woe, submas ggg au be upon ye.

soooooo uh. there's a lot to say about this, me and my pal @artisticwizard have thought up a like entire dlc-like story line. boy separation, boys reunition, the pokemon popularity poll canonized (in a way), etc.

i have more sketches lined up (hopefully) so ill explain more in detail about the au later. for now i'll explain the premise/start of the au below.

In this AU, the twins have been slotted into the premise/plot of GGG as a pair of additional gods.

Ingo and Emmet are the twin gods of transportation: arrival and departure, the destination and the origin, etc. They run a shared two-way train through the towns of the Grove, from BuzzHuzz to the Grove Cove.

Their god room entrances are in the two engine cars located at the opposite sides of the train, yet they share a god space from ascending together.

Additionally, their engine cars can only move forwards; Ingo can only move towards the Spire while Emmet can only move towards the docks. They rely on one another to pull the train back and forth in tandem.

One day, a letter arrives from King that suggests though they've always move together, haven't they always wondered who's the better god between them? Who can pull the most weight, who can run the fastest, who is the most popular between the two? Clearly one of them has to be the best god of transportation.

Ingo and Emmet, who love competition and challenges, had already exhausted most physical comparisons (with most ending in a tie). Popularity is new territory though. Sounds fun, so why not?

Ingo and Emmet host a contest poll for who's everyone's favorite god between them (only between them, because they'd be grossly outpaced by other gods like Inspekta), which is kind of Splatoon Splatfest-like in festivity. The mood starts off great, and the Bizzyboys are a great help with decorating and hyping up the contest.

Maybe a little too good. Over the course of the event, some people start getting a little too hyper and competitive. The poll is now no longer fun for the weird groupies/chronically online sub groups, and they're quickly ruining everyone else's experience. Eventually it gets wayyy too serious. The twins fail to notice how bad it's getting.

Eventually Ingo is announced the winner. Both twins are happy with the results; it's Emmet's groupies who aren't. Harassment between groupies escalates to the point that one day, while the train is waiting to depart from BuzzHuzz's station, someone goes and decouples Ingo's engine car from the train cars.

When it's time to depart to the Grove Cove, the train, unknowingly, leaves him behind.

Now Ingo and Emmet are separated on the two furthest ends of their tracks, unable to reverse and reconnect their cars. They remain that way for what seems like an eternity...

...Until one day, a new Godpoke arrives.

This is a little short, and very quickly written, but I hope it satisfies.

Second Chances

Pairings: Sugar Daddy!Emmet x Reader (GN)

When you tell him on the way to the park that you're a little afraid of riding roller coasters, he offers to let you hold his hand through it. It nearly envelops yours. It's big and warm and comforting - slightly calloused from the hard work of Pokemon care and battling. You find you're not so scared while holding his hand. You spend the rest of the evening holding it and he definitely doesn't complain. He reaches for you about as often as you reach for him.

He lets you play as many of those rigged carnival games as you want too! Emmet's been to the park many times, so by this point he knows which games are rigged and which you have the best chance of winning. He also has a competitive streak, so you'll often end up at two-player games. Even if he does win, he'll still let you pick out and keep the prize.

"That big Joltik plush, please!"

"Verrrry cute. You'll have to share custody with me though."

After games, you both share some faire food together, picking out funnel cakes or fried cookies or whatever else terribly unhealthy but absurdly delicious you want. You'll get powdered sugar all over your shirt, and he'll laugh and say you should wear white more often.

At the end of the day, you end up in the Ferris wheel together while the fireworks go off.

This evening has been so nice. All the anxieties building over the course of the afternoon have melted away with the fun that you've had together. In the back of your mind, you know this is steering dangerously close to a real, actual date - so different from the parties you've attended as their fake partner. No formalities, no performing, no worrying if this night will be "good enough" to keep you around for next time. Tonight, it's just you and Emmet.

He's sitting next to you in the compartment, lit by the colorful flashes of fireworks all around you. His hat is off and he's smiling out at the lights of the city. He always smiles, but this is different. When he turns to look at you, there's a true warmth to his expression you've rarely ever seen. He looks beautiful.

You have a terrible urge to reach up and kiss him, which will totally make you freak out once you get home. But that's a problem for future you. Right now, you want to enjoy this moment without thinking about what it could mean. You cuddle under his arm and watch the show together, holding hands the whole time.

It's a little embarrassing for Emmet to walk you back to your dingy apartment. Even if he isn't coming inside, you're sure it's a long way off from what he's used to. The building is a bit run down and the grounds aren't clean or well kept. You try to say that he can just send you off in a taxi ("Noooope! The subway is much more efficient. I should know."), but he wants to make sure you get there safely, so he ends up escorting you.

