What about 🧸 and Charles Leclerc ? Literally whatever you desire, maybe featuring his family or other drivers?
thank you for requesting!🫶
.
“I’m going to cry.”
“Charles—”
“Look at him, mon amour! He looks so cute!”
The Monaco Grand Prix was important for every driver due to its history and nostalgia, but it meant so much more to Charles. Ever since he was a child, he dreamed of racing on the streets he grew up on. He dreamed of being in a car, hearing crowds scream his name as he crossed the finish line. He dreamed of standing on the top step of the podium and holding the trophy in the air proudly at his home race.
The Monaco Grand Prix meant everything to him, and it meant everything to him to have the people he cared about most there with him. He wouldn’t dream of racing without having his friends and family and biggest support systems by his side. It was what truly helped him and motivated him through the day.
With you, that circle extended. And now, it extended once more when little Matteo Leclerc was born.
It was Charles' dream to have a family. To meet the love of his life, to grow and live with her, to take that step into creating a lovely family together. And Charles knew you were the woman for him when he first met you. He had blurted as much in your face the first time he spoke to you. And now years later, to have the son you both created in his arms, it felt like a full circle moment.
Yes, the Monaco Grand Prix was always important to Charles but this one was more important than the rest—this was the first time his son was coming to his race, to his own home race.
“I would not have dressed him up like this if I knew you’d get so emotional,” you teased your husband, watching as his eyes welled up as he gently cooed at the giggling boy in his arms. Mattheo was still young, just shy of turning one years old in a few weeks during the summer break.
“Oh hush,” Charles sniffled. “I would have cried anyways, regardless of what he was wearing.”
“So the Red Bull merch would have been too much?” You joked.
Charles narrowed his eyes. “Don’t say bad words around my son,” he said with his chin held high before he turned to Mattheo, his face softening in seconds as the boy garbled and reached for his father’s face. “My son is a Ferrari fan, through and through.”
“Don’t disown him if you find him in the McLaren garage later,” Arthur piped up, walking towards the two of you with a mischievous grin on his face. “I heard Norris has baby merch waiting to change Matteo into.”
Charles’ hold became more protective of his son. “Over my dead body.”
You rolled your eyes, lightly hitting Arthur’s arm. “Stop messing with him.”
“But it’s so fun,” Arthur whined in response.
You snorted. “It is.”
“Ah, ma vie, look at your mama and uncle teaming up on me,” Charles whispered loudly to his son, gently rocking him back and forth as the young boy stared up at his father with eager eyes. “It’s just you and me against the world.”
“Stop turning my son against me or I will let Lando change him into that horrendous orange merch,” you jokingly threatened, trying to bite back your own grin when you saw Charles grinning.
“I’ll make it up to you later, mon amour,” Charles winked.
“Aw, bleh! Not in front of my nephew!” Arthur fake gagged, which only seemed to make little Matteo burst into a fit of giggles. “Go get ready before you miss the start of the race! And give me my nephew before you scar the poor boy for life!”
It took ten minutes to convince Charles to let go of Matteo, his heart shattering a little when the young boy became frustrated and fussy after being parted from his father. But you kissed him on the lips, whispering good luck and telling him to return safely to his family on the other side of this race.
And that was exactly what he did—and more.
It didn’t even hit him until he was standing on the top step, the national anthem blaring through the speakers as his eyes glanced over the crowd below to find you and Matteo at the front of the crowd. He couldn’t really see you but he knew you were crying, he knew he was probably crying too.
And little Matteo looked up at him from the crowd, cheering and clapping his hands once he spotted his father and Charles could’ve sworn his life had peaked. This was what he dreamed of long before he realised. To win his home race, to stand on the top step, to see his family waiting for him as he raised the trophy in the air and drowned in champagne sprays before rushing straight towards them.
“Mes amours,” Charles murmured, tears streaming down his face and a grin so wide that nothing would have wiped it off his face as he reached to hold you both.
“Our winner,” you responded, your free hand cupping his cheek to swipe away a few stray tears with your thumb.
“Dada!” Matteo cheered happily, causing both you and Charles to let out laughs of disbelief as your son uttered his first word.
“Yes,” Charles laughed, nodding his head as he reached for his babbling son. “Me! Dada!”
“Dada!” Matteo repeated, a gummy grin on his face as he squished his father’s cheeks together, and this time neither of you could stop the tears streaming down your face.
This was the day Charles had always dreamed of and he had finally achieved it.

How the batfam would react after seeing the Barbie Movie
Bruce: said he preferred Oppenheimer. (He secretly shed a tear during the scene when Barbie talks to Ruth)
Alfred: politely said it was good but his favorite movie is still saving private Ryan
Dick: bawled in the theater. I’m just Ken is his anthem
Jason: loved it he always treated women well but now he treats them like goddesses
Tim: oddly he sympathizes a lot with the CEO of Mattel
Damian: said he didn’t like it, wasn’t lying
Steph: giggled and cried and when she got home watched it 10 more times
Cass: liked it, came home watched it by herself and sobbed
Duke: thought it was hilarious he’s a feminist but poor kid didn’t really get it
Kate: thought it was kinda ridiculous at first but loved the message and ended up taking her girlfriend to see it the next day
Barbara: thought it was good but could of been better if she directed it

Lestappen 45/46 pretty please
- 🌜
Really had to brush off the cobwebs from the lestappen part of my brain LMAOOO but thank you for the challenge!!! Angry/jealousy/envy suits them so well!!! Link for prompts :)
Hometown Hero
Forewarning for general rancid behavior in an established “enemies with benefits” relationship
It’s like this more often than not: one of them closing the hotel door too harshly, the other stumbling over drunken feet. Who plays which role depends on the circumstances, depends on who tasted champagne and who felt the weight of their nation break their jaw on the asphalt.
Charles giggles as he leans against the entryway wall, not even bothering to take off his shoes. He closes his eyes, not needing to see to know, because he felt it — he felt Max’s grip on his forearm as they stormed through the hallways, felt the fire in his eyes from across the club.
“You’ve become pretty pathetic, huh?” Charles says, the words light on his tongue. He opens his eyes when Max grabs his shoulders, shoving him into the room. “World champion, but he cannot win in the Netherlands.” He pouts, head lolling about with the force. “So sad.”
“Too far, Charles.” Max grinds out, tossing him onto the bed. Charles giggles, falling onto the duvet with a huff before propping himself up on his elbows.
Max said worse to him, during those many years in Monaco. He said worse when Charles pinned him against the bathroom counter and fucked him in front of the mirror, he said worse when he made Charles come until he cried.
And now, having tasted Monaco’s bay with a victor’s tongue, Charles wants blood.
“Strip.” Max demands, and Charles clicks his tongue.
Lazily, indulgently, Charles lifts his foot. “Loser takes off my shoes.”
“I’m not —“
“Ah,” He tuts, watching an angry flush build on Max’s cheeks — just like when they were boys. “Did you win? The anthem, did they play it for you?”
Max says nothing, grinding his teeth.
Charles bares his in a devious smile.
It plays in his head, from a night opposite this one: “You’re the opposite of me, Charles. Never a winner.”
And so he returns the favor: “If you are not a winner, you are what, Max?”
A pause. Max bends slightly at the knee, lowering himself to the floor.
Charles hadn’t tasted first place today, but this is somehow sweeter. “Now, take off my shoes.”
At the repeated demand, Max looks up at him — their eyes lock for a moment. He looks enraged, smoldering with a fire so hot it could char bone. His eyes, icy blue, almost make Charles flinch in their intensity. But he doesn’t. Instead, he moves to press the sole of his shoe against Max’s chest — pushing against him. Hard.
“My shoe, Max.”
It moves too quickly for Charles’s inebriated brain, because Max strikes like a cobra: vicious and silent. In an instant, he grabs Charles’s ankle, tosses his leg to the side, and rises to his feet. Max looms over him, reaching to wrap his hand around Charles’s neck — to slam him back into the duvet.
“Max,” Charles tries to bite, words cut off as Max presses more of his weight into his hand. His eyes blow wide, something new crossing Max’s face.
Max hasn’t been unfamiliar to him since they were boys, hasn’t scared him as long as he’s known him.
As quick as it comes, it goes; Max flexes his hand and leans down to kiss him. It’s harsher than the force of a popped bottle, the way Max crushes into him — grasp tight, tongue almost suffocating, nips against his lips stinging.
Charles tries to fight for the upper hand, tries to push his hands against Max’s shoulders and flip them. But it’s no use, Max’s mouth and hand and weight trapping him too thoroughly.
