons and characters coming out left and right, all this information is subject to change. Amber x Aether headcanons :eyes emoji:

They didn’t start dating until around a month of Aether showing up. He was crushing hard on her nearly since the beginning, and though Amber claimed she only thought Aether was interesting, everyone could tell she took a real liking to him beyond being friendly.

They both openly show affection and like physical contact, though Amber also really loves words of affirmation. She also gets more flustered than he does and gets completely bashful whenever Aether really misses her.

Aether has a little Barron Bunny charm that Amber made for him. He’d make something back but he’s not that crafty. Fortunately he can cook and that’s a blessing to Amber.

Amber does her best to get her own materials because she’s a little embarrassed that Aether will actively derail is schedule to help her. Sometimes she wakes up to find a delivery box of artifacts. She then apologizes to the other members, who are completely fine with it anyways.

Amber understands that there are other archers that fit rolls better than her in certain situations. It doesn’t stop her rabbit ears from drooping when Aether takes another archer for a commission.

Aether usually spots Amber out and about training, but chooses not to interrupt her. He’ll just leave ingredients nearby so she doesn’t have to worry about starving.

Amber secretly gave Aether a key to her place. Kaeya, Lisa, and Jean would not let her hear the end of it if they knew.

There have been times Aether had been stopped by strangers because they confused him with the description Amber gave them of Lumine. What shocks and touches Aether about this is these people tend to be in places he had yet to go and ask. He even finds missing person posters he hadn’t placed.

Jean doesn’t let the two go on patrol together because distract each other with “dubious behavior” in the same vain, Venti has let them off with a divine warning whenever those two are spending time near Vanessa’s tree.

Only Amber really nows how much anxiety Aether gets sometimes and just how sad he is about Lumine.

Their relationship was always an important thing to Amber, but the depths of her feelings really started hitting her when Aether took her explore all of Liyue and then again at Dragonspine. He never thought twice about letting her see everything and potentially finding her grandpa.

Aether has been caught multiple times falling asleep on Amber whenever she’s doing favonius paperwork.

They both have no problem openly pointing out somebody attractive to one another. They also both like to tease Keqing.

They’re switches. Amber’s resolve to always do her part in everything she’s apart of in life didn’t stop at the bedroom. Not that Aether is complaining, but Amber gets flustered and kinda loses that resolve if Aether is really....forward.

Aether does her sometimes and Amber is both jealous and loves it when his braid gets undone. She can’t help but obsess over how pretty he is. Aether finds it embarrassing but sweet.

Sometimes they go out adventuring alone just to get away from everything else. Amber likes showing off her adventuring skills but mainly enjoys spending the night at fires, talking to him about more personal things she doesn’t talk about often.

Aether purposely lets her win gliding challenges by a second or two. He hopes for the day he can blow her mind by getting actual wings again.

She was a bit anxious in the beginning of knowing him because it wasn’t long before Aether met several other pyro users that joined. Surprisingly, it never crossed his mind to not have her around. At first it made since because of lanterns, but she was floored whenever he made her first pick for domains and certain bosses.

Aether said I love you first. Amber would’ve said it back but she started rambling trying to say it back. Barbara thought it best to save the girl from further embarrassment.

When they are apart for a long time, Aether sends his Seelie out to go find her. It tends to not even have a message, but kisses her cheek or comes back with Amber’s Seelie to let him know she’s just fine, then kisses his cheek. It would almost be disgustingly cute to everyone if they didn’t wish they were doing that with their significant other.

Barbara is their number one supporter followed by Lisa.

Amber has personal beef with Childe for his lack of archery skills like all the other archers. Aether finds it hilarious just for the fact Amber appreciates basically everybody and yet Childe gets barely any out in the field. Aether couldn’t ask for a better girlfriend.

Both of them are dumb enough to not officially ask each other out for about two weeks after they started getting intimate.

Getting other couples together is one of their favorite past time, but yet they find it embarrassing whenever Klee is around and people say they look like a family. Jean and Diluc then take Klee away and endure the same teasing from Kaeya.

Aether has Amber call Xiao whenever she’s in endanger at Liyue. Not only to stay alive, but Xiao needs more positive extroverted people in his life. Xiao calls her “Hinged Hu Tao” because Amber knows how to read a room.

Aether is typically a kind and soft boy, but gets really fierce and intimidating in a serious fight. It always leaves Amber shocked.

In private, one of them always wants a kiss.

FEATURE: The Anime Stars of Genshin Impact

  Genshin Impact has lived up to its name in that it has indeed made an impact upon the gaming world. Launched on September 26, the free-to-play open-world game has amassed $245 million in only its first month, and that's from Android and iOS alone. I'm not ashamed to say that I have sunk an unholy number of hours into this game. Why do I like this game so much? Perhaps the biggest reason Genshin Impact is so appealing to me is that I am an anime fan.

