Grue is fucking hardcore. Two shots to Stormtiger's legs and not even bothering to acknowledge Cricket's hostage. Dude does not fuck around when it comes to Empire, the only restraint here is that he's not killing them outright but honestly I wouldn't feel bad if he did. Just dump their bodies into the water, bing bang boom.

So, yeah, now that we've gotten all three of the Empire capes to show their powers, I'll go ahead and say that this fight was stacked against Skitter and Grue from the jump. Hookwolf can't be fought hand-to-hand without being shredded to pieces and insects can't do much about metal flesh. Stormtiger can get bugs off himself no problem and can blast away Grue's darkness. Cricket, meanwhile, has some kinda sonic blast that lets her navigate Grue's darkness and also incapacitate Skitter's bugs.

The fact that they get out of this fight alive is a testament to remarkable intelligence and grit on their part.

This is a brutal slugfest honestly, although the fucking Nazi deserves every second of pain she's getting from it.

It's a little funny that they're having this conversation in front of Cricket. Like "oh yeah it looks bad but she's too busy being a sadist to do any real damage," "oh that sucks ass of her but I'm glad you're not too hurt" and she's laying there with a chunk of thigh missing. She should be embarrassed enough to leave town forever.

Okay so real quick, noticing Taylor's description of how Regent is talking, and I wonder how grounded Alec is as a baseline. Like I have to imagine that the Heartbreaker Experience doesn't do a whole lot of wonders for learning how to connect to the world around you. Is it an affectation like I've been speculating, or is that just the best he's got for engaging with reality?

I wish going straight for Purity meant killing her, but even without reading the rest of this arc I know the Undersiders don't have that kind of firepower. I can dream, though.

Awesome that they managed to get the win over those bastards in the first place though, I don't think this is my favorite fight in terms of the beat-by-beat action but in terms of how they have to overcome the disadvantage of enemy powers it feels the best.

i guess i'll give some lil details abt it. this is gonna be long so under the cut it goes

sonic and scourge (also sonic at the time) meet each other when a portal opens up between their dimensions when theyre both about 10 years old. they both are pretty attuned to changes in their world, so they find it at the same time and are like "What The Heck You're Me!" but they hit it off pretty quickly bc they figure out the other one is just as fast as them and they race and a bond is formed.. they decide to call each other nicknames (buckles for prime sonic, shades for alt sonic bc at the time he's wearing the leather jacket + boots + shades) just to make things easier

for a little more context, in this au moebius is more like just. mobius but a little to the left. its not an opposite world like it is in canon, its just kinda...Different? if that makes sense? so shades isnt Nice, hes kind of a dick and he's rude, but he's not evil or malicious

buckles finds out after a while that shades has...not the best home life. his dad fuckin sucks. so shades stays with him and his nonna a lot (buckles' parents are gone already and he ends up staying with this sweet old cat lady he calls his nonna). this eventually culiminates into an awful thing when theyre about 14--shades ends up being pushed to the point of where he actually kills his dad. he doesnt show up for weeks, and buckles is worried, but he eventually shows up again, but hes different. hes not okay. and suddenly hes talking about how they cant be friends, how hes going to leave and never come back. and they have their first fight, which ends with shades leaving and buckles being left alone and devastated

they dont meet again until a couple years later when theyre both 16. shades had eventually returned to mobius and had been crashing there for a while, but he was stirring up trouble under the name of sonic. prime sonic finds him on angel island--apparently he had caused so much trouble that even sonic's enemies were targeting him now, so he wanted to use the master emerald to gain power so they'd stop messing with him. of course this goes south when he powers up with the emerald and knuckles defends it by slashing him across the chest during the transformation, interrupting it and putting him in a permanent half-super state (the green). he proclaims his new name is scourge, and they fight again, but scourge ends up using the master emerald to chaos control away, and once again they dont see each other for a while after that, bc then sonic is dealing with the Worst fucking year of his life (shadow, unleashed, forces). they basically dont talk again until theyre 19.

when they do talk again, sonic's really messed up from forces--the torture from infinite on the death egg really fucked him up and was making him question his reality even after everything. but scourge runs into him and knocks some sense into him (literally punches him in the face LOL) and sonic realizes this Is real, the war Is over, and everything fucking sucks. his nonna died while he was away. scourge doesnt take this well at all, and neither does sonic when he realizes its real, and they both kinda have a mutual breakdown moment because Neither of them were there when she passed and they both majorly regret it. but scourge still doesnt end up staying; he takes sonic to a nearby village when he falls asleep and then he leaves again. but that lets sonic know that scourge still does care about him, despite pushing him away for all these years. so hes going to figure out why, and bring back his friend.

they finally meet again post-frontiers, when sonic has a clearer head and has healed a lot. they fight again Of Course, but it ends up with scourge finally confessing why he'd run away so long ago, why he'd been trying so hard to push sonic away and drive a wedge between them to make sure sonic would Stay away--it was all because of the thing with his dad. he was ashamed of himself and didnt want his only best friend to see him as a murderer. but yknow what? sonic isnt fazed. he doesnt give a Shit. in fact he literally tells scourge that if scourge hadnt done it? sonic would have. jules was awful and beyond saving and the world was better off without him. scourge is shocked by all this, not really understanding...but they end up making up and finally, Finally becoming friends again

so thats the whole story LOL. ive been developing it w jester behind the scenes and while it isnt a Long au story its a fun and angsty one hehe. might be a little sonourge eventually. you know how it is

This one suprised me because he fully prepped me with the preshow and tour bus playlists and recs that I thought it would be so heavy on the greatest and ooms and silver tongues kinda sounds? And unfortunately I do like my noise and I do believe he's loves his noise and I do think he wants to move towards noise? So my response was more of a what happened lol maybe I misjudged it maybe he's still kinda careful and easing us into it (tbh I think this) and it's for lt3 or maybe this is just what he's more comfortable with (and a lil this). Not that I think he doesn't love this sound. Or that I don't love this sound. Just didn't anticipate this many softieboppies that's all. Expectations were high and he fking met them don't get me wrong I just didn't expect this ALSO yeah it's crazy he just did it all lol.

Sonically she feels timeless like she belongs in the 60s 70s 80s 90s- projected into the future- projected into AUs- she belongs wherever she goes i don't know how to explain it I don't have the knowledge but she's just a lil bit of every era and never too much she's just out there being the sidecharacter in all of them sorry she's not the main but she's there she's definitely there

T H E TITLE is everything like going for a track called Headline being someone who has been the subject of many shit headlines over the years is just very hot no matter the context or how its used as a metaphor, but then so casually "you used to read me like a headline" that can be taken many ways both positive and negative is just oof chefs kiss.