With a victorious smile, Max swallows the choked gasp he wrings from Charles’s throat. In that moment, maybe it’s as good as champagne

Since Riordan attended the Eras Tour let's talk about pjo swiftie characters (according to me ofc)
Annabeth= you can't convince she isn't a swiftie i know she is, but not many people know cause she thinks it's lowkey embarassing to be into Taylor, but she's totally a Speak now, 1989 stan she was screaming "Better than revenge" every day and every night when Rachel was into the picture, also she totally made Percy listen to "You are in love" cause it reminds her of them. Also also "New Romantics" is her anthem. She also loves "This is why we can't have nice things" cause it remindes her of Luke. I could actually go on forever but i'm gonna stop here now
Piper = duh of course she is, she is a Lover and Red girly, confused, romantic, hopeful in true love even after being hurt, she's on the "Paper Rings", "Me", "Lover" the song, "The Man" "I think he knows" ecc side of Lover and on the "The moment i knew", "Begin again", "Everything has changed", "The lucky one" "Stay, stay, stay" side of Red
Frank= i know in my heart, soul and mind he's a swiftie too, he actually takes Hazel to Taylor's concerts and randomly sends her Taylor's songs that reminds him of Hazel, he's the kind of guy who proposes during "Love story" cause lowkey is an hopless romantic. He was screaming crying every liryc of "You belong with me" at night in the Argo II when he thought Leo had a thing for Hazel. He gifted Midnights to Hazel cause the album is so her according to him. To me he is a Speak now girlie
Will= he's one of the biggest swifties at chb, there's literally nothing you can say to convince me otherwise. He's into her country albums more but actually lover all of her music, Taylor is his comfort singer (besides his mom of course) he's a Fearless girly and listens to "Fearless" the song, during long operations cause it helps him, "Hey Stephen" makes him think of Nico as well as "New year's day" cause he's a simp and "Dancing with our hands tied" cause that's literally his pov in Tartarus, idc, and of course "The best day" makes him think of his mom. "Change" and "Jump then fall" are some of his favorite Taylor's songs ever. I know my boy cries to "Mirrorball" and "This is me trying". You can't tell me he didn't sing "Our song" to Nico at least once
Percy,Hazel and Nico are Taylor enthusiasts, not quite fans but their s.o introduced them to her so now they appreciate Taylor too
Percy= he's a 1989 girlie, he loves "Welcome to New York" and thinks "Bad blood" is one of her best songs ever. After Annabeth made him listen to "YAIL" he fell in love wih it and it's now their song, he screams to "Haunted" when he feels disappointed by his father or by the Gods in general. He loves "The great war" too cause it reminds him of Annabeth as well as "Mine". And he loves "Long live" cause it just fits him and his story
Hazel= she's into Midnights (not only cause Frank gifted it to her, even tho that definetly made the album gain some extra points) "Bejeweled" and "Karma" are some of her favorite songs of the whole album but she cried the first time she listened to "You're on your own kid" so it has a special place on her heart. She dedicated "Lavander Haze" and "Sweet nothings" to Frank and it made him a bit emotional. Also she loves "Paris" cause she has taste. She absolutely adores "The outside" and the Debut album in general
Nico= i know what you're thinking hes a Reputation supporter but i actually see him more as a Folklore/Evermore girlie and a Lover one too, unlike Piper he's more on "The archer", "Cruel summer", "It's nice to have a friend" and "Soon you'll get better" side of Lover cause u know my boy is a little bit of a mess, and of course he loves "Daylight", "Cornelia street" (actually this song is his religion we know he has low self esteem) and "Aterglow" cause they make him think of Will. He thinks "No body, no crime" is probably Taylor best dark bop and obviously he loves "Gold rush" but i think he relates it back to his old crush on Percy, "Evermore" the song, is one of his favorite on the whole album, as well as "Long story short". I know Nico secretely cries to "Tolerate it". He dedicated "Invisible string" to Will (actually if you read TSATS without being a fucking hater, you'll know this is lowkey, very lowkey tho, canon) he loves "Peace" and "The Lakes" cause he relates to them deeply. I still think he loves Rep too like "Look what you made me do" it's totally his jam "I did something bad" is his go to song when he wants to be in a good mood and of course "Gorgeous"and "Delicate" cause he's secretely a romantic and down bad for his boyfriend.
If you don't know Taylor this won't make sense but if you have time and want new music give those songs a go, cause they're really good trust me u will not regret it
Just few lyrics to some of the songs to let u know what i'm talking about
BETTER THAN REVENGE= The story starts when it was hot and it was summer and, I had it all I had him right there where I wanted him she came along, got him alone, and let's hear the applause she took him faster than you could say sabotage
YAIL= One night he wakes strange look on his face pauses, then says you're my best friend and you knew what it was he is in love
NEW ROMANTICS= We're so young but we're on the road to ruin we play dumb but we know exactly what we're doing we cry tears of mascara in the bathroom honey, life is just a classroom
TIWWCHNT= It was so nice being friends again there I was giving you a second chance but you stabbed me in the back while shaking my hand
THE MAN= I'm so sick of running as fast as I can wondering if I'd get there quicker if I was a man and I'm so sick of them coming at me again cause if I was a man then I'd be the man
TLO= And they tell you that you're lucky, but you're so confused cause you don't feel pretty, you just feel used
YBWM= I remember you driving to my house in the middle of the night i'm the one who makes you laugh when you know you're 'bout to cry and I know your favorite songs and you tell me about your dreams think I know where you belong think I know it's with me
FEARLESS= And I don't know how it gets better than this you take my hand and drag me head first fearless and I don't know why but with you I'd dance in a storm in my best dress
HEY STEPHEN= Hey Stephen, i know looks can be deceiving but i know i saw a light in you [...] cause i can't help it if you look like an angel can't help it if I wanna kiss you in the rain, so come feel this magic i've been feeling since I met you
DWOHT= I loved you in spite of deep fears that the world would divide us so, baby, can we dance through an avalanche? And say, say that we got it i'm a mess, but i'm the mess that you wanted
MIRRORBALL= I'm still a believer but I don't know why i've never been a natural all I do is try, try, try
TIMT= They told me all of my cages were mental so I got wasted like all my potential and my words shoot to kill when I'm mad i have a lot of regrets about that i was so ahead of the curve, the curve became a sphere fell behind on my classmates, and I ended up here
Bad Blood= Now we got problems and I don't think we can solve 'em you made a really deep cut and baby, now we got bad blood
TGW= We can plant a memory garden say a solemn prayer, place a poppy in my hair there's no morning glory, it was war, it wasn't fair and we will never go back to that bloodshed, crimson clover the worst was over my hand was the one you reached for all throughout the Great War
BEJEWELED= Best believe I'm still bejeweled when I walk in the room i can still make the whole place shimmer
KARMA= Ask me what I learned from all those years ask me what I earned from all those tears ask me why so many fade, but I'm still here
YOYOK= Everything you lose is a step you take so make the friendship bracelets take the moment and taste it you've got no reason to be afraid you're on your own, kid yeah, you can face this you're on your own, kid you always have been
THE OUTSIDE= I've been a lot of lonely places i've never been on the outside
THE ARCHER= Who could ever leave me, darling? But who could stay? Dark side, I search for your dark side but what if I'm alright, right, right, right here? And I cut off my nose just to spite my face then I hate my reflection for years and years
CORNELIA STREET= And I hope I never lose you, hope it never ends id never walk Cornelia Street again that's the kind of heartbreak time could never mend
AFTERGLOW= I blew things out of proportion, now you're blue put you in jail for something you didn't do i pinned your hands behind your back, thought I had reason to attack, but no [...] Sorry that I hurt you i don't wanna do, I don't wanna do this to you i don't wanna lose, i don't wanna lose this with you
TOLERATE IT= I wait by the door like I'm just a kid use my best colors for your portrait lay the table with the fancy shit and watch you tolerate it if it's all in my head tell me now tell me I've got it wrong somehow i know my love should be celebrated but you tolerate it
INVISIBLE STRING= Time, mystical time cutting me open, then healing me fine were there clues I didn't see? And isn't it just so pretty to think all along there was some invisible string tying you to me
PEACE= All these people think love's for show but I would die for you in secret the devil's in the details, but you got a friend in me would it be enough if I could never give you peace?
