Do you think that Opeli was trying to get rid of Ezran because he was a bad king?
i think it's a nice idea to think about and a good start point to play with Opeli's character, but i personally don't headcanon it as her motif. From my perspective she just have her mind so much in the box of her rules and laws that she won't be able to even think about *gasp* getting rid of The Lawful King. Have him away for his own safety in case of riots or other troubles because of, you know, dragons in Katolis, seems more in character for her.
More than that, she doesn't seem to reject Ez's "being nice towards Xadia" basis, it's more like she's concerned about how he handles it without thinking it through. And since i'm pretty sure she already handles most part of ruling the kingdom, this "how" problem is totally in her area of power to solve, so she have no reason to want to get rid of Ez. He seemed apathetic towards most things that aren't his basis earlier, so he'll probably just agree with what she suggests.

some continuation i guess
Tumblr media
this time with the emperor
Tumblr media
we get the basic rundown, born to human parents, massively gifted, immortal, hidden among humanity and all that. It’s here where his motivation to shepherd humanities psychic awakening is really first brought up [something thats given overall more prominence in the book as well]. a much more interesting note however
Tumblr media
now, this probably seems inconspicuous enough at first glance. Indeed even in modern canon 40k’s imperium is first actually created over ten millennia ago. However, take into consideration this little bit earlier in the lore section that i didn’t think to much off at the time
Tumblr media Tumblr media
now, taking this into consideration, the implication here is that the age of strife, something that is typically thought to end right before the unification wars in modern 40k lore, is only considered to have ended after the emperor’s internment upon the golden throne, and that further the imperium seems to only officially be a thing upon the that internment. Now this suggests some things to me, two large ones possibly being
a) the unification wars and the great crusade were more so part of the same wider war, ie that the wars ‘only the emperor remembers’ were a large conflict between various warlords to determine who got the rightful rulership of the crumbling pre age of strife human civilization. or
b) the emperor started the age of strife in order to dominate humanity to control and shepherd the psychic awakening he saw humanity stumbling into.
take your pick i guess. food for thought and all that. also
Tumblr media
in my earlier post i jumped the gun, the 1st edition emperor is still a punk who needs human souls to survive. Though in this case its not some vague need to bind his soul to the chair or anything, no, its just that he apparently cant eat or drink anything else and hes really god damn hungry and thirsty all the time. Which is hilarious and i almost feel is just a better explanation in general.
to be fair he does look like this 10 millenia later
Tumblr media
makes sense he would need to eat unconventionally.
Tumblr media
as well, as opposed to specifying 1000 psyker souls a day it just mentions a vague ‘hundreds dying every day’ which is still a lot but also likely less then modern emps eats everyday.
Tumblr media
some explanation/emperor wank on why the emperor needs to be fed everyday. not much to say, just that i feel like the implications here atleast lean a bit more towards the emperor being pitiable in his own right as someone so dedicated to this vague future ideal of humanity that hes forsaken most of his own physically and mentally.
Tumblr media
apparently humanity underwent no genetic changes over 38,000 years that werent the direct result of mutation from environmental hazards.
Tumblr media
@ lordsofmedrengard  early dark angels lore, here we can see where they got stuck with the moniker of “first legion” from in 30k modern lore, and its cause here in the first 40k book they’re noted as being ‘honored as the first marine chapter’. Guess it was something they felt needed to carry over... I like the copious more amounts of wine in the old dark angels chapter, and they seem a lot more aristocratic here then in modern 40k. Which makes an interesting contrast compared to the barbarian stocks of soldiers mentioned earlier in the book as being preferred for “legiones astartes”
we get some rundowns on the branches of the adeptus terra next, not much particularly new to note outside of them all being part of this larger governmental priesthood. some highlights though
Tumblr media
the old school custodes uniforms are in fact the traditional uniform of the custodes in 1st edition.
Tumblr media
custodes wielded ‘lasers built to resemble the traditional and symbolic guardian spear’ whatever the fuck that means
Tumblr media Tumblr media
tech priests and the adeptus mechanicus were monastic monks who primarily lived on earth and didn’t stick metal parts into and all over their bodies. they were consequently much more boring as the echlissiarchies IT department.
Tumblr media
arbites basically doubled in the sisters of battle’s role as the militant branch of the state religion.
Tumblr media
arbites fashion choices and the arbites acting in a similar manner of chaplains as well really.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
the more voluntary nature of the astronomican in the first edition, the trainees learn how to safely let the battery drain them but it still seems to be a demanding job with a high fatality rate
Tumblr media
they also share monastic tendencies and a uniform with the mechanicus, though theres is a fashionable blue.
Tumblr media
included the entire bit on the administratum cause honestly, i find it incredibly fascinating. The parallels are certainly there between modern and 1st edition administratum, but i feel how its presented here just has more teeth and intrest to it. That is to say, its not just the ‘oh what fate, administration has become even more horrid, tedious and soul draining in this grim dark future, woe be us!’ that tends to get tossed around when mocking administration. Instead its a literal organization of religious monks dedicated to tax filings, school administration, rezoning and what have you. Blessed be the regulations and all that. Is there small cults dedicated to paper clip gods? what holy rites are involved when faxing documents compared to when faxing fourms? This is shit i want to know more about.
Tumblr media
all adeptus terra adepts carry a knife and are likely legally allowed to shiv you here as well incidentally.
Tumblr media
the inquisitors are mostly the same, though with no mention of chaos whatsoever. less sub divisions from the looks of it too. this bit did catch my attention though.
Tumblr media
psychic powers seemed to be a hell of a lot more common among inquisitors back then as well.
Tumblr media
quirky inquisitors, who’d have thunk it. [its not that surprising, i just like that they took the time to mention it is all]
Tumblr media
don’t know wtf is going on here though, especially as to whats going on with dudes armour on the left. looks like a knight crossed with an oven.
Tumblr media
we get the usual spiel of psyker background, but then we get some interesting differences in opinions here on psykers compared to modern 40k imperium. How justified or not it is, is up to you but its definitely a shift in tone i would say.
Tumblr media
possibly the proto servitor narrative wise? As said, 1st edition 40k readily uses robots, so servitors would be unnecessary. technomats on the other hand fall between that as menials who likely operate these things but dont full on replace them like servitors eventually will.
Tumblr media
astropaths are basically the same, though the 90% statistic im not sure if it holds over to modern 40k. im thinkin likely but i could be wrong.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
navigators outside of not ubiquitously having the third eye mutation also seem to have much more personal freedom and respect in imperial society in 1st edition. probably pretty comfy to be a navigator back then really. Aside from that, navigator families are still a thing.
space marine time!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
well we get the same ‘feral world recruits as warrior god soldiers’ sortta stuff, it is mentioned and stressed that hive world criminals apparently make better stock in terms of raw aggression. Entire gangs will even be rounded up for the purpose of making new space marines.
Tumblr media
the early process to create a space marine. no special organs, but bio-chem and the black [plastic?] carapace were there from the start, and hypno indoctrination is alluded to. Apparently this is still barely controlled chaos though. [and on a personal note, nothing that indicates it was male exclusive either, outside of general attitudes of the 1980′s]
Tumblr media
early organization graph of a space marine chapter.
Tumblr media
chapter markings and armour
Tumblr media
AND THE POSSIBLITY OF SPACE MARINE BAGPIPES, WHERE ARE THEY GW WHERES MY SPACE MARINE BAGPIPERS!
Tumblr media
iron hands apparently only had the one iron hand?
Tumblr media
list of chapter symbols with names and colours, these keep appearing in the book. seems i was wrong on only the imperial fist symbol, its actually the crimson fists chapter symbol so thats 3 of the modern big 9 that didn’t exist back then.
we get a break down on the typical structure of a fortress monastery for space marines next, using the space wolves funnily enough who were far more normal as it were in 1st edition [and also their home world was lucan isntead]. and its got a lot, and well its all fairly interesting ill just shotgun blast some highlights
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
that the space wolves had an entire fuckin ship hanging in their great hall i find endlessly amusing, so thats why its there. the rest are interesting in terms of the domestic situation of space marines.

