1. Who’s your bias line?

I’m actually running a small contest on my blog rn so I can’t say. It’s been forgotten abt but I’m committing to the bit - I’ll write a text fic (one shot) for anyone who can guess my bias by my blog. I’ll revisit this if anyone makes a guess (no one has lol) I think it’s p obvious but no one has taken a crack at it lol

Update; Contest finished! My bias is Felix, and Hyunjin, Seungmin, and Han are all on my Bias line (the whole group is rlly, but if I HAVE to choose)

2. Who made you Stan?

I.N! Felix brought them to my attention, but I.N in Megaverse is the one that made me buckle in for the ride. He got me asking “Oh, what’s his name?” And as you know the rest is history xD

3. What song was your first?

Probably LaLaLaLa? The challenge was still going strong on TikTok when I first got into K-pop. I would consider Comflex the first song I really listened to on purpose tho. And Megaverse the song that rlly got me into them.

4. What’s your current favorite song?

That’s so difficult noooooooo T^T Venom, Any, and Winter Falls are all consistent faves. Ohh but Cover Me too! I don’t know! You can’t make me choose!

5. Which member’s personality resembles yours the most?

Probably Lee Know? Idk lol. Han’s a good bet too.

6. If you had to pick a Racha which would you choose?

To bias or to join? DanceRacha for the first, VocalRacha for the second

I like how noodle-y and expressive Hyunjin’s dance is! His style is just so unique.

Probably between Oddinary and ATE

Yes, I do! I have ATE and GIANT is on its way. I bought HOP too, recently. I hope to get all of them eventually <3 All version too, if I’m lucky.

Not yet, but I have a ticket for Chicago in June!

I can’t pick like this T^T They all have such unique and fun relationships! Seungbin, maybe? Hyunnibini? Minsung is always cute, but Aussie line is so precious! I don’t knooooooowwww T^T This quiz is causing me emotional distress.

Han’s Maybe is SO GOOD it’s on all of my writing playlists. I’m not actually all that familiar with many of their covers, but I’ll Be Your Man on Kingdom was a religious experience.

14. If you had a day with one member what would you do with them?

I’d like to bake with Felix if given the chance! I think we’d have a great time, I love baking with friends <3

Han. Don’t get me wrong, I think Seungmin is THE vocalist of all time, but Han’s rockstar rasp suits my taste to a T.

Hyunijn! We touched on this earlier, I just think his style is SO unique.

Probably the escape room one? That was very funny. The recent pool one had me in stitches too. Oh! The one on Jeju island!!! I loved that one. Many favorites yet again.

Probably between Chk Chk Boom, Venom, and Christmas Evel. They were all very fun MVs with cool stories. I like all of their MVs tho lol

19. Who do you think you’d be best friends with?

I think if Lee Know and I could get past our respective types of shy we’d either get on like a house on fire or tear each other apart. It’d probably be really easy to befriend Felix tho. That’s an extrovert that can adopt me right there.

I think either Seungmin or Hyunjin would be my picks. I could probably have a very lovely and romantic museum date and cafe-crawl with Hyunjin, and Seungmin seems like he’d be the attentive sort and arrange activities or a nice dinner or something. Idk, I don’t date much, I just like hanging out with people I like so ^^;; I’d be an easy date to please, at least.

Really just saw the take that "if misogyny and transphobia didn’t exist anymore trans men wouldn’t be discriminated against anymore (which is why we don’t need a word like transandrophobia), but trans women would still be hated, and that’s why we need the words transmisogyny"

I don’t really see the logic here. Like. How would one intersection of misogyny and transphobia still exist if neither misogyny nor transphobia existed anymore. Huh.

And. Like. "Transphobia" includes transmisogyny. For transphobia not to exist anymore, transmisogyny, transandrophobia and exorsexism all couldn’t exist anymore either. Else there would still be transphobia. Because these are all different types/intersections of transphobia.

So how. How can you even come to that conclusion?

"Yeah, trans men are hated because of transphobia and misogyny (something the person above did state, but of course those two things never intersect for trans men. They’re either hated for "being women" or for being trans, obviously. Those two things exist completely separately form one another and no one has a problem with both of these things at the same time /s), so if neither of those things existed anymore, they wouldn’t be hated anymore. But trans women are hated because of transphobia and misogyny, so of course they’d still be hated if neither of those things existed anymore (and a bunch of more batshit conclusion they jumped on from this hypothetical that I’m not even going to take seriously tbh)."

I know these are just, like, a handful of people who think like this but WHAT. What is the thought-process here?? I’m so confused.

Like… if being a woman wasn’t seen as something lowly and shameful, "becoming*" a woman wouldn’t be seen that way either. If women weren’t seen as below men and the property of men, women "becoming*" men wouldn’t be a problem anymore either. Those two things do not exist separately from one another.

The only thing I could see as still being a problem in such a hypothetical society without misogyny in relation to trans people would be people under the non-binary umbrella, but even that. Would still be a society where transphobia exists.

And this hypothetical world with no misogyny and no transphobia (where for whatever reason just trans women specifically are still oppressed) does not exist. We cannot fight with stupid hypotheticals of who would be off the worst in this scenario I just made up. I can make up a scenario in which trans men are off the worst while trans women are accepted, too! Doesn’t make it any more real or logical to do! We’re in this world, where all trans people are affected by misogyny and transphobia, because both of those things exist, and they’re typically affected by it in different, though also often similar and overlapping, ways. Which is why we need different words to address it.