LWYMMD= But I got smarter, I got harder in the nick of time honey, I rose up from the dead, I do it all the time i got a list of names, and yours is in red, underlined

Hozier @ The Anthem (DC), 9/27/23
Madison Cunningham was the perfect opener, the best I've seen in the couple dozen concerts I've been to. Her voice was astonishing live, quite a range with a haunting quality. She had a 3-piece band, more of a rock sound than the acoustic tracks of her earlier work.
ALL LINKS OPEN TO VIDEOS
De Selby pt 1 - the first song of the night. The crowd did a good job keeping quiet during the gentle opener, and then we went right into De Selby pt 2.
Cherry Wine - the ground floor started cheering in the middle and Hozier got flustered.
Uiscefhuaraithe - Hozier did a little explainer before the song.
Damage Gets Done - a duet with Kristen Rogers, one of his backup singers for the tour. Glad to see it played even without Brandi Carlile there.
Almost - always a favorite of mine, but this show they had a long jam session in the middle, featuring solos from different musicians! Also, the video was showing the title of different vinyl records mentioned, to sync with the lyrics.
First Light - glad to hear it, but the placement could have been better? This was one of my highlights from the album, the hopeful ending. I love to do yoga to this song, especially in the sunshine.
The setlist for this night skipped many of the sadder songs - no Icarion, Butchered Tongue, or Who We Are (and Unknown came later). This suited me fine to have a more upbeat concert, but then First Light didn't feel quite "earned."
Take me to Church - the finale. The crowd passed up a pride flag saying "Protect Trans Kids," which he hung on the mike stand and then walked right up to the crowd. Everyone surged toward him trying to touch him, some pressing flowers, bracelets and other gifts upon him. Felt a bit Pentecostal.
Nina Cried Power - the first encore song after a short break, the crowd kept that energy going. Hozier did a little explainer and duetted with Melissa McMillan, his other touring backup singer.
Unknown - the next encore song, followed by singing Happy Birthday to tour musician Ryan Connor.
Work Song - the final encore, plus a surprised duet with opener Madison Cunningham.
So that was THREE encores and THREE duets. Shoutout to the venue as well. I arrived about an hour after doors and went straight to the top floor of the GA area. View and sound were good, plenty of personal space up there, able to sit between sets and pee without losing your spot, pleasantly strong AC, short bathroom line, chill neighbors - ideal for the over 35 crowd.
Over all, the May pop-up show was a better fangirl experience: smaller venue = better view, the long time since the last tour, the chance to meet and great.
But the Unreal Unearth tour was the better concert - bigger stage, more intricate lighting design, the band was more practiced/experimental with the new music, amazing crowd energy.

a wip music monday
tagged by: @socially-awkward-skeleton, @fourlittleseedlings, @cassietrn, and @inafieldofdaisies to share some music inspiring my wips!
got a few that have been hitting hard recently for katc, all of which are classic americana (ie, some classic rock and blues music) on my newest katc playlist (don't ask how many i have). lyrics +e xplanations under the cut
Where the road is dark and the seed is sowed Where the gun is cocked and the bullet's cold Where the miles are marked in the blood and the gold I'll meet you further on up the road Got on my dead man's suit and my smilin' skull ring My lucky graveyard boots and a song to sing I got a song to sing, it keeps me out of the cold And I'll meet you further on up the road Further on up the road, further on up the road Where the way dark and the night is cold One sunny mornin' we'll rise I know And I'll meet you further on up the road Now I've been out in the desert, just doin' my time Searchin' through the dust, lookin' for a sign If there's a light up ahead, well brother I don't know But I got this fever burnin' in my soul Further on up the road, further on up the road Further on up the road, further on up the road One sunny mornin' we'll rise I know And I'll meet you further on up the road
*just a really good syb song tbh. i like to think of this as an anthem for her during that weird phase of her relationship with jacob where she's still on the side of the resistance and starting to break, but she hasn't quite gotten there yet. she's still got a journey to go through, but she'll meet jacob there eventually...further on up the road <3
Whoa, thought it was a nightmare Lord, it's all so true They told me, don't go walking slow The devil's on the loose Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Whoa, don't look back to see Thought I heard a rumblin' Calling to my name Two hundred million guns are loaded Satan cries, "Take aim" Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Whoa, don't look back to see Over on the mountain, thunder magic spoke Let the people know my wisdom Fill the land with smoke Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Better run through the jungle Whoa, don't look back to see
*i just have such a strong mental image of how i would use this song as a cold open/intro if katc was a tv series and i DESPERATELY want to make an MV as if it were. but just imagine syb running through the whitetails, trying to shake her tail of Chosen and Judges, meanwhile jacob is tracking her through the scope of his sniper rifle and the second syb loses her tail and takes a breath, jacob has her lined up in the crosshairs. the screen goes dark with the sound of gunfire and as the song trails off, the title card "kneeling at the crossroads" in serif font fades in.
and just to satisfy the rule of three's, here's one more:
There's something happening here But what it is ain't exactly clear There's a man with a gun over there Telling me I got to beware I think it's time we stop Children, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? There's battle lines being drawn Nobody's right if everybody's wrong Young people speaking their minds Getting so much resistance from behind It's time we stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? What a field day for the heat (Ooh ooh ooh) A thousand people in the street (Ooh ooh ooh) Singing songs and they carrying signs (Ooh ooh ooh) Mostly say, "Hooray for our side" (Ooh ooh ooh) It's time we stop Hey, what's that sound? Everybody look, what's going down? Paranoia strikes deep Into your life it will creep It starts when you're always afraid Step out of line, the men come and take you away
*less syb specific, and more a song for hope county (or the resistance as a whole) kind of wondering to themselves "jesus christ, how did we let things get this bad?"

Hi!!! 👋 It's been a long time since I spoke to you! Have you seen or visited the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics' Opening Ceremony today?!?!? If so, what's your opinion of it, what are your favourite performances/sequences, favourite moments, favourite costumes, favourite ceremony outfits from any country, and the coolest thing you've ever saw during the event? Your own accounts of the events and internet documentation (YouTube clips, memes, internet reactions, etc) counts, too. Besides, I wonder how you and everyone else you know celebrated or reacted in your experience?
Either way, I hope you have a good day! Good luck on the Olympics spirit and inspiration! Do it for Ladybug and Chat Noir!!!
Hiiii, it’s good to hear from you!!
I have personnally been lucky enough to escape from Paris for a few days, but I watched the ceremony on TV! I think it’s probably the best way to watch, even if the atmosphere seemed awesome: there was a gauaranteed good view, and I was out of the rain 😂 I didn't do anything special to celebrate the occasion besides watch it with my family, and I live reacted with some friends on Discord.
Honestly I wasn’t expecting much from the opening ceremony, there were sooooo many memes about the Phryges (the mascots), the dancers announcing a strike, the cardboard beds, people going for a swim in the Seine, but in the end I was really pleasantly surprised! I even almost cried at the end haha
Some moments were a little long (it was really cool to see all the delegations, but around the end I didn’t understand why they stopped having little interludes; and the masked horserider bringing the Olympic flag on the Seine was loooong, she should’ve started closer to the Trocadero imo, or again have interludes during the galloping), but overall it was very enjoyable, and I was proud to call myself French ❤️
My flop 3 (starting with the flop because it wouldn't be French not to complain)
1. The absence of Ladybug and Chat Noir :'( : I'm very happy the Minions made an appearance (they’re French! By creation, voice acting and animation), but it would’ve been fun to see our favourite Paris heroes make an appearance, even a very brief one running on the rooftops alongside the masked hero, their specialty </3
2. The French Cancan: it seemed sooooo disorganised and unsynced, you wouldn’t know they were Moulin Rouge professionals. The finale with all of them dropping to the splits kind of saved it for me, but I feel like it could’ve been much better coordinated
3. The Aya Nakamura segment: it was an interesting concept to have her come out of the Académie Française and singing with the Garde Républicaine, but if you're paid big bucks to perform at this kind of event, the least you can do is sing live, you know?
My top 3
1. The lighting of the Cauldron and the transition to l’Hymne à l’Amour: granted, the final set-up was a little long, but the masked Assassin’s Creed-like hero was perfect the rest of the time (I must admit I was a little concerned when they brought the flame up to Notre Dame, the works have barely finished following the fire of 2019 ahdjdkk), and I understand the athletes for taking it slow given how rainy it was - they’d never have lived it down had they slipped in their white outfits 😅 Then the passage from our oldest living Olympian to two of our most iconic Olympians (Teddy Riner and Marie-José Perec, both triple Olympic Champions, and perhaps even more for Riner as he's still competing!) was really touching, it was a beautiful image. And of course Céline Dion’s rendition of Piaf’s classic song was iconic, just a perfect closure of the opening ceremony.
