The way you draw poses and expressions are really lively and so nice to look at!! ✨ :0
If you don't mind me asking, how did you learn to make good expressions and poses? + Any tips you can share?
thank you very much!!! ✨✨✨
well i've always been most excited about drawing expressions and i grew up with very expressive styles as my reference point (W.I.T.C.H. and atla are big examples in my mind for this, as well as just . animated movies. lmao LSDKL) so i never really took the time to break it down before, but i can explain some of the stuff i do!
as for posing, i think THE thing that helps the most is figure drawing, so i suggest looking into that for anyone wanting to improve their posing!
to be clear this is not a tutorial bc i don't think i'm qualified for that, it's simply how i do things SDFLKLSD i'll also include some links that might be helpful! all under the cut
here are some links you might find helpful on the topic of expressions!
"How to draw expressive faces" by Magdalena Proszowska
"How I Draw: Facial Expressions" by Emirichu
"Drawing Simple Clear Facial Expressions" by Aaron Blaise
another thing i personally have found helpful when i was still learning the basics was this specific challenge, 25 Essential Expressions by napalmnacey, and various expression memes are a great starting point as well!
as for what i personally do,
i REALLY have a fondness for assymetrical eyebrows and just generally kinda squiggly ones! they add an uncertainty to the expression of a character, and imo can really enhance a saddened expression or make a comedic one a bit funnier!
Tumblr media
including eye wrinkles (when they make sense ofc) is an easy way to add some exhaustion to sorrowful expressions, but i also find it a good way to make happiness feel more unrestrained and joyous
Tumblr media
i also think it's very good to look at how its done in other works or from other artists with very expressive work. dunmeshi comes to mind!
Tumblr media
other things can be kept in mind, like nose wrinkles or smile lines or the shape of the lips, and additional details like redness and sweat drops or the size and detail of the iris can be used to emphasize an expression or add complexity :OO
also, hands and arms may be annoying to draw but they're like one of your MOST helpful tools when conveying an expression! is your character embarrassed or overwhelmed? they may wish to hide their face! or perhaps they tend to scratch their cheek when they're uncertain, or they're frustrated and holding their head! hands are a very important thing to add :D
i hope this will be helpful to you!!

Hey again...
So I've kind of already mentioned it, but figured it was time to make an actual post.
A lot of you already know that I've been a participant in fandom for over a decade now, starting out in the original Hunger Games fandom and then quickly working my way to SuperWhoLock and a couple of others over the years. I took a step back from fandom because of different things going on in my life, and it wasn't really until Summer 2023 that I decided to get involved again. This time around, though, I had stories that I wanted to share and used writing fanfic as a way to navigate and cope with how crazy my day to day had become. Writing became my way to escape the uncertainty that had come with losing my job and keeping me sane while I hunted for a new one.
I could never have imagined how a silly, little U.S. military propaganda movie would change my life in such interesting ways.
I've been writing since I was old enough to tell stories, ideas floating in and out of my head faster than the speed of light, and even though my friends told me all the time how much they loved the ideas and my actual writing, I had convinced myself that I'm not a good writer. I held onto that belief for years until a story concerning a blond aviator as a an outlaw in the old west consumed me to the point where I thought I would go crazy if I didn't start to write it. So I did, and then I got the crazy idea to start posting it - just wanting to see if other people would like it too. To my absolute shock and awe, they did! A lot of people actually did! So I kept writing, and I quickly added new stories too which people seemed to enjoy. I made so many new friends, and people really did seem to enjoy my writing which made me so, so happy.
Stories have always been so special to me, and coming up with new ones and sharing them with others has always been a passion of mine. I love talking about them with other people, talking over theories and characters til I'm blue in the face. What's going to happen? Why? How will this affect the other characters? All things I love discussing, but...fandom doesn't like to do that anymore. All it is anymore is an endless sea of likes, which are...okay, but why are people refusing to talk to me? Are they bored? Are they shy? Was that last chapter too lackluster? Should I have added more action? Romance? Surely not because people are demanding more? More scenarios, more smut, more words, more, more more. Maybe I should step away for a day or two, just to give myself a break? Okay, yeah, that should be fine. Okay, what about a week? I have some stuff going on at this new job that I need to deal with. Okay, now people aren't even sending requests in. Now even fewer people are commenting or sending messages in. Why? Did I do something? Was I away too long? Surely people know that I'm a person behind this screen. Oh, now most of my friends are leaving the site...Now I haven't talked to anyone in weeks.
So...what's the point? Seems like people aren't even reading what I'm putting out these days, so why continue writing for a silent audience?
This is all to say these are some of the thoughts that have been going through my head lately, and I've decided that it's not healthy. Demanding attention from people unwilling to give it is not serving me anymore, and neither are the jealous and hateful people who hide behind the anonymous feature. People who have screamed at me since I started because they've been jealous of the attention I've gotten in the past, trying to get me to quit the entire time. Well, you win. You get your wish, congratulations. I hope you feel happy with the number of people who read your fics because surely they'll come read yours now that I'm not posting anything. Hating on me and my work was never going to make you a better writer or person.
As for me, I'll probably still make posts from time to time if I don't go back to my old blog again. I've decided to dedicate time to writing my actual novel that's been in the works for 12+ years now, and I have a renewed excitement for it now that I know my writing is worth reading. Thanks, strangers on the internet! And who knows, maybe TG3 will prompt me to write fanfic again one day.
For now, my stories will stay posted, but that may change as I decide more on what I'm doing, so please don't be surprised if one day they're actually gone. I've already cleared out my inbox, so...sorry if I didn't manage to get to your request.
I'd like to thank @sorchathered @pinguhub and @attapullman for the late night calls and vent sessions. @goldenseresinretriever and @fanficfandomlove for being constant rocks and sources of inspiration for my fics. And @roosterforme for being a solid head to rely upon and gab with. You guys rock, and I hope you'll stick with me for the journey that lies ahead.
Until next time.
Liz~