And this is not even to begin with the fact that trans men are affected by transmisogyny, just like trans women are affected by transandrophobia. And non-binary trans people often are affected by either or both, and binary trans people are also affected by exorsexism! Funny how that works, right?

Back at it again with another theory: What if Lucanis’ betrayal wasn’t a betrayal at all?

(obviously, spoilers below the cut)

During The Wigmaker Job, we have some dialogue between Illario and Lucanis about their position within both the Crows and the Dellamorte family. Illario wants Caterina to step down so he can take the coveted First Talon spot. Lucanis reassures him that his time is coming, to which Illario makes a snide comment about whether his cousin would ever go against their grandmother’s wishes. When they continue the conversation after the job, Illario states that Lucanis is the potential heir, that he’s her favorite, and that he’s unlikely to say no to her. Lucanis doesn’t argue, only insists that he doesn’t want to be First Talon, and that he hopes she’ll see reason before that. It’s mentioned again in Eight Little Talons - Caterina favors Lucanis. It’s well-known enough among the Crows that Viago and Teia discuss it in front of her (not on purpose, but she doesn’t deny it). He’s her prodigy through and through.

In the opening scene for the Lucanis quest in Veilguard, Caterina is poised, as you’d expect of the First Talon. She’s certain that the body they buried wasn’t her grandson, that it had been altered with blood magic. She doesn’t pose it as a theory, though: she poses it as a fact. It could, of course, merely be her confidence, but there’s another very unusual aspect to the scene – everyone else discusses how Lucanis was clearly betrayed, that someone must have sold him out in order for the Venatori to capture him. Caterina is the only one in that room who never speaks on it. She doesn’t ask for justice, doesn’t mention vengeance, never acknowledges that her grandson was sold out by someone he trusted – perhaps because he wasn’t. 

What if, when Caterina comes to him with a plan, with an impossible request, he’s still her favorite prodigal grandchild, and he still does whatever she asks? She’s had him tortured before as a child, has tortured and starved and beaten him herself before, because it makes him stronger and more resistant to it in the future. He says in The Wigmaker Job that he used to hate her for it, but now he understands. He justifies it. All Crows justify it, because they have to - if they don’t, then the cruelty wasn’t for survival’s sake, and their suffering meant nothing. Perhaps he doesn’t even question it. When Caterina tells him that she has a job for him, he takes it. 

What if the contract has a caveat? Sure, Calivan must die by his hand by the end of it, a little treat for a job well done, but what if his primary mission is reconnaissance, is discovery? The Venatori are using blood magic to torture and corrupt prisoners. It would behoove the Crows to find out what it entails and how to resist it, before it’s turned back on them. It would have to be someone so deeply, unabashedly loyal to her that when she asked them to infiltrate a Venatori prison, expecting torture at best, their own death at worst, they’d take the job anyway, no questions asked - someone Caterina can trust, certainly, but also someone who has never once said no to her.

And Lucanis has always been a loyal grandson.

Eddie’s chest puffed up, feeling himself harden on his pants. Again. “We should fuck, then.”

It’s was an invitation, but it had a twinge of need. Buck pushed himself off the rusty counter, towering over his lover. At this time of night, the one flicking light on their basement was enough to keep him awake, although he hadn’t slept in days. “Are you asking or are you telling me?”

Eddie took a step, pulling the dagger out of his back pocket swiftly. Buck was talented, but he was skilled. He pressed it to Buck’s neck, prompting a smirk out of him. “I don’t believe I ask much of anything these days, I just say what I want and I get it.”

“And what is it, then?” he teased, kicking Eddie’s ankle with the heel of his right foot, so he’d fall a few centimeters shorter. “What is it you want?”

For the first time in months, Eddie looked hesitant, his gaze faltering. After everything they had done, Buck couldn’t imagine nor fathom a thing he’d be embarrassed to request.

“I want you to fuck me with your gun.”

Buck’s eyes glimmered.

LMAOOOO i am 100% with you on that anon!! & for me, it’s both—especially since death is what he wants. like he fully intended to die and take his father and possibly brother with him during that final battle. the man wore white on purpose; it was supposed to be his own funeral. in my opinion, the best end for him would’ve been him and enji dying together—this way, touya gets what he wants (to kill his father) and enji makes amends for all of his transgressions (with his life).

Battle Network being the only MM series that I didn’t get deeply invested into that I still haven’t played most of the games is so funny despite this year basically being it’s year of relevancy again because I do know facts off handily about it and one of the things that jumpscares me every time I remember it is something that wasn’t even in the games: It’s the fucking fact in the anime they said “let’s make this a Tokusatsu” in like the fourth game arc onward and this will never not throw me off despite being the mf who’s favorite mm series is literally ZX.

daww thank you! That's so sweet!! Drawing big buff military men has been a challenge for me, it's very different from my usual stuff - but it's fun to love a piece of media so much that it forces you to leave your creative comfort zone. I used to only draw animals when I started out, so that's definitely shaped my style into what it is. But Ghost and Soap deserve a little softness, as a treat, so it’s ok that my style is sorta mismatched with the source material
