Actual story stuff -Magneto governs over the island nation of Genosha, a safe haven for all Mutants, even the ❖-Corps members are welcome here. Currently, he is opposing the rising Fellowship of Humanity organization in the United States, a branch group of the Friends of Humanity with more of a theocratic agenda—based off the Moral Majority in a sense. His focus rests on the politicians like Allison’s father, who wish to push extreme legislation against Mutants in Montana, threatening to take action with his acolytes to put a stop to the impending oppression. -That and, due to Allison being a spokesperson for her dad’s campaign, gets a big stink eye from Magneto after she disappeared; When she manifested her X-Gene. -The Fellowship works in the interests of a broader organization known as Armageddon. They are a terrorist group with the desires of ‘purifying’ humanity on a global scale, but of course, they intend to do this by making imperial forces work in their favor. -Magneto is seeking Allison to make a bargain with Richard Natus: Her safe return in exchange for eliminating his Anti-Mutant legislation, or to be met with forced resistance and Allison kept as a political prisoner. -Yeah, the US/UN ain’t too happy about it. They step up to say they’ll fire on Genosha if Magneto even tries to lay a finger on Richard. -Charles Xavier is in a race against time to reach Allison before Magneto does. He is able to locate her through Cerebro in order to warn her and guide the youth, and Logan is not too happy about being found by Charles after requesting the team leaves him alone in the fallout of his major incident. Ya know, to create more tension. -Logan and Allison had taken refuge in the Canadian wilderness since that’s where Logan was staying inside of his RV. The two butt heads due to their clashing ideologies, but eventually have to suck it up and work together to help her control her new powers, without being disgusted. -Kikyo Mikage works under Magneto as one of his acolytes, but only kills if there is honor in the task he’s assigned. Kikyo is willing to use violence to deliver justice and that’s something he really values in Magneto. Kikyo can finally live as himself in Genosha instead of living in the shadows of Japan’s society. Though he finds it incredibly dishonorable that Magneto would weaponize the wellbeing of a child to achieve his objectives, which ultimately leads him to join Logan. -Oh yeah should mention that Armageddon is running science experiments to artificially create an Omega Class Mutant as a weapon to take down the world’s strongest Mutants, basically what they were trying to do with Deadpool in X-Men Origins Wolverine, but actually cool. The Mutant is called Magnum Opus. I’m a fan of puns, you see.

Side notes -If Wanda and Pietro get involved in this, they are both going to be Mutants and brown skinned. I MAKE THE RULES!!! -Anyway uh still working on who else I want as Magneto’s acolytes lol -Sometimes I refer to Allison as “Allen”. It’s her self-imposed disguise name which Logan makes a joke about it being a boy’s name. -Genosha is definitely stockpiling on weapons, no doubt. -Allison borrows one of Logan’s shrunken down suits to help with her Mutation! It’s blue in contrast to his red. Logan gets his own category -He refers to large sections of Canada as Sectors. It’s likely this stems from his time working under Alpha Flight, and the Canadian Government before joining the ❖-Corps. -He’s managed to keep a majority of his old suits with him, as he believes that it’s the only solid part of his history he can look back on. Perhaps not as himself, but as Wolverine. -Anyway the reason Logan is at a low point in his career is bc the last mission he was on involved him unwillingly going on a Berserker Rage that resulted in a destructive rampage and the stabbing of his teammate and Girlfriend, Storm. During his rage, she took charge of the situation to lure Logan away from civilians and attempt to subdue him with the other ❖-Corps on duty. It worked at a cost. -The best way to protect those he cares about is at a distance, though that doesn’t mean he’s not going through an extreme heartache with likely losing Ororo. -Maybe she shouldn’t have told Logan that if he’s going to use his claws on anyone to them on her. Bad oversight. /HJHJ -I didn’t want her to just be Logan’s love interest in this, she’s a hero too ya know! She was doing her damn best to save whoever she could in the onslaught and even put her own life on the line. -Logan has nightmares about killing the rest of the team, and hates that they don’t put up much of a fight to stop him. -As you can imagine, he’s not too happy to be stuck with some teenager off the side of the road. Worse is that Logan knows exactly who she is as a political figure, and how dangerous he is. The initial thought was to find her somewhere safe and tell her to scram, but outside intervention damns him. -So funny thing, turns out he and Allen have a lot more in common with their struggles than they thought; Runaways who’ve done awful things they can’t take back, while struggling to understand their true nature.

First, what is genderism? It can be used in the same sense as “sexism” and “racism.” And indeed that is how it’s mostly been used. But in this case I mean it in the colloquial sense of people who enforce gender roles. ...