  Voices from all over the world of anime can be heard in Genshin Impact, from Naruto to My Hero Academia to currently airing seasonal anime. Being able to "hear" your favorite anime character in-game is part of what makes this game so great. Let's take a look at some of the talented people from the anime industry whose voices bring the characters of Genshin Impact to life.

  Paimon (Aoi Koga)

    Paimon is the face of Genshin Impact. No, literally, her face is on the launcher icon. Imagine my shock when I found out she is voiced by Aoi Koga, the voice of Kaguya Shinomiya from Kaguya-sama: Love is War. The intimidatingly smart rich girl Kaguya and the squeaky and energetic (and kinda stupid) Paimon couldn't be more different. Props to Koga for making both work. Koga has also voiced Elulu from Cautious Hero, Yuri Miyata from TWOCAR, and Sora Kaneshiro from Angel's 3Piece.

Male Traveler (Shun Horie) 

  One of the first actions you take in the game (in most games, for that matter) is to choose your character. In Genshin Impact, you choose between two world-traveling twins, who the other characters simply refer to as "Traveler." The male Traveler (whose official name is Aether) is voiced by Shun Horie. I personally recognize him as Enta from Sarazanmai, but most would know him as Kazuya ("Kazuya-kuuuuun!") from Rent-a-Girlfriend. Some of his other roles include Ichiro Suzuki aka Satou Pendragon from Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody, Rat from Juni Taisen: Zodiac War, and Hacker from this season's Akudama Drive.

Female Traveler (Aoi Yuuki)

    What about the female Traveler (whose official name is Lumine)? Turns out she's voiced by Aoi Yuuki, who voices ... Mami from the same show. The irony of this coincidence is not lost on me. Yuuki is probably best known for voicing Madoka Kaname, the protagonist of Puella Magi Madoka Magica. To me, however, her most memorable role was as the titular Boogiepop in 2019's Boogiepop and Others; an unforgettable performance. She's voiced a number of other notable roles, including Tamaki from Fire Force, Tsuyu Asui (Froppy) from My Hero Academia, Tanya from Saga of Tanya the Evil, Tornado from One-Punch Man, Kayo from ERASED, Yuuki Konno from Sword Art Online II, and Hachiman's sister Komachi from My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU. 

Amber (Manaka Iwami)

  Amber is one of the game's most popular characters, owing to her cheerful and optimistic personality. She is voiced by Manaka Iwami, the voice of Teresa Wagner in Tada Never Falls in Love, Lykos in Children of the Whales, Mizuho in Wave, Listen to Me!, and Maquia in Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms.

Kaeya (Kohsuke Toriumi)

    The cool and charismatic Kaeya is, surprisingly enough, voiced by Kohsuke Toriumi, known as the voice of the hotheaded Kiba from Naruto. He has also voiced Shunsuke Imaizumi from Yowamushi Pedal, Mista from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, and Cecil from the Uta no Prince-sama franchise.

Lisa (Rie Tanaka)

    A lazy and flirtatious scholar with electrical powers, Lisa is voiced by the experienced Rie Tanaka, who one might easily recognize as Lacus Clyne from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED. The gentle, "sisterly" voice of Lacus suits Lisa's personality to a T. Tanaka has also voiced Yomi from Azumanga Daioh, Chii from Chobits, Sammy from Time of Eve, Maria from Hayate the Combat Butler, Chizuru from Squid Girl, and Suiginto from Rozen Maiden.

Barbara (Akari Kito)

    The first Akari Kito role that catches the eye is her performance as Kotoko Iwanaga in In/Spectre; both she and Barbara have a near-identical dressing sense, with their frilly white frock and cap. Kito has also voiced Nezuko in Demon Slayer, Nene Yashiro in Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun, Kaho Hinata in BLEND-S, and Suzune Horikita in Classroom of the Elite. You can also look forward to hearing her as Tsukasa in TONIKAWA and Adachi in Adachi and Shimamura this season.

Beidou (Ami Koshimizu)

    Beidou is voiced by Ami Koshimizu, voice of Ryuko from Kill la Kill and Kallen from Code Geass — two popular characters from two of the biggest shows of our times. Some of her other roles include Holo from Spice and Wolf, Tenma from School Rumble, Nodoka from Saki, and Shizuri from A Certain Scientific Railgun.

Bennett (Ryota Osaka)

    Bennett's design coupled with his "passionate" and "righteous" personality screams "protagonist" to me. And that's exactly what his voice actor Ryota Osaka delivers, being the voice of Eijun Sawamura from Ace of the Diamond, Nariyuki Yuiga from We Never Learn: BOKUBEN, and Ryu Yamada from Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches. His other roles include Zen Wistalia in Snow White with the Red Hair, Keiji Akaashi in Haikyu!!, Yuki Sanada in Tsuritama, Nagate in Knights of Sidonia, Ikki Kurogane in Chivalry of a Failed Knight, and Sadao Mao in The Devil is a Part-Timer!.

