“Astarion, please – gods –” 

Gale’s head falls back against the shelf behind him with a thump and a barely-there rattle of a couple of loose books that makes Gale tremble all the harder. He doesn’t seem to know what to do with his hands, one clutching at the front of Astarion’s leather armor, the other in his hair (mussed), or Astarion’s hair (also mussed), or tugging at the scandalous plunged front panels of the wavemother’s robe as if he can make it any more suitable for daytime. 

Astarion has his nose buried in the appetizing line of Gale’s throat, at least still possessed of enough proprietary not to bleed Gale out amidst the rare stock of Sorcerous Sundries. Gale would never forgive him anyway, if they were to make a mess of such fine volumes. But he licks a stripe over the thin sheen of sweat – whether it’s panic or arousal is not entirely clear, but knowing Gale as well as he’s come to Astarion suspects the latter – and tut, tuts against Gale’s flushed pink ear. 

“Do you want to draw attention, darling?” Astarion snorts out a laugh as Gale’s wandering hand comes up so Gale can bite his own fist. Astarion presses his thigh more insistently between Gale’s legs, Gale’s cock trapped between the immodest panel and Astarion. “All your protests,” he murmurs, charmed by the way Gale’s lashes flutter against his cheeks as Gale ruts against him. “But I still wonder if you want that tiefling to –” 

Gale’s hand digs into the leather, and his other hand makes a wild grab for Astarion’s hair to yank him down into a sloppy kiss as Gale struggles to stifle his own annoyed noise against Astarion’s mouth. 

“As if that’s not what you brought me here for,” Gale retorts, breathless, when he finally leans back again. His eyes are so lovely like this, slim golden halos around his wide pupils, face flushed and his mouth swollen and terribly kissable despite the slightly sulking set of it. “Not why you –” Another kiss, as Astarion slips a hand between them to thumb at the wet tip of his cock where the panel has been rucked up too high to hide it anymore. “Why you goaded me into this –” 

But Gale is so terribly easy to goad, when Astarion sets his mind to hit – so charmingly inclined to show off. His education, his skill, all the minutiae of his endless depths of arcane awareness, his erudite wit. The enticing dip of his cleavage in the robe’s gravity-defying cut, the eye-catching roll of luscious fat at his hip (a particularly enticing spot for Astarion to feed, he’s decided). How desirable he is, or at least, how desirable Astarion finds him. 

He does so enjoy being wanted, and unsurprisingly for a man who wore around the mantle Chosen without a shred of humility for years, he does so enjoy being claimed. 

“You’ll make a terrible mess, if you don’t start being nicer to me,” Astarion purrs, an edge of threat to his voice – only a little, and a perfectly harmless one besides given the threats exchanged at their first meeting all those tendays ago. “Stains on this pretty dress, dripping down your thigh. Is that what you want?” 

“Is that what you –” Gale’s hushed, harsh whisper is choked off by a groan he struggles to swallow when Astarion bends to his collarbone, fangs grazing his skin. “I don’t – Astarion, please –” 

Astarion hums, and fits his teeth into the nearly-faded remnants of a mark from a few days ago. Please what. 

Gale trembles with the effort of his own restraint. He exhales sharply, and drops his hand to the back of Astarion’s neck, fingertips tenderly stroking over what skin he can get to over Astarion’s high collar. “Your mouth,” he breathes, so quiet Astarion wouldn’t be able to hear him if he weren’t a vampire. “Please, Astarion.”

What a treat, to wheedle so many indulgences out of Gale in one short trip. “Better bite your tongue til we’re done,” Astarion says dryly, rewarding Gale with a tender kiss to the collarbone before he sinks to the floor. “If you get us caught, the only sundries you’ll ever leave here with again will be beneath this clever little gown.”

Here me out level: Very mild Ahzek Ahriman: kind of a douche but also really likes civilian remembrancers. Loves to fuck with warp magic and is also a repeat offender cannibal. yummy

Here me out level: Mild Argel Tal: (The best Word Bearer) Not a bad man pre heresy, and in a vision Lorgar has turns into a demon bug man. kinda hot ngl

Here me out level: medium Asterion Moloc: Chapter master of the Minotars. Kind of like Tyberos but worse also more brutally evil and paranoid. Is fucking massive, scarred and full of cybernetics.