For the rest of the song lyrically I don't have much to say, there's not many plays on words I can break down over or not that I've noticed yet apart from the links with the rest of the album in the first verse which I'll get to in the end, and the concept isn't relatable to me either so yeah eh shrug on them oop.

It's like this first verse makes this song belong on this album. To me it actually feels like this is what he tweaked to make it fit on this album. And then that stops and just kinda bops on I guess 🙆🏻‍♀️

After OMT!Tails and SS!Amy managed to evade LM!Sonic's wrath, they emerged in the streets of Moebius's central city.

SS!Amy: Gosh... This place really is a dump.

OMT!Tails: Let's just hurry!

They got moving, though so much had happened earlier - he was devastated by the words LM had said to him, and as he flew, he could barely keep ahead of all the voices in his head.

LM!Sonic: Had you actually BEEN more competent in stopping that Malware Threat, your Sonic would still be alive today! But NO! He had to die trying to save your pathetic hide!

Wacky: Tails, I... The... The hardest thing about being a hero is... you can't always save everybody.

Crimtake: You're going to pay for all you've taken from me.

OMT!Tails: I can do BOTH of those things! A hero of Mobius always-!

CR!Sonic: Not... "always".

LM!Sonic: You don’t belong in this universe. You never did.

Tails leapt out into the open first, only wanting to listen to the one voice in his head he wanted to hear.

OMT!Sally: Keep going for me, Tails.

As he kept moving, he didn't notice a truck speeding by and got hit by it, though thankfully not killed. Once in the clear, he fell to his knees, out of breath from the long run, as SS!Amy caught up.

SS!Amy: Oh, gosh... Are you alright, Tails?

OMT!Tails: I-I'll shake it off. I can't give up now, not when Cream's life is in danger.

As he prepared to dash deeper into the building they were at, Amy caught his hand as he turned back in surprise.

SS!Amy: Y... You're still upset over LM calling you an anomaly... right?

OMT!Tails: *sigh* I am, yeah... It's just awful to have to see one Sonic amongst the many heroic ones treat you as if you should n-never have existed. It... It gives me bad m-memories of when I used to be bullied a lot for my abnormality...

SS!Amy: Honestly, Tails? I've been through that same treatment when I joined the Quill Society. Not from the majority, mind you, but from LM specifically. It must've started after my universe was erased by Finitevus the other day...

OMT!Tails: You got treated as an anomaly, too?

SS!Amy: Yeah...

They sat down on the floor.

SS!Amy: Ever since I joined, LM's always been the one to act like I'm not doing good enough on the job. It's always been "you didn't stop Crimtake when you had the opening back then" or "you think your friends would be proud of you?". He left a sour taste in my mouth, honestly. I scoffed it off, but... I still feel like I don't belong, much less due to my "colour scheme" breaking the boundaries.

OMT!Tails: Guess we're both stuck having to be force-fed LM's lies, huh? For me... I'm just scared that, since time is of the essence, we might not stop Crimtake in time.

SS!Amy: Hey.

She smiled softly to him as she held his hand.

SS!Amy: If I could fight Crimtake in my first crossover incident, and you could easily beat him at his weakest, I'm sure we can both pull it off together.

Tails teared up a bit as she hugged him, which he reciprocated as Anti-Miles and Alicia watched close by.

Anti-Miles: Hey, you two?

They broke the hug when they heard Anti-Miles behind them.

OMT!Tails: Guh-! You again?!

Anti-Miles: We couldn't help overhearing what you were discussing about this "Crimtake" individual.

SS!Amy: You heard all that?

Alicia: Yeah. We saw this strange Sonic figure in the depths of the factory, though he got burned out and is bound for the Emerald reactor in the middle.

OMT!Tails: Right. Thanks for that knowledge. We'll go and deal with him!

SS!Amy: Actually, hold on a moment. We might need a hand to ensure he doesn't escape while we're fighting him. Are you two okay with it?

Alicia: If it's for this Tails's sake, I'm more than happy to help!

She smiled to OMT!Tails, proving her word about feeling sorry for his losses was indeed genuine.

OMT!Tails: What about you, Miles?

Anti-Miles: Dude, don't act like I'm in it for your heroics. This ain't a place where heroics define people-.

Alicia: Miles, just this once, alright? That Quill Society I saw would really appreciate having one less thing on their plate.

Miles sighed in frustration, reluctant to agree.

OKAY SO THERE IS SO MUCH I WANNA DISCUSS ABOUT THESE LAST FEW PAGES. Since I know how to reblog (And I will be reblogging a ton of ur stuff) properly now, I was planning on talking about it via that, but you may not see it so I chose to do an ask instead.

First up: The contrast!

There is a clear distinction between the themes of what's currently going on with Shadow and Sonic compared to Amy and Rouge. While the boys are sitting down and drinking some soup with a lovely village full of wonderful people, the girls are stuck wondering what's going on with their friend. They have to deal with a group of agents trying to take their buddy away from them, something they obviously don't want! Meanwhile, the guys are just having the time of their lives with each other! (Well not really, but this is probably the best night Sonic's had in a while!)

The way these stories are being told, back to-back within the same issue, is just such a great writing technique! The contrast is stunningly good!

It- I don't really know what else to say about it. So... MOVING ON I GUESS!

Next: People being mean to Omega

I really like Omega just because he's fun and shares my sense of humor, so seeing him get confiscated like this hurts me. (But in a good way)

Numero Tres: wtf is even going on with this robot like huh?????

Aight I honestly have no clue, but I'll try and piece it together as I go. Bare with me.

So, the first sign of Omega seemingly getting "Hacked" was all the way back in issue 6, when the girls went with Omega to scout for any dangerous Dark Gaia monsters. This was when Amy discovered they could be peaceful creatures if given the chance to be. Omega charged in though, and from then on it just gets even more interesting!

As shown in the third panel of page 16, Omega's bullets and bombs don't do anything to harm the monsters. Poor guy is absolutely useless against them. This is because someone needs Dark Gaia energy within them to do any damage to them and thus absorb their energy. This is, similar to this issue, a stark contrast to Sonic earlier on in that same issue. Sonic was able to kill a group of giant monsters with ease, and even started eating their corpses when he was done absorbing their energy. (Maybe I'll get to that in a reblog who knows) But this bit is about Omega so we'll mostly forget about Sonic for now-

The point when Omega gets hacked may take place in the first panel of the very next page, or in the fourth panel of page 16. Either way, I think I know how exactly he got hacked.