Blind
Hey! This is a chapter from my fallout 3 long fic.  If you prefer to read it over on Ao3 click here.  If not then enjoy!
At the age of twelve, Viola was convinced  that the concept of The Vault was irony personified..bunkerfied? From the point of design the vault was sterile and colorless—meant  to prioritize  order--but it cradled thousands in its womb, away from the dangers of the outside world. Her father joked that they needed  the rigid structure  since it served as a  proper protection. Had it been made of  hay or sticks they would’ve crumbled. Plus, he pointed out that she was at the cusp between childhood and adolescence where everything safe seemed plain and boring. At least she  had the vault baseball games every Friday if she  ever felt starved for excitement. Now those were a welcome bursts of color. Nothing could beat two co-op teams running, sliding and shouting across the field, claiming bases. Not even that one freaky Friday when an imposter snatched up and replaced Amata could.
They waited in the girl’s locker room, preparing for the game. Viola tested the swing of  the steel bat between her palms.
“Wood’s better,” she murmured to herself.
Even a total newbie would’ve rolled their eyes at that bright observation but the quiet had to be filled somehow. Between swats, She snuck sidelong glances towards Amata who sat on a bench, baseball clutched in hand and eyes peering at it.
Finally Viola cracked, “You’re suppose to throw it.”
Reluctantly, Amata let go of her fascination with the ball. The room with all its rickety, gray lockers suddenly existed and she’d been  plopped there.
“It would help if I had a target. Any suggestions?” She asked behind a paper-thin smile.
With her bat now slung over her shoulder and leg stretched to  rest  her foot on the bench, Viola pointed.
“Good question! The right question actually. Follow me. Let me know if you get lost.” She cleared her throat. “ One hour into the future. We’re in uniform and the doors to both locker rooms are open. Mr. Botch is standing in the center of the atrium. You know putting the teams together and pouring out  rules and stuff then he asks the BIG question. Who  pitches and who bats? Who does it first anyway. Some greasy  moron with a dumb little accent goes, ‘Yo teach I think I can handle the throwing.’ You grip the ball harder and think, Oh yeah? And-”
Her bat dropped with thunk as she sprang into a  windup position.
She raised her leg, using her knee to lead the way, drove into a turn and sent the imaginary ball flying.  Adrenaline switched on, she dashed crosswise to fill the role of the ‘victim’. She pressed her fingers together and tapped them to her lips and spread them with an obnoxious pop.
“How’s that for right in the kisser?”
Amata flashed a genuine smirk now. Elation eased its way into the room. She seemed to take a step away from her previous contemplations. “You know he’ll just tear after us. Or try. Mr. Botch is fast.” She crossed her eyes and shook her head side to side. “ ‘You’re done for, Nosebleed.’ ”
“Oh, that’ll be great. He’ll run his mouth something fierce like he always does.”Viola said, settling onto the floor. “How do you think Paul deals with it?”
“ Are you kidding? He gobbles up everything that bully says. He’s not bothered.  Now if we’re talking about Wally...”
Viola was ready to list the many reasons why she felt not one iota of sorrow for Wally when an unbidden yet hilarious thought crossed her mind.
“Imagine if the world hated us and Butch was our friend?”
This earned her a nose crinkle.
“Not funny,” Amata groaned.
Viola, puffed chest and squared shoulders, drawled in Butch fashion, “ ‘What’s the matter with you? Daddy’s making you play ball like everyone else? Or can’t you take one of my jokes? You big baby.’ “
Amata shook her head. “I can’t believe he calls what he does jokes.”
Viola watched how Amata alternated from pressing her palms  together to wringing her hands. Her sanguine nature  was beginning to fade, acquiescing  to  her hidden thoughts.
Viola covered one of Amata’s wrist with a reassuring hand. “I mean it, you know? A busted lip is the least he deserves.”
“Sometimes I wish I could solve all my problems by just hitting them.” She shifted uncomfortably under Viola’s questioning eye. “Sorry, for sounding like freaking lunkhead.”
“Who or whatever this problem is must be wearing you thin.”
On the spot, she peeped, “ You peek at the  things your dad has on his private terminal every once in a while, right?”
“Whatever isn’t behind an administrator’s password.” Viola couldn’t begin to go over the number of times she goofed  around with some of her dad’s files.  Most of them were the Vault residents’ boring and if she was being honest, invasive, medical information. “Why?” Then it hit her. She rolled her eyes. “So you went to your dad’s super secret room and went through his stuff. Seriously, Amata? It happens to the best of us.”
“That not it.” Amata took a deep breath, bracing herself. Even still she faltered when she said, “ I found baseball scores.” Before Viola could cudgel her way through the rest of the conversation with her trusty club, Sarcasm, Amata  babbled on. “I thought they were the normal ones from our games but these were... copies? Duplicates? No, that’s not right. The first time I looked at them they were the same and the second--Amata sighed. “Ms. Armstrong. Her thing with cards: cups, swords, and moons or whatever. You remember, don’t you?”
Amata’s explanation for what the heck that had to do with anything was delivered on shaky breath. The way she told it these scoreboard duplicates—shadowboards she aptly called them—elaborated on the usual stats to form estimations of  people’s personalities. Amata noted  that they followed Ms. Armstrong’s tarot model.  She’d draw up a number of cards, place them side by side, and read them to read you. She’d see  a cup card  and a sword card say it meant all you’ve ever fought would go pouring down a drain.  In the same way a stat like multiple home runs would be taken into consideration alongside a players day to day antics, so the conclusion that, perhaps, they enjoyed  taking things head on or that they were one and done type of person or that they were overachievers could be made.
Much of  what she said seemed to be hastily patched together hodgepodge but it  meshed just enough to  take off running in Viola’s mind.
“What’s it all for exactly? Ms. Armstrong does it because she wants to ‘get’ people.”
“That’s the problem. I don’t know.”
Amata became scarce the following weeks. Whatever  spaces  in-between where they would talk  was often obscured by her aloof attitude. All their conversations made Viola felt like they were speaking to each other through a tiny hole in the wall. To add to everything,  her own newfound  curiosity about what was on that terminal lead her down paths made out of paranoia. She’d go back and forth with herself. In one minute she didn’t care if the Overseer kept tabs on them. It wasn’t any different than a manager watching over an employee. Dad made sure Jonas was doing his due diligence all the time. Then, in the next, the objections would spring out. Jonas to some extent knew what dad was doing.  Amata’s uneasiness made the situation out like the Overseer’s “notes” were supposed to be a secret. Secrets weren’t always bad. An Overseer’s kept secrets however spelled trouble.
“Hey.” A grating voice called, causing her to snap to attention.”Nosebleed. I’m talking here.”
Right. Deloria. Cafeteria. Trying to pilfer her food.
“Gimme your mash,” he demanded.
“Get your own instead of trying to mooch off me.”
“Don’t give me lip. Fork them over.”
Viola sighed and shoved the bowl his way.  She couldn’t muster the appetite to finish the by then cold meal anyway or the tic for tac energy to deal with his antics.
He gave the surrendered food a suspicious look over.  “I swear if you spat in this I’m going to sock you one good.”
“I would’ve done it in front of you. What’s with the funny talk?”
“A loser like you wouldn’t understand.” He shoveled  spoonfuls of mash down his gullet. “Where’s your girlfriend?” he sneered, white chunks clinging to the corner of this mouth.
“More like where’s yours. Having another fight I see. Tell me, who started it? You or Wally?”
He gritted his teeth.  No doubt he thought that would make her flinch back in fear but with his cheeks  full and puffed up with food, he looked like a baby throwing a tantrum. Fitting. “ You're lucky the rest of the outfit isn’t here. We’d clobber you.”
“Awwwww, you guys made up then?” She smirked.
For a split second, Butch’s fist clenched then slackened.
“Nothing but trouble and not the good kind either. You and that stick in the mud. Can’t believe I got to apologize or whatever.”
“Apologize?” Viola narrowed his eyes. “What did you do this time? And got to? Tell me who’s making you apologize so I can give them a hug.”
“Who do you think?” He angled his head towards the cafeteria doorway where Officer Gomez and Officer  Hannon stood. “Dogs ma calls ‘em. The Overseer has them stuck to me over some prank. I saw Amata hanging out with out  with Old Lady Palmer. I figured since he likes hanging with old people that she’d want to fit in. Two Words: Flour bomb.”
How did he get his hands on flour to do that?
Butch grumbled on about how she went and got her father. The Overseer was livid. Butch’s punishment was to apologize to Amata everyday for two weeks and  work under Grandma Palmer for the same amount of time.
He whispered. “I still win though. Your little friend dropped something.”
Suspicion needled away at her nerves.  She glanced at security.  This was either another prank that would land them both in trouble or something that would make her want to kick his teeth in.
He grinned, all teeth, as he yanked something out from  inside his vault suit pocket.  It left her dumbfounded when  she spotted a jagged piece of paper with scribbles in his palm.  Officer Gomez seemed to watch them intently now. Butch nudged  at her shoulder with his  open hand. She  shook it.
“So, I guess you’re apologizing to me too, huh? Probably just doing it because you’re in trouble.” She said in a level tone.
Butch mumbled under his breath at the notion of an  apology to her as Viola ‘wiped her eyes’.     In the tiniest  and most familiar scribbles the paper read, “Deathclaw.”
“Password?” She mouthed.
His helpful shrug prompted her  to believe  that this wasn’t the best way to communicate. There were napkins around to write on but no pen or pencil. What to do?  The ketchup packets in the condiment bin called to her.  Better than nothing. In poor, tomatoey scrawl she made another attempt.
Password?
Idk. Maybe important.
You know, how?
Butch ripped five napkins from the dispenser.
Secret codes are always important.
Amata’s writing.
Hah! I’m right. It’s important.
As much as she didn’t want to admit it, he was right. Amata was messing around with the Overseer’s terminal and she might not have been sharing the entire truth with her. The Shadowboards had more to them, something pivotal. She needed the info. So she bargained him for it-- His codes for her mash.
Bad deal.
Will get you out of trouble.
Who? You? Amata? No you won’t.
Officer Hannon threw a sweat inducing glare their way. Definitely wasn’t a fan of them using up vault supplies. Propping her arm up like they were arm wrestling, she leaned in for clearer conversation and less waste.
“Come on, You’re no good with computers.” She whispered.
He gripped her hand.
“Oh, like you are?”
“Better than you.”
Arm already shaking with the force, she tried shoving his hand down.
“I’ll bet.”
“What’s stopping me from running off with this code right now? I’m trying to be nice even though you don’t deserve it.  Repay the favor.”
“I’m nothing but nice so long as I get what I want, Nosebleed.”
He overtook her but  as  what little patience she had sifted between her fingers she regained  strength, bringing them to a  stalemate.
“Just let me have it.” She hissed.
“You think that I’m just some radroach that takes off running when you stomp your feet but you’ll wake up  eventually.  The Butchman is the toughest in the vault.  Either I help or no dice.”
He didn’t sound the same as  he  had seconds prior.  His voice had grown deep and edged with annoyance  and a wisenheimer touch. Familiar and foreign.
“Fine.”

For the prompt list, could I get 1,2, and 13 for Joavin, and 5,8, and 14 for Kevarchie? Thank you, and you're the best, and I always adore getting to hear your thoughts on Kevin ships! ❤️❤️❤️
Joavin
1. Which one is the better cookKevin. His mom and dad both let him help in the kitchen ever since he was three years old, so he learned how to cook and bake pretty well. When he got older and his mom was abroad most of the time, it was often Kevin who made dinner when his dad was still at work. Joaquin on the other hand never learned how to cook as a child or teen because he simply didn’t have anyone who could show him. His mom died when he was still very small, and after that, he was in an orphanage and then in a foster family, which he wasn’t very close to. Once he moved into his own trailer, he just ate stuff like pizza or canned food. He only started to get interested in cooking while watching cooking shows on tv and that inspired him to start cooking too, which was a disaster at first, but he got better with time and with Kevin’s help.2. What their love letters look like Usually, they don’t write love letters but prefer to say those things to each other’s face. But the texts they exchange are very cute and could count as love letters too maybe. Kevin is very touched when Joaquin sits down with him one day and tells him everything that happened since he first met Kevin. He tells him about how much their first meeting already meant to Joaquin, how big of a crush Joaquin already had after that first night. He talks about how Kevin is his hopeful light, the only good thing that ever happened to him and the only reason that made Joaquin go on and fight for his life when he was in juvie. After that confession, Kevin decides to write a real love letter to Joaquin, because he wants him to understand that Kevin feels the same about Joaquin and that Joaquin is the light of his life too. From the moment Kevin and Joaquin move in together they start to leave each other sweet and sometimes funny or sexy little messages scribbled on colorful post-its on the fridge. It’s something all their friends find hilarious but also very cute.
13. Which makes a bigger deal of birthdays Kevin. He is used to having big birthday parties, and it’s something he loves a lot. He can’t even imagine someone having a birthday without celebrating. And so he likes to plan everything when it’s his or Joaquin’s birthday. Joaquin isn’t the big birthday party type of guy. Sure, he used to celebrate with his Serpent friends, but it was just hanging out together, drinking beer and eating fast food. With Kevin, he now always ends up hosting a big party. But he likes it because he likes how happy it makes Kevin and it gives Joaquin a warm feeling to see someone caring so much about him that he wants to make such a big deal of his birthday. But just because Joaquin doesn’t plan big parties, doesn’t mean Kevin’s birthday isn’t important to him of course. Joaquin always makes sure to wake Kevin up with breakfast in bed on his birthday and gives him thoughtful little presents, takes him out to eat and makes sure to tell Kevin how much he loves him.
Karchie:
5. How many kids they’ll have Kevin and Archie both dreamed about having several kids together. Especially Archie was the one who wanted a house filled with the laughter of many kids. But things go a bit different… They adopt a baby boy and already plan to adopt a second child when Archie is on one of his long strolls with his son, and he finds a stray dog, who is in a pretty bad condition. He takes the poor animal to the vet, and they fix him up but tell Archie that the dog was probably abandoned and they will have to give him to a pet shelter. But before they can do that Archie tells them that he will take the dog home and adopt him. Kevin isn’t even surprised. He knows how much Archie loves dogs and that his heart is too big to just let a stray dog go to a shelter. And secretly Kevin is quite happy because he likes dogs too and honestly he is the one who spoils the dog more than Archie does. After a while, Archie decides that they should get a second dog so Vegas II has a playmate. He takes Kevin to the pet shelter and instead of only one dog they return home with two little puppies. In the end, their house is full of kids just like they wanted, but only one of them is laughing the others are barking happily.8. What they argue about. Usually, they just argue about little stuff like whether the dogs are allowed to sleep in the bed or not. But they had one huge argument when Archie was thinking about working for the Lodges. Veronica had told him it was completely legal, and Kevin believed her, but he got furious because he didn’t want Archie involved with any kind of Lodge family business again. He told Archie that he shouldn’t do it and in return, Archie got angry because he thought Kevin was controlling him. They almost split up over that. But they both were miserable without the other, and so they met and talked things through and finally they both understood the other’s reasons. Archie had felt responsible to help his ex and now close friend Veronica. Kevin had been scared that Archie would give up his dream of becoming a musician just because he was too kind and too selfless once again. And also that he would get dragged into some dangerous stuff again, you never know with the Lodges after all. At the end of the day, Archie turned down Veronica’s offer, because he decided that he would instead start a little family with Kevin. He liked the thought of staying at home, working on his music and looking after the house and the kids, more than the idea of sitting behind a desk and doing some boring administrative work.
14. What nicknames they call each other In everyday life, they refer to each other as Kev and Arch. The pet names they like to use are mostly classical ones like baby and darling. After they get married, Archie loves to call Kevin “Andrews,” because it makes his heart skip a beat every time he says it, knowing that Kevin is his husband.
Thank you so much for the prompts!

You know what I want ?
A school.
The school system failed me ages ago and even with a death threat you wouldn’t get me back there.
But I wish it had been different.
I love learning. Literally. If I don’t learn something everyday, I cry. I seek for everything, every media. I’ve watched thousands of youtube tutorials, and I love learning everything they can bring to me.
Yet I hate school. Maybe there’s a problem with school ?
I want a school that teaches me real stuff.
When I’ve learned basic maths, they stop forcing me to attend those classes and only make them possible for math nerds. Or just... nothing forced in the first place. Humans are naturally attracted to knowledge. Let kids able to go to class or not, and they’ll go back in one day or another, with more pleasure.
That have actual supplies for art classes, so you can really unleash your creative spirit if you have one.
That teaches us how to fight against the administrative bullshit. To fill our taxes, to apply to special funds. To have the basic employment skills early, so you can find a job at any time. And how to... get that job. Interview basics, resume making... All that stuff that is boring as fuck but so hard to find, and a hell to live without.
A school that allows students to teach classes, because they’d know more stuff on a specific subject that anybody else. I mean. You know any diploma in dreadlocks making ? No ? Then this punk teen will teach me.
That encourage this, so far that the differences between those who used to be the teachers and the students blur, everyone learning from everyone.
I want a school that doesn’t “encourage hobbies” but instead gives you time to explore every passion or interest you have. To learn everything about it, or just realize you are not so into it and that’s okay, that it’s not “wasted time”. That teaches the basics of paperworks and all to someday make money or even a living out of it.
A school that would have make me want to do sports, not forcing me to run through the pain in the colder of december. Maybe my body would be in better conditions if I’d learned to like a sport earlier.
A school that doesn’t bother with gender roles or sexuality shame. Because, who has time for that ? Boy, go change your pad so we can go back to that robot programming.
That allows and strongly encourage multiple languages learning, which is necessary since students and teachers all come from everywhere and we all need to communicate.
A school that has, in the basics classes, next to science, sign language for the main language, and every language class, half talked, half signed. So it won’t be an elite thing to communicate to everyone.
A school that has not “stairs by default” but something that everyone can climb or use no matter what disability they can have. That has nothing build by default to “normal” people.
A school that makes us eat whatever the people learning cooking that day had make. Even if that’s looking disgusting, so they can improve and receive praises for their success. I mean, a lot of super good food look disgusting. Let them try. Let them be proud of what they made.
A school that doesn’t have a library, but IS a library. Books everywhere. You can bring them everywhere, or have little rooms quiet with chairs and sofas to read on it. And every student’s request for a title filled because every book is allowed, even if white supremacy is not liked will make the people who agreed a little more... concerned and watching of that student.
A school that actually fills the true meaning of a school : giving people time to learn all they can learn. To improve their knowledge to whatever degree they want. That teaches how to live so we struggle less after. And where we had the luxury to take time to see if we can paint, to try to control things with our minds or to try ourselves on nuclear physics. Whatever you want to learn.
A school you can enter whenever you want to. When you’re young and want time to prepare to adult life. When you’re forty and have an existential crisis and want to take a fresh start. After you retire so you can learn all you never took time to learn. With so much diversity that there is no “normal” anymore and no one expects you to be any age, any intellectual quotient, any origin.
I want a school that makes me want to go to school !