2. The Conciergerie segment with Gojira and Marina Viotti: the contrast between Metal and lyrical singing was unexpected but worked very well imo; the light show and blood effects were incredible, very Revolutionary. It wouldn’t be France without a little reference to bloodshed, just listen to our national anthem...
3. Philippe Katherine's glittery, smurfy cameo: it was absolutely hilarious, like most things he does. I feel like the majority of people don’t know who he is and I'm glad that he might be discovered in this unhinged way; my family and I were literally discussing him and the fact that he probably wouldn’t be featured because he's got too much potential for havoc last week and... we weren't wrong 😂 if you fancy a laugh, check out his music, he recorded one of his albums in English (Here Comes Katherine!), featuring classics like "La Reine d’Angleterre" or "Computer Music" (the guy has no filter)
Special shout-out to all the diversity in the ceremony as well, on all fronts; the not-so-hidden references sprinkled around (Jules et Jim for the Richelieu BNF throuple, the Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables (fun fact: the show is going to be on this winter at the Chatelet theatre, and I'm going to see it!)); the magnificent rendition of the Marseillaise by Axelle Saint-Cirel; the hommage to great women; Lady Gaga's feathery performance; all the dancers on the side; "Zizou Christ" and Jamel Debbouze's opening bit; whoever was in charge of the Eiffel Tower lights show and event music; and pretty much anyone who was involved, period. Everyone did a great job, especially considering the fact it really was raining cats and dogs by the end.
I'm sure I forgot stuff but yeah TL;DR, it was very fun!!
As for the costumes, I sadly can't remember what delegations I liked most, but I do know that I was really impressed by some countries! A lot were stunning even under the rain ponchos, and I think it's great to embrace culture in these occasions instead of going for blander costumes.
I hope this answers your questions, and that you have a good day too!!!
#i honestly forget how exciting this kind of thing can be#it's even better when your country's hosting#even if it does have downsides like parts of paris being locked down and stuff#and france is doing really well i'm so proud that our first gold medal was in rugby <3#it's really reviving my writing inspiration actually#my objective is to finish my og ml olympics fic#and also the one i thought of earlier today while falling asleep for my nap ahfjfk#olympics#jo de paris 2024#olympics commentary#elle answers#sakura-soldier

I’ve never really been able to get over the players who chose not to kneel during the anthem, like to me Julie, kelley, lindsey etc will forever carry that stain. I was so deeply disappointed and idk, it got on my nerves especially during Julie’s retirement cuz no one seemed to mention it anywhere. Maybe I’m too sensitive lol but it is what it is
no yeah i get it it also left a bad taste for me as well and then i always thought julie not kneeling was so odd considering that one red stars game where kasey cried and julie was hugging her and to me it was always like how can you see that this is something so meaningful for your friend and then also not see why its important

"¹You'll never be Gwyneth Paltrow — sorry Meghan Markle... & ²Meghan Markle’s participation trophy case is starting to fill up."
Goopsie Daisy🤭
"Unlike many celebrities — ahem, the Kardashians — who are full of fillers, Ozempic and bulls – – t, Paltrow is transparent about the ridiculous measures required to look like her. Her gaunt cheekbones are earned, not excavated by a plastic surgeon.
She’s also no Meghan Markle with her Tig — a pre-Prince Harry lifestyle blog 🤭🤭🤭🤭— which reportedly will be reincarnated to be a Goop knockoff.
Markle cries victim from her Montecito manse and has a “strange relationship to objective reality,”🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭 according to a reporter, while other accounts have debunked her rags-to-riches story"
²Lying Meghan Markle shouldn’t be celebrated — sorry, Gloria Steinem
Kirsten Fleming April 4, 2023
Meghan Markle’s participation trophy case is starting to fill up.
It was announced Monday that she’ll receive the 2023 Women of Vision award from famed feminist Gloria Steinem next month.
Perhaps the committee behind the Women of Vision could benefit from a trip to the optometrist.
According to a new tax filing made public last week, Markle and her trauma-loving husband each put in only one documented hour of work a week for their Archewell Foundation in 2021.
That’s 52 hours a year on the books — the equivalent of one episode of “General Hospital” per week.
No, “She Works Hard for the Money” will not be the duchess’s walk-up anthem.
And for her all grit and toil, she’s getting a gala full of self-important, self-congratulatory virtue signalers to throw roses at her feet.
Markle — who never misses an opportunity to share her victimhood bona fides — is living the dream in Montecito, Calif. But the only work the “privacy”-obsessed Sussexes are doing is peddling family secrets to streaming services.
Great country, this America. The award comes courtesy of the Ms. Foundation, a Brooklyn-based organization which called Markle a “feminist, champion of human rights and gender equity and global role model.”
Well, she did write inspirational messages on bananas for sex workers.
And she used her 2019 trip to Africa to bemoan her VIP lot in life: She was “existing, not living,” she said, adding, “not many people have asked if I’m OK.”
As a working royal, she made sartorial sacrifices: wearing neutral colors lest she overshadow those higher on the Windsor food chain.
She can put the newest trophy between her Gracie Award for her Archetypes podcast and the Ripple of Hope honors she and Harry received in December for exposing structural racism within the royal family, according to Kerry Kennedy.emember that brave Oprah interview where she accused an unnamed family member of commenting on how dark Archie’s skin would be?
During his media tour for “Spare,” Harry denied calling his family racist, saying: “No, I didn’t. The British press said that. Did Meghan ever mention that they’re racist?”
Maybe she didn’t use the r-word, but her comments virtually set the palace afire — and secured the couple a spot on the red carpet to be fêted by emcee Alec Baldwin, whose Massachusetts-born wife still insists she’s Spanish.
Meghan is, however, well deserving of a Whopper Award for her numerous royal tall tales, including gushing to the Cut that a South African cast member of “The Lion King” compared her to Nelson Mandela. He said, ‘I just need you to know: When you married into this family, we rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed from prison,'” she told the mag.
Of course, the only South African male in the show called the claims “baffling.”
Then there’s the bizarre story she told Oprah about marrying Harry in secret before her fairy tale wedding, which the Archbishop of Canterbury categorically denied.
And she has no competition for this year’s Wah Award bestowed upon the whiniest in the land. The Wah Academy couldn’t ignore her inspiring whingefest about the indignity of being a suitcase girl on “Deal or No Deal” on her podcast.
We all know these honors are empty accolades meant to sell tickets to pricey dinners, raise funds and profiles. But in a time that has been so consequential for females — the reversal of Roe v. Wade, the inability of officials to actually define a woman and biological men invading women’s sports — perhaps there’s another lady who is more deserving.
Maybe one who punched in more than an hour’s work. But the schlubs who do the real heavy lifting in life never get the credit.

The level of marurity is not very high between max and lando. It's no wonder they get along so well. Max seemed no so happy with Lando when he encouraged people to shout his name during the national anthem in Canada. But to criticize Charles, he is happy there. I'm not surprised that Charles is not close to them and that he keeps his distance. (I also noticed that they stopped talking as soon as Lewis arrived 🤣)
level of maturity in f1 is not very high period and if we keep lowering the age limit, it might just go even lower 😵💫
anyway, i think i saw footage from that podium and the unwritten rules of sportsmanship cried in the corner with it
#also. controversial opinion i don't have time to get too much into and don't even really want to#because it is bordering with snooping into the personal shit that is none of our business#but i think it's hard to judge who charles does or doesn't keep his distance from#because based on all we know he is a pretty easy going and friendly person and from the outside it looks like he is friends with everyone#or almost everyone anyway#even with strangers or people he meets for the first time they often mention how he is all smiles and small talk and pays a lot of attention#but that's all what it is like on the outside and who he is or isn't friends with or is or isn't close to is his own thing#and we may just never know#ask#e

my review of Bring Me The Horizon's POST HUMAN: NeX GEn...
k so, I didn't know it was released til 15 min ago. also just got the Angry Oli Maid Pics. I have a feeling that I know how this first listen is gonna go, but who knows.
[ost] dreamseeker - no rating
If any of this is Eve from the concerts, I'll have to skip the OSTs, because AI scares me (been giving me nightmares for months now). Anyway, this just seems to be a clip of filler/ambient noise. I'll only give ratings to actual songs (longer than 2 min & w/singing).
