#alek art#ninjago#zane julien#2024#i am very unhappy with this and sooo in order to feel better i am going to talk about him#system zane is very real to me. i always give him six main alters (but i do believe there is more lol)#systems cannot just pick and choose who front depending on the day i am very aware (i am a system) its more on the nose symbolism#the fifth one crossed out is the ice emperor. in canon he exists in zane's mind as an “alter ego” of sorts which is crazy to me#character has canon dissociative episodes... amnesia... and several different “personalities” / identities? sounds familiar idk#i talked a lot about this hc on my long ass zane hc post thanks for the ask btw npderzane#its not an au its just how i see him so just imagine every zane i draw as system zane. ill only specify it in the tags if its system related#that one post thats like. 'being a did system sucks which one of us poured instant coffee in the bathtub!' thats the average zane experience#he wakes up and everyones like “mannn zane you were going crazyyy on prime empire yesterday” and hes like ??? i did not play any video games#and then he looks at the calender and 6 months have passed. semi true story that happened to me#also alters having incredibly different food preferences is funny. zane doesnt eat anything ever vs boone who eats raw meat sometimes#zane having really weird characterization? and its very inconsistent / bad writing uhhh alek explanation is hes a system and nobody can mask#man its 1 pm :|#i hate this drawing so much i dont even want to look at it but it took time so ill post it#i also have another zane drawing in my drafts i should post. from like 2 months ago???

ive been playing so much hades 2 atp i feel like the first Big early access patch is gonna legit change my life....
#SPOILER WARNING FOR THE TAGS SKIP IF YOU RLY DONT WANNA KNOW MORE ABT HADES 2#omgggg once the surface path gets an update..... more stuff being there after you defeat eris... getting to olympus maybe??!??!#also a new weapon being added like im excited already#i keep imagining like what if when you get closer to olympus you can actually meet some of the gods?? (maybe even like ares or athena hhhh)#and omg whos gonna be the guardian of the area after eris#and whos gonna be the idk-the-name-for-whatever-arachne-and-echo-are of that area???#i kinda hope its another witchy person bc so far for the surface those ppl have been some kind of witch/sorceress#idk who that could be tho..... is cassandra witch-adjacent??#ok so you need that time sand (which you get from chronos) and entropy (which youre gonna get from the surface) for the dissolution of time#so which figure from greek mythology would make sense as someone youd get entropy from (i have no idea im only like 5 pages into the iliad)#im just so excited for everything theyre gonna do w this game#going back to the next surface area stuff. ive been making myself get used to seeing eris not as the final guardian#aka i cant almost die to her bc that would severely fuck up the rest of that run once theres more after her#and i cant pick the knucklebones for her bc theres gonna at least one more guardian after her who may be more difficult so i gotta save that#also im slowly but surely getting all the keepsakes to the highest level#also trying to get as many of the prophecies as possible rn and why are two of the chaos blessing so so difficult to get#kinda makes me wish their keepsake would idk make chaos gates spawn more often or smth like that....#bc then id have Some chance to get a chaos gate after i actually have a duo boon gndvcndhdb#also i gotta let some random enemies kill me more often if i see a gate so maybe i can get that other blessing idk.....

#rat rambles#Ive been in my 3d animation class for 2 hours and Im gonna be here for another 2 hours god help me#I have a decent start of a draft for our current 2d animation assignment but I am now kinda burnt out so Im taking a break#which ofc means Im bored as hell I should have brought snacks fr#idk I might dip out of class for a sec to buy some since I think theres some vending machines on campus?#idk where tho I forgor#I also do feel like I need to keep pushing forward tho since ngl I havent even touched this project before today#and I wasnt at the last class so idk I feel like I need to prove Im trying or smth#idk either way Im tired and bored and wish I was playing rainworld rn#also Im animating some of my slugcat ocs! the mama cat boon accidentally possessed and her two kids#I was originally gonna animate different characters but then I decided to stick with some simpler designs to make things faster#like I Could animate more humanoid designs but given Im already behind I dont wanna risk it#rly my biggest issue is having to animate at 24 frames per second Im more used to animating at 15#its not too hard its just gonna be frustrating filling out the like 300 frames I need to do#obviously Im gonna pad with loops and stills this is an animation class after all the teacher will get it#but still thats a lot of frames to figure out what to do with

the FISTS? i beat hades with the FISTS?
#right. i was just checking how many kills i had with each weapon and i had like 4000 with the spear and like 200 with everything else#dont worry about it. so i go and do a gun run and my first boon is a hammer of daedalus#and the upgrades dont really make sense for the gun but whatever i havent really played with the gun properly so what do i know#then zagreus says something about fists in the first chamber. and i think is that a bug or something because i chose the gub#SHE DID NOT CHOOSE THE GUN. anyway so i beat hades for the first time with the fists 👍#gemitus#daniel howell was right my hands are shaking and i do feel very bisexual#OH and i had all three death defies up until the hades battle and even then only used two of them yippee#oh i didnt even use two. one more hit and i wouldve though#its kind of funny. i was looking up tips to beat him and this one reddit post was like FISTS ARE FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS#hades

it's so funny how differently my cousin and i play hades 2
#like he goes and does his runs with like a perfect build and is already like yeah okay im done#meanwhile i always take whatever weapon has that bonus thingy that night and just do my best with whichever boons i get#hes all like okay so with a fast weapon and then some zeus boons you can maximize your dmg output#meanwhile im like. eh as long as it feels like im doing damage idc#im trying to get as many of the prophecies as possible and also upgrade all weapons and everything#but he hasnt even unlocked all weapon aspects i think?????#and he has the gall to (jokingly) ask me what im even still doing bc i already have 50hrs in the game vjsvcjdvcndbdndn#like im sorry but a bunch of characters still have new stuff to say to me and i dont have all duo boons yet?? ccbsbcjsvxnsb