The Gaia Monsters could sense that Omega was a robot, and chose to absorb themselves into him by force. Since these creatures work best with organic beings, which I'm pretty sure they know, this action screwed up Omega's internal workings and made him self-destruct. His body, while up in flames, was still somehow intact, so the Gaia monsters were still okay within his body. Meaning that once Rouge and Amy fix him up, he's still messed up.

Also, something I noticed about Omega when he imploded, was within the explosion itself. We see the eyes of the Dark Gaia monsters surrounding Omega while they're all grabbing him as he explodes. If this isn't possession foreshadowing or a sign that he isn't himself anymore, then idk what is.

This scenario perfectly ties into his character, though! As an Eggman robot with free will, Omega has a mind of his own. He refuses to let anyone control him, not even his own friends, which is a very good mentality for a war machine! When he goes along with Rouge and Amy, his first thought when seeing the creatures is to kill them all and show no mercy! (He loves violence, making him one of my fave characters instantly) Of course, when he begins losing his autonomy to the very same creatures he wishes to destroy, Omega would rather sacrifice everything about himself, even his own body, just to be rid of them. He may not have a brain, but Omega still wants all these monsters out of his head! And if destroying himself will do the trick, (Even if it doesn't) then he will gladly take that risk, as long as he still has his free will intact.

What could this mean for Omega moving forward? Uhm... idk, he loses his personality? He goes apeshit?? Is he gonna remain peaceful, like how the Gaia monsters were with Amy before Omega attacked?? I really don't know, as the author-

Also I wanna mention that I forgot about Omega's obvious hatred and negativity that the Gaia Monsters were able to feed off of, like what Amy mentioned. Whoops! I guess that explains how they managed to get inside his head.

So about him getting confiscated and being called an 'It," really depends on his behavior after this. If he's still on their side, I don't see a point to it. If he's not, then get him tf outta here ig

i may agree with Amy about calling Omega a person, because as stated before he does have his own free will and autonomy, but I do love the added touch of the agents arguing that he's literally just a malfunctioning war machine and nothing else. Really shows how on the fence we are about G.U.N. being a force of good or not.

OKAY I KNOW THIS IS REALLY SUPER LONG BUT THERE IS ONE MORE THING I WANNA MENTION BECAUSE IT HAS TO DO WITH BOTH SONIC AND OMEGA HERE-

RIGHT! So since my theory is that Omega has basically a buncha dead Gaia monsters swimming around inside his head, I literally just realized that it has to do with the whole theme of this book. Some people may not notice it because I sure didn't for a very long time, but I recognize the theme as "Having and keeping your autonomy, and accepting yourself as a person." We see this in every time Sonic doubts his own worth and autonomy, we see it whenever someone steps up to him and goes "No u wrong," and we see it in Omega as a character.

Compared to Sonic, Omega is completely confident in himself and he's well past his character development arc in terms of his autonomy. Omega has been reminded time and time again that he isn't just a robot, but a friend and an adversary. While he may be fine with being just a tool of destruction since that's basically all he wants in life, he is very much aware that he also has a soul somewhere inside of himself, and that he isn't a heartless monster. He has friends, whether he likes it or not, and is very confident in who he is.

Sonic is the exact opposite right now, unsure of himself and questioning how far he'd go during a fight. He wants to keep himself intact, wants to be this selfless, brave hero that everyone knows him to be. However, in this dream to keep being the person everyone thinks he is, Sonic is losing his sense of self and autonomy. He has been slowly going through more and more character development as time goes on and is carefully putting himself back together, bit by bit, but he still has yet to fully accept himself for the hero he truly is. Sonic still sees himself as a monster, something to be ashamed and afraid of, and can't yet tell which half of him is real and which one is fake. He hides all his insecurities away, tucking them into a tiny box and not letting them see the light of day.

The poor little guy is afraid, while Omega is confident. It's a complete contrast, like I mentioned before, and it's great storytelling!

so tails comes from a pocket dimension on mobius called "the nameless zone" where all the foxes live in medieval times and practice magic and fight goblins and monsters created by an evil demon orb. we got that? okay so morain lives in tails's old village and her and her brother are powerful knights and it's implied that she's had to deal with sexism but it's never really clear.

anyway when her brother gets turned into a monster temporarily she joins tails on a quest to defeat the evil orb guy but the problem is tails is fucking useless in this comic and they do not know that. they took tails's letters home and said "oh, he's a great and mighty hero over on the main planet with his dumbass sidekick sonic" so they just make him kill any monsters they come across. anyway in this storyline knuckles came to the dimension with tails cause he thought tails was being kidnapped and tried to beat the shit out of the enchanter kings until tails calmed him down and everyone just assumes that he's sonic. anyway they fight the evil demon and turn everyone back to normal and the whole time she's like "what the fuck is happening"

then later in the series she summons tails again because the goblins have declared war on them and invaded their kingdom and kidnapped their enchanter kings and also her brother again so she drags tails in guns ablazin' (and by guns i mean swords) and is an impulsive lil shit wildin around and then they find the goblin king and enchanter kings and the goblin king is like "we've reached a deal :) we'll leave you guys alone so long as the enchanter kings do whatever we say :)" and morain is like "fuck that" and literally yeets an enchanter king across the room for agreeing to this. then tails's portal shows up so he has to go back home and morain was like "ok i'll see you in 1999" and that was a fucking lie cause the comic ended so. guess she and her bro dealt with that on their own

"Took ya long enough," Surge said as Sonic came out. "Thought you would've just told Whisper to take it easy and get out here right away to solve this shit. Whatever, let's just find Lanolin and see what she wants us to do." The tenrec wasn't sure what to do about GUN, though was sure Lanolin already was doing something to try and get them to back off. Best to find her first and ask.

"Well, from what i gathered someone had shut down our servers and system. Knowing GUN it was most likely them so I can return the favor. My stuff was never hooked up to The Restoration's systems so it should be running. As long as I can get to it that is." Kitsunami wasn't sure what parts of the base had been cut off, though as long as he can get to the barracks he can reach his stuff.

"That'll piss them off, though having it at the ready ain't a bad idea. If they decided they wanna get forceful then we cut them off from their home base." Surge knew Sonic didn't want any fighting to break out, though if it did keeping them from asking for backup would be good. "Drippy, can you work with him on this?" The tenrec asked motioning to Tails.

"...Fine, I guess. I'm not happy about it." Kitsunami didn't want to be anywhere near Tails, though if Surge asked him he could handle it. The fennec turning his attention to the vulpine. "You'd better not touch any of my equipment." He didn't trust the other not to try and go through his files or various equipment, even if the logical side of him said there was no reason for him to snoop around his stuff.