Chongyun (Soma Saito)

    Chongyun is voiced by Soma Saito, perhaps best known as Yamaguchi from Haikyu!!. However, his breakout performance was as young Twelve in Terror in Resonance. Other notable roles include Tatsumi from Akame ga Kill, Adlet Mayer from Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers, Doppio from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, and William James Moriarty from the currently-airing Moriarty the Patriot.

Diluc (Kensho Ono)

    Diluc is widely considered to be the best character in the game from a gameplay perspective. He is voiced by Kensho Ono, whose most famous voice performance is undoubtedly Giorno Giovanna, the protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. Ono is also known for his performance as the titular Kuroko from Kuroko's Basketball. Other roles include Canute from Vinland Saga, Arata from ReLIFE, Mikazuki from My Roommate is a Cat, Slaine Troyard from Aldnoah.Zero, Tanaka from Tanaka-kun is Always Listless, and Akutagawa from Bungo Stray Dogs. 

Fischl (Maaya Uchida)

    In what has to be the most on-point casting in this game, Maaya Uchida — best known as the voice of delusional eyepatch-wearing chunibyo (middle-schooler) Rikka from Love, Chunibyo, and Other Delusions — voices a delusional eyepatch-wearing chunibyo in Fischl. Well done, miHoYo, well done. She also voices Hiyori from Noragami, Norman from The Promised Neverland, Catarina Claes from My Next Life as a Villainess, Yoshioka from Blue Spring Ride, and Rui from Domestic Girlfriend. 

Jean (Chiwa Saito)

    Chiwa Saito (the voice of Jean) went on to become one of my favorite voice actors after I heard her as Hitagi in Bakemonogatari, Yona in Yona of the Dawn, and Homura in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Some of her other performances include Aika in Aria the Animation, Chloe von Einzbern in Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya 2wei, and Schierke in 2016's Berserk.

Keqing (Eri Kitamura)

    The energetic and hardworking Keqing is played by Eri Kitamura, known for voicing such energetic characters as Mina Ashido in My Hero Academia, Yui in Angel Beats, and Sayaka in Puella Magi Madoka Magica. She also voices Ami in Toradora!, "Chief" Yachiyo in Wagnaria!!, and Bea in Pokemon: Twilight Wings.

Klee (Misaki Kuno)

    Klee has quickly become a fan favorite, partly due to her short stature and childlike demeanor. She is quite appropriately voiced by Misaki Kuno, known for voicing "childlike" characters such as Hawk from The Seven Deadly Sins, Momo Kawamoto from March Comes in Like a Lion, Shio from Happy Sugar Life, Serara from Log Horizon, Niko from Kiznaiver, and Akane from Durarara!! x2.

Mona (Konomi Kohara)

    Is it a coincidence that this game has both Aoi Koga AND Konomi Kohara (who voice Kaguya and Chika in Kaguya-sama: Love is War)? I think not. Kohara's other notable roles include Akane from Tsukigakirei, Kasumi from Asobi Asobase - workshop of fun -, Mina Hibino from Karakai Jozu no Takagi-san, Shamiko from The Demon Girl Next Door, and Tsukasa's sister Chitose from TONIKAWA.

Ningguang (Sayaka Ohara)

    Sayaka Ohara is known for her deep, "mature" voice — an apt fit for Ningguang. While Ohara's best-known voice role is probably as Erza Scarlet in the Fairy Tail series, she has also delivered iconic performances as Beatrice from the Umineko When They Cry visual novels and Yuuko in xxxHolic. Other well-known roles include Irisviel from Fate/Zero, Alice from Aria the Animation, Milly Ashford from Code Geass, and Mrs. Yuigahama (Gaha-mama) in My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU.

Noelle (Kanon Takao)

    Kanon Takao has not done a whole lot of voice roles but there are still some recognizable titles on their resume, such as Hina Tsurugi from the recently-aired Diary of Our Days at the Breakwater, Latina from If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord, Aku from Demon Lord, Retry!, and Linnea from The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar.  

Qiqi (Yukari Tamura)

    Qiqi is voiced by Yukari Tamura, who shot to fame as the voice of protagonist Nanoha Takamachi from the influential magical girl franchise Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. Her other significant voice roles are as Togame in Katanagatari, Tenten in Naruto, Rika Furude in When They Cry, Io Euclase in GRANBLUE FANTASY: The Animation, Mai Kawasumi in Kanon, Yamada in B Gata H Kei, and Jibril in No Game No Life. 