June 14, 2017
y/n’s POV
It’s been almost nine months since I’ve seen him yet he possesses the power to haunt my dreams like he’s just left the room a second ago. I can feel him between my legs. He looks up smiling before I see his mouth back on my cunt. I can feel it and it feels real. I can feel his beard scrape the skin of my inner thighs and his hair brush against me. It’s unnerving how realistic he feels. But he isn’t real is he? Were we real? Why was it so easy for him to leave me? We must not have been real either…
I wake up with a start. Sweat sticks the sheets of the duvet to my skin. I hate when I have dreams like this, they leave me feeling hungry with an insatble pit in my somtach that no one else could possibly fill. I’m left frustrated and alone. But, the feeling of arousal usually dissipates when I think about the likelihood that i’m having a wet dream about a man who is now most likely dead. That’s when sorrow fills my heart again and I lay back down staring at the ceiling until I fall asleep again or sunrise, whichever comes first. At least wet dreams are better than the other ones. The ones of him dying in my arms. I don’t even want to think of those right now.
I don’t know what time it is. But I know it’s early. Not early enough to be light but just enough for the sounds of the early birds chipping to be heard. I untangle my legs from under my sheets and get up. I don’t bother to check the time. I don’t need to, it’s not like I have anywhere to be. I’ve been forced to take a leave of absence from work. On paper it’s of my own volition. In reality it was Cho’s ultimatum—either take a leave of absence or tell Tony and the others about my little problem—that made me decide. She was right, even I have to admit that. Sooner or later I would have slipped up and made a mistake and I can’t afford to make mistakes.
It’s been a month or so of lounging at home. I wait everyday for Cho to stop by after work with dinner. We eat together then she leaves. Sometimes Steve joins us but the silence of the entire scene must make him feel like a stranger encroaching on personal territory so he leaves Cho and I to it. To our silent meal with unspoken words and a decade worth of friendship, love, and commitment.
Why couldn’t he just give me that? That’s all I wanted. Sometimes I think I feel betrayed. Sometimes I don’t blame him because I loved him just the same. Except I was scared and he couldn’t seem to understand that.
This is pathetic I thought walking towards my kitchen. It’s been nine months. I need to stop letting him destroy me. Its ironic he probably isn’t even alive, it’s his memory that’s haunting me. It’s the idea of a man, not the man himself who derailed my life.
I walk over to my sink, kneel beside it, and open the bottom cabinet. Once inside I use the camera on my phone to locate the thin loose board in the back. It’s a small compartment. Just a hole in the wall the plumber didn’t board up properly the last time a pipe burst. Inside I have a single bottle of sleeping pills tucked away for nights like this. I don’t know why I hide the bottle. Cho wouldn’t necessarily be angry with me if she saw them. She would understand.
I take one and put the bottle back and carefully replace the loose board. I push myself off my knees, pop the pill in my mouth, turn on the faucet, and drink right from the spigot. I need to go back to work. This domestic stay at home life isn’t for me. I need something to tire me out, to arouse my intellect, to spark my soul. Without my work who am I? I head back to bed, lie down on the soft cold sheets, and close my eyes.
I wake up to my phone ringing. I sit up quickly at the disturbance and pick it up. It’s still dark outside and i’m annoyed at whoever disturbs me.
“Hello,” I answer in a scratchy voice.
“Open your door. I’m outside. I brought Wanda.” Cho’s voice chirps in a little too energetically for my taste.
“What?” I ask a little confused. “Why are you here so early?”
“Early?” Cho asks.
“Yeah, since when did we start doing pre-dawn breakfasts?”
“It’s 7pm, are you okay?” Cho asks trying to choose her words carefully in the presence of Wanda but the concern in her tone betrays her.
“Oh, yeah… Right,” I say caught off guard. I slept through the day. Those pills Effy gave me are stronger than I thought. “I just overslept.” I say as I push myself of the bed and walk towards my dresser. I try my best to quickly fix myself up in the mirror and put on my best smile and walk towards the door. I turn the big lock, grab the tarnished gold knob, and twist it. This is going to be a long night.
June 19, 2017
I’m back at work. After what seems like an era. I sit at my office trying to catch up on all the new projects. I spend the better part of my morning reading and revising reports from the other teams working under me. The latter part of my day is spent trying to get my lab back in order. I receive the odd glance or two from interns, probably judging me for my abrupt leave of absence and return. But, it was necessary I needed to come back to work and Cho saw that. Sometimes I think she doesn’t know—how to take care of me, how to make sure i’m alright, how to fix me—and she ends up giving in and buying into my facade of normalcy.
I am not weak. That’s all I need to remember. I am strong and I will not be reduced to one of those women who tragically and pathetically pine over their lost lovers. He wasn’t my lover. He was my friend. I mourned the loss of a friend, now it’s time to move on.
July 3, 2017
The past two weeks at work have been the most boring of my life. I miss the drama, the threat of danger, the thrill, the exhilaration, the spark. Despite all that it’s cost me—being apart of them, the Avengers even if it was just as a lab rat, gave my life a higher purpose—and I miss it. I saved lives, I may have also lost a couple friends on the way, but ultimately I made a difference. Now I oversee boring old administrative stuff and I felt as useful as a sword still in its sheath.
July 4, 2017
It’s July 4th and I miss him. I sit alone in what was once our little hideaway on the 82nd floor looking out at the soundless fireworks before me.
For a second I wish life could be like those cheesy romantic movies Wanda makes me watch. The ones where the long lost war torn lover returns during a magnificent moment and there are fireworks. All their previous incompatibilities and character flaws are overlooked; They live happily ever after.
But, life isn’t like that. There is no happily ever after. Someone always dies first, leaves first. Thats existence. It’s unfair, and flawed, and it’s beautiful. Our time together was beautiful and he’s changed me for the better. It’s a great feat to change another person, but he changed me, and that’s beautiful. I’ll miss him forever.
I don’t wait for the show to finish. Instead I get up from my solitary spot on the bed and walk towards the elevator to once again join civilization. To join my friends. I stayed away for a while, fearing i’d lose them too, but it’s time now. It’s time to embrace life and all the breathtaking emotions it moves you to feel.
I wait patiently for the elevator doors to open. I stare at my reflection in the polished metal of the doors and my reflection gives way as the doors slowly slide open. My reflection gives way into him.
For a moment I don’t believe my eyes. I question my eyesight, my sobriety, and briefly even my sanity. However, there was no time left for questioning. When the doors opened wide enough he stepped out of the box and towards me. He looks different, scarier. I realize why in a couple seconds. For one thing he is wearing his mask. His attire is exclusively black and his arm looks different, the metal one, the one that I designed. It looked altered with some sort of weaponry and it glowed almost dangerously. I felt violated myself. I’d spend the better part of six months perfectly designing that arm and thinking of the man behind it and now it was defiled. I barely had time to finish my thought when I felt his butchered metal arm clasp it’s fingers around my neck. My hands instinctively went up to his grip trying to pry his fingers off. But, he was too strong. My vision was already beginning to blur when I realized this was one fight i’d never win. Instead I closed my eyes and let my body go limp. He felt my weight give in and let go. I fell to the floor still partly conscious, but fading fast. His grip on my throat had had a more adverse effect than i’d expected. After I hit the floor I heard his footsteps echo away from me towards the private labs. I pushed myself off the floor quickly and grabbed my phone and called the only person I know who loved him as much as I did, the only person who could save him now: Steve.
Leave me feedback guys. Even if its something like ‘your grammar is trash’ idc i need feedback.

Art School | Jenna Blazevich (Chicago,IL)
Designer and founder of Vichcraft Design Studio, Jenna Blazevich took the road less travelled–by ditching an offer to work her dream job–to pursue her own passion and creative freedom. Jenna’s designs are bold, clean and smart as well as technically and aesthetically masterful. Vichcraft Design Studio has allowed her to bring feminist works to the forefront, creating a  platform for important issues and topics. We’re so excited to have her on board for another year of Babes Ride Out, where she has designed a custom skate deck to be raffled off at the Babes East Coast event. In our latest Q&A, Jenna talks about how Vichcraft came about, gives us insights into running a business, and shares with us what she’s most excited about for this year’s 2017 Babes Ride Out!

Could you introduce yourself? I’m Jenna Blazevich, the founder and designer behind Vichcraft Design Studio in Chicago, Illinois. With Vichcraft, I specialize in branding design for small businesses and nonprofits, design and produce a line of intersectional feminist products, and teach oblique calligraphy.
How did you hear about Babes Ride Out? What was your first ride out like? My introduction to Babes Ride Out was actually through a Chicago illustrator friend of mine Jourdon Gullett, who made a tee design for (I believe) BRO 2014. At the time, I didn’t ride a motorcycle yet, but immediately took an interest in what Babes Ride Out is about. I’d long wanted to learn to ride and get my m-class, since I’d grown up around motorcycles and had been dating my boyfriend who restores vintage bikes. My first B.R.O. wasn’t until a couple years later in Joshua Tree, and it was full of such great energy and camaraderie.
What’s your favorite thing about Babes Ride Out? What are you most excited about this year’s event? Babes Ride Out is such a great event because it’s born out of a real (and frustrating) need for more celebration and inclusivity around female motorcycle ridership. Plus, it’s a genuinely beautiful event in the way that the branding and merch and on-site installations are all thoughtfully crafted by people in their community. I won’t be able to attend the East Coast ride, but I’ll be sponsoring and participating in a ladies-only ride and campout in Chicago called Babes in Motoland this fall.
Your top five things to bring to Babes Ride Out? Water bottle for water Aluminum water bottle for extra gas reserve Sunscreen Basic tools + zip ties + first aid Girls to the front pins for new friends!
Tells us a little about Vichcraft.  How did you come up with Vichcraft? What was the inspiration behind it? Vichcraft, as a concept, was born in late 2015 when I had just turned 25 and received an offer to work full-time at my dream job. At the time, I had built up five years of experience freelancing on the side of jobs and school, and instead of taking on the dream job, I made a major shift into full-time self-employment. It was important to me that I come up with an ownable and memorable name for my new curated portfolio (I had previously been working under my first and last name, and published so many different projects that I had no identifiable specialty). I came up with the name “Vichcraft” because it’s a play on my last name (Blazevich), my love of hand craft, and of witchcraft and feminism.
What’s it like to run Vichcraft? What are some of the most rewarding things and what things do you think folks might not realize about running a business? Running Vichcraft is a never-ending test of how much I can multi-task, remember things, plan ahead, and do my best to still be present. Since most of what I share on my website and on my social media accounts are finished projects, I’m not sure very many people realize how much time I spend on unglamorous, super boring and frustrating administrative stuff per day. I think it’s a common thing to fantasize about the freedom self-employment, but it’s so stressful to be the one person that every issue falls on 24 hours a day. Since I have this quality of hating to feel pigeon-holed into a specific thing, I created my line of product as a consistent outlet for myself to act as my own creative director and make work that I love and that pushes me to try out lettering styles that my clients don’t ask for.  It’s been really rewarding to have such an outstanding amount of positive responses to my products, and all of that has directly affected how much I’ve been able to grow my shop in it’s first year.
What’s your creative process like? How long does it take for the idea to reach fruition? My process is sort of all over the place, but I generally work very fast. I generally say that I work half on paper and half in the computer, and I like it best that way. Whether I’m working on a logo for a client, or I’m sketching a mural for an installation or designing a new patch for my shop, I always start with a bunch of thumbnail sketches in pencil. If the client is in charge of deciding which to concept finalize, I move on to vectorizing their logo in Illustrator either with my iPad and Apple Pencil, or with the pen tool and a mouse. If the project is something for my shop and I’m acting as Creative Director to myself, I can start with sketches for an initial idea in the morning, and be at the screen printing co-op I belong to working on printing the final product that night.
What are some of the important issues you address in your art? When was the first time you decided to combine that with your brand? Vichcraft has (understandably) always been very tied to me personally, and the causes, social issues, pieces of writing, and aesthetic styles that interest me as a person. The election year of 2016 was my second year of running Vichcraft, and I was (and am) still developing the most effective ways to use my skills, voice and platform to speak on topics that I’m passionate about. Post-election, it is still one of my main goals with Vichcraft to do whatever I can to contribute to organizations and projects that are working to resist and counter the moves being made by the current administration. Furthermore, it is extremely important to me that I create feminist work that is as inclusive and intersectional as possible, because feminism is currently being diluted in meaning by companies monetizing the movement, and by self-proclaimed feminists focusing on issues that only relate to women who look and live like themselves. Failing to consider other classes, identities, races, bodies, and religions when doing feminist work results in an inability to progress and unite in a collective fight, and the opposition gains more leverage as a result.
If you had to choose one of your designs as your favorite, which would it be and why? “The City Beautiful” piece that I made for Typeforce in January of 2015 was the first piece that I made under the name “Vichcraft,” and it’s still what I’m most proud of. It marked a significant and intentional shift into creating lettering work that more closely relates to the issues and topics that I personally care about. It also really challenged my ability to create sculpture work within a very tight timeline, as well as my writing skills for the initial proposal. It’s still the project that I’ve worked on under the name “Vichcraft” that I’m probably the most proud of.
Who are some of your favorite past and contemporary artists? Some of the artists who inspire me most are: Alphonse Mucha, Teagan White, Kathleen Hanna, Marian Bantjes, Laura Jane Grace, Doyald Young, Cat Coven, Hellcats, Louise Fili, Hydro74, Jourdon Gullett, & so many more.
You run some really cool calligraphy workshops in Chicago!   How did you get interested in calligraphy and typography?   What are some of your favorite things about calligraphy? I taught my first public calligraphy workshops in the fall of 2014, just before launching Vichcraft, and I’ve taught at least one beginner workshop per month since then. The format of the class has generally remained the same: introduce the tools, talk about the craft, work through exercises, then graduate to lowercase letterforms. I do, however, think the workshop has evolved into something that people value attending because they gain the ability to utilize me as a resource both during and after the class. I get almost an equal amount of questions about how I started freelancing, what was required to start selling product, etc., as I do about the actual craft of calligraphy, and I enjoy offering myself as a real person who can help answer these questions (versus whatever answers would otherwise come up in a Google search). This is a big reason why I want to continue teaching calligraphy workshops, and possibly other types of workshops, in the future.
Is there a new medium you haven’t tried yet but want to start learning about? There are always so many! I had my first solo art show a few months ago, and I commissioned a custom neon sign from a Chicago artist. I’d love to learn to make my own neon one day, but I know it’s extremely tedious. For that same show, my boyfriend and I took apart, stripped, painted and restored a 1972 Honda CL350 to be a “Handmaid’s Tale” inspired piece in the show. We had to work very quickly on the project (we only had nine days to do all of the work), but I’d love to keep working on designing, customizing and restoring some project bikes.
Favorite Vans? and how would you describe your style? I wear black or grey low-tops everyday, and they’re my favorite shoes. My style is pretty androgynous, and my outfits almost always include an oversized black band tee, bike commuter pants, and my black trucker jacket with “Girls to the Front” screen printed on the back, and pockets full of stickers to give out to anyone who asks where I got my jacket! Also, my helmet and a bolo tie are go-to accessories.
What’s on the horizon after Babes Ride out and what exciting projects do you have coming up for 2017? Along with some of my best friends, I’m a partner on a game called TumbleSeed that is being released on May 2nd. It’s 2.5 years in the making, and I’m so thankful to have been involved. I’ll also be bringing Vichcraft on the road to a bunch of craft fairs and conferences around the country this summer, and I’ll be doing so with my very first employee! My friend Ellen will be joining my studio in the role of studio manager, and I’m extremely excited to see how much Vichcraft can grow with her on board, and freeing up a huge amount of my time to focus more on creative work.
What would you say to folks who wanted to follow in your footsteps and start their own business? Don’t. JK but I’d say to definitely be very critical of whether or not you possess the qualities that would make a great candidate for self-employment like extreme attention to detail, self-motivation, obsessiveness, time and money management skills, the ability to compartmentalize, etc. Also, I’d encourage you to seek advice from people who know both the work that you’re making, and also how you are as a person and to encourage those people to give you their honest opinion on whether you might be ready for self-employment. During my time in school, I freelanced and also worked at six internships, and stayed in touch with many past co-workers as I continued through school. Those people became my mentors, and I was able to learn things from them that I didn’t in school, and also develop relationships with them that encouraged honesty when it came time to decide if I was ready to launch a business. I’d also suggest starting out by freelancing on the side of a consistent job. When I launched Vichcraft, I already had five years of freelance experience under my belt, which meant that I had already given myself the chance to work out a lot of the kinks with handling client relationships, managing money and time, etc. Giving yourself the chance to figure a few of those things out while still having a consistent paycheck from a full-time job is much less scary then jumping in head first.