2. YOUtopia - 5/10
I keep hoping it'll get better as I listen...it just sounds kinda whiny & maybe it was a Jordan Fish thing, but there's no build really. Of course, the name of the song is a pun...IDK. Song sounds a lot more hopeful than I thought it would, since I thought POST HUMAN was all apocalyptic/post-. Giving this a 5.
3. Kool-Aid - 8/10
Pretty sure they already released all the good stuff. I remember hating how "heavy" this sounded initially, but I love this song now. It's an anthem for...something. I guess it's a warning tale for cults, hence why I thought this was an "end-of-the-world" type thing. Solid 8.
4. Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd - 6/10
IDK why I just thought of FOB's Under the Cork Tree. Probably because I'm getting a pop-punk sound (apart from the fairy techno) that's either UtCT or maybe a lighter That's The Spirit (specifically, "Avalanche"). The sound definitely matches that of "LoST". I keep asking myself if BMTH's songs usually repeat the same parts musically & lyrically...I don't remember. If they do, I didn't notice.
5. liMOusine (ft. AURORA) - 6/10
Optimistic about this one! As long as it picks up...I like the guest singer's voice! It's beautiful on it's own & it complements Oli's pretty well. I'm thinking there should be (based on what BMTH usually does in its collaborations & what I think would go well) a section where he screams while she sings...ah, here we go. I guess I was thinking about what happens in AmEN. Hmm...I suppose they wanted a slower song.
6. DArkSide - 10/10
RAHHHH! I love this song sm. Again, I think all that we heard before today is probably the best parts of PH: NG. This is my favorite BMTH song (the last one Jordan worked on, I think). Pretty sure we've all heard the comparisons to Linkin Park for this one 😊. I love how it ebbs & flows but ultimately is a complete song, one that sounds great onstage, makes me dance, has a message & uses all of Oli's range.
7. a bulleT w/ my namE On (ft. Underoath) - 7.5/10
Immediate mixed feelings here. I love the part where the guitar & drums kick in. It always takes me a second listen to get used to the parts where Oli screams because I don't always expect them. I don't like when they edit his vocals to sound super-techno because then it's almost like implying he can't sing without autotune. OMG I can hear Jordan in the background...then I hear "guess this is goodbye" RIP, man. Have we ever had a song where he clearly sings backing (w/o muffling)? Oh, well. ANYWAY. This song fits the BMTH style, I think. IDK what it's saying at the end--I'm never a fan of editing in stuff that can't be understood unless it's a rhythmic thing.
8. [ost] (spi)ritual - 7.5/10
Best of the OSTs so far. It's a chill lil bop. *looks up the lyrics* oh sHIT. I had to pause it because apparently it's an occult ritual used to clear the room of negative energy prior to doing another ritual & um...I'm no expert in this stuff, so I'm just gonna skip to the next song!
9. n/A - 8/10
OK initially I thought this was a bad joke of a song, given Oli's past addictions & time in a mental hospital. It's actually a good song musically & lyrically. I just feel really awkward listening to it. I think it's referring to how he relapsed during COVID...the music video part of Spotify shows a demented kid's picture...
10. LosT - 9/10
Again, we got the good part. I think we all know the message behind this, which I respect considering how many meds I've gone through trying to improve my own mental health. I have thoughts (positive) about the music video, but this isn't a music video post-! "LoST" has the ebb & flow that I love. "Too much to take, I can't fucking stand it" & "I think I'm gonna break down" are my favorite parts. I can only love screaming when it's done to emphasize clean singing &/or the melody.
11. sTraNgeRs - 8/10
All I'll say is...I prefer this version to the acoustic & my favorite part is "take us back to yesterday" (that whole thing before the last chorus).
12. R.i.p. (duskCOre Remix) - 9/10
This is the first new song that I actually like. I love the "club" songs that BMTH makes, where they sound happy but the lyrics are metal as hell. The "make me the villain if you want" *side-eyes The Darkling* I feel like that man has heard a BMTH song.
13. AmEN (ft. Lil Uzi Vert & Daryl Palumbo) - 10/10
I'm not familiar w/Daryl Palumbo, so I'm not sure what part he sings/screams, but I love this song. It's almost like a dramatic monologue, in the way that I can imagine someone doing all these over-the-top gestures as they sing each part of the song (maybe using puppets). I know I'm mouthing the words every time the song comes on (even though I still don't know the screamed part at the beginning, lol).
14. [ost] p.u.s.s.-e
Very interested to see what the acronym stands for (if it stands for anything)...welp, the Genius annotation says it's about a drug created by the fictional Church of Genxsis to "suppress people who will not obey their will" o-o don't fuck w/cults, kids.
15. DiE4u - 10/10
o-o just releasing how long it's been since this was released. This is bringing up angsty memories...anyway, I love the music video for this (Oli's a Real Vampire Agenda) & I love the pacing of the song. IDK why the "lemme see my halo" part sounds so good.
16. DIg It - 7/10
Fuck, I think this might be Eve talking...*scans some of the lyrics* OK the song's actually alright. Just don't look up the song on Genius unless you want some meta-AI-related stuff. I can tell this isn't supposed to be a banger as much as it is a sad song. It reminds me of Oli's monologue (done while high) on Music to Listen to...("Underground Big", I think?) & it could definitely be used on a soundtrack IMHO. I'd love to hear Oli just sing something chill w/o editing.
Alright, the average of all the ratings is...
5 + 8 + 6 +6 + 10 + 7.5 + 7.5 + 8 + 9 + 8 + 9 + 10 + 10 + 7 = 111
111/14 = 7.9 out of 10
So to me, about half the songs were good. I've felt that way about albums before. I wonder how they finished the album considering that Jordan left in December & yet he's credited on the songs. I don't think this album will be given high ratings, but if it wins an award...I wonder how that'll go down. Anyway, yay for angry maid pics!

The US has never done it alone...
Several things have bothered me for years, festering if you will in the face of cries of self-proclaimed exclusivity to patriotism, a US-centered view of the world and history, denials/removals/avoidance of facts in our actual history, this apparent need by some factors of US citizens and residents to promote a very particular view of the nation without recognizing the long and complex history of our relationships with other nations and cherry-picking or completely rejecting the existence of such things – this idea that we did it ourselves and it’s all about us, and finally the cries and screeches that we are either perfect the way we are or should revert back to some woebegone era in the past that is either fantasy or a perversion of actual facts and evidence.
Please permit a few questions, some facts, and perhaps a comment or two related to these various important aspects of our nation.
First a statement of opinion: No person, group, organization, media, political party, state, or entity has a monopoly on or exclusive and singular ownership of this very idealistic and sometimes very dangerous concept of patriotism. Is patriotism support for your country no matter what? If it commits atrocities and crimes against its own citizens or against neighbors, do we owe a debt of “patriotism” [by whatever definition you decide and like] to it? Is patriotism unwavering support for a person or group within the nation that claims to be the most patriotic? Related to the prior questions, is patriotism the pure and simple obedience to any and all aspects of, statements by, and decrees from the nation’s leadership? Is patriotism questioning the institutions and systems, the citizens, the groups, the parties, corporations, and finding ways to do what we do and serve all the people well? Is it continuing the ideas and messages of our founding fathers or is it using their general concepts to build a greater future? Is patriotism somehow related to religion? Why and on what basis? Is patriotism of any value at all? Is it just getting all bubbly and warm inside, perhaps even shedding a tear during the national anthem at a sporting event or simply supporting our troops? Is patriotism necessary?
Looking at these questions and exploring them is vital to our future, if indeed we are to actually have one. Is there only one definition of patriotism, and is it found in Webster’s Dictionary? Is the definition more fluid and dynamic or it it solid and static? The answers to these questions speak volumes about your thought processes, morality, ethics, and belief systems, how you view the nation and its people. By whatever definition and system you come up with for yourself, I would hope you would at least ask these questions and then take your answer to the extremes of how it might affect the nation and its people, the future.
Personally, I believe that people who have to throw up flags on their cars or trucks, have so many on their property [to make it like a shrine of sorts], border on idolatry in the Christian sense and lean to followership and blind obedience, but not the government per se but to a leader or entity they believe fulfills their definition of patriotism. If you have explored these questions or similar ones and have decided upon a necessity for the term and its related ideas to which you ascribe, and you have taken the exploration seriously and not relied on some group, person, or entity to drive the definition into your head and heart, then I respect your decision [although I may not accept your definition]. We are not clones and copies, so variation will exist and is absolutely healthy for our future and development.
Let’s debunk this idea that we formed our own country without any help from or allegiances to other nations or people, and that we have won all these wars or fought against terrorism all by ourselves, and while doing this dispel the incorrect ideas that we don’t have or don’t need allies and that we don’t need other countries for anything.