Here me out level: hardish Eidolon: An Emperors children marine, like Fulgrim but even more of a narcissistic asshole. Gets corrupted in the heresy and is so much of a dick Fulgrim himself actually kills him. 8/10 would be his pet pre-heresy because post heresy he is dead 💀

Here me out level: ??? Mothman Mortarion: I would let that massive stinky man have whatever he wanted

Ahzek: 100% would DID NOT KNOW HE WAS A CANNIBAL I just love tragic magic boys who tried his best but like dad everything went wrong.

Argel Tal: 1000% WOULD both as normal and demon bug/abomination thing listen that vertical mouth could do things to me but yeah sometimes you just crave insect man sexual horror

Asterion Moloc: 50% would... I don't know enough about him or the Minotaurs much beyond just utterly ravaging the Lamenters. But Granted I could probably think up some sort of personality for him sexy enough to turn that 50% to 100% just like I've done with Tyberos.

Mothman Mortarion: Would and in my drafts am working on something for him

His mask had been removed for this occasion, bits of his flesh coming off with it, but ever the resilient one Mortarion hardly felt it as Isolde looked up in horror. The chittering insect like mouth mixed with a human one swirled and mashed together as he chittered down at her. His silvery wings fully spread, flicking in the light to catch her eyes as he preened and felt an excitement. Mortarion was intimate with the cycle of death and rebirth that Nurgle governed over and fecundity was a step in that cycle Mortarion walked past. He was content on being a creature that had lost it's life mate and warbled its never returned mating song.

There was an insanity that danced in Mortarions eyes as two smaller arms gripped and pulled on her clothes. They were in his section of the garden... away from the Grandfather's gaze and while it pained Mortarion physically and immaterially he would introduce his wife to Grandfather later... after intimacy was restored and pent up feelings were taken care of. His clothing and armor melted away off of his body...

Eidolon: I don't know much about him cept that he did get killed and might be alive? Unless someone else in lore is also... EITHER WAY

Emperor's children are always a hard sell for me idk how you can be more narcissistic than Fulgrim so yeah I just don't know enough about him to figure out if I even COULD write something about him.

So TL;DR: Everyone is would just Asterion Molec is someone I'd have to probably build up like Tyberos to make him work and Eidolon I don;t know enough about & him being an Emperor's Children makes him have an uphill battle for me to try and sexualize

Sometimes a ship post is just a vent post but hear me out:

Astarion thinking he's being manipulative when he isn't.

Like hes really genuinely upset about something that is of like minor inconvenience to Wyll. Blood drinking is a great example.

He's absolutely starving but he doesn't want to admit it and A) admit weakness or B) risk being viewed as too dangerous to have around because he's hungry. So he's just suffering in silence for a while until some how wyll notices what's up, gets him to admit he's hungry and then immediately offers to let him feed. Just because of basic and kindness it doesn't even have to be at the love stage yet, though this would absolutely probably persist past it.

But in his brain he just can't comprehend someone actually showing him compassion or kindness? Even wyll? So even though he did absolutely nothing manipulative just admitted to his needs he convinces himself that he is just such a master of manipulation he doesn't even have to try.

"how could anyone ship bloodweave they make no sense at all" did you think about their stories, their motives, their ailments, their shared hobbies, the subtle progression of their relationship throughout the acts, and how very similar they can be despite being different. i know that you didn't but if you had then perhaps you would understand why some people might ship them, especially since a) you can successfully romance them in an origin run thus making it possible, b) astarion already tries flirting with gale unprompted in act 1, and c) you can romance astarion with a good-aligned pc and romance gale with an evil-aligned pc. so, like. what's not clicking

Had to share all these gorgeous details, like the TEXTURES on this models are just gorgeous! All that filigree and bead detailing is raised which made painting it much easier, but still very tedious (so worth the results though). This was my first time painting a face bigger than tabletop mini scale, and boy was I intimidated. Had some friends point me to ball-jointed doll makers and learned about detailing faces with chalk pastels, so I used pastels to give his cheeks some colour, blush the tips of his ears, and make the shadows under his eyes. I could go back and add more colour/texture to his hair but I think its best if I leave it, lest I play with it too much and end up ruining things. I have to keep reminding myself that just cause I can see things in macro lens photos, doesn't mean I'm actually able to go correct those things 😅

Regardless, I'm so so happy with how he turned out, and its crazy that I can look at this and go "me!!! I PAINTED THAT!! ME!!!", and now I have a stunning model of everyones favourite lil rat bastard (affectionate) vampire mans💕