Trump is a sociopathic psychopath who is endangering the lives of the American citizens and encouraging his followers to do harm to people who look different from them. That's the definition of racism and white supremacy.
At a Florida rally in May, the president asked the crowd for ideas to block migrants from crossing the border.
“How do you stop these people?” he asked.
“Shoot them!” one man shouted.
The crowd laughed and Mr. Trump smiled. “That’s only in the Panhandle you can get away with that stuff,” he said. “Only in the Panhandle.”
El Paso Shooting Suspect’s Manifesto Echoes Trump’s Language
By Peter Baker and Michael D. Shear | Published Aug. 4, 2019 | New York Times | Posted August 5, 2019 |
At campaign rallies before last year’s midterm elections, President Trump repeatedly warned that America was under attack by immigrants heading for the border. “You look at what is marching up, that is an invasion!” he declared at one rally. “That is an invasion!”
Nine months later, a 21-year-old white man is accused of opening fire in a Walmart in El Paso, killing 20 peopleand injuring dozens more after writing a manifesto railing against immigration and announcing that “this attack is a response to the Hispanic invasion of Texas.”
The suspect wrote that his views “predate Trump,” as if anticipating the political debate that would follow the blood bath. But if Mr. Trump did not originally inspire the gunman, he has brought into the mainstream polarizing ideas and people once consigned to the fringes of American society.
While other leaders have expressed concern about border security and the costs of illegal immigration, Mr. Trump has filled his public speeches and Twitter feed with sometimes false, fear-stoking language even as he welcomed to the White House a corps of hard-liners, demonizers and conspiracy theorists shunned by past presidents of both parties. Because of this, Mr. Trump is ill equipped to provide the kind of unifying, healing force that other presidents projected in times of national tragedy.
In televised remarks on Sunday afternoon before boarding Air Force One to return to Washington from his New Jersey home, Mr. Trump praised the performance of law enforcement officers and offered condolences to the victims and their families in El Paso as well as in Dayton, Ohio, where an unrelated mass shooting occurredearly Sunday morning.
“Hate has no place in our country, and we’re going to take care of it,” the president said, declining to elaborate but promising to speak more on Monday morning. He made no mention of white supremacy or the El Paso manifesto, but instead focused on what he called “a mental illness problem.”
On Monday morning, he used Twitter to call for Republicans and Democratsto work together to strengthen background checks for prospective gun buyers and pass new immigration laws
Democratic presidential candidates  wasted little time on Sunday pointing the finger at Mr. Trump, arguing that he had encouraged extremism with what they called hateful language. Mr. Trump’s advisers and allies rejected that, arguing that the president’s political foes were exploiting a tragedy to further their political ambitions.
“I’m saying that President Trump has a lot to do with what happened in El Paso yesterday,” Beto O’Rourke, a Democratic presidential candidate who represented El Paso in Congress, said on “Face the Nation” on CBS. Mr. O’Rourke said Mr. Trump “sows the kind of fear, the kind of reaction that we saw in El Paso yesterday.”
Mick Mulvaney, the acting White House chief of staff, said it was outrageous to hold Mr. Trump responsible for the acts of a madman or suggest the president sympathized with white supremacists.
“I don’t think it’s at all fair to sit here and say that he doesn’t think that white nationalism is bad for the nation,” he said on “This Week” on ABC. “These are sick people. You cannot be a white supremacist and be normal in the head. These are sick people. You know it, I know it, the president knows it. And this type of thing has to stop. And we have to figure out a way to fix the problem, not figure out a way to lay blame.”
Linking political speech, however heated, to the specific acts of ruthless mass killers is a fraught exercise, but experts on political communication said national leaders could shape an environment with their words and deeds, and bore a special responsibility to avoid inflaming individuals or groups, however unintentionally.
“The people who carry out these attacks are already violent and hateful people,” said Nathan P. Kalmoe, an assistant professor at Louisiana State University who has studied hate speech. “But top political leaders and partisan media figures encourage extremism when they endorse white supremacist ideas and play with violent language. Having the most powerful person on Earth echo their hateful views may even give extremists a sense of impunity.”
This has come up repeatedly during Mr. Trump’s presidency, whether it be the white supremacists who marched in Charlottesville, Va., or the bomber who sent explosives to Mr. Trump’s political adversaries and prominent news media figures or the gunman who stormed a Pittsburgh synagogue after ranting online about “invaders” to the United States.
David Livingstone Smith, a philosophy professor at the University of New England and the author of a book on dehumanization of whole categories of people, said Mr. Trump had emboldened Americans whose views were seen as unacceptable in everyday society not long ago.
“This has always been part of American life,” he said. “But Trump has given people permission to say what they think. And that’s crack cocaine. That’s powerful. When someone allows you to be authentic, that’s a very, very potent thing. People have come out of the shadows.”
Grant Stinchfield, a former host of NRATV, the defunct online media arm of the National Rifle Association, said his “heart aches” for the victims of El Paso, but he accused the news media and Democrats of unfairly blaming Mr. Trump for a crime committed by a “disgusting, deranged human being.”
“Evil has existed since the beginning of time,” Mr. Stinchfield said. “To blame the president or any other conservative on the actions of a deranged lunatic is insane and flat-out disgusting. The problem with liberals today is they do not want to take responsibility for anything. They will blame everyone but the shooter.”
Kris Kobach, the former secretary of state in Kansas and an immigration hard-liner who is close to Mr. Trump, said Democrats were being outrageous. “They are trying to exploit this horrific tragedy to attack the president and push an open-borders agenda and push gun control,” he said. “It’s not only incorrect, it’s improper to do this at a time when people are still grieving.”
Dark, anti-immigrant language has flavored American politics for generations. Politicians in the 1880s and 1920s rose to power by seizing on fears of Italians, Japanese, Chinese and other immigrants, stoking fears about the loss of the “American identity.”
In more recent years, those who trafficked in racist conspiracies and warned that immigrants were a threat to the safety and economic well-being of native-born Americans were largely ignored by the bipartisan establishment even as they gave voice to the views of many Americans who felt disenfranchised.
But Mr. Trump embraced racist conspiracies for years: He was among the leading voices who pushed the “birtherism” lie claiming that President Barack Obama was not born in the United States. And since his campaign for the presidency, Mr. Trump has taken those views to the center of American politics. He denounces immigrant gang members as “animals” and complains that unauthorized migrants “pour into and infest” the United States. Illegal immigration is a “monstrosity,” he says, while demanding that even American-born congresswomen of color “go back” to their home countries.
He uses the word “aliens” to refer to immigrants long after it was deemed dehumanizing even by other Republicans. And his language about immigration is suffused in anger: In El Paso earlier this year, he demanded that Democrats help him “deport criminal aliens and keep the coyotes and traffickers and drug dealers the hell out of our country.”
His preferred recourse to illegal immigration often seems to rely on force. He sent the military to the border last year before the election and at one point even said he would order troops to open fire on migrants who throw stones, disconcerting military leaders who objected to what they considered a disproportionate response.
Along the way, Mr. Trump has empowered groups like the Federation for American Immigration Reform, which has been designated a hate group by the liberal Southern Poverty Law Center. He has become a reliable megaphone for anti-immigrant screeds carried by Breitbart News and Lou Dobbs on the Fox Business Network.
And he has seeded his administration with activists, lawyers and a cadre of former Capitol Hill staff members on the far end of the anti-immigration spectrum, all of whom had toiled for years in obscurity, viewed by Democrats and Republicans alike as too radical.
Stephen Miller, who promoted anti-immigration views as a congressional aide, is now the chief architect of Mr. Trump’s immigration agenda. Julie Kirchner, the former executive director at the Federation for American Immigration Reform, is a top official at United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, which manages legal immigration.
Jon Feere, a former legal analyst at the Center for Immigration Studies, which advocates significantly less immigration, is a top adviser at Immigration and Customs Enforcement. And Stephen K. Bannon, the former chairman of Breitbart News, ran Mr. Trump’s campaign and served in the White House as the president’s chief strategist.
While the police in Ohio said they were still looking into the motive of the Dayton gunman, the El Paso killings were quickly linked to politics. In the 2,300-word manifesto tied by the police to Patrick Crusius, the suspect in the El Paso shooting, he said he was “simply defending my country from cultural and ethnic replacement brought on by an invasion.”
Mr. Trump said much the same four years ago, at an event hosted by the Texas Patriots at a Houston-area school. “Everything’s coming across the border,” Mr. Trump said. “The illegals, the cars, the whole thing — it’s like a big mess, blah. It’s like vomit.”
Mr. Crusius described legal and illegal immigrants as “invaders” who are flooding into the United States, a term Mr. Trump has frequently employed to argue for a border wall.
In July 2015, Mr. Trump tweeted at critics: “WHAT U REALLY SHOULD B ANGRY ABT IS THE INVASION OF MILLIONS OF ILLEGALS TKING OVER AMERICA! NOT DonaldTrump.” After using the term regularly during last fall’s campaign, he has begun using it for next year’s campaign as well. In one Facebook ad in February, for instance, his campaign wrote, “It’s CRITICAL that we STOP THE INVASION.”
In March, Mr. Trump defended the use of the term before an audience of conservative activists. “They don’t like it when I say it — but we are being invaded,” he said of his critics. “We’re being invaded by drugs, by people, by criminals. And we have to stop it.”
White House aides argue that there is a vast difference between favoring tough policies at the border and condoning violence, but they resigned themselves to a fresh round of criticism of the president from the moment they heard about the El Paso shooting and the manifesto.
Several of Mr. Trump’s advisers said they were happy that his public messages since the shooting had been restrained and presidential, but they conceded that he needed to do more to unify the country.
Still, few advisers believed he would be easily moved to perform as past presidents have during national crises, with a grand speech or even a news conference with the F.B.I. director, to whom the president would have to partly cede the stage.
For their part, other Republicans made a point over the weekend of denouncing white nationalism, going where Mr. Trump himself would not.
“There have now been multiple attacks from self-declared white terrorists here in the U.S. in the last several months,” George P. Bush, the Texas land commissioner and son of former Gov. Jeb Bush of Florida, said in a statement. “This is a real and present threat that we must all denounce and defeat.”