Falling victim to madness in the Chilaios Discord part one (with a link to the post mentioned at the end). Part 2 linked here (note: slightly more nsfw text). Transcript below cut.
A Discord conversation between three discord users - us, nicknamed Speculative Vore Cookbook, Cup of Chilaios Soup, and Oh Kay! (wormlette).
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Experiencing the impulse to rewrite the changeling chapters for fun and profit. Do you think that considering that half-foots apparently see dwarves as Extremely Attractive Laios sparks some kind of Thing in Chilchuck as a dwarf
Cup of Chilaios soup: GRABS YOU PLEASE CONTINUE
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Listen considering Us there will be spec bio about this but. Listen. Since we've been doing the species as "uncanny-valley-type not quite Like You" for the most part with just a little bit of increased compatibility within "families". Do you think that it would be fun if he can suddenly see all of Laios's features in this new light of this particular species. Where all of the tallman features abruptly come into focus in a format far more recognizable and all of a sudden he can draw some Very Certain Lines to someone who is abruptly several times more recognizably attractive rather than, like, would be very attractive if it weren't for the subtle distortion of species.
Cup of Chilaios soup: my third eye has opened
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Do you think being a tallman himself would help with that? An abrupt distortion of the brain. Do you think he would be able to draw back those memories to abruptly have the uncanny-valley barrier splinter under the force of, y'know, he knows precisely what that translates to, and with the added perspective it seems much less alien, and much more "for the love of god he's not supposed to be getting crushes on the job"
Speculative Vore Cookbook: We need to make elves Weirder for this also. They're like the only race on the chart right now that Doesn't have a close-relation group where things like attraction translate more easily we need to make them more fucked up Absently rotating the idea of dwarves having an excellent sense of smell compared to their other close relatives both for enhancing their appreciation for Good Food (a surprising amount of taste is tied up in your sense of smell) and for underground navigation & communication And Laios will absolutely be Weird About It
Cup of Chilaios soup: Laios: wow Chilchuck why do you smell so breedable (gets crushed by a rock)
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Walks up to Chilchuck and starts sniffing him unprompted so he can deliver a food-critic review of his scent Breedable waits for whenever we actually get ourself to do sex pollen heatfic and can also do cool spec bio stuff but like with reproductive cycles Still rotating the idea of making DM tallmen Weirder. We already know they're taller than IRL humans we need to add like some extra fuckshit in there We've got to do the speculative biology first you see. Make it more fucked up. We've already set it up so they're fairly closely related to orcs we might as well add some fantasy bullshit in there.
Cup of Chilaios soup: Tallmen have slower metabolisms maybe? And they need to at A Lot to support their mass? You are so correct eat A Lot*
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (replying to initial message): wait hold on holy fuck man.
Speculative Vore Cookbook: So far what we have for them as their Thing They're Known for is like. Endurance. Tallmen Specifically are known to be able to walk for hours without growing too tired. Not quite as strong as orcs or ogres, of course, but they're tall enough that they practically eat up ground with every stride, and they just don't stop moving.
Cup of Chilaios soup: passing the braincell around like it's a joint KINGS OF TIRING THEIR PREY OUT
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Orcs and ogres are ofc known for their brutal strength, which is Significantly Less Pronounced in humans - but all that strength burns energy, and they'll tire out far faster. Humans just keep going, far beyond what they really should be capable of.
Cup of Chilaios soup: guys who will climb a fcking mountain and be like ":D wanna walk back to town on foot"
Speculative Vore Cookbook: We think that the Big Thing People Know for elves would be their magic but we think that the magic thing is less about being naturally predisposed to it or whatever and more on the fact that enough of their society circles around it that pretty much any elf you meet's been deliberately raised to cultivate their magic, We think that their actual primary feature, like, physically, would be like. We're basing them on ungulates, right? Elves have long, willowy limbs, especially compared to their bodies. Look very graceful as adults who have had centuries of experience walking around and like wretched ganglebeasts at any point when they haven't gotten the hang of it yet. ABSURDLY fast in a sprint, because those long-ass legs are useful for Something, and that Something is being on runnable stilts. Not much stamina, though. (we are returning to this because we are fond of Marcille and we want her to be, like, Weird but in a way where they pass it off as Normal Elf Weird until the Changeling Thing happens and they have to cope with the fact that actually, elves are way weirder, and Marcille is weird in how close she is to other races as opposed to. Uhh. That Fucking Setup
Speculative Vore Cookbook (replying to Cup of Chilaios soup": "guys who will climb a fcking mountain"): Tallmen will climb a mountain carrying equipment on their back and need like a thirty minute breather tops before they're back up and at it like "okay now time to go down the other side" We think it's fun if it's a thing like the half-foot/dwarf/gnome cluster's enhanced senses, where the Absurd Stamina is part of what their other close relations have going for them, but whereas orcs and ogres have it to a Reasonable degree, Tallmen specialize really hard into doing this One Thing and get it in spades. Much like how half-foots spent all of their stat points in their ridiculously sensitive senses, to the detriment of things like strength and durability, tallmen have stupid amounts of stamina. Don't have to be as strong as your close relatives when you can simply outlast them!
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (replying to Speculative Vore Cookbook "returning to this because we are fond of Marcille): really like learning abt elf weirdness in the context of marcille, specifically as a half elf. really liked how that reveal was handled, since fionil is also a half-elf i didnt notice for a LONG time that she was perhaps different than other elves. i really like that!!! tall-men just have a lot of stamina. basically canon re: how much shit laios carries around. particularly in a good dog RIP they're like. alaskan mal specced. they just keep going and going forever
Speculative Vore Cookbook: We think that her, like, subtly softer features and such get Very Fun especially with the potential familiarity aspect vs what full elves have going on if we go full weird on elves because we fucking love how Absolutely Fucked ungulate anatomy is and it scratches a little itch in the back of our brain to let the Graceful Forest People overlap with, like. You Know The Specific Flavor Of Creepypasta Beast
Oh Kay! (wormlette): ^forever comparing everything to dog breeds
Speculative Vore Cookbook: We casually mention that Falin's wrist bones are shorter than elf wrist bones in Drain Your Well Dry and we really need to elaborate on that some day Marcille is like the shetland pony of elves in that she's got like WAY more just… bulk, compared to an elf that's normally like 98% gangle 2% meat And she's still, like, insanely boney compared to human standards. We like to think she has the build of a greyhound. Insanely long for no reason.
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (quoting Speculative Vore Cookbook "casually mentioned Falin's wrist bones are shorter): I NOTICED!!! I LUV THAT… marcille studying ennervation and everything… it kills me… i always thought of her as so carefree looking in her little spellbook and walking around and now im haunted by like. how much of it was her studying human anatomy for what she feared was inevitable!
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (quoting "like to think she has the build of a greyhound"): oh yeaaaag sighthound build would be GOOD for elves.
Speculative Vore Cookbook: But she still looks… More Similar To Other Races, y'know. You can see the similarities to her and other races and it makes it a tiny bit easier to slowly feel more at ease around her. Elves are weird and you don't see them often, but y'know, you've been around This One Elf long enough to start picking up on stuff, y'know? She's not that different from you, when it comes down to it, and sure she's a bit childish but that's probably normal for longer-lived races who're in the first halves of their lives, honestly. Aging slower and all. You can draw the lines if you pay enough attention, you've spent enough time socializing with other species that you can figure out the basic key, and though there are some things in there that really throw you off, as with any other race, it's not like you're handling an entirely new skull structure like with kobolds, right? It's readable, with enough time. Similar enough to tallmen that you can use your experience there and then fill in the gaps. And then you meet full-blooded elves when the Canaries come knocking and these guys are WAY more offputting than you thought actually. What the fuck is up with them? What the hell?
Cup of Chilaios soup: They have the reflective deer eyes from those horror edits
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Putting elves as a weird isolated branch in the humanoid evolution tree was a galaxy brain decision for us tbh. Their whole Weird Superiority Thing very much gets worse when they're the only people who don't have close relatives they can reference from. The other long-lived races seem to mingle FAR easier than them, and though we know it's The Attitude and such, it's fun to make them just… offputting.
Oh Kay! (wormlette): your miiiind
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (quoting "not like reading an entirely new skull structure like kobolds): btw dont you love the thingie about kobolds having a vocal chord structure that doesnt realy support them speaking common. so no matter how smart they are they seem "animalistic" to humans. i love that a lot it's like. hmm. i really like when it's not body horror by itself but put into a societal context, it BECOMES horrifying. u know? it would be fine. except the dehumanization it leads to
Speculative Vore Cookbook: YESSSS it slaps so hard. We think that there should be more bonus subtle differences with just random other races we think it's SO fun when biology fucks you over just as firmly as society.
Cup of Chilaios soup: SO TRUE KAY Rotating all these thoughts in my mind
Speculative Vore Cookbook: It's not that something is wrong with you. It's that you weren't built for this world the same way that everyone else was.
Cup of Chilaios soup: The parallels,,,,, the themes,,,,, Biting my leg
Speculative Vore Cookbook: Anyways do you think that part of the reason Kabru is so Like That is because he went from normal human body language to a bunch of elves with the same general bauplan but next to no shared body language vocabulary, Do you think he had to like manually learn how elves express social emotions with a race so isolated that they're probably developing whole separate methods of socialization completely divorced from anything the short-lived races even do and then had to relearn how to act like a Human when he went back into the world.
Cup of Chilaios soup: OH MY GOD Also sorry but Idk how far some of the peeps reading the manga are, perhaps it would be nice to spoiler the Kabru thing:0 BUT I AGREE THIS IS SCRATCHING MY BRAIN KABRU MY BELOVED THIS HEADCANON IS SUCH GOOD BRAIN FOOD
Speculative Vore Cookbook: We love making fantasy races like just a little bit more fucked up
Cup of Chilaios soup: As you should!!!!!!!
Speculative Vore Cookbook: TBH it widens the gap between species if they're, like, similar enough that you think you Should be able to interpret the signals they're giving off because they look Just Similar Enough that they should emote and socialize and such like you, right? But the similarity is, as they say, mostly just skin-deep, because it does so much more to widen cultural differences when the cultures also work on different biology. Anyways we think half-foot communities should be really dense in population because they descended from an ancestor with the Meerkat Strategy of having a fuckton of people with very sharp senses all looking out for the same colony in such a way where there's always at least one person awake to raise the alarm and we think it's fun if half-foots are set up for a significantly more tactile & densely-populated community than most other species.
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (quoting Speculative Vore Cookbook "part of the reason Kabru is so Like That): I DO. I DO THINK THAT. DO YOU THINK THAT tallman socialization feels so coarse and simple and easy-to-read by comparison.
Speculative Vore Cookbook: It's cool & fun if Chilchuck has to deliberately avoid almost all forms of touch to avoid being demeaned and seen as Lesser And Childish while also being wired to have like minimum five hours of skin contact with colony members per day tbh. Touch starve that man in ways that are difficult to understand for his party that he will actively have to muffle if he wants to be taken Seriously because most other races see it as Childish to cling
Speculative Vore Cookbook (quoting Oh Kay "I DO THINK THAT"): YES and we think it's very fun if him having to manually relearn tallman socialization also makes it so he finds it easier to interpret other races because he already has to like work out what Everyone's thinking from a pre-prepped body language dictionary and it's just so much easier to interpret when he doesn't have to re-invent the wheel every time
Oh Kay! (wormlette) (quoting Speculative Vore Cookbook "childish to cling": @_@ im so FUCKING normal
Speculative Vore Cookbook: :333 The changeling chapter constantly lives rent-free in our brain we think it's fun if like anyone who gets half-footed starts experiencing the intense skin hunger cravings like less than an hour in and have no idea what the Fuck it is because they've never lived in a body made to be that Social before and Chilchuck has to like take over to offer a bit of touch even if it's undignified since. Y'know. He knows how it feels. No reason to subject them to that, even if it's gonna cost a bit of dignity. It'll cost them more dignity if they start freaking out over it. It's efficient :333 Dealing with senses cranked up so high that you can tell when someone's moving around clear on the other side of the building probably makes it a whole lot harder to handle even More stimuli in a normal and dignified manner Something something we're grabbing a cool post we made