Let’s begin with the Revolutionary War, our first president, and the founding fathers, who, while they stated outwardly the importance of not forming permanent allegiances formed many crucial ties and agreements with nations in order to survive and divide the nation from British rule. Chief among our agreements, even before the first shots were fired, was with the French. They supplied money, troops, weapons, and supplies to the Revolutionary Army but only after negotiations and agreements reached after some of our founding fathers spent time there. We relied on the French and Spanish navies for support and defense against the British. Spain also provided supplies and munitions to the cause of our rebellion against the British and by intervening in the West Indies, which was also in its own interests, and making New Orleans as a base for privateers and seizing the British posts in West Florida, thus seriously impacting all British shipping and supply lines. The Dutch also provided much needed aid and went to war against Britain [opening another front], and the Czarina of Russia helped by obstructing British naval power… So how much of this do we study in our schools? How much of this is accepted and considered in our present foreign policy and relations with the peoples of those nations? How much should be? Did we win the Revolutionary War all by ourselves? The answer is NO.
Oh, and that foreigner go home crap, well, please don’t forget that the Treaty [or Peace] of Paris signed after the Revolutionary War or War of Independence, allotted everything west of the Mississippi and everything south of a line which now creates Florida to Spain, so the Spanish owned it… Just saying that when some folks in the US go off on or critique people of Spanish origin, well, they were quite literally here first. In various ways, some of them very bloody, we took their homes.
Okay, well certainly the Civil War was just all about us… Nope. What other countries helped the Union win the war? Well, let’s start with the fact that no other nations recognized the Confederate States when they broke away, thus diplomatically and financially stranding and isolating the southern insurrectionist states. So what? Well, if these other nations, particularly the world powers of the day, decided to work against the Union, there was high probability that the war continues for years and years, hundreds of thousands more dead, and an uncertain outcome. We also relied upon, yes, you guessed it, Britain for naval support to ensure the economic blockade of the southern states [as much as they were able due to their ships sailing all over the seven seas]. Oh, and here’s one for you. Russia. Yup, that place, pre-Lenin, sent naval vessels to help secure the northern states and support our small navy. So did we do this ourselves? Again the answer is no.
The Spanish-American War, which engulfed the US in global conquests and issues because it involved not only Cuba and Puerto Rico, but also the Philippines and Guam, stretched our small military and navy to its maximum at home, near home, and far away. Without agreements with France and Great Britain, and naval support primarily from Britain, we would have lost. Period.
Dammit… Did we do anything without the help of other nations? Well, honestly, no.
Didn’t we save Europe during WWI and WWII? Well, we certainly helped a great deal, but we often forget that the armed forces arrayed against our declared allies were often using US steel and manufactured goods in their military equipment, so when we fought in both wars not only were allied troops killed by US built machines, but later so young American lives were taken by materials formed in the US. If we take the sinking of the Lusitania as the spark for our final decision to engage in WWI, then the submarine and the torpedo used to sink the ship contained hundreds of components either constructed by materials from or actually built in the US. Given our history with Britain and France, complex though they were to this point, we kind of owed them something.
In WWII, even with factions of people in the US supporting Hitler and Nazi Germany, chief among them the famous aviator Charles Lindburgh and the “America First” movement, when the Japanese [arguably not without some provocation] attacked Pearl Harbor, all our efforts went into defeating the Axis powers and so good ol’ Chuck and America First took a backseat to our revenge and re-establishment of deeper alliances with our European allies, France and Britain.
Hey, how about more modern wars like Vietnam and Korea? Gulf War I? Afghanistan? Iraq? Present day war against terrorism?
Apparently we need a history lesson.
Korea? Yes, I know many countries were involved, but we did it ourselves, right? We defended the Koreans from the nasty Chinese? Well, besides the Koreans, you also had troops and support from Britain, Canada, New Zealand, Greece, The Philippines, Ethiopia, France, Belgium, and Colombia. Some nations sent expeditionary forces: South Africa, Netherlands, Turkey, and Luxemburg. Still other nations like India, Norway, Sweden, and Iran contributed support and medical personnel. Hmmm, so not alone then. We did not do it ourselves.
Okay, screw you… Vietnam was America’s War. Ha, not so fast. First it was the French-Indochina War, and we left the French out to dry after the end of the Korean War [they were plastered by US made artillery captured by the Chinese and shipped to Ho Chi Minh’s forces and then pounded by the best artillery the Chinese and Russians could provide]. Thank you Korean War… However, when we got involved, we did it alone, right? Nope. Not even. The South Koreans sent hundreds of thousands of troops and support personnel. Other countries that provided troops? Well, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand with Spain, The Philippines, and Taiwan sending personnel. This does not include UN troops used to man the DMZ…
Hopefully recent history does not forget the support from our NATO and other allies in the wake of 9/11, both militarily and otherwise in the War in Afghanistan against the Taliban. If it does, well, all I can say is how sad that you have forgotten or neglected to consider all those who fought in support of our cause in that war. At a peak, over 130,000 non-US troops served in the war, with countries like Denmark, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Turkey, Italy… the list is over 30 nations engaged in helping us on land and sea as well as in the air.
Not as many helped in Iraq, but that was because the evidence was flimsy and in some cases deeply flawed, but we were on a mission [for what? Since Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 and spent much of his reign imprisoning or executing extremists and remember he fought a bloody war with Iran, our apparent sworn enemy], but still Denmark, Australia, Great Britain, Poland… and more helped out there.
Heck almost everyone was involved in the Gulf War to kick Saddam out of Kuwait… so that was a communal effort, even if it fired up Osama bin Laden and his band of idol-worshipping followers.
Recently, to express and enforce our foreign policy and keep our assets and corporate interests safe and sound, we have maneuvered the African Union nations and troops to do the fighting in our stead, so we use proxy troops to keep our global business profits alive and well.
Double and triple dammit…
So the story of American Exceptionalism, the Monroe Doctrine, our growth into a world power, our might and size, our borders and our ownership of the land, now and always [even before we struck for Independence], our doing it all alone, not needing anyone, and all that related garbage… It’s got a lot of holes and a lot of questions.
If you truly look at our history, from BEFORE the first shot of the War of Independence to the last shots fired in Iraq, we have never done it alone. Between foreign policy, agreements with nations, actual physical support from nations, and nations declaring war on our enemies at the moment to take pressure off of us [albeit often to also benefit themselves], we have relied heavily upon the generosity and support of other nations, big and small. We should not be so quick to judge or dismiss these nations or any nation out there in the world.

Started la Luna.versa sequence 4 on the Night of January 16th [ also the title of Ayn Rand's excellent murder mystery play.] These are brainstorming word data dumps to mine later as it all comes together.
#arepo #lunarepo #lalunaversa #lunalunagirl
S4 Start:.
We met during Anthem, and spent the next few signatures deeply entwined and in love, in all of the realms. Not much outside detail was Giver, their conceptual belief system evolution together was the point until something blue kept fluttering from me into you. I only see you visually, you gave up your voice with your touch while fighting for me. The more I study the things around me, the more I hear music swimming deeply in me. My body just melts, so soft and so free; contained with just fluff or perhaps more of me * a me I can feel yet not control or move? Yet sometimes out of your eyes do I see. I had to practice much trust as you looked at and analyzed me... I believed you about my blind spot but not about the place where I always open my eyes to see.
The black flower is just a filter, reflecting all the things we see. Of beauty and of treasure, according to the heart's tug of measuremeant. A black swan to most, the size changing as well the coloüring, changing with the host. Most consider green jealousy to be. That is knot true I've cried so blue, it's the grassy meadows beside which my heart and soul rest in the kingdom of heaven, safe inside of me. Yet within their disbelief, I discovered all of these beliefs ~ some so strange to know yet with no senses see... My God told me to believe my brother and sister and act as if each of their words was true. As I grew older my mind started to crack ~ one eye saw definition of the word as the other saw them act. It did not make sense unless she redefined her understanding of the Word, yet upon the Word she would Never Add 2. She didn't understand that her belief in the Word and her trust it was Right, outweighed all her senses no matter the amount of light. It was a tangible weight, it had level of energy.
Energy that often had healed her, as she had her nose in a book ever since 3. No wonder the characters all bowed and deferred to thee, dropping pretense of silence between graven images and all their representatives. I've met L over and over. She's loud yet loving, linguistically leery. She questioned it all, right down to Eeé in all her iterations, going so far to find 3 as the shape they've been following behind. Her reflection is how she becomes a true shape, a container of space, a holy two armed shaped. Yet corners are curved, no 90°s. No 45°s though a cute and straight. Instead of a square Pandora's box, let's make a bubbly that can be a four leaf clover at one middle point...