Do you ever think how amazing it would be to do everything you set out to do each day, so you could relax and know you’ve accomplished your daily goals? However, we often face a mountain of work and feel overwhelmed and unproductive. By day’s end, we throw in the towel, feeling defeated by our to-do list. Take charge of your time and energy, and learn what to focus on and what to let go. These 18 proven tools will help you stay focused and amp up your productivity so you can kill it every day.

1. Set daily goals.
Get organized by dividing your day into goals, each with a clear purpose. Think of this as a detailed to-do list of prioritized daily tasks. Keeping a to-do list is the simplest and easiest proven tool to ensure you stay focused and increase your productivity. Set reasonable targets for each day. All you need to get organized is a pen and paper, or even just an app on your smartphone. Related: How to Accomplish More in 4 Days Than Most People Do in 4 Weeks
2. First things first.
You only have so much time and energy, and chances are you’ll never have enough of both to accomplish everything (you think) you need to do every day. What you really need to do is focus on the most important tasks first. Not everything on your list is urgent. Take a moment to identify your Most Important Task (MIT). This is the most critical thing you must get done -- get it off your plate first thing. By knocking out your biggest task, you’ll ensure that you’ll have a productive day no matter what. Related: The 5 Best Productivity Apps for Entrepreneurs
3. Set deadlines and stick to them.
Deadlines can be a great way to control procrastination, but research has found that self-imposed deadlines don’t work for true dawdlers. Instead, hard deadlines that are evenly spaced out are most effective. So, if you’re struggling to find your mojo for a project, set firm deadlines with your boss or client, and make sure they are reasonable and sufficiently spaced out to accomplish the task. 4. Keep tasks manageable.
Sometimes less is more. In order to up your productivity, you need to break big projects into manageable chunks. Think of it this way: you don’t eat a three-course meal in one bite, do you? Just as we eat a meal in multiple bites, try breaking tasks down into smaller and smaller chunks, so you can focus on one area or one subject at a time. You’ll stay motivated and avoid distractions. Related: How to Build a Side Hustle Into a Massive Success
5. Train your brain to do deep work.
To truly harness the full power of your mind, you need to train your brain to do deep work. This is the ability to produce at your peak level for extended periods of time. It may sound easy, but we rarely do it. You can start by setting aside a couple of hours each day during which you can completely focus on one task without interruption. Doing so will allow you to more fully engage your brainpower and make significant progress and important breakthroughs on a critical task. Related: Finding Your Focus Through 'Deep Work'
6. Compartmentalize your time.
Zoom through your tasks by giving yourself some “do not disturb” time. Tell those you work with that you won’t be available for meetings or appointments during this time. Carving out focus time minimizes interruptions so you can engage in deep work. Compartmentalizing your time allows your brain to isolate a task, so you can completely focus on that one thing without constantly breaking your concentration for something else.
7. Put away your cell phone.
Our smartphones and mobile devices have become a pervasive part of our lives, to the detriment of our productivity. Research has found that U.S. consumers spend at least 5 hours a day on their mobile devices, with about half that time spent on social media, messaging and entertainments apps. By simply putting your phone away for periods of time, or at least turning off notifications, you’ll gain hours of productivity and focus. Related: Low Productivity? You May Need a Digital Detox.
8. Monotask.
By now, most of us know that multitasking isn’t really a thing, and yet we still struggle to stop doing it. It seems like we have too much going on to focus on one thing. Do yourself a favor and give monotasking a try. Try looking at your calendar at the beginning of each week and assign yourself a specific focus each day. One day might be focused on administrative work, while another is concentrated on an upcoming project. Related: Forget Multitasking. Real Productivity Comes From Singletasking.
9. Practice mindfulness.
Practicing mindfulness meditation has been shown to increase the ability to focus and enhance learning and memory. Research shows it can even prevent age-related mental decline. According to one 7-year study, practicing mindfulness meditation is associated with improvement in sustaining focus and attention. Even more important, participants had increased feelings of emotional well-being and performed better on tasks. Related: Mindfulness Isn't Just a Trend, It's Key to Being a Better Leader
10. Know your body clock.
Schedules give our days structure and a timetable to revolve around. However, not everyone functions on the same timetable. We all have natural rhythms that influence our ability to focus and produce. The key is to match your highest priority work to your most productive hours of the day. Pay attention to your body clock. Most people tend to be most alert in the morning, and our concentration often starts to slide in the afternoon. Related: How to Wake Up Early Without Sacrificing Your Sleep
11. Work in 90-minute cycles.
A growing body of research indicates that we naturally work in cycles of 90 minutes. During these cycles, we’re better able to engage and focus. This is followed by lower frequency brain activity for about 20 minutes, when we’re apt to feel “brain fog” and may have a harder time concentrating. Harness this natural cycle by working in 90-minute increments, and give yourself a break in between. Related: How to Make a 5-Hour Workday Work for You
12. Take mental breaks.
A strategic break can be an amazing boost for your brain. Even a short break can give you that burst of inspiration and creativity you’ve been looking for. Taking a brief break from work allows your mind to reset and restores your motivation. When you feel mental fatigue setting in, try stepping away from your desk for a few minutes. You can try stretching, going for a walk or spending a few minutes outside enjoying nature. Related: 10 Telltale Signs You Need a Break From Work
13. Set a timer.
Train your brain to hyper-focus on a task by using the Pomodoro Technique. Named for the tomato-shaped timer (although you can use any timer, including the one on your smartphone), you first decide on a task you want to accomplish. Next, set your timer for 25 minutes and work diligently for that time. Take a short break (5 minutes) when it rings, then reset the timer and go again. After 4 Pomodoros, take a longer (15-30 minute) break. Related: Can Creative Breaks Boost Your Employees' Productivity?
14. Exercise often.
We all know exercise is good for our bodies, but it’s also good for our brains. Working out has been shown to be an effective way to improve our attention, increase our learning potential and boost our memory. Exercise improves our mood and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety. But studies have also shown that people who work out have greater volume in the parts of the brain that control memory and thinking. Related: Exercise Is One Thing Most Successful People Do Everyday
15. Declutter your workspace.
A clean and tidy space has a way of putting your mind at ease and increasing your ability to focus and go full-bore throughout your day. A desk in disarray will make your brain feel as cluttered and overflowing as your inbox. Researchers have found that when there is too much stuff in your field of view (like a messy desk), it has a measurable impact on productivity. They found that too much clutter causes people to lose the brain power necessary to focus. Related: There Is No Tidy Way to Deal With a Hoarder on Your Staff
16. Use the two-minute rule.
If a task will take less than two minutes to complete, do it right away. Don’t let these tiny tasks build up for another time, and don’t add them to the bottom of your list. Take two minutes and just do it. You may be surprised by how many things you can accomplish in just a few minutes, such as sending an email or cleaning up your desk. Related: 7 Life Hacks to Be Productive Instead of Just Busy
17. Give yourself a caffeine boost.
Many of us joke that we need a cup of coffee to jolt our brain awake in the morning. Studies have shown that caffeine, which is a natural stimulant, may do just that. Coffee and other caffeinated drinks are cognitive enhancers, improving your mental focus and concentration. However, the more you drink caffeinated beverages, the more your body gets used to the stimulant and the less impact it has on you. Limit your consumption to one cup a day, and save that second cup for times when you really need it. Related: An Army Scientist Is Working on a Formula for Optimal Caffeine Intake
18. Switch tasks.
Have you ever been hard at work on a project, feeling totally focused, but after a while you feel like you hit a wall? It’s like your brain just locked up. It could be you’ve been focusing on one thing for too long, and now your brain needs a change of topic. Try switching tasks to something else for a while. Switch it up by working on an entirely different task. Giving your brain a variety of things to work on can help you stay alert and productive for longer.
Nothing special
Please don’t bore yourself, my blogs will never be special and all those fancy-shmancy editing because I’m lazy and I’m here to reel in my negative energy to these blogs, not adore them.  I don’t know how it went down hill but I always thought that my parents had a better grip on their adulthood, nonetheless their lives.
I always imagined myself to be professional and start settling down by the age of 25 but look where I am in now, broke, unemployed, and bored most of the time.  Don’t get me wrong, I am currently finishing my Bachelor’s Degree in a program that my lazy ass would take, having 5 years work experience into appropriate school credentials, like wtf? What kind of school does that? But good thing is, I did finish 3 years of college so I’m just in the peak of finishing my degree so why the hell not.
Finishing my degree wasn’t always been in my tumblr list but its always been a plan. I was suppose to finish this last year but I opted to take the opportunity to have a training ship abroad in Saipan. Its a small island that nobody really knows about; but I do now, cause I found the love of my life. (Hold On! This is not about my boyfriend, so carry on)  I have left my Dad and my grandmother who I’ve always felt was so vulnerable and weak. I have given them every ounce of energy and time I have for them like they are my guests, hence I have worked in the Hospitality Industry. I stayed with my family after how I failed my expedition in working in a cruise ship. I still consider that as my greatest downfall, as how proud of a person I was; but looking at the bright side, it made me feel humble as well. So I promised them that give me this one year, and I’ll finish my Degree so I can get a job here in the Philippines to be with them; then again taking this halt in my life have not made me happy and not living.  I am attending school like I said but its been 5 months and I haven’t had any classes given yet, but they said classes were just for formality and all I have to do is focus on my thesis. Its just like paying the school to give me a certification for my Bachelors Degree, that’s how fucked up the system here in the Philippines is. But let me just say that school started at August so, I should still give them credit too; I’m just being impatient and all.  After I got back the Philippines, I never wanted to stay there for long time since I wanted to go look for a job right away cause I couldn’t afford myself living on my own. I always have thought that I could not depend on my parents anymore, but I never felt so betrayed as well, when my grandmother took away her promise; like she’s gonna help me with school and i’ll just take care of rent. I felt so heart broken in my life, my boyfriend at that time just left Philippines too, so I never felt so lonely in my life. My grand mother has an attitude with money so; she’s kinda selfish growing up a problematic kid, but thats her, and I cannot keep a grudge for her bad attitude, and she’s family, but I wouldn’t lie she did hurt me so much.
So I worked here a little as a call center agent. I never felt so lost at that moment, where I just walked by IT Park to look for a job, like I was just kicking something to somewhere until somebody pointed me to the recruitment center. I didn’t have anybody or no one to push me to go there, or be with me, I just went ahead straight the bullet, answering interview questions like I don’t have anything to lose. After hours of interview, I got the job.
Of course my problems does not stop there, I felt so ashamed that my best friend, Maritess, the one that I promised to go to school with was not able to qualify for the school program just because she was a year younger. Back in Saipan, I have always pushed her doing the school with me and I’ll help her all the way, just to come here in Philippines given that kind of answer from the administrator.  I was living with her for a while, and I felt so nauseated that I message my friend if I can stay with him for a while, nonetheless sleeping on the floor in their school building. Its not much but he was so accommodating as well. So I slept in the floor for 2 days and when he was out for a date, I was their left alone in a dim building crying out for someone to just get me straight, but I had no one aside from my boyfriend online. It wasn’t enough for the tears to stop.
I still held my head high not showing to my friend how devastated how I’ve felt, so I transferred to an expensive apartment by myself, using whats left of my savings and by myself. I was dragging around my bags and trying to still steal myself from whats happening. When I was in my apartment, it just worsen how I feel, so empty. I didn’t have anythings, I didn’t even have my own bed sheets and pillows. You might ask, then why I transferred and get the apartment, because my friend couldn’t accommodate me after the weekend had passed, cause his uncle is gonna come and visit, and let me remind you that it is a classroom that I’ve slept in.
The next day I just push myself to go and buy stuff for the apartment by myself, and dragging around heavy stuff too, considering that its 4 floors high. Even though, I had an apartment to sleep in, I walked around the place like a homeless person. I only eat once a day just to save up money that I have left, considering I even have to buy water.  Aside from that friend who made me stay with him, all of my old classmates and old friends weren’t here to at least even have conversation with them.
Before I started to follow up my requirements for work, I have looked around for dormitories that would help me save money at least, and I found my old dormitory. I transferred  right away cause it would help me save money regardless of the electricity and water bill. Even if I was so down, I had my friend save me and took over my old apartment even if they didn’t like it. Again, I never felt so ashamed and heart broken.  Going forward with the work requirement, I had to spend extra just because of my back condition. I was also anemic so I had to go see a doctor. How can you be not anemic if you are only eating once a day, and less sleep, I was so bombarded with problems, like one problem to another problem.  That finished, start working 8pm - 4am every day, paid, $250 a month, thats the only  job I can get without having a degree is how supposed to be in the Philippines. Isn’t it sad and unfair? Everyday at work I felt so lost and I couldn’t get my head straight with the training considering that I was so hungry and it was so hard to adjust with the work schedule. All technical training and something that I haven’t touched ever in my life; I felt like I was afloat but I kept forcing myself with out even have the energy anymore, but then again I do not have any more choice, do I?
When I get home, I couldn’t stop thinking about how to pay rent and pay the enrollment fee when I do not have anybody to depend on anymore aside from my patient boyfriend. I honestly thought that my boyfriend would leave me or wouldn’t be able to help me, because thats how of an asshole and negative I am. I mean who could blame me, not all people stay when they are in the worse situations. But he stayed along the troubles of my life, but it was a while when he can help me because of the vacation time he took to come here in Philippines to meet my family.
[I should put it out there how much I have thought of disappearing and killing myself, just to end everything. But the thought of that just makes me sadder since I have accepted defeat if I do that, thats the lowest of low I can think of myself. But I won’t lie how much I have considered it and every moment I have would always remind me how much down hill my life spiraled down to and to this day, it still makes my eye so teary. ]
So every afternoon, I pushed myself to go to work and hoping to get a good meal at work before I go work while I sleep the whole morning, meeting new people and classmates.  Despite that, I never felt so lonely anymore, aside from my constant video calls with my boyfriend but I actually had people to talk to. My new classmates (at work). At first I kept to myself, like I really need something or someone come into my life even if how crazy and depressing had it became at the first place, and for some new people it was a little hard to blend in since these are very young people. I’m just right over there in the side trying to observe, even some people are so judgmental, there are also people who are actually nice and they do not care what status you have as long as you’re cool with them.  The first few weeks were so hard since I had to be awake at 12am til 4am, and I catch myself sleeping at training too.  At first I thought everything is gonna look brighter, and it did... for a while.
While I was working along with the call center job, I got a call from my old Dean. She offered to interview me cause they are looking for a new instructor. By then I felt like God has given me the chance to catch up. I thought that taking that job instead being a call center agent would actually be an advantage since its something that I have experience with; so I made my biggest mistake, I considered.  She invited me to have the demo; so there is one thing I need to do. Quit my current job. Biggest mistake of my life. Seriously had a fight with my boyfriend because he thinks that I should still stay at work while I do that demonstration, which I should’ve have listened to!!! but as confident and proud as I am, I went the other way and told him I needed my full attention to create the demo. As a loving and patient boyfriend he is, he still supported my decision. So I quit my job, earning only like less than $90 and took the freaking resignation.  So there I was prepared to do my demonstration, just to be told that she had an emergency so she had to ask another instructor to sit in for her instead. I did my demonstration and I felt like I did good, even the instructor who watched me said so. I waited and waited and waited, I even offered time to help with my former teachers to kill time to teach and demonstrate for free. I waited until it was my niece's baptism.  I went home and fix the awkwardness between me and my family. Had to confirm to my grand mother that i did not leave Ozamiz just to hide a pregnancy, thats how low they think of me, and had to hold Yana and really see her.  I stayed there for a while, having to play with Yana really made me forget what I went through and how I went through it.  Until ..  Me, my brother and his wife was watching a movie, the Dean just tagged me in facebook for a job opening. She didn’t say anything but I got her point, but I still messaged her confirming what she’s really trying to tell me, and she just said she cannot help me anymore cause she just saved her ass because the Department is falling down because of the K12 program. There were no students enrolling for culinary because of the new school program where freshmen have to take 2 years pre college courses.
I got so devastated but I think Yana and my boyfriend kept me together. I waited until I got the call for interview and assesment for my schooling. After I did the orientation, I went ahead and applied for jobs, somehow with Tess.  I really thought she wouldn’t go look for jobs since they’re rich and they have business to think about, but with a temporary problem she’s facing with her family, she left their house and went her to Cebu. Day and night we have been together looking for jobs, but as days passed I felt like she’s changing her mind. She felt practical and have to do the business instead since she’s planning to go to Korea, and the only way she can get the visa is with helping her parent’s business.
So I’m left alone again.
I had been constantly trying to apply for coffee shops, kitchen, and online jobs and neither one of them actually considered. I failed online tests, I didn’t receive any callbacks and it just gotten me sad but I do not let myself get back to that depression again. I called my boyfriend and I told him I am trying as much as I could and as my resources can help me, he just told me to focus on my schooling and he will help me; but still stubborn me, I cannot let anybody suffer because of me. I needed to help myself as well, but I kept trying, circumstances are just trying to defy my luck. Dad called and he said the same thing, really surprised me. I thought my Dad would be the same as what he was like grandma, but he actually confided me to focus in school instead of pressuring myself to look for jobs that I know I cannot keep for long since I have a thesis thinking about in the future when school really starts for me.  So now I’m right here, doing a blog of my life, how miserable and good it had become but I still feel very lost because I feel like I’m slacking off and I couldn’t really keep myself “chill” because I am always restless. I have always thought that every time is gold, there is something I can always do aside from moping around sleep all day. And it breaks my heart thinking that my boyfriend cannot have what he wants because he is sending me his money to help me as well as Dad helping me along the way, even though he should have saved that money for his retirement.  Thats a lot for me to say and putting myself out vulnerably out there to random strangers who would read this or for my future self to read how stupid and helpless I was when I was younger.  I know I have a lot more worse experience when I was younger, considering how much of a failure I saw myself when I worked in the cruise ship, all my experience, the mental attack, sexual harassment, home sickness, and the embarrassment, but maybe I just thought of this because of how something I tasted so sweet and seen joy in my life in Saipan, spiraled down to how lonely and depressed I have become.  Is this life?