Meeting The Sister
Tumblr media
Yelena Belova x Female Reader
Summary: you meet her sister for the first time
Warnings: none, protective Nat and clumsy you
P.S I had this already posted, but they were deleted, so I'm reposting them
_____
The neon lights painted the cityscape in hues of red and blue as you nervously waited for Yelena Belova to arrive. The bar's dimly lit interior buzzed with laughter and music, but your focus was on the door. The idea of meeting Yelena's sister, Natasha Romanoff, and her girlfriend, Wanda Maximoff, was enough to make your palms sweaty.
Yelena finally entered, her confident stride cutting through the crowd. A smirk played on her lips as she approached, her green eyes locking onto yours. "Привет, jittery one. Ready for this adventure?"
You managed a half-smile, "Adventure? More like a nerve-wracking social experiment. What if I crash and burn?"
Yelena chuckled, leaning in for a quick kiss. "Relax, любовь. You're charming as hell. They'll adore you."
Together, you found a corner table and settled in. The minutes dragged on slowly until the door swung open, and Natasha and Wanda strolled in. Yelena's face lit up, and she enthusiastically greeted Natasha, pulling her into a hug. Wanda, a familiar face, greeted you with a casual wave.
"Hey, Wanda. Good to see you again," you said, aiming for a laid-back tone despite the adrenaline pulsing through your veins.
Wanda smirked, taking a seat. "Chill, it's just a laid-back evening."
The conversation flowed, but there was an undeniable stiffness in the air. Natasha's sharp eyes observed you, and she maintained a certain formality. As the night progressed, you couldn't shake the feeling that you were being evaluated.
Natasha finally turned to you, her voice measured. "So, Yelena's been keeping you a secret. What's your deal?"
You leaned back, adopting a nonchalant demeanor. "Ah, just your average agent trying to navigate the chaos. Yelena's been my partner in crime. Figuratively, of course."
Natasha's gaze remained sharp. "Partner in crime, huh? What kind of crimes are we talking about here?"
You chuckled, meeting her gaze. "The thrilling kind. Espionage, saving the world, the usual. You know the drill."
Wanda, sensing the tension, interjected with a casual smile. "Let's not turn this into an interrogation, Nat. We're here to have a good time."
Yelena, feeling a bit defensive, crossed her arms, her eyes narrowing slightly. "Exactly, Natasha. No need to grill us. We're here for a good night, not a debrief."
You reached out, gently placing a hand on Yelena's arm to reassure her. "Yelena's right. No need for a debrief. We're just here to enjoy each other's company."
Yelena, realizing her defensiveness, relaxed slightly, offering a sheepish smile. "Sorry, I'm just protective. You know how it is."
Natasha, observing the exchange, nodded. "Understandable. Partners in crime tend to stick together."
You grinned, adding a touch of humor. "Exactly! Besides, who else is going to appreciate my impeccable taste in secret missions?"
Wanda, with a smirk, chimed in, "I'm sure it's a very unique taste."
The conversation shifted to more lighthearted topics, with everyone sharing anecdotes and jokes. Yelena, now more at ease, joined in the banter, contributing her own sarcastic remarks and playfully nudging Natasha.
Wanda, with her Sokovian charm, added her own touch to the banter, creating a dynamic where each person's personality shone through. You found yourself trading jokes with Wanda, engaging in playful banter with Yelena, and occasionally meeting Natasha's gaze with a shared understanding.
Wanda grinned, raising her glass. "So, how did you two meet? Any thrilling story to share?"
You exchanged a glance with Yelena, and a playful smirk crossed your lips. "Well, it all started in a high-stakes mission. Yelena was in a tight spot, and I swooped in, saved the day, you know, the usual hero stuff."
Yelena rolled her eyes, but a fond smile played on her lips. "More like you tripped over your own feet and stumbled into my mission."
Natasha, now intrigued, leaned in. "A clumsy hero, huh? That's unexpected."
You shrugged, grinning. "Hey, every hero has a less-than-glamorous origin story, right?"
Yelena, seizing the opportunity to tease you, launched into a ramble. "Oh, let me tell you about their impeccable coordination skills. I've never seen someone tumble and twist in so many creative ways. It's a wonder they get anything done without tripping over their own shadow."
Yelena continued, "And remember the time they mistook a janitor for an enemy agent and tackled them in the middle of a mission?"
You shot her a playful glare. "Okay, that one was an honest mistake. In my defense, they were wearing all black and carrying a mop like a weapon!"
Wanda burst into laughter, and Natasha couldn't help but crack a smile. "Quite the impressive track record you've got there."
You sighed dramatically. "My secret identity as a spy is hanging by a thread with Yelena here revealing all my not-so-heroic exploits."
Yelena, leaning in, planted a quick kiss on your cheek. "Oh, don't worry, beloved. Your not-so-heroic moments make you even more endearing."
You couldn't help but look at Yelena with a mix of embarrassment and fondness. Natasha, ever observant, raised an eyebrow with a knowing smile. "Seems like there's a lot more charm to this clumsy hero than meets the eye."
Yelena winked at Natasha, "Well, charm and a top-level clearance that I conveniently forgot to mention. Just a minor detail."
The table fell silent for a moment, and you could practically feel the raised eyebrows. Natasha's gaze became more intense, and Wanda looked intrigued.
Yelena, catching on to your embarrassment, chuckled. "Oh, did I forget to mention that my charming klutz here has access to the highest level of clearance? Just a minor detail."
You shot Yelena a playful glare, and she grinned mischievously, knowing she had just added a new layer to the intrigue. Natasha arched an eyebrow, intrigued by the revelation.
Natasha finally spoke, "Top-level clearance, huh? Interesting."
You nodded, trying to downplay it. "Well, two levels above you, Natasha. Not that it's a big deal."
Wanda, with a sly grin, added, "Looks like we've got a high roller in the house."
Yelena, ever the protective sister, shot a warning look at Natasha and Wanda. "Easy, both of you. It's not a competition."
You chimed in, "Yeah, just a quirky detail in the grand scheme of things. Family comes in all clearance levels, right?"
Wanda laughed, and Natasha smirked, "Family comes in all clearance levels, indeed."
The atmosphere lightened up as the conversation moved on to more casual topics. The initial tension began to dissipate, and you found yourself sharing laughs and stories with the group. Yelena, always quick with a sarcastic remark, added her own flavor to the banter.
As the night progressed, the initial awkwardness transformed into a genuine connection. Natasha, initially reserved, couldn't help but crack a smile at some of the anecdotes shared. Wanda, with her infectious laughter, created a comfortable ambiance.
You raised your glass, "To unexpected friendships and top-level clearances!"
The clinking of glasses echoed through the bar as the night unfolded with laughter, camaraderie, and a newfound understanding among the eclectic group.

I just don’t get why questions like these keep being asked. A lot of these questions have already been answered or stated otherwise at the beginning of the story/lore master lists. Which you have very kindly reorganized and made even easier for us readers to delve into.
You’ve done an excellent job on the most recent chapter and have left us with just the right amount of enthusiasm for the next chapters arrival. However, as most people should, I will wait patiently for yet another wonderful work of art.
Do take time to rest and destress from all the work you’ve put in (and all the anons adding to it).
-🦐
Thank you, love. 💚
I was going to reorganize it like a couple weeks ago, but I kept forgetting to do it, or I'd get too busy writing 😂 I basically reorganized it to almost match the way I organized it on Ao3 when I posted them there. That, and a couple of them were getting to be too long so I had to break them up anyway. They're a lot easier to navigate now since it's not just big blocks of links (for the most part).
I honestly can't wait for the next few chapters. We will be getting back into the angst here very soon, so don't worry. Also things will be moving a bit faster so if things feel like they're dragging, don't worry. They'll start moving again shortly.

Is the event order permafucked or do you think they'll get it loosely back on track?
There’s a strong chance that it’ll remain all sorts of messed without recourse, simply because Yostar is adamantly refusing to run things concurrently or semi-concurrently as they do in CN. Every time CN does that and Yostar doesn’t follow suit, it’s extra fuckery you are adding to the schedule. Mind you, what CN runs concurrently with events is CC, which is virtually downtime and doesn’t consume Sanity.
Then, consider that there are dates more or less set in stone for big banners, like limited stuff: 2nd week of January is the non-CN anniversary, so they run big limited events there (W, Moist Ch’en, Gavialter), Golden Week is another one (Rosmontis, Nearl the NTR), end of July and beginning of August is the designated Chinese New Year event timeslot (Nian, Dusk, Ling), etc.
What this means is that they have to navigate the rest of the content around these dates, and Yostar is bad navigator: The dead time Yostar has put on the servers that Hypergryph didn’t on CN has added up, not to mention running two weeks of CC that didn’t exist on CN due to CN running those semi-concurrently with other events meaning that’s a whole two weeks they threw to the bin for no reason. Then you look at February 2023, where we had a reel event and a rerun, despite the fact that there’s been an event that has been delayed for far too long, and they could’ve perfectly have run that instead of a rerun. Yostar is not a good navigator.
From here on, this is a Game Theory but it helps illustrate the state of the schedule: Golden Week is coming (end of April, start of May) and they’ll likely want to run Texas the Omertosa there to follow trend. However, they can’t run that without Chapter 11, because Operators from the Siracusano event need materials from Chapter 11, but Chapter 11 itself cannot exist without the pre-Chapter 11 banner, so that’s already a large swath of time that’s spoken for. Dorothy’s Vision will run from the 14th to the 28th, and there’s also the Near Light Rerun (and IS3, but that’s a special case that doesn’t really necessarily get in the way, if previous precedent is anything to go by) that’s supposed to come out soon. All of this means that there literally exists no time between now (March 10th) and Golden Week for Mlynar’s event (which occurred before Sicarusano) to happen, meaning that, by necessity, Mlynar has to occur post-Siracusano, much like Dorothy’s Vision is going to happen after Ideal City, whereas in CN, DV happened before IC. Game Theory ends here, but surely you can see how it makes sense, just by looking back on previous events.
It’s a perpetual state of entanglement because Yostar keeps adding dead time and refusing to run things concurrently when CN does, and time is not a luxury they have.