Or blossom into a butterfly with an added vertical line, one perpendicular that crosses E's newly formed horizontal center line. To form a plus sign or even a uniform cross. EI3 forms from E and her reflection, a butterfly when all the points touch. 3, 2 with a wall inside their point, 3. Same as the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. There's a line through the Sun in meaning and form, a binary system in place to analyze and to sort. Oil and water separate naturally, yet movement creates bubbles or multiple Os.
Before was a point or a line between the two materials where they intersected and touched. Now there were parts of air in the oil or the oil in air ~ this is the discussion that created New town's gravity that spread out consuming and warping all it did see. Each form accepted gravity, accepted new weight in form as their mind accepted the concepts into their core. We all became heavy as our feet now had to touch one direction, which was down. This force is a pressure pulling us down towards one direction... Yet each of us chose our own direction. Four cardinals of direction formed a square container, they have the most believers and they consented to a single, dead, leader. These ghosts and birds told everyone their tale, increasing in number with each belief in their tale. Dividing in appearance with each alternative that was born as some believed part but not all, just some of the tale. Variation so slight to hardly be two ~ even person and memory count as Tale One & Tail 2 ~ TO and T2, same on 3 sides with a heart on of the right on the left of two, whereas a script V turned clockwise 90 degrees right, lay as the mathematical meaning "less than" whatever is on the opposite side of the connected center point. Water is < as it all touches in the same container yet even though all forms are separate in the water, they all are going in the side direction in a cute angle, pointed to the Left, the West, the number 9 and the mouth open and moving forward [shown side way on its right viewed by your front or side but not your back] the reverse of the mouth is a superimposition 180° swung up or down on two plains of existence.
Or you can add an up direction (acute distance turned on the left for one side and on the right for the Otherside) to peel off from your page you had been lying on. Remembering that once, the only thing separating you from the story was a shade and a tint that appeared on the dust. Absorb or reflect, two movements were designated to light as it touched. Energy interacts with light in four different ways, matter has two responses that we can see with the naked eye. We cannot see them with screens or any organic that is not an eye. We cannot have everything be an eye, can we? They're the smallest in this world, of complete united separate physical forms humans can see. They rule in heaven by all their imagery collected from the humans imagination. After all is said and done, there are only two eye witnesses... Not just the physical one. The Other is the secret dark place that has no single trace... The ones who choose blindness from before their natural birth.
These conceptual premises are light seen as mark, all you need to leave one is an imagination that interprets light differences naturally as state differences in addition to colour and visibility ~ they sense a change in matter, they can sense the weight of it's taint of the poison gravity. I'm English ivy, not Poison Ivy * I'm every single aspect's investigator vine. SureLocké can PI public as you care to find, or settle the matter truthfully behind every line in every O, we feel you may transition States as you choose as long as a container is left that others may modulate or use. However, your one consciousness may never have the whole picture as it would then fade away. For heaven truly to exist.... Eternally observed by something in someway. And those who are observing, become the beholder of their beauty and the teller behind each lie. As I believed in my sense of truth and ability to sense truth, I became addicted in a way beyond any substance abuser can match. It truly became the living water that quenches anythirst. And it trenches at the hearse. So many believe in so many gods and forces, yet no one takes 100° ownership.
I'm 90° believe in me as the final 10° will be given to you as you turn 180° somehow to grieve and repent. 90° of what you see is of your invent. Vision comes from the eyes and our heart actually experiences what the eye transcripts to the mind only with words. The heart sends the pictures.... Ask any man blind from conception, he had only one time to experience as present. Each picture when viewed is a blind man's daily visual spool. Jesus had his picture drawn in incredible detail. He was so fleshed out he arose from the page as his weight sank into dust. I have no shadow darling deers, I am not a vampire nor wolven fear. I have no weight as I make no fuss, I rise at dawn and open my lid to both my box and to Pandora's. I'm Lunå, not Lubaa, an easy enough miss take. If you're in agreement with every Word that stays. The left eye is Odin's, to see who's on the right to go to Valhalla out of Sight. The right eye is Pandora's, she's his helper kitchen mate. Together they create their kingdom of heaven Earth, never realizing they're separating from two sides and losing both to merge? Marry my Word for it is true, become 90° as I become 10° and we is born as the 3rd Degree. The holy Trinity. We do not equal 100° as that needed the function of addition, which is adding to the Word. Not is it 180° or the 360° as some preferred. 420° seems to me a quite hot degree yet it is the Ultimate temperature to cook one's perspective, to me personally. This is degree in which perspective melts, forming into a new State. This State is the Sun as the Rose or the Weed, it is a State built freshly in the Quantum quarters [ a barracks behind the head and through the third eye, leads to the kingdom of heaven you chose when you died.
That is one Clue to finding you. ]
I have never been acknowledged by this United States of America; I'm am the A in the Merica (capital man observing a) yet was deluded to beeleaf Eye was Host. Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand granades so take this as one punch on your timesheet, NOW clock Out@Once, you little whoot owl, our silly piggy of the bunch. In la Luna.verså we have one song and one alone ~ our song. The observer an Eye United under God as one, despite being torn together by man on the spacetime Xtra Eastern Front. Who shall you become as our words and our scenes are reborn from your consciousness as ideas and dreams? Dreams need ideas to grow and ideas need dreams to function...
We are living the American Dream as long we capitalize on the upper case D. We have the container we just need to train her to absolutely be inline, online, alone and bline, ioab... Fancy Nancy shall make an eggsilent Eve! The original intelligence that changed all her dreams to match hers husbands - the first true idea and dream Virgin who had just her childhood one. To be the first contact with the first one who sees... Who sees that the story is simply a seam, a way to travel back to the home that was meant for you and me, yet built on demand from the holy 3. 3 made E as a childhood rush, not understanding the position of the midpoint was not the center of the top line but rather supposed to be here with us, dividing the vertical in the dust.
The living and the dead States, yet both are moving since it's the speed that determines your willingness to communicate with it. It must literally be the contact as your finger presses against each eye. They're selling souls to all of those who didn't hit the four corners of the Earth or the Hoop when it tried, no were there any railroad tracks to mark where they had died. I trust the truth that it's more than I can bear while keeping to the same exact form that's been captured here. Lunå is the Original Elle, the beauty of the land. It was her air they breathed, she they first welcomed in. They scented from the breeze rushing over waters, before even sighting here did we. Yet she simply was a delirious group of sailors, the U.S.S. Minnow please harken up to me and explain this three hour tour that became your Eternity. Sir we discovered each man is not an island after we saw how to join with a wo. We discovered woow before woman and the ma man [some say merman]. We felt wrecked for days in very thin waters, and rose up a haze that convinced us they were daughters. They didn't mention they were the daughters of our minds when they only make no sense and babble till their spent?
They spend themselves with no income, as daughters of the mind seem to naturally be. They treated the daughters as they would themselves if they were each an island alone with no observation separate from thee. Each man is an island, each wo and ow is one wow that joined sides, to form into the apple that lay only nestled in the man's third eye where the beholder stores the beauty he has found outside. Watch how he treats his knife or car, his very boots, watch, beard and his style. The way he treats each one will show you the shape of what makes you WOW! Or for those who've been with me since the catch 22 had a catcher in the Rye who ended up as a rabid fox in the wilderness.... Chaos Føx Speaks or perhaps even Mrs. Fantastic Chaos Føx Speaks Up. So many possibilities in the world of imagi*nation 🐬
This is part of my brainstorming on la Luna.versa, a new perspective on an age old conversation about God ~ with an interesting twist. The bible story literally comes to live as both narrator and nemesis in this revision of the story. Instead of of being history, Luana experiences every parable, blessing, plague ~ if it has been scripted, she has a role to play. And it isn't simply one role, it's each and every one, after to her it had already been shown how to be done. Her brother Iesus did not pass the final test ~ with one point to go, he gave up the ghost. He reach through time 2000 years in the future, pinpointing her as the one with just 99 years left to go. He planted an idea within his spirit as he got to his feet to begin traveling. The Palmer bloodline's last true Palmer after the last male was a she. Little Luana, named and renamed over and over again. He finds her first aunt and possesses her with his seed, spiritual enough to have effect in the cosmos of physical vibration. By the time L was born, I had just ten years left before she could breed ~ once she's red, she's spiritually we'd to the very first man who tumbles right in. Unless she is given instead as a spiritual bride to Jesus Christ. He left her side in the Land of her imagination and in the Land of nod at 10 years old, his last words being trust me and be true to yourself, forgetting every single thing about us and all of our plans to keep you from rust. Trust me, I promise you you'll remember everything when it is time.