THE COMBO OF PROBLEMS(now online_ original version)-Divyangna Trivedi
WE ALL LIVE IN A COUNTRY WHERE GRANDPARENTS ARE TAKEN CARE OF,WHERE CHILDREN HIGHLIGHT THE JOY,WHERE AIR SINGS THE RYTHMS AND THE PEOPLE ARE DIVERSE…IN THIS BOOK I HAVE MADE AN EFFORT TO COVER UP ALL ASPECTS BASED ON THE PROBLEMS,THE DREAMS AND THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS RICH LIVING COUNTRY.
WE ALL HAVE A DREAM…WE ALL LIVE FOR A PURPOSE AND WE ALL THINK FOR OUR BENEFIT ..BUT, MANIER TIMES IN AN EFFORT TO GET DONE WITH OUR NEEDS WE BEGIN CURSING THE ADMINISTRATION. OKAY!I DONOT SAY THAT WE HAVE A VERY PURE ADMINISTRATION BUT THEN IT IS IMPROVING AT ITS OWN COST…MY MAIN OBJECTIVE TO HIGHLIGHT THIS POINT IS TOWARDS THOSE WHO WRITE AGAINST THE NATION’S POLITY.
BEFORE GETTING STARTED WITH THIS MANUAL, I’D LIKE ALL MY READERS TO KEEP A ROUGH SKETCH OF IT IN THEIR MINDS:
-DO NOT READ IT WITH A ZEAL TO GO AGAINST ANT CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
-IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING YOU KNOWLEDGE
- THIS BOOK IS A COMBINATION OF STORY AND THEORY..
GOOD LUCK!
SECTION 1: MY NATION’S DREAMT POLITY
ANECDOTE.1. THE TRAFFIC SHOCK
ONE DAY I WAS TRAVELLING ON ONE OF THE MOST BUSY ROADS OF DELHI SO I GOT STUCK IN THE TRAFFIC AND GOT DOWN CURSING THE SYSTEM.I WENT UP TO THE TRAFFIC POLICE MAN ASKING HIM TO DO SOMETHING FOR I WAS GETTING LATE AND TO MY SURPRISE HE HAD A BORING GRIN SAYING”IF YOU’RE SO SURE OF THIS MESS GETTING CLEARED SO EASILY ,GO DO IT YOURSELF!” I WAS THINKING SO RUDE AND SO ODD OF THAT POLICE MAN.I WENT BACK INTO MY CAR AND THEN I SAW SOMETHING I DIDN’T EXPECT ,THE MAYOR OF THE PLACE WAS ALSO STUCK IN THE TRAFFIC AND HE KEPT CALM…I WAS PERPLEXED AT AN INSTANCE ANDD THEN I TOOO GOT CALM KEEPING THE EXAMPLE OF THAT HIGH OFFICIAL.
ARE YOU THINKING ITS JUST A SAYING? ARE YOU SHOCKED?HAVE YOU HEARD SOMEBODY PRAISING OUR MINISTERS CALMNESS?NO RIGHT??
I KNOW YOUR ANSWER IS SILENCE BECAUSE WE THINK IT IS RIGHT TO SUPPORT THE CROWD AND THEN WE NEGLECT THE BETTER ASPECTS OF LIFE IN INDIA.
ANECDOTE.2. THE MORNING WALK SHOCK
ONE DAY I WAS ON MY MORNING STROLL AND I HAD MY HEADPHONES ON,JUST THEN I SAW SOME POLITICAL PARTY PRAISERS APPROACHING TOWARDS THE MAIN ROAD TO SUPPORT SOME SO CALLED MINISTER. I THANKED GOD FOR LETTING ME HAVE MY HEADPHONES FOR NOW I WASN’T GOING TO HEAR ANY NOISE CREATED BY THEM. AND JUST AS I WAS CHANGING THE SONG TRACK I OBSERVED PIN DROP SILENCE AND WITH A SHOCK I TOOK OFF MY HEADSET NOTICING NO NOISE OR SHOUTS MADE BY THOSE. IN BRIEF IT WAS A 0% NOISE RALLY.
IT IS A CONFUSION AGAIN THAT, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE BECAUSE WE’VE ALWAYS SEEN THE RAALIES OF MINISTERS COMING WITH UTMOST NOISE AND SHOUTS IN THEIR VOTES.BUT THE NOISELESS RALLY IS A GOOD IDEA….I KNOW YOU’RE AT A DOUBT WITH THIS SAYING ALSO..COMEON LETS GO FURTHER..
ANECDOTE.3. THE CAR CONFUSION
ON A PLEASANT AFTERNOON I PLANNED TO GO AND MAKE SOME RESEARCH ON THE TAJ MAHAL AT AGRA
, I PACKED MY STUFF AND MOVED ON… I SAW ONE YOUNG BOY BIENG INQUIRED BY THE POLICE OFFICER.I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING INTERESTING SO I WENT AND HEARD THE CONVERSATION.AFTER HEARING ...THE OBSERVATION I MADE WAS UNBELIEVABLE..THAT BOY WAS THE SON OF SOME MINISTER AT AGRA AND HE DEMANDED THE POLICEMAN TO LEAVE HIM FOR DRINK AND DRIVE.THE POLICEMAN CUFFED HIS HANDS AND LET HIM NO EXCUSE FOR THE POLICE THOUGHT ALL WERE EQUAL.
NOW PLEASE DONOT THINK I HOLD SOME POLITICAL OR POLICE LINK UPS BECAUSE I AM A 14YEAR OLDER AND I ONLY WANT YOU TO SEE THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN..
LET ME BRING IN YOUR ATTENTION THAT WHERE WE INSULT AND SPIT AT THE BADGES OF THE POLICE OFFICERS ..THEY REALLY WORK VERY HARD .IT IS NOT LIKE THE MOVIES EVERY TIME. ACTUALLY IT IS NOT EVEN OUR FAULT THAT WE THINK THAT WAY ABOUT THEM BUT THE BAD PROJECTION OF THEM IN OUR PRESS PUBLICATIONS.
ANECDOTE.4.THE RELIGIOUS CONFUSION….
USUALLY WHEN I AM AT MY PLACE I KEEP WRITING AND READING SO ONE USUAL DAY I WAS WRITING SOME POEM ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE RELIGION ROLE WHICH WAS ABOUT THE BITTER RELATION OF THE RELIGIONS EVERYWHERE ..JUST THEN I HEARD SOME PLEASING VOICES OUTSIDE SO,I WENT TO WATCH OUT. I WAS EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND CONFUSED TO SEE TWO PEOPLE HUGGING AND SINGING FOR EACH OTHER IN THE PARK AROUND ALL OTHER SOCIETY PEOPLE.
I RUSHED DOWN TO ASK WHAT WAS REALLY HAPPENING SO MRS.RITHWA TOLD ME THAT ONE OF THEM WAS A HINDU AND THE OTHER WAS A MUSLIM SO THEY WERE SETTING AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO BE SECULAR..
WAS ALL THIS TRUE?LIKE REALLY?I DONOT THINK SO..AND I KNOW THAT BY NOW EVEN YOU’VE MADE OUT THAT THESE WERE COOKED- UP ANECDOTES TO GIVE YOU A BETTER THOUGHT ON EVERYTHING. I MADE ALL THIS SO THAT PEOPLE DONOT NEGLECT IT BUT MAKE AN EFFORT TO LET IT HAPPEN IN OUR COMING FUTURE.
CHAPTER 1. THE MAIN TROUBLE!
THE DREAMS YOU READ IN THE BACK PAGESWERE FAKE BUT, IN TODAY’S ENVIRONMENT WE DO NOT EVEN TRY TO DREAM OF SUCH A PLACE CALLED A DREAMT INDIA. BUT LET ME KNOW WHY?THE MAIN PROBLEM IS NOT MINISTERS, ITS NOT THE OFFICERS,ITS NOT POOR PEOPLE OR THE GOVERNMENT BUT THE CREDIT FOR THIS GOES TO”CRIME”
C-CRIMINALS
R-REVOKED
I-IDEOLOGY
M-MENS REA
E-ETERNALITY
CRIMINALS-who are criminals ?they are people who do something against the constitution.
REVOKED-what do they revoke? THEY REVOKE CRIME AND CRIMINAL MINDS..
IDEOLOGY-what is their ideology? It is not that they want some profit but to create disturbance.
MENS REA-in the legal terminology it is called the guilty mind or the criminal intention.
ETERNALITY-these all factors make crime eternal to our world.
THIS CRIME WILL NOT LET US SURVIVE LONGER.IT IS BORN OUT IN THE FORM OF WE HUMANS SO IT CANNOT BE FINISHED ENTIRELY.
DO YOU KNOW WHERE WAS CRIME FIRST PROJECTED? I’LL LET YOU KNOW IT WAS.. WHEN THERE WAS MORE THAN JUST ONE HUMAN IN OUR WORLD,THAT DAY THE WORLD SWORE OF NOT GIVING IT UP BUT TODAY WE TALK OF ABOLISHING IT?
ITS NOT THE RIGHT THINKING PATH!YOU CAN NEVER FINISH CRIME TOTALLY BECAUSE EVERY HUMAN ACT IS AN ACT OF CRIME SOMEHOW.LOOK..IF KILLING IS AN OFFENCE THEN WHEN WE HAVE CHICKEN…WHY DOSEN’T THAT THOUGHT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?WHEN WE SAY ALL ARE EQUAL BUT WHEN A LABOURER IS FORCED TO HAVE LOW WAGES AND HIS FAMILY STAYS HOPELESS AT THAT TIME WHERE DOES YOUR SO CALLED EQUALITY FLY?
TODAY MEDIA EARNS MORE THAN ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT,DO YOU KNOW WHY?BECAUSE MEDIA HAS MISLEAD THE MASSES…RATHER IT IS”YEH JAWAAANI HAI DEEWANI “OR”HAMARI ADHURI KAHAANI” A CHILD ADMIRES THEM ALL.EVERYONE IS PASSIONATE TO GET FLASHED AT THAT BIG SCREEN.ONLY BECAUSE MEDIA IS MISLEADING THE MASSES.
CHAPTER2. THE TARGETS
WHO DO YOU THINK ARE THE TARGETS OF CRIME?IT MIGHT MAKE YOU MAKE THOUSANDS OF LISTS BUT THE ANSWER IS GOODNESS.
CRIME IN MY LEGAL OPINION IS THE ANTONYM OF GOODNESS. IT IS ONE FACTOR WHICH HAS BEEN TRYING TO SUPPRESS THE GOODNESS OF SOME MEN AND WOMEN.
CRIME IS AN ELEMENT OF BADNESS AND IT HAS FOUR ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO LAW:-
-actus reus-motive to action
-mensrea-intention to action
-human- doer
-injury-caused harm
CHAPTER3. THE PROTECTORS…
I KNOW ALL OF US HAVE TO INSULATE OURSELVES TO LIVE HAPPILY BUT THE WAYS TO ALL ARE UNKNOWN. THE FIRST THING YOU MUST DO IS…READ NEWS PAPERS TO GET AWARE OF ALL CRIMES AND LEGISLATIONS BIENG PASSED,SECOND IS TO LOOK OUT FOR SELF DEFENSE CLASSES SO THAT YOU NEED NOT BE A SUFFRER OF ANY CRIME,THIRD IS TO STAY AWAY FROM TOO MANY SOCIAL NETWORKING OR FULLY PROTECT YOUR PHOTOS,FOURTH IS TO HAVE AN AMIABLE CONVERSATION WITH ALL,THE LAST IS THE MOST IMPOTANT THAT IS TO KNOW THE BASICS OF LAW…IF YOU’RE FOLLOWING ALL THESE I CAN BET YOU’RE PROTECTING YOURSELF ABOUT 70%AND THE REST WILL DEPEND ON YOUR DESTINY WHICH NO POWER MAY CHANGE….