"Easy Drippy, just relax a bit." Surge then looked at Tails. "Just, keep a few feet away from him or something." The tenrec was sure it went without saying Kitsunami still had Starline's programming in his head to hate Tails, even if it wasn't as bad as it was before seeing as he was allowing him to help. "Come on, let's head outside and find Lanolin." The speedster then dashed off.

"Hey, try not to worry about GUN, okay? Sonic and Surge can speed blitz anyone of those chumps. I'm sure Kitsunami and Tails are already coming up with a super brainy plan. Lanolin's out there too along with Belle. I'm sure Amy has shown up too." Tangle wished she could grip Whisper's hand back to try and put her at ease. The only thing she could barely move was her tail.

"Not to mention if things go crazy crazy then you're the only one here armed and able to defend here. Unless the doc can get me up and running quickly." Tangle would put her attention on the doctor now.

"At least I'm hoping you've got something to let me move again. I'll be honest doc, not being able to move really sucks. I also got a major itch on my nose and it's just killing me here." Tangle was hoping that was the case so she could help if need be, and the itch was making her lose her mind.

The Wolf remained silent as the other's discussed her own well being and she knew it came from a good place. But if they needed her, hurt and in pain or not she'd always be there for them. She was trained to deal with pain and how to manage her wounds. She effectively had multiple burns over her body and the little Violet wisp was resting on her head feeling responsible and, rather depressed because it got her hurt. But Whisper didn't blame them she practically did it to herself. She knew she couldn't use wisps without her body getting wrecked by it.

Whisper was about to stand up ready to go back in the field but, Tangle's words made her falter. The doctor giving her a glance over from where he stood though she could only assume it was a judgmental stare. She did want to help but also she didn't want to worry Tangle. Yet her stubborn nature as a soldier bled through as she still grabbed her rifle and stood up, despite the hesitation she could still shoot and that was enough to provide cover for the others.

The Snake pushed his way into the room and gave Tangle a long stare at her request.

" She's in obvious pain if that's what you want me to say, but i could tell you lot you were about to fall apart and you'd still march into danger with your head held high. "

Altiss gave Tangle a long stare

" She should stay... but having cared for my share of soldiers in the War i can tell you none of you ever listen to me. But i get why, so you won't her me badger you about it... "

He tugged high calorie energy bar from his jacket and offered one to Surge and Sonic with a steady gaze. Showing that on some level he understood how there bodies required more energy then any normal person and all that speed burned through there calories like wild grass fire. This was his way of trying to help balance there energy levels and keep them healthy.

" ... Someone has to play the Hero... i suppose that falls to you two. Try not to be to wreckless... i can only stitch so much of you back together... and You miss Whisper, sit... you aren't going to do anyone any good in your condition..."

Sonic took the bar curiously as very few knew why he ate so many chilidogs. It was packed with calories and kept him moving without burning his body out. He wasn't sure Surge had the same issue, though he guessed it was possible? he bet the Doc made that assumption based on his physiology since Surges was mostly unknown.

" Doc's know best, besides between Surge and I, if GUN does try anything they are in for a bad time. I'm honestly hopin' it don't come to that! besides i bet Amys already on her way back... and the Chaotix ain't to far away either... push comes to shove we'll be fine. Sorry to bug ya doc--- an thanks for the pick me up. "

He turned but paused to give Tangle a smile as he had always thought those two were a cute couple.

" Yo, Ring Tail! Get better quick ya hear? Miss havin' ya bouncin' around already! Alright gang let's bounce, and let the doc do his thing! "

Whisper had slowly sat back down when the Doc pointed out how hurt she was. She didn't want to worry Tangle either, but she did feel like she was letting everyone down. She placed her hand on blue until she heard it was GUN causing issues which made her blue eyes snap open. Her history with GUN only made her nostrils flare as she watched the others leave. She hated this... she hated being hurt and worse...

She had a bad feeling about all of it...

Shadow : If it wasn't for Gerald, he would've saved Sonic's world in the first place! It was Black Doom that caused Gerald to go insane and causing the doctor to suffer his loneliness! But the humans will face their judgement of Gerald's crimes against Mobian kind. As a matter of fact, that was Gerald and Black Doom's fault that they're the ones who messed up your entire life. Maria ended her life, Gerald ended his life, The Biolizard ended life, and even Black Doom, your father, ended his life by you! That's the real reason the Robotnik family have been fallen apart and Ivo has suffered his life of loneliness for 50 years of tragedy and despair.

Shadow : The Doctor's loneliness. Gerald caused all of this? You mean he did that to the put the blame on himslef? Now I finally understand what you are! You're the daughter of "God", aren't you?!

Maria (?) : correcto-mondo! You guessed for it!

(Maria's appearance changes to real herform; it is Miku.EXE the whole time)

Diary of a lost doe, part 1

A short fic where my character Annabelle writes in diaries

Fresh off losing her parents, Annabelle Flaches must contend with trying to fend for herself and her baby sister Angelica. And with Angelica talking to a mysterious green orb when she thinks Annabelle isn’t watching, things are only at the tip of the iceberg.

This is for me and Aquillis’s “half and half” AU, our ‘main’ AU. not to be confused with Aqui’s pack universe which is her underground re-write.

Due to the length I'm splitting this into two parts. This is part 1, part 2 is here!

Diary Enry 1, Day I dunno.

Okay here it is. First diary entry I guess. Gotta keep it brief, writing instruements are hard.

Been a few months since that day. We’re doing fine. Angie started another garden. Moved to a new spot.

Got some new things for the house. Old car door and a tire. Not sure what I’ll do with the tire gonna use the door as part of wall.

Finished roof this morning. Good thing 2, might rain.

Angie still sleps bad if not next to me. Writing while she’s curled up. Wasn’t for scars on ear and having to sleep in same clothes she’d look like we’re still home.

Gotta sleep now.

So Sonic Rangers is the new Sonic game, as of the moment (I'm not sure whether the name will be changed or not.) Some random conspiracy theory time!

1. The name "Sonic Rangers" suggests that possibly there could be multiple player characters. This is consistent with both Mania and Forces, though the latter is much more mixed in how it did that. Ideally, IF there are multiple characters then it might be handled better.

2. The plot is going to deal with ancient history and such. At least in part. Maybe not conspiratorial, but I'll count it until there is more official info released.

3. (Based off the one 4chan leak) The ghost girl is the ghost from Werehog Unleashed. Cause why not. And it'd be neat.