I will be reblogging a lot of fanart here! I already have a lot in my drafts to reblog soon.
I'd like to maybe post my own headcanons here every so often, since sometimes it's easier to just talk about them instead of writing a big fic.
This will focus primarily on canon, fan-story aus, and headcanons; but I will NOT be reblogging Linked Universe art or other chain AUs. (I love them and have one myself (@meet-again-in-another-life), but at the same time I'm also sick of them and the mischaracterization in a handful of them I'm sorry I'm a coward with a big case of "they would not freaking say that")
princess zelda and hylia haters please leave before you get upset because I will not shut up about her
No NSFW (implied or visible) will be reblogged here.

Workshopping these since I'm not sure what to expect yet! They'll be added as they come up.
Just made this blog because I want to organize stuff a little more! I'd really like to reblog a lot more art that isn't ships, but my side blog is too cluttered!! So I just... made another one. This will focus more on individual characters and familial relationships than any ships, but some might still leak their way through (apologies in advance). If you like Zelink content, though, I try to reblog a lot of great artists and writers that need more recognition at @realm-of-zelink! I encourage going through all the blogs and engaging with their wonderful work. :)

Note
good idea. what would your ideal a3/ gbf crossover event look like? :3
oh my god.
i actually have a tag for this with a few posts in it already that should help out, with a main post with most of my major headcanons at the time here!
rereading the post though i.
I want Hisoka to meet Troue because i think between the sleepiness and memory loss Troue goes through, Hisoka’s protective bone will tingle and it’ll be a neat plotline.
@ past me i'm so sorry, i'm so sorry this happened to us, i don't even know what to say anymore to replace this HC, this aged like milk.
Troue would be a representation of Hisoka's greatest nightmare: that under all the amnesia there's actually someone who would be willing to hurt everything they thought they cared about.
help.
ANYWAY adding to that list since it's a list i made years ago already, i absolutely NEED, like, NEEED!!!!! Michael to meet Juza.
I've spent the full reading of the Mole Troupe losing my mind because their arc is the SAME THING. Lost in life, unsure what to do because people have always projected a role on them, one that comes with them having to fight, and as a result they come off as scary and have issues showing their true emotions. But deep down, they're gentle souls who get completely shaken by theater, who finally find themselves there, because by acting they can be something different than what was projected on them. And their acting is wooden and they struggle a lot with it at first, but their passions shine through regardless and it touches people enough that you know the more they'll work on it the more they will shine, and the more they'll be able to leave behind the "scary face" they had to carry for a long time.
also Michael's "try out cute bunny bread pyon pyon!!" in the most threatening voice possible is not so unsimilars to Juza, wearing a bear costume, with the most wooden of voices, going "what sound does a bear do again? huh. BEAAAAR"
Michael and Juza being best friends is all that matters to me i want that in an event so bad.
Similarly to the Mole Troupe stuff, Falsch and Tenma need to meet i don't make the rules. Child Actors prodiges with a passion for acting, but with Falsch now being a burnt out adult who lost all of his friends and just keep seeking desperately for connection, it would probably be a good insight for Tenma who is still a teen figuring out his future and navigating how much his troupe means to him versus the expectations that are thrust on him as a a child prodige.
And still Mole Troupe, therefore Guy and Sariel would probably get along on the same ground of, being set all of their lives into being a weapon of sort, so much so they have forfeited connecting with their emotions and don't even know how to acknowledge them anymore, but thanks to getting into theater, they start to understand their feelings a lot more. Guy has made so much progress ahead and i can only wish the same for Sariel on the long term, and i feel like if they met and discussed it, Sariel especially could do a lot of progress in his recovery.
......
COUGHS
that's for some specific character i'm adding to the list of "having to meet each other" but honestly i feel like there would be fun opportunities for any of the granblue charas to meet any of the cast of a3.
In a more general mindset, the problem is that i want all 24 of the a3 cast to be able to interreact with granblue characters, and there's no way a gbf collab could actually explore it the way i want them to unless they run 4 collabs for each troupes :( and it means also giving up on some crosstroupes dynamic and stuff.
the more realistic way for a gbf x a3 event to happen would be to have the a3ders, the leader of each troupes, to be sent to the world of Granblue. And i could imagine that then, like in the love live's collabs, their fate would rest on making a good play, and the a3ders have to band together to really show people their love for theater.
and as such the most ideal characters to bounce of to for them would be the Romeo&Juliet cast, the Mole Troupe cast, Makora, and maybe also Cupitan.
But i'd be so interested into seeing each troupe in focus with their own particular brand of nonsense brought into the gbf world.
I just want everyone to meet up :(
hope it was a nice read for you ;D
Take care!