MANIER TIMES WE SEE PEOPLE FIGHTING ON THE ROADS CROWDED BY HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE BUT I REALLY WANT TO ASK" WHY THE PEOPLE AND WHY NOT NOTHING?" INSTEAD OF WATCHING WHY DON’T THEY HELP OUT BY CALLING THE POLICE? IT IS BECAUSE OF THEIR WRONG NOTIONS ON THINGS LIKE THIS…MY DEAR PEOPLE IT IS EASY TO CURSE BUT TOUGH TO INVIBE PLEASE START TO BE LAWFULL NOT INSULATORS IN A WRONGFUL MANNER.
CHAPTER4. THE INSTITUTIONS
I KNOW THIS BOOK IS BASED ON POLITY BUT ALL WE TALK IS PEOPLE BUT,THE PEOPLE ARE ENTITLED AS THE MOST IN INDIA AND THAT MAKES ME SAY WE ARE DEMOCRATIC.
WELL GETTING TO THE TOPIC”THE INSTITUTIONS” IS TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF WHO AND WHAT THEY ARE….OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY ON 9 December 1946: The first meeting of the Constituent Assembly was held in the constitution hall (now the Central Hall of Parliament House). 13 December 1946: An 'Objective Resolution' was moved by Jawaharlal Nehru in the assembly, laying down the underlying principles of the constitution.
WE HAVE 3 MAIN INSTITUTIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA
1.LEGISLATURE
2.EXECUTIVE
3.JUDICIARY
WHILE WE ARE INTO ANY CASE PROCEEDING AT THAT TIME THE FIRST THOUGHT WE GIVE IS THAT IT IS GOING TO BE A VERY LENGTHY PROCESS . BUT DO WE EVER THINK THAT HOW MUCH CONFUSION THE JUDGE SITTING ON THE CHAIR OR THE LAWYER FIGHTING FOR THE CASE SINCE MORNING HAVE ..NO RIGHT? BUT THEN HOW CAN WE SAY WE’RE BIENG TREATED UNFAIRLY..IT IS ALL IN OUR HEAD ..THAT IS WHAT WE NEED TO CHANGE.
The apex court of the Indian Judiciary expressed its resentment over the workload it has to deal with everyday as compared to the courts in other countries.
A five judged bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice R. M. Lodha was deeply concerned over the “excessive” and “uncontrolled” workload flowing over the highest judiciary. The court has requested the Bar to find means to control the number of cases being appealed to the Supreme Court every day.
The Indian Judicial System has the Supreme Court of India at its helm, which at present is located only in the capital city of Delhi, without any benches in any part of the nation, and is presided by the Chief Justice of India.
The Supreme Court of India has many Benches for the litigation, and this apex court is not only the final court of permissible Appeal, but also deals with interstate matters, and matters comprising of more than one state, and the matters between the Union Government and any one or more states, as the matters on its original side. The President of India can always seek consultation and guidance including the opinion of the apex court and its judges. This court also has powers to punish anybody for its own contempt.
The largest bench of the Supreme Court of India is called the Constitution Bench and comprises of 5 or 7 judges, depending on the importance attached of the matters before it, as well as the work load of the court.
The apex court comprises only of various benches comprising of the Divisional benches of 2 and 3 judges, and the Full benches of 3 or 5 judges.
The Appeals to this court are allowed from the High Court, only after the matter is deemed to be important enough on the point of law or on the subject of the constitution of the nation, and is certified as such by the relevant High Court.
In the absence of any certificate from the High Court, a person may, with the leave of the apex court, appeal to this court, by filing a Special Leave Petition before the court.
A person or body may also file a Writ against the violation of Fundamental Rights granted under the Constitution of India, with the permission of the apex court.
CHAPTER 5. RISE OF RELIGION AND DOMINANCE
First of all, there are the religions of autochthonous (indigenous or tribal) people, and second, there are the religions of Aryan invaders known as Hindus (living on banks of the Indus River). The latter had two main divisionsShaivism and Vaishnavism. Later came the protest religions, Buddhism and Jainism, criticizing the religion of the Aryan or Brahminic Hindus. In the medieval period came the Bhakti movements, through which the lower castes sought equality with the upper caste Hindus. Then came Sikhism, blending both Hindu and Muslim religious elements. As a result of the British colonial rule, reformist movements like Brahmo, Prarathana and Aryasamaj sought to reform Hinduism from within. Today Hindu nationalists prefer to classify Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism as insider religions to India and Islam and Christianity as outsider religions, even though Christianity has existed in India for 2000 years.
In 1982 a federal government dominated by the middle order castes or other Backward Castes (O.B.C.’s) appointed a commission to consider extending affirmative action to a few more disadvantaged communities and castes. This further angered the "parochial neo-traditionalists," as if it were going to eat into their share of the cake. This was the turning point in the relations between the upper castes and the O.B.C.’s. The upper castes declared war on the O.B.C.’s within the Hindu fold.
THIS IS ALL WHAT BOOKS SAYS BUT MY RECAP FOR YOU WOULD BE AS SIMPLE
LETS GO BACK TO 1600AD---- BRITISHERS CAME---SET UP THEIR COMPANY----THEY FOOLED US----THEY RULED US---THEY USED US-----THEY LEFT US.
NOW THAT WE NOTICE OUR FAKING LEADERS ARE DOING THE SAME
THEY CAME TO INDIA----THEY SET UP THEIR SUPPORT---THEY FOOLED US---THEY ARE RULING US---THEY ARE USING US AND WILL LEAVE US ONE DAY.
BUT ALL THIS IS NOT CONTROLLED BY POLITICS BUT BY RELIGIONAL POLITICS WHERE PEOPLE GAIN AND BULID TRUST WITH ONE NAME OF RELIGION…IT IS SAD TO SEE MY COUNTRY DROWN IN ITS APPROACH TO LET RELIGIONAL LEADERS UP AND GOOD LEADERS DOWN…
REMEMBER ONE THING THERE IS NO SIKH OR MADRASI INDIA;THERE IS NO MARATHI OR BENGALI INDIA ;THERE IS NO NON-SECULAR INDIA BUT ONLY A DIVERSE NATION INDIA….
RESPECT ITS DIGNITY
HONOUR ITS DIVERSITY
WORSHIP ITS DIVINITY
CHAPTER6: RESERVATION IS NOT BAD!
NOW EVERY PERSON HAS THEIR OWN PERSPECTIVES ABOUT THIS TOPIC SO I’D LIKE TO PRESENT MINE.
WELL RESERVATION IS THE CURRENT DEBATING TOPIC IN ALL OVER INDIA BUT WE HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT IN THE OLDEN TIMES THESE SC/ST/OBC PEOPLE DID NOT GET THE CHANCE TO EVEN SMILE WITH PRIDE BECAUSE THEY WERE LET DOWN SO BADLY. NOW FOR UPLIFTING THEM THERE IS A PROVISION FOR A CERTAIN PERIOD THEN WHY CAN’T YOU GIVE RESPECT TO IT? I AM SURE IF THIS WOULD BE IN FAVOR OF GENERAL CATEGORY YOU WOULD HIGHLIGHT ALL YOUR POINTS BUT EVEN NOW..THE EVIL IS NOT FULLY CURBED..I KNOW IT IS NOT LAWFULL TO HAVE THE MORE INTELLIGENT ONE HAVE NO JOB BUT ONLY FOR SOME TIME LET IT HAPPEN AND THEN ALL WILL SURELY GET THEIR SEATS WITH ACCORDANCE TO LAW…THE CONSTITUTION MAKERS MADE OUR LAW SO.. I HOPE THEY KNEW MUCH MORE THAN WE KNOW……LET THE RESERVATION FOR THEM HOLD POSITIVE AT THIS WHILE OR THERE WILL SURELY BE A casus belli….
SOME DEAR SAYINGS AND WORDS FOR ALL MY PEOPLE:
SOME EYES HAVE SUCH DEPTH
WE WANT TO DIVE IN THEM
BUT STOP FOR THE WORLD
SOME EYE BROWS ARE SO SHARP
WE WANT TO WARN THEM
BUT THE WORLD WARNS
SOME SMILES HAVE SUCH WEALTH
WE WANT TO STEAL THEM
BUT STOP FOR THE WORLD
SOME PEOPLE ARE SO WONDERFUL
WE WANT TO BE THEM
BUT THE WORLD STORMS
ITS BETTER WE CHOOSE SUCH A WAY IN WHICH WE DO ALL WE LIKE AND A BETTER WORLD FORMS!