4. Eggman will eat a sub sandwich.

5. Zeti return??? I wouldn't be shocked.

6. Tails will breakdance. Why? Why not.

7. Two worlds actually gets addressed in the game, and in both versions and not left in just the Japanese or somewhere in extra materials.

8. IDW characters appear in the game. SoJ likes the IDW characters more than they did the Archie ones, so it's plausible. In theory.

9. Character creator returns? It was one of the more popular parts from Forces after all.

10. Matt Pat will make a game theory bideo.

That's just my random ass theories and predictions. If anyone else has any, feel free to add them.

During One More Hero's seventh (and final) chapter, EX!Alice backflipped into the living room of Rosie and Chuck's house, the repaired goober in hand.

OMT!Mina: Has anyone heard from Tails in the last hour? I'm starting to get worried...

CR!Sonic: Look, he's just clearing his head for a bit. I know the kid, and he's got what it takes. In fact, I'll bet you he'll be back through that door shortly with Uncle Chuck recharged and ready to fight!

She just stared at him, not exactly believing him, when...

Tails stumbled into the living room, out of breath and scared out of his wits as Chuck followed behind.

OMT!Tails: M-My sister-in-law!

CR!Sonic: Hey. Where have you been? We-

OMT!Mina: U-Uma Arachnis, she- she- she's the Shadow Emerl!

CR!Sonic headed towards him and hugged him gently to help him cool off.

CR!Sonic: H-Hey. Slow down, Tails. Take some deep breaths, alright?

OMT!Tails: She's working for Nega. S-She tried to kill me and Chuck!

Mr. Needlemouse: Well, this is one hardcore origin story.

EX!Alice slapped his face in annoyance.

EX!Alice: Dude, not funny!

OMT!Tails was fighting tears, as the others looked to CR!Sonic, who was struggling with his words.

OMT!Chuck: It's okay, Sonny. We'll figure it out, somehow.

OMT!Mina: Were you guys followed?

OMT!Tails: I... I really hope not...

However, they all heard rumbling outside, with a doorbell signalling an arrival. On cue, the six heroes got themselves ready as Zeena knocked the door down, knocking a tea tray out of OMT!Rosie's hands.

Zeena: Cute place! Real homey.

OMT!Rosie: Oh, great. It's Green Z.

OMT!Tails (heartbroken): I... I guess we were followed...

OMT!Mina: Oh no...

CR!Sonic: Tails, get out of here. We'll handle this.

He tried to leave out the back door, but that was blocked off by Johnny in the doorway.

Johnny: Sure messed up big time, haven't you, pipsqueak?

He pushed OMT!Tails to one side as Surge showed up behind him.

Surge: So, this is where you've all been hiding at, huh? I've been itching to get you back for humiliating me earlier!

CR!Sonic: Surge, huh? You do realise there's, like, six of us, and, erm, four of you lot, including the Shadow Emerl behind Zeena there.

OMT!Chuck: Oh, boy... Would you kids mind taking the fight outside, please?

Mini Sonic: Sorry, pops, but we don't pick the ballroom around here. We just dance!

Zeena spotted the goober being held by CR!Sonic.

Zeena: I think I'll be taking that.

She tried to reach for it, leading the hexad of heroes to spring right into action. It's a ten-person fight in a fairly-small living room! Surge quickly cornered OMT!Tails, who was blocking her blows with cushions that had rubber pieces inside.

Surge: Give up, kid! You know trying to defend yourself ain't gonna help you!

OMT!Tails: How about YOU just give up first?!

Thankfully, EX!Alice leapt in to help him by smacking Surge across the face with her hammer, while Zeena pinned CR!Sonic to the ceiling. Seeing all the chaos going on, OMT!Rosie pulled out her baseball bat and charged at Surge and Johnny, whacking them and throwing them back outside the house.

OMT!Rosie: We said take it outside!

The goober came loose from CR!Sonic's waist and tumbled to the floor.

OMT!Tails: I got it!

He made a leap to grab the key. He finally caught it after enough chaos, before noticing Shadow Emerl smashing through one of the walls, right in front of the fox boy. On cue, CR!Sonic swiped the goober out of his hand before attacking the suited crook.

CR!Sonic: Leave the little guy alone!

Sonic and Shadow Emerl fought in a struggle for the goober.

OMT!Tails (fearful): NO NO NO NO NO!!!

He threw the key to OMT!Tails.

CR!Sonic: Tails, get out of here!

Zeena and EX!Alice crashed into him, sending them all out onto the street as OMT!Tails ran, scared that he was about to lose five newfound friends in one night, with Shadow Emerl in full pursuit. Knowing she needed to help by cutting some of Nega's group off, OMT!Mina sped off as Surge and Johnny went in pursuit.

Surge: We're on the right tracking! She's headed for the far end of the cliffs!

Johnny: Surge, shut up and turn left!

Surge: We JUST turned right towards the west end of the island. Are you forgetting who we're after?!

OMT!Mina had an idea, speeding to their left and heading for the edge.

Johnny: Turn left here! COME ON!

Surge (annoyed): Have it your way, tin-can!

They did so, chasing OMT!Mina to the edge. She bounded backwards at the last second, leaving their vehicle to hover in the air for a moment before plummeting down...

Johnny: GAAAAAAAAAAH! SUUUUUUUUUUURGE!

...into the ocean close to the shore, leaving them both waterlogged.

Johnny: Surge, this is all your fault!

Surge: My-?! I turned left when you told me to turn left! How's this situation MY fault?!

Johnny: Give me a minute. I'll figure out how.

She growled while planning to drive them back out of the water. Across Dust Hill, OMT!Tails raced away with the goober in hand, though Shadow Emerl charged at him and attempted to grab him. No matter how much Tails dodged, he couldn't shake her.

Shadow Emerl: Give me that thing!

Tails sighted the Oil Ocean nearby, hoping that could be his best bet of losing her, so he went full-speed ahead there, of which OMT!Knuckles and OMT!Sally saw what was going on and hurried over there. Once in the area, Tails continued avoiding Shadow Emerl's blasts, one of which hit a petroleum container and set it ablaze.

Shadow Emerl: Don't be stupid, kid! Hand it over, now!

Once he made it high enough up, the robot leapt in front of him, blocking his way out.

Shadow Emerl: Nowhere to run now.

She began her advance as OMT!Tails shakily aimed his arm cannon... and shot at the helmet, blowing it off and exposing Uma's face while tearing off the mouth part of her ninja mask.

Uma: ...T-Tails?

OMT!Tails: U-Uma...

She was horrified, realising she was hunting her own brother-in-law the entire time.