The concept of genderism, as used in feminism, is usually defined as the belief that certain behavioral preferences are caused by a person’s sex, in general that one’s gender is the result of one’s sex, and therefore that gender is natural (and even desirable).

This stands in stark contrast to the view that gender is a social construct. It is also generally held as being the opposite of feminism, because feminists believe that being of the female sex does not constitute an obligation to take on a gender role which is constructed as inferior and subservient.

What are the behaviors and roles considered appropriate for one’s sex?

If you are a Feminist (even a Liberal Feminist or a Fun Feminist), the answer to this should be “There are no behaviors and roles considered appropriate for my sex because Females can be and do anything.”

There is a lot of nuances in definitions here, but they are not entirely necessary. For example, some include within genderism the belief that there are two genders. But the two genders are an artefact of culture; some culture have three genders or four genders, and really, the exact number is irrelevant: all that matters is that some are seen as superior and some are seen as inferior. Genderism would not magically disappear if we added another gender to the list.

So who are genderists exactly? There are two kinds. One is traditional genderism, which generally in the West holds that one’s gender was assigned by God or evolution through their sex. This covers the gamut from non-science (Bible fundamentalists) to pseudo-science (evolutionary psychology) to quasi-science (studies and papers written to “prove” genderism), as well as most conservatives and liberals.

Even if they vastly disagree on pretty much everything, the goal of all traditional genderists is to suppress feminism and restore “women’s place” in society in order to uphold the gender hierarchy. And these various factions have been quite successful; together they encompass so many approaches that one of them is bound to work.

The second kind is trans genderism (not to be confused with transgenderism). Trans theory states that when a male does not feel that ey is a man, or when a female does not feel that ey is a woman, this is a fundamental biological problem which must be rectified by chemical treatment and/or surgery. They believe in the link between sex and gender just as much; they simply add another layer, the “innate gender” which trumps one’s “assumed gender” and otherwise takes over its role.

Trans activists believe they are anti-genderism. This may be so, but the very definition of transgender implies a link between sex and gender:

Transgender (an umbrella term) (adj.)- for people whose gender identity and/or gender expression differs from the sex they were assigned at birth.

Transgender (sometimes shortened to trans or TG) people are those whose psychological self (“gender identity”) differs from the social expectations for the physical sex they were born with.

These are by far the most common definitions of transgender given by trans-friendly groups, and they clearly link sex and gender. If one is male, then one should feel like a man, and that if one is female, then one should feel like a woman. Gender rebels must be “helped” with chemical treatments and surgery so they can perform the proper gender.

In contrast, the traditional genderist position is that males are men and females are women, and gender rebels must be punished, not rehabilitated. The radfem position, on the other hand, is that we should live the way we want regardless of sex, that neither sex nor gender should limit us, and that gender-rebels deserve neither medical rehabilitation nor punishment.

From a radfem perspective, trans theory is extremely offensive in that it enforces gender roles while giving the illusion of choice. It ostensibly tells people that they can be whatever they want, but in practice they use one’s conformity or non-conformity to gender roles to assign them a label of “cis” or “trans.” And have created a new gender heirarchy between “cis” and “trans.”

Reducing “woman” to a checklist of characteristics that others have forced upon us is insulting. Feeling that you are a woman because you have a medically made hole in your body that does not act anything like our reproductive organ is insulting. Thinking that you can be a woman without experiencing the effects of being a woman in infancy, childhood, adolescence and adulthood is insulting. Womanhood is not putting on a frilly dress and being emotionally available. Womanhood is dealing with the fact that that is the expectation of us, which you just reinforce.

Cis/trans is a tyrannical, binary label which aims to erase all levels of gender rebellion. Everyone who is not genderist and who rebels against gender has no choice but to take refuge in the domain of queer and eschew the cis/trans binary completely (I know nothing of queer theory, so I will refrain from talking further about it). Given the fact that it reduces third genders from other cultures to a “trans” label that simply doesn’t apply, it is also a colonialist, some might even say white supremacist, concept.

I’m a bakla Filipina. To call me trans for being bakla is to entirely erase the cultural specificity of my identity and to enact a type of cultural imperialism, something I most certainly do reject. Yet in Asher’s binary construction of cis/trans I am considered trans, something that I am not. Either that or simply rendered invisible.

Please note that I am not accusing trans activists of being white supremacists. I know very well they are not. What I am saying is that some have called the cis/trans binary white supremacist from their own cultural perspective, and I completely understand that.