Extra note after seeing staff's response to what's apparently the new panic.
My takeaway from the original post wasn't that they'd be getting rid of the chronological followed only dash. Wasn't actually worried about that. I'm fairly confident they'll keep it around, even if it gets deprioritized.
I'm frustrated by the increasing invasiveness of the algorithmic features and the way they're being forced on longtime active users that have already strongly indicated their preferences. I'm personally inclined to think that onboarding new users into a default still barely functional algorithm driven environment will be bad for retention, engagement, and site culture, but I'll admit that some people are into that junk!
What's really setting me off here are the bits about post and conversation formatting and "navigation". We've already seen the beginning of that, with the change to direct links to posts. It's already breaking critical functionality! Functionality that directly impacts access to "high-quality content", "user participation in conversations", and "users returning to Tumblr"!
The ability to jump to a reply on a post in the full context of the blog it was posted to is an incredibly powerful feature in so many ways. It lets you see any tags that were added (half the conversation, navigation tool for related content that Tumblr should be developing), see the chronologically adjacent posts that give context to the content and conversations, and makes it easier to explore existing archival content!
Do they or do they not want to leverage the decade plus of content they've got? Do they want to encourage interactions with smaller creators that have built up portfolios, or do they want a site filled with flash-in-the-pan disposable viral content from established popular blogs? The whole reason they're pushing this product strategy is to increase revenue, because it costs so much to run the place. It costs so much in part because of how many damn posts we've all made in the last decade.
If they're already paying to host all of that junk, why not make it easier to explore? If you can't access a blogs archive without being logged in, and you can only see that archive one post at a time, then it's basically invisible. It might as well not exist. We could all (users, creators, brands) just go use snapchat for fuck's sake.
(I'll acknowledge the theoretical bandwidth issues of loading entire years old chunks of a blog every time a user just wants to see a single post, but come on. Make the single post view the one you get from the blog link and the in context one the version from the whitespace, if you must. And if that's your reasoning, just admit it! Don't try to pretend it's a UI issue for new users! That's insulting for everyone involved!)
(I get it, the prev tags stuff could get stupid. But it was a little quirk of site culture that did more to encourage conversations and networks of mutuals than half the shit staff has tried to do deliberately. Rolling a UI change out that seems to have killed it entirely by accident is just so half-assed.)
And look. There are so many neat ways they could explore reblog chain tree visualization that would improve navigation. Full collapsed subthread forum/reddit style views that retain tags. Or imagine the dot reblog graphs with more info and seamless zooming to different levels of detail.
Instead they seem to be pushing towards a version of tumblr that prioritizes bare original posts, with replies and reblogs tucked away in the notes. And that bit about "[e]xpand[ing] ways to co-create content, such as by adding the capability to embed Tumblr links in posts." Reblogs and replies are too hard, so we're just going to do fucking quote tweets? Seriously?
Tumblr’s Core Product Strategy
Here at Tumblr, we’ve been working hard on reorganizing how we work in a bid to gain more users. A larger user base means a more sustainable company, and means we get to stick around and do this thing with you all a bit longer. What follows is the strategy we're using to accomplish the goal of user growth. The @labs group has published a bit already, but this is bigger. We’re publishing it publicly for the first time, in an effort to work more transparently with all of you in the Tumblr community. This strategy provides guidance amid limited resources, allowing our teams to focus on specific key areas to ensure Tumblr’s future.
The Diagnosis
In order for Tumblr to grow, we need to fix the core experience that makes Tumblr a useful place for users. The underlying problem is that Tumblr is not easy to use. Historically, we have expected users to curate their feeds and lean into curating their experience. But this expectation introduces friction to the user experience and only serves a small portion of our audience.
Tumblr’s competitive advantage lies in its unique content and vibrant communities. As the forerunner of internet culture, Tumblr encompasses a wide range of interests, such as entertainment, art, gaming, fandom, fashion, and music. People come to Tumblr to immerse themselves in this culture, making it essential for us to ensure a seamless connection between people and content.
To guarantee Tumblr’s continued success, we’ve got to prioritize fostering that seamless connection between people and content. This involves attracting and retaining new users and creators, nurturing their growth, and encouraging frequent engagement with the platform.
Our Guiding Principles
To enhance Tumblr’s usability, we must address these core guiding principles.
Expand the ways new users can discover and sign up for Tumblr.
Provide high-quality content with every app launch.
Facilitate easier user participation in conversations.
Retain and grow our creator base.
Create patterns that encourage users to keep returning to Tumblr.
Improve the platform’s performance, stability, and quality.
Below is a deep dive into each of these principles.
Principle 1: Expand the ways new users can discover and sign up for Tumblr.
Tumblr has a “top of the funnel” issue in converting non-users into engaged logged-in users. We also have not invested in industry standard SEO practices to ensure a robust top of the funnel. The referral traffic that we do get from external sources is dispersed across different pages with inconsistent user experiences, which results in a missed opportunity to convert these users into regular Tumblr users. For example, users from search engines often land on pages within the blog network and blog view—where there isn’t much of a reason to sign up.
We need to experiment with logged-out tumblr.com to ensure we are capturing the highest potential conversion rate for visitors into sign-ups and log-ins. We might want to explore showing the potential future user the full breadth of content that Tumblr has to offer on our logged-out pages. We want people to be able to easily understand the potential behind Tumblr without having to navigate multiple tabs and pages to figure it out. Our current logged-out explore page does very little to help users understand “what is Tumblr.” which is a missed opportunity to get people excited about joining the site.
Actions & Next Steps
Improving Tumblr’s search engine optimization (SEO) practices to be in line with industry standards.
Experiment with logged out tumblr.com to achieve the highest conversion rate for sign-ups and log-ins, explore ways for visitors to “get” Tumblr and entice them to sign up.
Principle 2: Provide high-quality content with every app launch.
We need to ensure the highest quality user experience by presenting fresh and relevant content tailored to the user’s diverse interests during each session. If the user has a bad content experience, the fault lies with the product.
The default position should always be that the user does not know how to navigate the application. Additionally, we need to ensure that when people search for content related to their interests, it is easily accessible without any confusing limitations or unexpected roadblocks in their journey.
Being a 15-year-old brand is tough because the brand carries the baggage of a person’s preconceived impressions of Tumblr. On average, a user only sees 25 posts per session, so the first 25 posts have to convey the value of Tumblr: it is a vibrant community with lots of untapped potential. We never want to leave the user believing that Tumblr is a place that is stale and not relevant.
Actions & Next Steps
Deliver great content each time the app is opened.
Make it easier for users to understand where the vibrant communities on Tumblr are.
Improve our algorithmic ranking capabilities across all feeds.
Principle 3: Facilitate easier user participation in conversations.
Part of Tumblr’s charm lies in its capacity to showcase the evolution of conversations and the clever remarks found within reblog chains and replies. Engaging in these discussions should be enjoyable and effortless.
Unfortunately, the current way that conversations work on Tumblr across replies and reblogs is confusing for new users. The limitations around engaging with individual reblogs, replies only applying to the original post, and the inability to easily follow threaded conversations make it difficult for users to join the conversation.
Actions & Next Steps
Address the confusion within replies and reblogs.
Improve the conversational posting features around replies and reblogs.
Allow engagements on individual replies and reblogs.
Make it easier for users to follow the various conversation paths within a reblog thread.
Remove clutter in the conversation by collapsing reblog threads.
Explore the feasibility of removing duplicate reblogs within a user’s Following feed.
Principle 4: Retain and grow our creator base.
Creators are essential to the Tumblr community. However, we haven’t always had a consistent and coordinated effort around retaining, nurturing, and growing our creator base.
Being a new creator on Tumblr can be intimidating, with a high likelihood of leaving or disappointment upon sharing creations without receiving engagement or feedback. We need to ensure that we have the expected creator tools and foster the rewarding feedback loops that keep creators around and enable them to thrive.
The lack of feedback stems from the outdated decision to only show content from followed blogs on the main dashboard feed (“Following”), perpetuating a cycle where popular blogs continue to gain more visibility at the expense of helping new creators. To address this, we need to prioritize supporting and nurturing the growth of new creators on the platform.
It is also imperative that creators, like everyone on Tumblr, feel safe and in control of their experience. Whether it be an ask from the community or engagement on a post, being successful on Tumblr should never feel like a punishing experience.
Actions & Next Steps
Get creators’ new content in front of people who are interested in it.
Improve the feedback loop for creators, incentivizing them to continue posting.
Build mechanisms to protect creators from being spammed by notifications when they go viral.
Expand ways to co-create content, such as by adding the capability to embed Tumblr links in posts.
Principle 5: Create patterns that encourage users to keep returning to Tumblr.
Push notifications and emails are essential tools to increase user engagement, improve user retention, and facilitate content discovery. Our strategy of reaching out to you, the user, should be well-coordinated across product, commercial, and marketing teams.
Our messaging strategy needs to be personalized and adapt to a user’s shifting interests. Our messages should keep users in the know on the latest activity in their community, as well as keeping Tumblr top of mind as the place to go for witty takes and remixes of the latest shows and real-life events.
Most importantly, our messages should be thoughtful and should never come across as spammy.
Actions & Next Steps
Conduct an audit of our messaging strategy.
Address the issue of notifications getting too noisy; throttle, collapse or mute notifications where necessary.
Identify opportunities for personalization within our email messages.
Test what the right daily push notification limit is.
Send emails when a user has push notifications switched off.
Principle 6: Performance, stability and quality.
The stability and performance of our mobile apps have declined. There is a large backlog of production issues, with more bugs created than resolved over the last 300 days. If this continues, roughly one new unresolved production issue will be created every two days. Apps and backend systems that work well and don't crash are the foundation of a great Tumblr experience. Improving performance, stability, and quality will help us achieve sustainable operations for Tumblr.
Improve performance and stability: deliver crash-free, responsive, and fast-loading apps on Android, iOS, and web.
Improve quality: deliver the highest quality Tumblr experience to our users.
Move faster: provide APIs and services to unblock core product initiatives and launch new features coming out of Labs.
Conclusion
Our mission has always been to empower the world’s creators. We are wholly committed to ensuring Tumblr evolves in a way that supports our current users while improving areas that attract new creators, artists, and users. You deserve a digital home that works for you. You deserve the best tools and features to connect with your communities on a platform that prioritizes the easy discoverability of high-quality content. This is an invigorating time for Tumblr, and we couldn’t be more excited about our current strategy.

Ringing in 2025
It's a new year and I'd like to start it... semi-organized. Being organized is an ideal one can strive for but never reach — something always comes up that doesn't neatly fit already developed categories. That said, I'll start with a few and hope it helps everyone (especially me) navigate my cooking adventures!
New Recipes! New things tried in the culinary_vagabond household will get thoughts in the form of text from me along with pictures of wherever in the cooking process I remembered to whip the phone out. If I tried it, I'll toss the 'culinary vagabond' tag on it. If Partner tried it, that'll get a 'cooking through the crumbles' tag. I will say and label with 'keeper' if I'm printing out a copy of the recipe to stick in one of the numerous binders of recipes I have on the cookbook shelf. If not, it's getting a 'ditch' label. I will document my failures or even things that are just meh.
Repeats! I do, on occasion, repeat a recipe. It's why I print out a copy after all, so I can do it again. There's just so many interesting things to try out there... Anyway, I take photos of things I am doing again, hopefully a number of them throughout the cooking/baking process. Then I'll toss them up on the blog for a textless post.
Cookbooks! Some thoughts and musings about cookbooks that get added to the to-try list for the year, along with the recipes I initially think I'll be cooking. If cookbooks come into the house during the year, I'll write up some thought about those and they'll show up again whenever they come onto to-try list.
Other things: I'll be reposting other people's pretty food photos and funny food-related (at least tangentially) memes/posts. If important food things show up in the news, that might make it's way on here too. Possibly. I am going to be working on turning all of my mother-in-law's handwritten index-card recipes into a cookbook for the Partner and siblings this year, so there may be rants about that, faded ink, illegible hand-writing, and would it kill these people to write down both an oven temperature AND a cooking time?!
So, 2025's utterly unrealistic cooking-related goals
The To-Try List: 99 recipes over 7 cookbooks — finish the recipes from 5 cookbooks — (The Modernist Cuisine stuff is not on my list, even if I am keeping track of what Partner said he wanted to cook)
The Blog: — remember to photograph as I cook — blog about recipes I try — post photos of repeated recipes — keep the # of recipes left in the pinned post up to date
The Family Cookbook: — copy out all recipes in the recipe box — test the recipes — create a cookbook: organize, layout, & print — give a copy to all siblings and father-in-law