Uma: No no no no no...

OMT!Tails (barely a whisper): P-Please, Uma...

She heard Eggman Nega hovering above.

Eggman Nega: What are you waiting for, you imbecile? Finish him, now!

She contemplated about it... before backing away and holding her arms up, smiling softly to Tails.

Uma: I... I surrender.

OMT!Tails: Uma, I...

They smiled softly to each other.

OMT!Tails: T-Thank you.

However, the moment couldn't last. Uma heard a gunshot as her eyes widened, one that came from Eggman Nega that severely injured her. As she fell to the ground, the Shadow Emerl suit finally gave way and shattered, exposing her real body. The mad doctor aimed at Tails next with pure sadism in his eyes, before he got kicked backwards by CR!Sonic, who had followed him to the spot.

CR!Sonic: Tails, run for it! The place is gonna blow soon!

Tails hesitantly nodded, grabbing Uma in his arms and racing out of there with her as the factory caught ablaze. As he sped off, OMT!Knuckles and OMT!Sally saw him headed for Central City's hospital with Uma in his arms.

Uma: T-Tails...

OMT!Tails: I'm sorry, Uma... This is my fault...

Uma: N-No, Tails, I'm sorry... I wanted you to look up to me. I... I've let you down horribly...

OMT!Tails: Just hang in there, alright? I'm getting you to the hospital for treatment.

He sped it up as Uma put one of her hands on his shoulder.

Uma: Y-You're the best of all of us, Tails. You're on your way.

He nodded sadly, managing to get her to the hospital in good time. She was put in a hospital bed a couple of minutes later and on life support as Tails held her hand.

OMT!Tails: I s-should've done better for you, Uma... I'm sorry...

He left her ward and departed from the hospital as OMT!Amy and OMT!Sally saw him go by.

OMT!Sally: Tails? What happened?

OMT!Tails: Uma got hurt, b-because of me...

OMT!Amy: T-Tails, what happened out there isn't your fault.

OMT!Tails (saddened): ...I wish I could say the same...

He left the hospital as his adoptive sisters looked on in worry. Back at Dust Hill, Surge and Johnny managed to get back out of the water onto the desert land.

Surge: Phew. Thought we'd never get out. (on the phone) We're on our way back now, boss.

Johnny: Erm, Surge, we should really-.

Surge: Shut up. The call's more important. (to Nega) Sorry about that, Nega.

Eggman Nega had arrived back at the Death Egg where Zeena was finishing preparing the interdimensional energiser.

Eggman Nega: There's only a couple of hours left before that ceremony is due to start. I need you two back here very soon so that we can get things going.

Back at Dust Hill...

Surge: We'll do our best, Nega.

Johnny: Surge, we really need to pick up the pace-!

Surge: Will you shut up?!

Eggman Nega: So, as I was saying…

Surge: Yes, yes. Nice to talk to you, boss. (to Johnny) What is so important that you have to interrupt my important yet boring business call?!

Johnny: I've been trying to tell you that our vehicle's sinking into a quicksand area!

And as it happened, he was right. Their vehicle was parked in a quicksand area and was starting to sink.

Surge: Quicksand? Quicksand isn't dangerous. Nobody in the WORLD is stupid enough to sink into quick-!

She soon realised they WERE in danger, jumping out of the vehicle and trying to leg it, only to sink in much quicker.

Surge: MMPH! JOHNNY! YOU IDIOT! YOU MORON!

She ended up throwing the phone out of range of the quicksand pit, and Nega was still on the line.

Eggman Nega (on that phone): Urgh… Can't those two imbeciles do ANYTHING right nowadays?!

Back at Bumper High School, OMT!Tails climbed back into his dorm, brushing several books aside in his anger and frustration, throwing his sketchbook on the floor in the process. As he went through this, Bobby and Naksh opened the door to the room and saw Tails wasn't in the best state.

Bobby: Tails...?

He didn't respond, deeply ashamed as she gave him a cooldown hug, with Naksh following suit.

Bobby: Hey. Whatever happened, we're here for you. I promise.

OMT!Tails: I... Nobody's gonna understand what I've been through...

Naksh hugged him as well, understanding all too well what Tails had been through. The moment was slightly interrupted as CR!Sonic peeped through the window, with Naksh hurriedly hiding behind the door frame as the blue blur and the other multiversal heroes came in.

CR!Sonic: Tails, you... are you alright?

He was fighting back tears, his heart broken from all he had been through in one night. This prompted CR!Sonic and OMT!Mina to hug him close as well.

OMT!Mina: I'm sorry you had to go through all that, Tails...

Mr. Needlemouse, for all his smugness, genuinely couldn't help but feel sorry for OMT!Tails, knowing mental pain was a whole different story.

Mini Sonic: Not gonna make one of your quips?

Mr. NM: You kidding, right? The only way I'd hurt someone is if it's actually funny, and this isn't in the slightest. The heart's a whole different story, dude.

OMT!Tails: I-It was my fault... Nobody will understand...

CR!Sonic: Tails, I feel the five of us are the main ones who do understand.

Naksh signalled to Bobby before he dashed off.

Bobby: Someone's coming.

CR!Sonic: Uh oh.

A few seconds later, Danny entered the room while wearing his headphones.

Danny: Hopefully that should do it! Well, might as well read something before going to bed.

He didn't notice Tails, Bobby and the other heroes hiding on the wall across from him, as he put on his headphones and turned their way, albeit with the comic blocking his view.

CR!Sonic (whispering): That way, that way!

They hopped to the other side, with Bobby and EX!Alice especially confused. Danny turned around in his seat again.

CR!Sonic (whispering): Other way, other way!

They slipped back to where they were, finally being spotted after Danny lowered the comic and heard the sounds in the room. All of them were huddled together in a tight spot, with Bobby and EX!Alice the most blushy about it.

Danny: Huh?

OMT!Tails: Er, hehe...

Bobby: Hey, Danny!

Mr. Needlemouse: Do cartoons talk in this dimension? 'Cause I don't wanna freak him out!

Danny, shocked from seeing them all in one spot, ended up fainting from shock. A couple of minutes later, OMT!Tails tucked him in bed. When he and Bobby turned around, only CR!Sonic was left in the room, with OMT!Mina in the middle of leaving.

OMT!Tails: What's going on?

OMT!Mina: Goodbye, Tails.

CR!Sonic: I came to say goodbye, buddy.

OMT!Tails: We can say goodbye at the energiser, Sonic.

CR!Sonic: You don't get it, dude. You're staying here.

OMT!Tails: Look, I need to be there, to ensure you can all go home.