Gender rebellion is a consequence of the existence of gender itself. Once you set up these little prison cells where people have to conform to one or the other set of behaviors, there will be people whose personalities lead them to adopt an admixture of both, and who will rebel against the attempt to impose a set on them. Now we know for a fact that few people, if any, are totally gender conforming, but most people try to follow their role enough so they don’t stick out. Some people, by virtue of having a personality that is too divergent from these sets, cannot do so, and will naturally rebel.

If you research the subject outside of radfem blogs, the first thing you will find is that many people hate radical feminism with incredible passion and vitriol. The biggest part of this vitriol comes from trans activists and their allies, who accuse radfems of being transphobic and of propagating hatred.

The reason for this should not be hard to understand. Gender is an integral part of trans theory, and anyone who seeks to eliminate gender is undercutting trans theory at its very foundation. To deny gender is to deny the transgender identity. I don’t dispute that this is bigotry, but the bigotry is the result of a systemic analysis. An anarchist is right to be a bigot against policemen and soldiers, because their job is inherently one of repression, no matter how nice the individuals might be. An antitheist is right to be a bigot against priests, even if they are nice.

Anyone who identifies their job or their very well-being with hurting other people should rightly be hated, and gender hurts people on a massive global scale. Gender is the rationale for oppressing women, gender sustains the rape culture, gender is an excuse to beat down, imprison and kill people. In that it constrains us to a set of preferred behaviors, genderism is necessarily a denial of freedom, in the political sense as well as in the personal sense. To follow a gender role means to be told how to act, how to talk, how to think, how to react, how to dress, how to have sex; as long as we have to follow gender roles, we are slaves to hierarchy.

Feminism does not believe that asking whether an individual identifies with the particular social characteristics and expectations assigned to them at birth is a politically useful way of analyzing or understanding gender. Eliminating gender assignments, by allowing individuals to choose one of two pre-existing gender molds, while continuing to celebrate the existence and naturalism of “gender” itself, is not a progressive social goal that will advance women’s liberation.

Gender is an extremely oppressive and unnecessary construct. Defining “trans” people as those who deviate from otherwise unobjectionable gender norms is not a progressive social cause. Fighting for everyone’s right to be as gender “non-conforming” as they wanna be, on the other hand, is.

Some people even claim that radfems want to kill transgender people. This is a straightforward lie, but it is a fact that trans theory applied to children leads to the extermination of homosexuality, because a majority of gender rebellious children are homosexual. They are also the ones who issue death threats to “cis” people (the most popular trans slogan is “die cis scum”). It is traditional genderists who kill transgender people and want to take away their rights, not radical feminists. Trans advocates accuse radfem of “transphobia,” but they are the ones who constantly lie to transgender people and tell them that there’s something physically wrong with gender-rebelling children and adults.

I honestly don’t know a group of people more compassionate than people who run radical feminists blogs on the Internet. This is why it boggles my mind when I read claims that radfems are hateful monsters: it is disconnected from the reality I observe in a very egregious way, and so it feels like they’re invalidating my experience. Of course they don’t care that they’re invalidating me: to them, radfem are walking sulfur-smelling devils and that’s all there is to it. I don’t really know what to reply to that attitude except that they’re speaking out of a position of willful ignorance.

No Mo' Cuomo

I could’ve told you Andrew Cuomo was dastardly a few weeks ago. The same observation was true a year earlier when quite false prophets identified him as COVID Jesus. Noting his particularly abominable brand of arrogant fumbling would have also been easy any time since he began pummeling New York State. And those with the thankless task of tracking his failures would have highlighted unearned promotions in any previous decade since he's inflicted himself upon humanity. The scoundrel quitting is news. His innate repulsiveness is not.

Failure is most painful when it's predictable. Cassandra told the world Cuomo would resign in disgrace, and not just because he groped her. The erstwhile Empire State's erstwhile governor has been ruining lives long before he traumatized women as a result of hilariously thinking he's an irresistible stud.

Take everyone on Earth going broke because of him. The man who's as bad with other people's money as he is at reading intentions did more than anyone else to cause the global financial meltdown as Housing and Urban Development secretary by pimping subprime mortgages.

Compared to busting the globe, wrecking New York's economy by filtering a frighteningly high percentage of dollars through its bumbling capital was like a half day. Singlehandedly destroying whatever he deems his business is Cuomo's thing. Blame voters who picked the worst messiah imaginable.

Cuomo certainly isn't entering the private sector for the first time because it was the right thing. Calculation is his last refuge. Finally, he had a good press conference. The embodiment of an evil politician is sort-of held accountable even though he'll likely skate on nursing home genocide. The Son of Sam couldn't frighten New York like the Son of Mario.