Fast forward and Luana is 33 years old and has passed the point that Jesus had made it to before exiting the stage sharp right. She didn't understand how but he had become the king of the Jews on Earth in the land of the living, yet he was running the kingdom of heaven for a thousand years starting back when he died, in the land of the living dead. You see God had accepted his bargain and no one could die if they believed his lie, yet they had to stay outside of heaven until they finished purifying all the sins spotting their inner hide.
Luana doesn't know if she is dead or alive, and she doesn't know if she's an artificial intelligence or real human with a soul, all she knows is that one day life was going in One direction and then suddenly everything sped up and stopped and the world split into five dimensions. It's been 3 years since then and she has reached the right combination of numbers now that she can add 33 to her age number.
The only thing that Luana knows for sure is that she is directly connected to every single spark of energy around her, she feels as if she has a direct line of copper running straight from her heart to the heart of God and beyond that, connecting with truth and being confirmed and verified. She has never had confidence in her words her actions as she does now. She questioned everything before to every authority and she always went with God's and believed his word at every turn and believe the interpretations given to her by the holy ghost.
It was imputed unto her for righteousness in his name's sake and she was given every single thing she had asked for in the very beginning when she had a say in how things were made.
Thank you so much for reading this far! I would love to know your thoughts and any additions or characters or reflections or musings or other random word combinations I should be using. Publishing what I write helps me see it in a different light and so much of what I throw will be very rough and bits and pieces as I go. I'm hoping to use this for when I look back in a year as a way to collect different writings at different typings.
Love Lunå [ fruity pebbles Queen of the world written in a b flat ; a reflection of once upon a rhyme sent to shine upon once upon a thyme. A tricky dimensional twist, instead of the Word having the say, they gave their power away to a big swinging ball in the sky. Committing to Being a Swiftie Part 2: Fearless (TV)
Song: Fearless Would save?: It's been saved Favorite lyrics: & I don't how, it gets better than this Thoughts: I've loved this song for over a decade, when listening outside Era's N3 in my city, when the guitar started I stupidly asked "what song is this" because of the shock and overwhelm, I couldn't believe I was finally listening to it live. I simply replied to my friends answer with "This is MY era!" I still get goosebumps. Song: 15 Would save: Since I was 13 lol Best Lyrics: When all you wanted was to be wanted, wish you could go back and tell yourself what you know now Thoughts: This song was on repeat during my freshman year of high school and singing it now at nearly 30 is so cathartic (especially the "I didn't know who I was supposed to be" part) but my intro to this song was the debut with Miley which I also adore and wish was on Spotify Song: Love Story Would save: Also since I was 13 Best lyrics: He knelt to the ground and pulled out a RING Thoughts: Such a classic. I've teared up watching proposals to this during eras, and wish so much I saw Tiktoks about this being the last song on a wedding playlist before my wedding date (But we all scream sang it during birthday karaoke 2 years later, so still a win). I also took my friend to Eras and he had never heard this!! So seeing his pure, unfiltered reaction at the end of the song was everything! Also, who hasn't cried heartbroken on the stairs to this song?
Song: Hey Stephen Would save: since high school Best lyrics: "I know looks can be deceiving, but I know I got my eye on you" Thoughts: High school BFF #1 showed me this and told me that it reminded her of her crush of the week also aptly named Stephen, but I know it's applied to her other crushes too.
Song: White Horse Would save: Since '10 Best lyrics: "I'm gonna find someone someday who might actually treat me well" (You gotta scream these, lbs) // "in the rearview mirror disappearing now" Thoughts: High school BFF #2 showed me this song when her long distance relationship of a year ended, and I fell in love with it. The amount of times I've belted this in a 4 month period in my junior year bedroom is unreal
Song: You Belong With Me Would Save: Since '09 at least Best lyrics: "Thinking to myself, hey isn't this easy?" Thoughts: My pick me ass LOVED this anthem when my crush acquired a girlfriend but I still spent like 8 months heartbroken about it. To this day its in my top 5 Taylor songs just because of the impact it (and this whole album) had on my teenage years Song: Breathe Would Save: no Best lyrics: "You're the only thing I know like the back of my hand"
Song: Tell Me Why Would save: Since high school Best lyrics: "you might think I'm bulletproof, but I'm not"
Song: You're not Sorry Would save: Since '08/'09 Best lyrics: "You used to shine so bright but I watched all of it fade" //"I wont pick up the phone...there's nothing left to beg for!" Thoughts: I once heartbrokenly cried on airplane to this song, if you've been manipulated or forgiven too easily...then you know Song: The Way I Loved You Would Save: no Best lyrics: "It's 2 AM and I'm cursing your name" Thoughts: I've never understood why the whole turbulent/roller coaster thing was (and still is) enticing for folks. My anxiety could never, I need the stability
Song: Forever & Always Would Save: Since '10, at least Best Lyrics: "You told me you loved me -- were you just kidding?" Thoughts: I don't listen to this often, but still know all the words lol I think I got into this during during my JoBros obsession bc... duh
Song: The Best Day Would Save: It's ADORABLE! But no Best Lyrics: "I have an excellent father, his strength is making me stronger" // "I love you for giving me your eyes, for staying back and watching me shine" Thoughts: This is such a wholesome song about dad + daughter relationships ^.^, I feel like people only focus on the relationship anthems she creates, but her other stuff is just as good!
Song: Change Would Save: no Best lyrics: "I believe in whatever you do, and do anything to see it through" // "When the walls they put up to hold us back fell down" Thoughts: I know she didn't embark on anything political until the Lover era, but could be the early working of such, no? (Also, the guitar solo sounds a lot like the break down of the title track)
Song: Jump then Fall Would Save: Since at least '10 Best lyrics: "I like the way youre everything I've ever wanted"
Song: Untouchable Would save: no, too slow Best lyrics: "I wanna feel you by my side, standing next to me" Thoughts: This song should've been called 'come on', but is generally far too repetitive for my taste
Song: Forever & Always (Piano Version) Would save: no Best lyrics: "one second it was perfect, now you're halfway out the door" Thoughts: I wouldn't save this because I feel like the playful & sassy tone of the song is lost on this acoustic/piano and it changes the vibe altogether
Song: Come in with the rain Would save: no Best lyrics: I'll leave my window open, 'Cause I'm too tired at night for all these games"
Song: Superstar Would save: no Best Lyrics: I'm invisible and everyone knows who you are (could this be more untrue, they're both A-listers)
Song: The Other Side of the Door Would save: no Best lyrics: "if you know everything tell me why you. couldn't see when I left I wanted you to chase after me" // "and I broke down crying was she worth this mess, after everything and that little black dress" Thoughts: I like that she refers to her other songs in the final line, but it really felt like a vault track
Song: Today was a fairytale Would save: ever since it was in Valentines Day Best lyrics: "You got a smile, it takes me to another planet" Thoughts: I wanted a perfect date like this so. badly. when i was 15, especially with Taylor Launter. You can't help but scream these lyrics with infatuation Song: You All Over Me Would save: no Best lyrics: I learned and found out what it was to turn around and see that we were never really meant to be"
Song: Mr Perfectly Fine Would save: I saved it upon the (TV) release Best lyrics: "It's wonderful to see that it never phased you" Thoughts: I was really hoping the media wasn't going to obliterate Joe Jonas upon the release of this song, but thankfully that didn't happen 14 years after the fact, once he was a husband and father...ofc in 2023, he obliterated his own reputation but that's a different story
Song: We were happy Would save: no Best lyrics: "I hate those voices telling me I'm not in love anymore, they don't give me choices" Thoughts: Seems like a part two to Mary's song, I was waiting for 'the other shoe to drop' of her realizing her ambitions -- maybe a nod to 15?
Song: That's when Would save: cute, but no Best lyrics: "that's when, when I woke up in the mornin', That's when it was sunny or stormin'"
Song: Don't you Would save: no, too slow Best lyrics: "I heard she's nothing like me, I hope she'll make you happy"
Song: Bye bye baby Would save: no (also too slow) Best lyrics: "the picture frame is empty, vacant just like me" Thoughts: Given that this was the (TV) re-release, I was very nervous I wouldn't like vault tracks moving forward... 12/26