He picked the goober up from the desk.

CR!Sonic: They are going home, Tails. I'm the only one staying.

OMT!Tails: Y-You're taking my place?

Bobby: Tails said that if you stay here, you're gonna end up dying if the device isn't stopped.

CR!Sonic: I'm doing what needs to be done. I... just wanted you to hear it from me.

OMT!Tails: What about Sally? O-Or your Tails? Have you thought about how they'd feel if you weren't there for them?

CR!Sonic: *sigh* I said not everything can work out, Tails. I need the goober.

Tails stepped back a bit.

CR!Sonic: Tails, don't make me take it from you.

He stepped forward, but Tails, furious at him, held it back and glared at the alternate version of his friend.

OMT!Tails: This isn't fair, Sonic! You've gotta tell them that I can do this!

CR!Sonic: It's not their decision, little buddy.

OMT!Tails: Stop it, Sonic! Nega has to pay for what he's done and is doing! Let me tag along!

CR!Sonic: Dude, you're gonna get yourself killed!

OMT!Tails: I am ready! I promise!

CR!Sonic tackled him, grabbing him by the arm outside.

CR!Sonic: Then pull that electric hand thing on me, or turn invisible right away so you can get past me.

OMT!Tails's hand crackled, but he couldn't bring himself to actually hurt the alternate version of his hero, despite standing up to him seconds prior. Down below, the others heard the conversation.

CR!Sonic: Look, I know how much you want this, kid.

Mini Sonic: Poor dude...

He brought Tails back into the room.

CR!Sonic: But you don't have it yet.

He tried dashing out, but Sonic shot some web fluid at him and Bobby to keep them from getting loose, before swiping the key.

CR!Sonic: I'm sorry.

He couldn't bring himself to look at the alternate version of his sidekick as he began to leave.

CR!Sonic: ...Now you don't have to put yourself in danger anymore...

He left as Tails teared up a little. Half an hour later, he and Bobby were still there, his nuzzle stained with his tears.

OMT!Tails: I... I guess I really am a burden after all...

Bobby: Tails, don't say that. I know you'll be able to pull this off.

OMT!Tails: H-How...?

They heard a knock on the door.

OMT!Knuckles: Tails? Tails, it's me. Can you open up?

Tails struggled to get out of the webs as Knuckles continued speaking.

OMT!Knuckles: Is... it okay if we can talk? S-Something happened...

On the other side, Knuckles struggled with what to say.

OMT!Knuckles: L-Look. Sometimes, people drift apart, but... I don't want that to happen to us, little bro. I know I don't always do what you need me to do or say what you need me to say, but... I see this... spark in you. It's amazing, you know? It's why I've been gently pushing you along the way. But it's yours, and whatever you choose to do with it, you'll be great!

Tails's eyes widened in awe and soulfulness. His low mood was fading thanks to Knuckles's words of encouragement.

OMT!Knuckles: We can get together whenever you're ready to, okay? I love you, little bro. You... You don't have to say it back, though.

OMT!Tails: Knuckles?

Tails shimmied loose from the webs a bit.

OMT!Tails: I... I love you as family, Knuckles.

They both smiled between the door as he departed. Tails closed his eyes, relaxing his hands as they crackled stronger with electricity. Using this was how he could learn to control his innate powers. He performed a mini jolt to break himself and Bobby free from the webs. Danny jolted up after hearing something, but could only see Bobby in the room.

Danny: Bobby?

Bobby: Uh, hey!

Danny: You saw all that, right?

Bobby: Hmm?

Tails slipped out the window while invisible. He was in control now!

Later, at the Gimme Shelter, he was gathering technology he could use as OMT!Robotnik spotted him.

OMT!Robotnik: Tails? What are you doing in here?

OMT!Tails: Gathering stuff I can use to stop your alternate counterpart.

OMT!Robotnik: So I heard.

OMT!Tails: I know I'm not Sonic, but I'll-.

OMT!Robotnik: No... You're not Sonic. You could never truly be like Sonic.

Tails looked at the doctor sadly upon hearing that.

OMT!Robotnik: He... Like you, he was my greatest enemy to fight against. A best friend... and he was a mess. He second-guessed everything he did, he was all over the place! But the one thing he did not second-guess... was to pick you as his successor.

OMT!Tails: You... You mean that?

Ivo nodded.

OMT!Robotnik: You know, I don't think he would've done what he did... if he knew you weren't gonna be here after he was gone. Now, five different heroes from their respective worlds are in danger. OUR dimension is in danger, and our friends will be in trouble in only 4 hours. What are you gonna do about it?

Tails nodded to him.

OMT!Tails: What Sonic did best.

He headed out as the doctor watched, temporarily bound back to the underground base where Chuck and Rosie awaited his return.

OMT!Rosie: Ah, Tails!

OMT!Chuck (with a smile): Took you long enough, son.

Tails got to preparing his nanomachine suit with a new metallic sheen, adding some visors to it as well that lit up with a blue glow as he smirked. Chuck then passed him his own enerbeam bracelet to use.

OMT!Chuck: Heh, it fits perfectly!

Finally, he headed to the Titan residence, knocking on the door as Kaede answered.

Kaede: Tails? You okay?

OMT!Tails: I'd like to be taught the rest of the ropes, like we agreed between us before. I want to be ready to pull this off, and we've only 3 and a half hours before Nega activates that energiser again.

She nodded with a smile.

Kaede: Alright, then. Come on in!

A training montage is shown with Kaede helping ensure Tails can pull it off, before it finishes with them up high and on the roof of one of the city's skyscrapers.

OMT!Knuckles: I see this... spark in you. It's amazing, you know? Whatever you choose to do with it, you'll be great!

Uma: You're the best of all of us, Tails. You're on your way.

OMT!Amy: Since when did we run from things, little bro?

The duo were close to the edge as OMT!Tails backed up a bit.

Kaede/Detective Ghost: You okay?

OMT!Tails: Yeah! Just getting ready for a boost.

He took some deep breaths...

Nine: The way you know you're ready is to find that courage in yourself. And to do that, all you need is the will to take that first step.

...before running to the edge and making a mighty leap, somersaulting in the air as Kaede followed, suiting up in the process. As they were about to impact with the ground, Tails grabbed her hand and activated the enerbeam bracelet, resulting in them swinging along the buildings as spectators watched from below.

Bystander 1: Yo! Look at that!

Bystander 2: Our heroes! They're going strong!

They both smiled, performing awesome manoeuvres across traffic and flawlessly pulling off their acrobatics; swinging through the streets, flipping off a flagpole, jumping across two buildings... all accompanied by wall-running and flight to especially boost it. At the very end of this lengthy montage, the two arrived by the Emerald Coast hotel, seeing the Death Egg decorated in lights nearby.