Will AI Replace Digital Marketing?
The world is changing fast because of technology. Digital marketing is no exception. AI is making waves. It automates tasks, analyzes data, and creates content. One ponders whether AI will supplant human digital marketers in the future.
The short answer is: not entirely.
AI is a powerful tool. It can revolutionize digital marketing. But, it can't replace human expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking. Think of it this way: AI is a powerful engine, but it needs a skilled driver to navigate the road to success.
Here's a deeper look at how AI is transforming digital marketing, and why human expertise remains crucial:
1. AI: The Powerhouse of Automation and Efficiency
AI is already automating many repetitive tasks in digital marketing. It frees up marketers to focus on more strategic and creative work. Here are some examples:
Content Creation: AI tools can write blog posts. They can also write social media captions and product descriptions. They've saved marketers time and effort.
Data Analysis: AI can analyze lots of data. It finds trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. It gives valuable insights for optimization.
Ad Targeting: AI can personalize ad campaigns using user data. It's ensured that ads reach the right audience at the right time.
Email Marketing: AI can automate email campaigns. It's also able to personalize content and pick better send times for more engagement.
Customer Service: AI chatbots can handle simple customer inquiries. This frees up human agents for harder issues.
2. Human Expertise: The Strategic Compass
AI can automate tasks and analyze data. But, it lacks the human touch. The human touch is essential for successful digital marketing. Here's why human expertise remains crucial:
Strategy and Planning: AI can analyze data. But, it can't make a full digital marketing strategy that fits business goals. We need human marketers. They'll set goals, define target audiences, and make a roadmap for success.
Creativity and Innovation: AI can generate content. However, it can't create engaging and original content that resonates with audiences. Human marketers bring creativity, storytelling, and emotional intelligence to the table. They craft content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Ethical Considerations: AI algorithms may exhibit bias. Their choices can have unintended results. Marketers should employ AI tools with integrity. Users handle personal data with care and prioritize confidentiality.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving. Human marketers can adapt to changing trends. They can find new opportunities and solve surprises. AI, while powerful, can be rigid and may struggle to keep up with rapid changes.
3. The Future of Digital Marketing: A Human-AI Collaboration
The future of digital marketing lies in teamwork. AI and humans will work together. Imagine a scenario where:
AI analyzes data and identifies trends.
Human marketers use this data to develop strategic campaigns.
AI automates tasks, freeing up marketers to focus on creative content creation.
Human marketers analyze AI-generated content and refine it for optimal engagement.
AI monitors campaign performance and provides real-time insights for optimization.
Human marketers adjust strategies based on AI insights and evolving market trends.
Digitaleyehub: Your Partner in the Digital Age
At Digitaleyehub, we've embraced AI. But, we also value human expertise. We use AI tools to improve our services. They give our clients the best digital marketing solutions.
Here's how we've leveraged AI to deliver exceptional results:
Data-Driven Insights: We use AI to analyze data. This gives us deep insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. This allows us to tailor our strategies for maximum impact.
Automated Tasks: We use AI to automate repetitive tasks. These include social media scheduling, email marketing, and content generation. This frees up our team. They can focus on strategic planning, creative content, and client communication.
Personalized Experiences: We personalize marketing messages with AI. We target audiences based on their interests and behaviors. This helps us deliver more relevant, engaging experiences. It leads to higher conversion rates.
Continuous Optimization: We use AI to monitor campaigns in real-time. It finds areas to improve. This lets us always improve our strategies. We can give our clients the best possible results.
Our Services:
SEO: We've used AI tools to analyze keywords. We've used them to optimize website content and build backlinks. This has driven organic traffic and boosted online visibility.
Social Media Marketing: We use AI to schedule posts. It also analyzes audience engagement. And it creates targeted ad campaigns. This way, we've maximized reach and engagement on social media.
Content Marketing: We use AI to generate content ideas. We also optimize content for search engines and personalize it for different audiences.

Dynamic website company in Moradabad
The best Dynamic Website Company In Moradabad is Bevisible Online. It is well known for its best services and qualified staff. Their outstanding work, which demonstrates their creativity and skill, serves as a display for their expertise in this field. Along with creating stunning websites with excellent UX/UI designs that appeal to users' senses, they also added complex elements for functionality and navigational ease. This is due to the fact that they use cutting-edge, cost-efficient technologies. As a result, among companies that design and build dynamic websites, Bevisible online stands out as a leader!
Easier to Add New Content
A content management system, sometimes known as a large database of content, is a feature of dynamic websites (CMS). Unlike static sites, where each web page is an independent organization, this may be quickly updated.
You can change other areas of your website with the help of website developers so that they show the most recent blog posts or news. New posts won't need to be added to these sections because they will already be highlighted on the page.
Offers a Better User Experience
A dynamic website is one that is highly user-friendly and enables users to edit the website as necessary. These websites allow visitors to submit comments or responses based on their interactions with the website. This enables the author to get immediate feedback on their work, which they can then improve. It is possible to create simple navigation, add and update capabilities, customize each visitor's browsing experience, and other things fast and effectively, all of which will enhance the experience overall.
More Personalized Browsing
The ability to give users a customized browsing experience is one of the most important benefits of having a dynamic website. Content and product recommendations, frequently seen product features, and even content based on location and demographics can all help keep visitors on your page and possibly encourage them to take the next step with your business.
Looks More Professional
The functionality and other features that many people expect from a modern website are not present in professional static sites, despite the fact that they are technically possible. Dynamic websites not only provide the features and interaction that visitors want, but also serve to raise the professional appearance thanks to their ease of editing.
Stronger Targeting
The interactions that each user wants will be considerably more easily accessible than before. They'll be more informed, visually engaged, and more able to relate to you.
Additionally, every time someone visits your website, it will be different from the last. Maybe one day they want jeans from your online business, and the next they just want accessories. People may only be interested in your contact information when searching on the spot, but they will come back to read your blog in the future.
Easily Manageable
Dynamic websites employ languages like PHP and MVC to interact with data stored in databases. These websites can be created using an admin panel that enables the website owner, regardless of coding experience, to make changes to the website instantly.
Professional Looking
Compared to static websites, the dynamic website appears more appealing and professional.  Static sites often look unprofessional. It's now considered primitive to just list your products and services on your website and encourage website visitors to call, sign up, and place an order. But if you go for a dynamic website you will get a fresh yet professional website look.

Hiieeeeeee! Okay first of all the sorting of your blog is SO AMAZING I swear you're gonna get an avalanche of random likes and reblogs from me (and many others) since you've made it extremely easy for us to stalk your blog now :D It must have taken so much time and efforts you're amazing!!! And second I have a random question which I felt was suited for an ask so here goes. I was thinking about it (and i did a little research too lol) and for the crimes Shyam committed I don't think he's getting more than 12-15 years in jail (MAX). And that's me being generous and assuming Shashi communicated the attempted murder to Arnav who then used his resources to ensure that's added to Shyam's crime list. Because max punishment for attempted murder is 10 + max punishment for killing a foetus is 5 and even if you add the kidnapping and other random stuff it doesn't amount to more than 20 years total and usually you're allowed to serve at least some of it concurrently than consequently unless you're like a brutal serial killer or something and anyway considering good behaviour they let you usually get a few years off at the end. Shyam seems slimy and manipulative enough to swing that. Lol sorry for the legal deep dive but my actual question is - let's assume 10-15 yrs after the events of the show Shyam is released, what do you think he will do? I know in a soap opera world this is a great set up for like Return of the Villain type of storyline but from a more...realistic perspective, do you think his obsession and hatred would have increased, and he would pursue revenge? Or just stay away from the Raizadas for the rest of his life? Would he be a threat to them? Okay sorry for the long ask and thanks :)
Hello sweetie,
Haha I'm glad you're loving the sorting! I also have my main navigation pinned (so it's the first post anyone sees) and it should make things easier in general.
Also, thank you for the love.
Tumblr media
So your question is, once Shyam's time at prison is over (considering he went there for 15 years counting all his crimes) would he come back and get revenge?
My question to you is - would Shyam even be successful? As an ex convict there's already going a lot of eyes on Shyam and his movements will be tracked. I'm pretty sure there are solid trespassing orders where Shyam cannot live in the same city as any Raizada, Gupta, near associate of the Raizadas and Guptas (Arnav is that influential to get strict trespassing orders).
Shyam will not have any money to do anything. Not to hire any stalkers, any goons, anything. He might go to Dadi again (but even over there there would be trespassing orders).
Shyam is vengeful. But his chances at succeeding in anything is close to zero. When he had no restrictions, he struggled to succeed. With restrictions in place - it's pretty impossible.
I'm sure Khushi, Anjali, Shashi and Arnav would be pretty anxious when Shyam is released from jail and they'll take every measure possible to actually protect the family.
Anjali's child also died - so Shyam has no right nor connection to the Raizadas/Guptas. Since we also never knew what Shyam's motivations are - we also don't know what extend he'd go to.
I do feel the family will feel ultimate peace at Shyam's death.
Best,
JWB