Razor (Kouki Uchiyama)

    Kouki Uchiyama is known for his soft-spoken roles, especially villainous ones like Meruem from Hunter x Hunter, Shigaraki from My Hero Academia, and Rui from Demon Slayer. Even his non-villainous roles have that serious, soft-spoken nature to them — Tsukishima from Haikyu!!, Smile from Ping Pong the Animation, Natsuno from Shiki, Yu Otosaka from Charlotte, and Toi from Sarazanmai. He is a perfect fit for Razor, a menacing wolf-boy of few words.

Sucrose (Akane Fujita)

    Akane Fujita (the voice actor for curious bio-alchemist Sucrose) had her breakout year in 2017 when she played Sagiri Izumi in Eromanga Sensei and Sistine Fibel in Akashic Records of Bastard Magic Instructor.

Venti (Ayumu Murase)

    Venti's naive and mischievous personality makes him the perfect fit for Ayumu Murase, best known as the voice of the cheerful and simpleminded Shoyo Hinata of Haikyu!! fame. What interests me most, however, is the fact that Murase also voiced protagonist Kazuki from Sarazanmai — between Venti, Razor, and the male Traveler, it looks like we have the entire Sarazanmai main trio assembled! Murase has also voiced Shun in From the New World, Iruma in Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, and Ryo Asuka in Devilman Crybaby.

Xiangling (Ari Ozawa)

    I was very excited to hear that Xiangling would be voiced by Ari Ozawa, whose performance as Chiyo Sakura in Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun (her first major role) is one of the finest I have ever seen. Ozawa has also voiced Hina Hikawa in BanG Dream! S2, Kirin Todo in The Asterisk War, Mao in Hinamatsuri, Papi in Monster Musume: Everyday Life With Monster Girls, Benitoite in Land of the Lustrous, Lynn May in Plunderer, and Conny in The Promised Neverland. 

Xingqiu (Junko Minagawa)

    It is quite common in the voice acting industry for male characters, especially younger ones, to be voiced by female VAs. Such is the case with refined bookworm Xingqiu. This is not the first time Junko Minagawa has voiced a male character — her first role came as Ryoma Echizen from the long-running The Prince of Tennis. Her other roles include Oz Vessalius in PandoraHearts, Cornelia in Code Geass, Sailor Uranus in Sailor Moon Crystal, and Jeanne d'Arc in Drifters. 

  As more characters are added to the game, we can expect more talented voice work from the people behind the scenes. Further updates have teased us with the possibility of such giants as Saori Hayami and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka joining the cast. Can't wait!

I was just thinking what if Genshin was like this one MMO i once played

(it was a MMO that had over 100 characters, most of old characters you could get from quests, most of new characters you had to roll for and there was no guarantee or in game currency that you could farm for, you could buy them from other players tho.. if you did 6 months of gold farming)

so if Genshin was like this game then most of early game NPCs would be playable like the Traveling merchant, Wagner, fisherman at Wangshu inn

Wagner would then have a 5 star younger version where the story would be that before he was a blacksmith he was in the army and this would be a meta version of him where he would look like Zhongli in armor

There would be 8 versions of Katheryne. 7 would be puppets using different weapons so Catalyst Katheryne, Spear Katheryne. 8th Katheryne would be a human on which the puppets appearance was based and the story would be that the puppet maker thought she (his daughter) was dead but she was actually alive

Klee would get 3 grown up versions so junior high school, senior high school and post high school and this one would not have a catalyst but a rifle instead just like the pyro fatui guy

Barbara would have a alternate reality version where Jean died and this one has seen s#*t she has both emotional and physical scars, she’s not a healer anymore but a berserker, uses same weapon as Rem (Re-Zero)

Diluc would get a playable younger version of him using delusion in web comic, comes with web comics costumes and Dark Knight’s mask

Venti and Zhongli get their optional archon costumes

Beidou would be a granny buffed like Arnold Schwarzenegger, then she would get a 5 star younger version of herself and then there would be a clone version of her without the eye patch and with red hair. Story would be that some harbinger wanted her to work for him but she turned him down and he was using alchemy like Albedo to extend his life by jumping between cloned bodies so he made one for her but real Beidou’s memories start resurfacing and she turns against him. After defeating him he becomes playable as his spirit had to quickly enter unprepared young child clone so now he has lost his memories but the clone gained his powers

Albado/Albedo xD version is also playable with his ice attacks

past characters that died are also playable like Makoto, Ei’s friends, other Yakshas, Amos

Tsaritsa has no political power in Snezhnaya she was too inexperienced and innocent when the previous Cryo archon died and before she realized it she was just a face for the corrupt government loyal to the 1st Harbinger. She has a twin sister trapped and experimented on in Dottore’s laboratory, the twin is a healer like Barbara but there is another version that’s seeking vengeance and this one is more like Keqing

Amber triggers a whole team buff where damage ignores 50% defense and 30% shields, she also has a crossbow.