On the pile, OMT!Tails's PC game box finally joined the pile of goodies, signifying that he was finally ready to be the hero his world needed. And yes, there's no introduction needed. You know the rest, because we've seen his origin story all throughout this point! But now?

IT'S TIME FOR THE FINAL BATTLE TO BEGIN!

"Oh, me trying to kill you doesn't get you to hate me, though being an annoying extreme gear racer does? Wish I would've known that's all it took to piss you off," Surge said, though knew that had to be more than just that yet couldn't help pointing it out. Whatever, it wasn't the tenrec's business on what Jet did to piss off Sonic so much to actually say he hated someone.

"Geez, it's almost like I used my fucking brain before throwing that shot, though it's not like I pointed out it was one of those private shuttles and going AWAY from everything." Was Surge being petty? A little, though this was one of the few times where the tenrec used her instincts AND thinking before doing something. "Whatever, I'm sure he's screwed enough as it is." The speedster was still pissed, though couldn't do anything about it now.

"Wow, I can't believe I never killed you in any of our pervious fights. I have a faster and better idea," Surge said, walking over to the hole. "HEY, ONE OF SONIC'S FRIENDS NEEDS A QUICK ESCAPE TOO! HIS NAME IS TAILS, MOST LIKELY HELPED SAVE THE WISPS AS WELL!" The tenrec yelled at the Mother Wisp who had let go of the ship by this point when it began moving on it's own.

"I only got a little bit of that, though I heard the important parts." The Mother Wisp was having a hard time hearing with all the gunfire. "I'll have one of my children open a portal for him." She did recall a lot of them mentioning a fox by the name of Tails. "Here is your exit." She opened up two portals to let Sonic and Surge get back into the Shadow Void.

The Wisp had written several words on Mimic's face by this point, though it was in their native language so it was anyone's guess to what it actually said. Though they stopped sensing their mother's request. At least they've had time to gather some energy back and it seemed all of their siblings were too scared to help. Before Rowan they would be as well. It whistled to the lemur getting his attention before starting to fly up.

Rowan was laying on one of the platforms before hearing Shade whistle at him before flying up. "Alright, I'm coming," the lemur said, starting to jump his way up as more platforms appeared which meant more shadows. He did stop at Mimic. "Eh, might as well." He pulled out a red marker and wrote 'Rowan was here' right on his forehead before continuing to jump up.

Rowan then watched as Shade opened a portal which he walked into. "Okay, guessing you want me to step through." The lemur walked through and saw he was on the airship. He then turned and saw Miles. "Yo. Guess I'm your way off this airship. Hope you don't mind feeling your bones compressing slightly, though it just feels weird."

Jet actually smiled at Surge as she got up in his face! The fact that she'd threatened him seemed to either amuse him, or just sit better with him then Sonic and his boyscout bullshit! The Hawk looked at Sonic and pointed toward Surge with a smug smile on his face! He chuckled at her and enjoyed Sonic's annoyed stare! yea he liked torturing the bastard!

" HAH! i like her, spicy..."

He didn't directly acknowledge her being a Tenrec but if nothing else he seemed to respect her threats!

" Awww whats wrong blue! did you MISS me! "

Sonic Placed a hand on the bridge of his nose clearly not in the mood for Jet today. He sighed and waved a hand in a dismissive way as they had bigger issues to deal with right now. He was of the same mind as Surge, he'd have been find with her finishing her sentence just this once!

" No ... no Surge has the right idea--- I really don't have the time for this Jet. We are here to Stop Clutch, and make sure this floating eye sore doesn't crash into Restoration... now either you are gonna help or get outta my way! "

Jet just laughed at Sonic as he crossed his arms and floated toward the hole in the hanger bay door. He seemed rather confident and full of himself! mostly because he knew sonic and surge missed the party and that made him smile inside! he loved when Sonic fell on his face! as long as it didn't cause him problems like the war, it was all good in his book!

" Well! Looks like everyone wants to strange the old man! I'll do you two a solid! Wave says there was a Chaos Energy spike about 2 minutes ago... do with that what you want! as for me! I'm gonna make like my name and peace out! OH and hog ALL the glory! "

Jet let out the most annoying squawking laugh!

" GUESS you were just--- TO SLOW Sonic! hah! peace losers! oh yea! one more thing! pretty sure the self destruct is active... sooooo might wanna get while the gettin's good! OH and Miles is in the engine room! tryin't get this tub moving! you might wanna get on that! "

Jet gave them both a rude hand gesture! launched out the hole and shot across the sky to catch up with his team! Sonic just looked like he was gonna blow a gasket! He never did get along with Jet, especially not after--- well was better not to think of the past. He turned to Surge and sighed giving her a long stare.

" i fucking hate that guy--- Chaos Energy Spike, could Clutch use Chaos Control? Nah no way! must have been something else... still what ever it was, sounds like He dipped. "

He let out an exasperated sigh

" probably ... in ... that shuttle... huh, guess you were right. Sorry... I messed up...Probably long gone by now. Look if you wanna split i get it, but i gotta save my little buddy--- and get outta here before this thing goes nuclear... once we are on the ground. I'll keep my promise... "

Meanwhile deep in the depths of the Air Ship mils stepped over the last of the security force. Grabbing the console as he pulled his miles electric out of his fluffy tail. He hooked it up to the console and quickly broke the fire wall. He tapped it a few times and the manual controls slid up from the deck. He turned and gripped the handles and took a deep breath... well this was it!

With a smile he pushed the throttle forward changing the direction of the airship and pushed out of the giant wisps grasp. The entire ship lunging forward. Miles, finally had control but with the red lights flashing he wasn't sure he could get it clear and escape in time. He hooked into the coms of the air ship and spoke directly into it.

" Attention idiot's of Clean Sweep! this is your new captain speaking! you have about 3 minutes before this boat goes critical! if you have half a brain you should abandon ship! Find a shuttle! an escape pod! or your nearest window or door and jump for it! you'll have a shot at surviving! sorry, shuffle board has been canceled! i repeat! shuffle board has been canceled! thanks for flying Prower Air! see ya losers! "

He sighed as he flipped intercom back off and braced himself for the task ahead! Saving restoration was his biggest concern! that mean flying this hunk of junk away from restoration air space! but... he wasn't sure he had enough time to do that and escape, boy what a shit choice!

" welp... i wish i could take my own advice... hehe... boy i could use a blue hedgehog right about now..."