"Should we go to that charity event the school is holding on Friday? It sounds kind of fun." Ryujin sipped on her drink, while you went through your closet, showing her different outfits over the facetime call.
"What's it for again?"
"I don't remember, but the Golden State Warriors dj is going to be dj'ing. He's pretty good."
"Yeah he is. I mean, I'm down, especially if it's for a good cause."
"Okay, I'll grab us tickets when I head to campus."
"You're not even gonna ask Jimin or Tae?" You chuckle.
"Why would I? They do everything we do, they don't know anything outside of us." You shake your head.
"Cut them a little slack."
"Boohoo, they'll say yes regardless. Bring Jungkook!"
"I mean, I'll ask, but I'm not gonna force him."
"Oh quit, I'm sure he'd be happy to spend time with you." She looked at you through the camera. "K, let me see that outfit."
"He said casual." You showed her your outfit in the full length mirror.
"Absolutely, yes! You're fucking hot." She squeals, automatically solidifying your outfit for tonight. It, thankfully, wasn't too cold in the Bay today, so you throw on a grey distressed denim mini skirt, a low-cut light grey longsleeve, a belt and some heeled combat boots. You ruffled and fixed your hair a bit until you were satisfied with your look, picking up the phone once more to turn your attention back to Ryujin.
"Thank you."
"No problem, babe. I hope you have fun! Did he say where you two were going?"
"Nope, it's apparently a surprise."
"Ugh, I love him already." She gushes, causing you to shake your head. You dabbed a bit of lip gloss and pressed your lips together to spread it out before spraying a perfume cloud for you to walk through. Sooner or later, knocks came at the door.
"Okay, I think that's him. I'll talk to you later?"
"Call me as soon as you get home. I want to know how big his dick actually is."
"You're sick. You sound exactly like Tae, you know that?"
"We're not talking about him."
"Love you, bye!" You abruptly hang up on her, unsure of why the hell you deal with her and Taehyung's crude comments. You grab your bag and open the door to see Jungkook standing there with a small bouquet of flowers. He peeks his head over the bouquet with the cutest smile you have ever seen.
"Hi." He slightly scrunches his nose and pulls you into a hug. Goddamn, does he smell good. "These are for you." He hands you the bouquet.
"Jungkook, they're beautiful. Thank you." You take it into your kitchen and place it into a vase really quickly before stepping out. You eye him from head to toe, and boy is looking like a whole ass meal in the denim outfit he has on. Like, who in the world could pull off this outfit like that?
"You look amazing." You blush. "If you ever get cold, just let me know, alright? I can spare my jacket."
"You're so sweet."
"Just want to make sure you're comfortable." He shrugs. "You ready?"
"Depends on what you have up your sleeve."
"Nothing extreme, if that's what you're thinking." He laughed. "I hope you enjoy it, though."
"Thanks for planning all of this, by the way."
"No biggie. I'm just glad to finally spend some time with you." He does a little run to open the passenger car door for you before hopping into the driver's seat. Immediately, he gets the car started and turns up the heat to make sure you're comfortable. The radio is softly playing Zayn's sHe, with Jungkook softly singing along.
"Wait a minute," You chuckle. "Do you sing?" He smirked.
"Maybe."
"Hey, that's not fair. Sing louder."
"No, now I'm shy." He chuckled.
"Why? It's just me."
"Yeah and I just wanna impress you and not make a fool out of myself."
"You won't! Please." You pouted, making him shake his head.
"Ugh, Y/N. That's going to easily become a weakness for me if you keep pulling that pout." You keep pouting. Eventually, he gets over himself and starts to sing a little louder than earlier, causing your heart to flutter at how angelic he sounds. He ends up laughing towards the end and shrugging it off, his cheeks tinted with a rosy tint as you shower him in compliments. Swoon. You were so into the moment that you didn't even realize Jungkook was taking you across the bridge to San Francisco. You and your friends don't come to the city much, strictly because there's too many goddamn hills, parking is expensive as fuck, there's too many one way streets and people just get crazy as hell [like crossing the street when it's not time to walk?!]. It was a little calmer back home and that's all you guys needed. You watch as he parks the car effortlessly on a steep hill before coming over to your side to open the door for you.
"Whew, that's gonna be a workout later." You look back at the steep hill that you're gonna have to climb after eating dinner, you assume.
"Don't worry, I got you." He laughs. There's actually a lot of people out for a Tuesday evening that you end up hanging onto his arm to get navigate the random sea of people. He walks into Brenda's French Soul Food - nothing too fancy, but nothing too casual. The waitress brings you both towards the back end of the restaurant and out into the patio, where there are christmas lights hung around the fence and outdoor heaters posted. He pulls out your chair before sitting himself down, the waitress putting down your menus and cups of water.
"Ohhhhh, my god." You say with heart eyes looking at the menu. You had heard about this place from so many people, and you were impressed that Jungkook was able to score reservations being that it's always so busy due to its popularity. "I'm so excited! I've been wanting to try this place."
"Goodjob, Jungkook." He says, patting himself on the back. "If you're happy, that's all I could ask for." The waitress comes back to offer recommendations, which you both include in your orders in one way or another. Although packed, the restaurant was able to pump out orders quickly and efficiently so you and Jungkook weren't sitting around for too long without food.
"So, how's Jin in class?" You almost choke on your food even though this is something you should have expected. You really wanted to avoid speaking about him tonight, but you knew it was inevitable being that you were out with his brother.
"Um, he's alright."
"Just alright?" He rose his eyebrow and chuckled.
"No, sorry. I mean, he's a really good teacher. Definitely better than our last professor. Everyone in class loves him."
"That's cool. Yeah, he's really smart and wise. I've always looked up to him."
"How long has it been?" You weren't sure how to ask the question, but Jungkook understood what you were asking.
"I was a sophomore in high school when my mom met his dad." You're silent for a moment, allowing him to continue on if needed. "I had a really hard time at first, you know? The whole stepfather thing. My anger was moreso directed towards my mom and my stepdad for awhile. But Jin helped me out a lot. He helped me come to terms with my feelings about everything and he stuck by my side, always had my back whenever I got into arguments or bickered with one of our parents." You nodded, suddenly feeling guilty even though you and Jungkook weren't a couple.
"So, you two are really close." He nodded.
"Yeah, we are. I really don't know what I'd do without him. He's taught me a lot and helped me grow. Plus, Namjoon, Hoseok and Yoongi have been around too. They treat me like their own little brother.”
"That's sweet. It's nice to have that kind of relationship with your sibling and their friends." You chuckle.
"It is." He nods. "Do you have any siblings?"
"Ryujin, Taehyung and Jimin." He laughs.
"From the club, right? I met your friends, they're fun people."
"They're too much, honestly. I'm the only child, but we've all been stuck to the hip since freshman year in college."
"That's cool that you guys have been together since then." You give him a toothless smile. "I think it's pretty awesome that you guys are tackling grad school together too."
"Initially, we all had different plans, but Jimin had some big goals for himself including grad school, and it played a huge role in my decision to do grad school, too. Then Ryujin followed, then Taehyung."
"Cute."
"Speaking of friends, there's this charity event at school on Friday." You look up at him, a small smirk growing on his face.
"Uh huh?"
"And I was wondering if you wanted to come along with us. They really want you there."
"That's sweet. But, what matters the most is that you want me there."
"I wouldn't be inviting you if I didn't, right?" You bit your bottom lip.
"Touché. Of course I'll go with you, beautiful." He does a small nod before sipping his water. "Should we show up in matching outfits?" He joked, causing you to snort.
"Honestly, that seems pretty entertaining. Cute, and entertaining."
"I'm down if you are." You stuck your tongue out playfully.
"I'm game too."
"Let me know what you're wearing then."
"I will, whenever I figure that out."
"Take your time. Just know you'll look good in anything." You blushed. You both continue to talk over the remaining bits of your food before Jungkook calls for the check. You watch as he scribbles his signature onto the receipt before standing and sticking his wallet into the back pocket of his jeans. While exiting the small and crowded restaurant, you hold onto his hand, feeling him grip it tighter as you both successfully make it out. The night isn't too cold, and you sure as hell knew it wouldn't be after you conquered the hill that Jungkook parked on.
"Fuck." You say as you stand on the street, eyeing the steep hill in front of you.
"Come on." He says, slightly bending down for you to hop onto his back.
"Ouu, I don't know if that's a good idea--"
"Y/N, I promise it's okay. Come on." He laughed. Hey, if he was willing to do this, then why not? You hop onto his back, his arms wrapping your legs tightly around his waist, while you clung onto his neck. "See, not so bad, right?" He says, sprinting up the hill, making you laugh and hold onto him tighter.
"Shit, I am so sorry. That was probably a workout. Right after we ate, too."
"Nah. It wasn't anything." He scrunched his nose. On the way back over the bridge, Jungkook is heading towards Lake Merritt. You both are singing along to songs and joking around about topics that pop up here and there. When he parks his car, you notice a whole crowd of people gathered by the lake, which was a little unusual for this time of night. He grabs your hand and gently caresses the top with his thumb as he walks you over towards the crowd. To your surprise, you realize people are gathered here for a water lantern festival. Your eyes light up, making Jungkook smile at how excited you look.
"Jungkook, what the hell! How did you know about this and I didn't?" He shrugs.
"I have my ways." He says, his voice low and deep. You playfully shove him before you make your way over to grab lanterns to decorate. You and Jungkook sit off in a more quiet, calmer part of the lake, silently decorating your lanterns and writing your wishes along with it. What exactly did you want to wish for?
Happy friends, happy family. Happy you.
Whatever happiness meant to you.
To have Chance look over you.
Jungkook is done pretty quickly, but he waits for you to finish, not questioning what you've written since he figures it's a private matter. He shows you his lantern and his cute little stick figure drawing of his family and friends. You giggle, watching him gently lay his lantern in the water, giving you leverage to do the same with yours. You stand closely to him, his body providing you some warmth as you watch your lanterns float off into the lake and illuminate the night along with the others.
"Ready? We have one more thing to catch." He snakes his arm around your waist and gives your side a gentle squeeze. You simply nod, following him back to his car. He takes you about 30 minutes away, exiting and pulling right into a lot two street lights down from the exit. He pulls up to the ticket booth, buying 2 tickets for Tenet at the drive-in movie. You squeal and clap in your seat excitedly, also not knowing this was still around.
"Did you really do your research to plan this date?"
"Yes and no? I've been here before, and I thought it would be fun to take you. The restaurant and the lantern festival though, yes." He parks his car as instructed, turning the radio to the correct channel in order to hear the audio. "Wanna hop in the back so we have more room?" You nod, getting out of your seat just to hop into the back. He leans over into his trunk, grabbing water bottles and assorted gummy candies for you to snack on in case you wanted some. "I hope you're having fun so far."
"I am." You respond softly.
"Okay, beautiful. If you say so." He chuckles. He moves the driver and passenger seats forward so that you both have room to spread your legs a bit. At first, Jungkook made sure to give you enough space so he wouldn't make you uncomfortable, but over time, you felt yourself sinking closer and closer to his body until he had his arm draped around your shoulder, while part of your body rested on his. His hand gently caressed your arm, occasionally sending goosebumps through your body at how soft his touch his. You glanced over, admiring at how focused he was on the movie. He must have felt you looking at him because he quickly looks over and blushes as he nibbles on a gummy worm. "What?"
"Nothing, it's just cute how focused you are."
"Damn, are you not into it?"
"I am, but it's kind of hard to follow sometimes."
"Yeah, it's definitely one of those movies." This time, his gaze on you is a little longer than before. You don't know what takes over you, but you plant a kiss on him, making him smile into the kiss. He doesn't say anything, but proceeds to rest his free hand on your neck, pulling you close and into another deep kiss. Your hand grips onto the side of his shirt, your tongues slowly fighting for dominance. The sounds of wet kisses fills the car and tunes out the movie audio. You can feel the moment intensifying, both you and Jungkook letting out breathy moans in between kisses. Suddenly, the thought of Seokjin quickly flashes in your mind, the past nights you've spent with him and the nasty shit you both have done to each other.
You lightly gasp as you pull away, but it wasn't obvious to Jungkook that something had disturbed your peace.
"Sorry, I—" He tries to save face just in case he was in the wrong about something.
"No, I just— I wasn't expecting it to get that intense." You lied. You knew damn well.
"It's okay." He chuckled. "I would never rush you into anything, Y/N. Okay? We can take this slow." He gives you a genuine, warm, reassuring smile that causes you to swoon. Why the fuck was he so good? Just why? How was this even fair right now?
All you do is simply smile and lean back onto him. He's back to caressing your arm and shoulder, giving you small pecks on the top of your head every now and then to reassure you. Part of you wondered if this is what Seokjin had taught him over the years - how to properly love a woman and be a gentleman. But then, that quickly fades when you remember the situation you're in with him.
Well no, you're not in anything with him. You needed to stop doing this to yourself.
When the movie ends, you both climb back into the front seats to make your way back home. You feel the exhaustion hit you, all the fun and adrenaline you felt today slowly come crashing down. Jungkook parks in the passenger loading zone, throwing on his hazard lights before walking you up to your apartment.
"Jungkook, thank you for tonight. I really enjoyed it and had a ton of fun with you."
"I'm glad." He cups your face and gently places a kiss on your forehead. You weren't satisfied with it though, so you tippy toe as you hold onto his hand and kiss him on the lips. He leans into the kiss, deepening it for a quick second before pulling away. "Let me know the details about Friday, okay?"
"Okay."
"I'll call you tomorrow. Sleep tight, beautiful." He smiles and licks his lips as he watches you walk in, feeling utterly content with how the day went. You feel the same way, smiling to yourself as you throw your bag onto the floor and prance into the bathroom to get ready for bed. You felt the butterflies in your stomach every time you thought about Jungkook and his smile, or his soft lips against yours.
Butterflies that kept your mind off of—
[jin] 10:04pm: Are you still with Jungkook?
You roll your eyes at the text. You hadn't pulled out your phone all night, so you're also seeing the numerous messages from your friends in the group chat, too.
[jimin] 7:45pm: have fun tonight, Y/N!
[taehyung] 7:50pm: ^ ditto. use protection, young lady
[taehyung] 7:50pm: think about mr. kim's feelings
[ryujin] 7:56pm: taehyung kim, shut the hell up. do you have anything better to do?
[jimin] 8:01pm: i really hope she doesn't pull out her phone during the date -__-
[taehyung] 8:05pm: lmfao you guys, chill out
[taehyung] 8:06pm: i'm sorry y/n, im just kidding. have fun tonight and be safe, love you
[ryujin] 8:10pm: CALL ME WHEN YOU GET HOME Y/N! i wanna know deets, remember! and ask him if he wants to join us on friday!
Unbelievable. Your friends were unbelievable, and that was an understatement. You don't respond to the group because you figured you'd call Ryujin in a bit and update the boys over the week. But to Jin's text - fuck.
You were literally just tucking him away in the far, far, far dark, deep depths of your mind.
[y/n] 11:38pm: I was, but now I'm home.
[jin] 11:39pm: Yeah, he just texted me back. Sorry.
[y/n] 11:40pm: It's okay.
[jin] 11:43pm: Okay. Have a good night.
He hates this. Why the hell would you do this to him? Grace is upstairs sleeping while Jin is trying to clean the kitchen up like he promised. Suddenly, his phone goes off, signaling a call coming in.
Jungkook.
"Hello?"
"Oh shit, yes! You're awake!" Jin chuckles a bit.
"How was the date?" Not only was he asking out of curiosity, but wanted to know how you were doing during the night. Completely none of his business but he couldn't help himself.
"God, she's fucking amazing. A-and-and beautiful." He yells into the phone excitedly. "She's so exciting. I can't wait to take her out again. I just wanna keep spending time with her." Jin is pretty unamused on the other line. Thank God he isn't on Facetime so he didn't have to fake this facial expressions hearing about Jungkook's feelings for you. "S-she- I mean, we kissed."
"Oh?" Jin asks, tongue pressed against his cheek. What the fuck.
"Yeah, we were making out during the movie. It got pretty intense, but it didn't get any further than that. I didn't wanna rush her into anything."
"You think it could have escalated?"
"Yeah honestly, but I wanna do right by her, you know?" Jin can tell how serious Jungkook was starting to become about pursuing you, and he had never felt more competitive until this day. He just wanted you to himself, and he wanted to be the one to kiss you and make you feel things you've only dreamed about.
Not his brother.
He, too, wanted you just as bad. If anything, more.
"It sounds like it was a pretty successful first date." Jungkook is beaming through the phone, he didn't have to see his face to know that.
"It was. It was such a good night." Jungkook chuckles. "By the way, I'm going to that charity event on campus on Friday. Are you and Grace going?"
"Probably not."
"Well, if you both are free, you should swing by. It'll be nice to see Grace."
"Yeah, I'll ask and see what's up." Jin sighs. "I should probably get to bed, I'm pretty tired. I'm happy to hear the date went well, kid."
"Thanks, dude. I'll talk to you later, get some rest."
"You too." Jin hangs up the call, silently hitting his fist against the kitchen counter as he lets out a deep sigh. More than ever, he wanted to keep you wrapped around his finger. He wanted to keep you there, no matter how selfish that sounded. There was no way he was going to let you unravel.