SECTION 2: TERROR WRONG
Terrorism possesses a really serious threat to the humankind. It has no friends but enemies…
Their victim can be the most peace loving or innocent lives around the globe. All I want is a crime free society being a responsible citizen of India!
Let me tell you how am I so Known to this being a 14 years old its due to my role Models such as my father (Presiding judge, Labour courts, H.P.), Mr. P. Sathasivam (Retired hon’ble Chief Justice), Hon’ble Justice Kurion Joseph and my favourite Debator Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi. I am basically a student of Dalhousie public school where I’m guided by director principal captain G. S. Dhillon and staff teachers. I had a very keen interest in law since I was 7 years old and thus I want to become the chief justice of India and actually my main motive to write a book was to encourage every law aspirant who is a child.
One thought for all our country people:
“If you want to do something for your nation do it but, keep in mind I’ll sue you if it’s a ….Terror Wrong

Taj Hotel Attack 26/11
As you all know a little about the massive destruction that took place on 26th of November at Mumbai.
The places quite high lighted to terror were mainly Taj Hotel CSt, Cama Hospital, Plice car, Nariman House and Fishermean area.
If was a terrifying instance as hundred of people last their lives.
The act was conducted by Lashkare-Taliban: who sent their 7-8 people headed by Ajmal Amir Kasab and Ismail Khan.
It was surprising to know that they were caught so late whereas their bullets were in breaths of the entire city.
The terror at Cama Hospital was held only by the two Kasab & Ismail. I was depressed to know their inhuman intentious. I feel it will be more clear by their translated conversation:-
Kasab: Bhai! Why are we going to the Cama Hospital?
Ismail : When people will have injuries all over the city the poor ones will all come here so let’s disturb their breaths.
Kasab : It will be fun!
How cheap! How cheap!
Inhumanity for the poor but God has kept good people alive in this world some on like the doctor at Cama Hospital who saw Kasab and Ismail enter with rifles into the campus. If he was selfish he could have ran away but he wasn’t so he ran towards the patient and staff and quickly rescued them into the hospital’s washroom. He Even Called up the police and shut off all the lights till the two entered.
Kasab was shocked to see no patients or person as well as no lights so he fired on walls but the walls gave him no replies. The doctor behind the door saw an old patient on left on the bed so he went on to recue him but unfortunately the two appeared right there like a nightmare.
They hit the doctors and asked them. “ Where are the other people of the hospital?” The doctor smiled and sid “you kill me but, I will never tell you nor will my soul.” Ismail kicked him off and shot the old man.
Further Kasab and Ismail found out a way to run as they saw police entering from the back side.
An hour later police left the place and the 6 officers went on towards the police station but hardluck! The terrorists fired with arms from the road side and killed four but injured two . They drove the car towards CST better known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. They Created terror all around but finally a camera captured Kasab that was presented before the Court in 2012. Kasab totally denied to the picture in front of the Court and said it wasn’t he….
I pay my salutation to great martyr Tukaram who caught Kasab The incidence is noted below :-
Mumbai city was without a sleep that night so, the police organized a check called ‘Naka’ as they were told that the two left the police car and captured a white car.
While checking each cars after 3 or 4 hours one more white car arrived surprisingly it stopped and tried to turn back but got hit by the road wall. The car was still, there was no response. The police fired and still there was silence then, a martyr called Tukaram came forward to open the car and he opened. But Kasab was alive and began to shoot but Tukaram did not give up and waited till all his bullets were in his body. When Kasab’s AK-47, got empty, the police caught him and captured Ismail’s dead body.
Kasab was hit by a bullets under his neck so he was taken to a hospital and was given a legal medical treatment as written under Section 54 of Cr. P. C. After a lot of time Kasab was hanged in Yerawada jail expecting to seek his mother’s presence but that wasn’t possible, Kasab requested to bury Ismail’s body at Pakistan but that couldn’t take place.
This all is a real Instance……….
Confession of Kasab……………..
While Kasab was presented before Apex Court he denied before t hon’ble justice M. L. Tahiliani. But while he was inquired by a police officer at the hospital the confession came out.
So I am sure you will like to know about it:-
Police: Who were other people?
Kasab: They were Lashkare…
Police: Who sent you?
Kasab: My dad…
Police: What did he tell you?
Kasab: He explained me that we are very poor and if I joined
Lashkare I can earn for us…
Police: What does your mother and father do?
Kasab: My mother is a house wife and my father is a hawker at Lahore…
Police: How many siblings do you have at present?
Kasab: Including me 3 brothers and 2 sisters…
Police: Where does the head of Lashkare live?
Kasab: Nobody knows…
Police Officer: How?
Kasab: He only sends a message so we go…

Mumbai Bomb Blast 1993
The talk of the world from 1993 when I wasn’t even born were these Blasts which were conducted by the underworld don Dawood Ibrahim & Tiger Memon mainly.
Who are hidden since then at UAE...
The massive destruction day was marked as BLACK FRIDAY! And why not? It was smoky black due to 13 serial blasts in the city.
This day was the worst day of our nation that was marked as 12th of March 1993.
It hurts our hearts when we hear 257 lost their lives and 700 or more were injured. Suspiciously it was the first attack on Indian in which RDX was used.
If you read all this in detail you’re going to drive yourself left puzzled so I’ll try to make you understand in a simple way:-
On the 12th of march that year at 1:30 pm first car bomb went off the Bombay stock exchange building (BSE and as it w as 28 storeyd it destructed its surrounding structures a well…
At least 50 people died during this instance..
Mahim causeway
Zaveri Bazaar
Katha bazaar
Passport office
Worli
Plazo
Sea rock hotel
Bse
Century bazaar
Hotel juhu centaur
Fishermen colony
Air India building
It was a very planned effort of the planners that included explosion of technical bombs fit in cars, suitcases, scooters as well as hotels.
The main Gang of planners included
DAWOOD IBRAHIM, YAKUB MEMON, TIGER MEMON AND AYUB MEMON
My breaths begin to weep when I hear of the blind trust of Indians on people. Yakub was a chartered accountant at India but we were blind that we couldn’t prosper to oblige him. This is all where we lack….
“We Cant even think to cry,
I wanna question why? This trust is leading wrong,
I want to make india far more
Strong!!”
-By me.
Yakub Memon….
One of the smartest worker I can say as he denied so well that our own Indians began to support him and deny his punishment.
But! Courts are not at all foolish as they only work on evidences.
The relity tells…. That Yakub was cought in Nepal by our country men! But. Yakub says he was himself coming to Indian to ask for justice??
Oh! Oh! My Gosh… how can someone like him even dare to talk of justice. I evenly oppose him but not totally only due to what he lied. BUT OUR KIND HEARTED HON’BLE JUSTICE. KURION JOSEPH WAS IN FAVOUR OF YAKUB AS HE PRESENTED THE THOUGHT THAT A BROTHER WHO WAS INNOCENT GOT PUNISHMENT DUE TO THE SINS OF THE FAULTY ELDER ONE...
So, I feel even you are excited to read his only conversation on an interview-
Reporter: Mr. Yakub Abdul Razak Memon so you said that you weren’t caught by our men but you were yourself coming to India:
Yakub: Well… not exactly, but I only wanted to come to India to ask for justice as all were blaming me due to Tiger so, I was taken by Indian men.
Reporter: Didn’t you know what Tiger was planning?
Yakub: I don’t talk to him….! Mean I haven’t talked to him at a stretch more than an hours.
Reporter: How do you have such a big bunglow, luxury cars, bank balance and facilities whereas you don’t earn at Pakistan?
Yakub: Tiger is a smuggler as well in Dubai.
Reporter: Our reports say that you are provided facilities by Tiger itself?
Yakub: No! actually I’m connected to Tufail who is Tiger’s friend and he provides me each thing as I don’t really talk to Tiger.
Reporter: Why were you greeted after that blast by your country men?
Yakub: Actually I wasn’t greeted I was simply escorted to be taken home by a man named Asif so, I went.
Reporter: Last question Mr. memon how do you have two passport?
Yakub: I know it is not legal but I live at India as well as Pakistan so it is difficult to get visa each time…
Reporter: Thank You…
I must say Yakub Memon was a smart man who knew the tacts and false facts.
He was hanged to death as told by the Apex Courts and his mery petition was decliner. But I was shocked to hear his last words… “ Yeh toh main aur mere khuda he jant hai sach kya hai… par aap log duty kar rahe ho toh main aap ko muaaf karta hun!” This at times tries to convince me that may be he was innocent but my aim is to become the Chief Justice of India so I can’t go on emotions I need to work on evidences thus, I salute the verdicts!
Actually you’ll be surprised to know that I was very upset when I heard he was getting hanged as I was unknown of these facts but then I realized he is geeting what he deserves…
So mainly I have narrated this in order to open your eyes otherwise everything would become BLACK FRIDAY!!!
Debate on Terrorism!
One of my most inspirational debaters, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi once raised a fire on a topic about Memon.
Uh! As said by Mr. Owaisi he only guestioned when the suicide bomber planning was helf by on Rajiv Gandhi they were life imprisoned but for the same offense Yakub being a Mohamed hanged. Why?
The reply he received on this was given by a supreme court lawyer that Rajiv Gandhi was a single person but the planning memon held killed 257 people so obviously punishment had to be harder.
Even though this debate was cleared at the end but it was supported both the sides till the end.
If you would even like to be a follower of debates of Mr. Owaisi you can either follow him on twitter or you can watch him debates on YouTube.

Weapons and Means of Terror!!
Well I am sure you are not so aware about the weapons section because you think how is it going to help you but if you are not known to these that means you don’t know anything about terrorism.
This is my favourite Machine gun only because its look fascinates me and I want to shoot atleast the 5 most wanted terrorists of our nation…. So I’d like to give you some detailed information about it:-

While the war ended in 1945,developments of new automatic weapons continued. The Kalashnikov design (the prototype known as the “AK-46”) was successfully tested in 1946 and a revised, more reliable form appeared in 1947 for additional testing. The Red Army liked the robust gualities of the new weapon and formally accepted the type as the “ AK-47” in 1949 (AK= Avtomat Kalashnikova”)
Outwardly, it is easy to appreciate the AK-47 as a highly modified Stg44 but it invariably takes on its own form thanks to the recognizable Kalashnikov styling. The Ak-47 is, in fact, a very clen design and superbly functional for its unceremonious battlefield role. The original form sported much wooden furniture that made the series instantly recognizable to any observer. The weapon was fitted with a solid wooden buttstock as well as a wood covered pistol grip and forend. The receiver was very slab-sided and relatively featureless save for the large charging handle and ejection port along the right side of the body. The rear sight was actually set well forward along the upper portion of the receiver, near the forend area at the gas cylinder. The pistol grip was unobstructed and integrated into the slim, curved trigger unit, the trigger itself sitting within a thin guard with a magazine catch noticeable just ahead. One of the most telling features of the AK-47 its highly identifiable appearance to even the most casual of observers.

Famous Wanted Terrorists..
If you think the term famous is wrong for them then you’re absolutely wrong because our media has made them more famous than a celebrity…
This thing disappoints me because while the 20/11 attack when Kasab & Ismail entered Nariman house they could be captured easily but as the live telecast was being shown world wide so Hafiz Sayyed informed them when police was there. So the escaped due to this carelessness….
Hafiz Sayyed:
He is the biggest culprit for these attacks because he openly holds sessions at Lahore and brain washes the people against India saying that Indians are killers and blah! Blash!
So they all get against us….
He is the head of Lashkare-Taiban…
Dawood Ibrahim
He is the underworld don included in the attack of 1993 serial bombings along with Tiger Memon. He is even a huge hearted guy as he pays pension to his dead faighful’s families each month.
Sayyed Salahuddin:
As Another conspirators of Lashkare Taiban involved in 20/11 plannings same Maulana Masood Azhan..
Zakir-Ur-Rehman Lakhvi!
One famous issue of 26/11 attacks but he was released on bail from Pakistan as his case got stronger…….

Lashkare-Taiban!!
Captain: Hafiz Sayyed
Target: Exploit Indian and get Kashmir…
Whoa!!! Can you believe even though this is written on internet but Indians are quite? If you don’t trust me go and check on the blog lf Lashkare Taiban.
“They want Kashmir, but we don’t wanna give and we shouldn’t even because they will count it in their strengths as we won’t let it happen.”
This is what all of us say have any of you thought seriously its easy to write or say for us but difficult to do…..
Even common man shall have an approach against these groups.
Common man blames government, but have they done anything for it?
Don’t give me the reply that is taxes….
Okay!! If you’ve paid taxes but tell me when you get roads repaired, malls made or hospitals its your taxes what makes them!! But you’ve done nothing so largely for your nation… If you have then tell me or meet me and tell what it is because I know nobody will take a step….
“Before criticizing others put yourself into their shoes….”
Better Options:
Now the time has come for you to know how can you save your life…. During a terror attack using 12 tips by me:-
Learn self defence from an earlier age or if not possible then later but as soon as you’re aware.
As soon as you come across an attack try saving others by making them aware….
Travel less to avoid hijackings
Report your nearest police Station or Army cants.
Stay away from crowded areas.
Bring new ideas and safety measures for only your nation.
Do not bare domination and make tit for tat
Revolt against the terror challengers.
If a terrorist is ahead you then try snatching his weapon only if possible.
If your’re at an encounter and a gun is facing you then don’t run away instead catch the shooter tight
The most important hide your kids behind you or keep them at the safest place.