Al Capone should've paid his taxes. Cuomo deserves to be locked up in Alcatraz as a tourist attraction. It's a testament to how aberrant the eternally disgraced governor is that treating women like objects who exist to please him is relatively low on his offenses list. The dirtbag hailed by wise visionaries as a guardian at this time last year harassed 11 women along with killing thousands of elderly and one state. An inept psychopath claimed he built the only barrier between civilization and death. Guess which side he was actually on.

Harassing critics was just practice. The notoriously vindictive clown has spent a hideously entitled life getting everything perversely wrong. Treating legal gun owners like criminals is a sadly perfect example of twisted morality with horrible practical effects. It turns out he opposed bail for personal reasons, but the very real victims of opening jail doors on the honor system have turned a state he claims to care about into a real-life Purge. And draining the economy to save it has not raised the tide.

The spiritual descendent of Bill Clinton and the Grim Reaper is a prototypical leftist when he's not molesting women or killing off members of any gender. The worst thing to happen to New York since the Jets spent his appalling career sitting down daily and figuring out how to fix everything even though he knows how to repair nothing. An autocrat by default is consistent in the worst way. Micromanaging is the preferred hobby of a ghastly predator whether he's making your life difficult by molesting your wallet or bathing suit area.

Never leave anyone of any kind alone. It's the family motto. A bizarre individual who believes Albany provokes prosperity might not be accurate with his science. Superstitiously breathing through cloth, shutting down industries on a whim, and forcing bar patrons to order food with drinks may not have preserved life, what with overseeing the nation's second-worst death rate. New Jersey is finally good for something.

Cuomo delivered New York its first female governor to show he supported women all along. Kathy Hochul has the same awful ideas, so his successor's abbreviated accidental term should be fun. New York politics consist of determining how corrupt the petty tyrant who commandeers your decisions is. There go more electoral votes fleeing to Texas.

You'll have to tune into Fredo Junior's cable outpost for updates on the most flaccid mob family imaginable. Chris is the only brother with a working microphone, which means he's finally ahead of his brother when it comes to unjustified pomposity while spewing baffling takes.

Acting like they’re amazing as they fail is either genetic or the primary parenting lesson. Mario inflicted terrible brats on the world in the same way he churned out pain on the unfortunate state. You don't have to follow in a parent's footsteps. The brainwashed finally accepting awfulness is the only new part. Nothing changed from dreamboat press conference days.  The weakest representative of the least tough state has always flaunted the same horrifying qualities.

The case study in bias should reduce media trust, if that's possible. It took adulating an all-time serial killer for his purported lifesaving skills to dig deeper than rock bottom. Partisan diehards outside media quasi-professionals who fell for the shoddiest pitch imaginable craved seduction.  A combination of partisanship and salesmanship was a cocktail that proved lethal to those who didn't sip. Check New York's teetering corpse pile for proof.

Those renouncing their faith in the phoniest antichrist imaginable remain complicit in his various crimes. Never let his worshipers forget how they enabled sparse attendance at countless family reunions. Jonestown residents claim to have always found the official beverage distasteful. But they can't delete screenshots any more than their savior can intimidate his victims.

Getting away with mass murder is Cuomo's consolation prize. A fiend who committed so many offenses against so many people belongs in the Hannibal Lecter cell. But depriving him of the office is the next-best punishment for a megalomaniac.

The most mortifying example of a control freak can't access the power that lets him boss around others by force of quasi-law anymore, which to him is worse than pacing in a cell. Vic Mackey wasn't prosecuted, but at least he lost the badge that he used to get away with everything.  Oh, and Cuomo encouraged crime instead of fighting it. Plus, Michael Chiklis can portray a human in a way the resigning dastard never could manage.

New York will soon have a governor who presumably won't harass women and lacks the unearned confidence to dictate terms while reality wins. But the state's state can only improve so much from enduring less pain. Hochul has zero charisma and none of her devious warlock predecessor's ability to unctuously manipulate. But she thinks her discarded pal did only one thing wrong. And that was getting caught. She totally cares about those fellow females he violated.

The trauma remains, as does every awful idea Cuomo inflicted. A state he made poor lost way more than money from his strategy of halting the virus by killing off the vulnerable. And a plethora of little infringements remain. New Yorkers still can't get plastic bags at stores since Saint Andrew decided he could save the planet by banning a way to carry the result of commerce. A small irritation is a big deal when it's one of a million, especially as a sign of how your life will be controlled down to the smallest detail.

Reversing time is another superpower a very ordinary bailing governor doesn't possess. The most welcome resignation is not going to restore lost income, take back harassment, or reanimate your grandma. Ghosts finally got revenge in a horror movie of a state. It's hard to stop such a large group of specters. A homeless ex-governor will find there are plenty of vacancies in New York's nursing homes.