We use to have a dog that would bark at every-fucking-thing. Leaf shifted? Get reay for fifteen minutes of uninterupted barking and howling.
If you have loud dogs or are in an area with loud dogs and you need to leave, take cheese or peanut butter or balogna or SOMETHING with you that dogs will eat. 9/10 times they'll probably be more interested in your food than in you, and it'll save you a "spotlight" moment.
Also:
Obvious hiding spots work wonders, but only stash shit in thost places that you aren't afraid of losing. I'm talking pant pockets/jacket pockets that'll be back in your closet or dresser or whatever, stuffed in the toes of your shoes, inside folded socks, or even inside stuffed animals or thick blankets if you can manage it.
Also Honey works as a natural antibiodic* and the membrane inside an egg is a good temporary """bandaid""" on cuts
(Please do not replace this with actual medication if you can avoid getting caught)
Our house is old as FUCK and sometimes our doors "shut" when they're already closed, causing a loud as fuck noise to echo and be amplified through the hallway. If this is an issue, stick something inbetween your doorframe to cushion the noise, and maybe leave it a tiny bit cracked. I dunno about others but I would recommend sleeping with your door as closed as you can safely get it, taking in the ^considerations.
Can you tell your family members apart by the way they walk? I sure can. The hallway in our house causes an echo thats mainly heard in the room adjacent to mine, and it largely amplifies the sound of footfalls. If your house does that I suggest taking that advantage if you haven't already
If you don't already, know who your allies are in your house. This may sound completely fucking stupid but it's useful. My oldest sister had the idiocy to tell our abusers that they're abusive and contact our therapist about it. She's currently banned from communication with us. The next sister after her doesn't think we're being abused/is an abuser herself, and my youngest brother is too young to understand what's going on. That leaves me, my immediant younger brother, and my immediant older sister against three adults and the people my mother hires (adding a whopping three more adults).
On this note, work out whose less likely to get in more trouble and who will take the blame for bad things. My younger brother Ben is less likely to get punished for not redoing dishes as soon as they're done than I am, so he usually takes the fall while I take over the floor duty.
Can you drive? Like the above post NEVER EVER LET A STRANGER DRIVE YOU. However it's important to know the basics in case of an emergency, or have a contact with someone who can drive you away
^^^NEVER CAMP OUT AT A KNOWN FRIENDS HOUSE THOUGH. If your guardians are like mine, they'll go to hell and back trying to get you back. The most obvious places to go are your friends houses, especially ones you talk about. My friends parents are a lot like mine, and would definitely help each other if I had gone "missing" and turned up at their houses. Instead, go to a spot where you can somewhat navigate around town that's open 24 hours, like a library or something. Try not to stay out in the open, but don't be stupid and go down dark alleys.
Speaking of^^ in case of Absolute Emergency, have a pack ready to GO. Know what you're gonna need and have it available for a timed packing and then get the hell outta dodge.
hey so protip if you have abusive parents and need to get around the house as quietly as possible, stay close to furniture and other heavy stuff because the floor is settled there and it’s less likely to creak