It's sweet, in a chivalrous, old fashioned sort of way. You feel the urge to kiss him rise up in you once more, but before you dare to, you duck through the door with a goodbye and the promise of seeing him again soon.

Now that Emmet knows where you live, he finds himself a little concerned about it. You're not living on the dangerous side of town, but you're not exactly living "well" either. Your apartment is obviously small, even from the outside, and things don't seem well-maintained. If it's like that from the outside, he's deeply concerned about what's hiding on the inside. He wants to barge in and inspect things for himself (you wouldn't mind, right? Just pretend he's not even there!), but Ingo calling on his x-transceiver stops him.

Going in will have to wait. He'll discuss what he's learned tonight with Ingo. Besides, the twins are overdue to have a verrrrry important discussion with you anyway.

Congratulations to Mimikyu for winning the Ultimate Pokemon Tournament!! While we give our most special Pokemon some time in the spotlight, take this post as a continuation of our earlier Monday updates!

First, thank you all so much for taking the time to vote in this tournament and for giving it the life it only could've gotten with your support! I am deeply, deeply grateful to everyone who interacted with the tournament in any way. You all helped make it as successful as it is!

For the @pokemonunderdogtournament, I've decided to keep the nominations form open until end-of-day Tuesday Pacific Time, so there's still time to get any nominations in! Please also submit any underdog tournament ideas you may have to that blog! You can see examples in the blog's posts. I expect to start posting polls and tournaments on either Wednesday or Thursday, but I have a lot of organizing to do before I can get it off the ground.

If anyone has any questions that I couldn't answer while the tournament was ongoing, please feel free to send them in now. Note that I will be away from home for most of the day, so any asks that would require me to have access to a computer or anything that would need a detailed write-up could take me until Wednesday or later.

This will keep the 2-3 polls a day format, and keep continuous posting through regions. (Example: The Chikorita line posted 12 hrs after Mew)

Pokeathalon

Restarting from beginning, but doing individual polls for every pokemon! Fully in Pok��dex order. Over 1000 polls to be posted. For this, I’ll boost posting up to 8 polls a day (a poll every 3 hours), but keep posting continuous through regions.

Safari Zone

Doing polls grouped by each games’ Regional Dex! So the question will change to ‘Have you used ___ in ___?’ Stat posts will go by games and therefore not exclude repeat pokemon. This will go by Mainline games only, and exclude National Dex-only Pokemon. I’ll post 4 polls a day, once every 6 hours, and have a week long break between regions.

Individual polls asking not only if you used the pokemon, but also where you first used them! Poll options will expand the ‘yes’ selection by asking what generation you first used them in, with a list of games they were available in below the poll. (Example: Yes, I used them in Gen 1. THE BIG POLL, ROUND ZERO, REPLACE BLADE BRAVE!!!!!

Beautiful show it is, Kamen Rider Blade must come to an end soon. I will cry. But the world must move on.

And I decided to make this one an anime poll, since some of the legacy options from the very first poll ended up being much longer than the rest. SO! This is all shows between 20-50 episodes, around the same length as a Rider show!

Agatha Christie’s Great Detectives Poirot and Marple - A young detective related to famous detective Miss Marple joins other famous detective Hercule Poirot as his assistant and learns from these two legendry mentors to solve murders. I love detective shows but I'm not too familiar with Poirot and Miss Marple so maybe the show could serve as an introduction to them. It seems cozy but compelling! The lead writer worked on a bunch of the big popular serieses (Pokemon Sun & Moon, Fairy Tail, Death Note, and Anpanman). This one's a legacy inclusion!

Blue Gender - A man from the modern day with a strange illness goes into cryosleep and wakes up in a destroed earth where mechs and aliens fight and there is a cool tall woman who has a mech. It has gore, mechs which I do need to see more of, but it's a military series. Space's also listed in the genre stuff which...is that a spoiler, do they go to space? 26 episodes, so it's on the longer side, less diligence may apply. This one's a legacy inclusion!

Dirty Pair - 80s anime, two Hotted Boobhaving space agents fight and bicker their way through the galaxy in a distinctly 'two bi women constantly getting divorced' vibe. I don't remember if this one is a legacy inclusion, but it's a famous show!

Scrapped Princess - Fantasy setting, A local white girl doomed to destroy the world and her adoptive siblings travel the world to avoid her devastating fate. also... There's mechs?? Wikipedia tells me it’s a lighthearted but mournful show that uses Clarke’s third law to bridge the gap between scifi and high fantasy. This one was handpicked by a dear friend!

Texhnolyze - by the creators of Serial Experiments Lain, it’s a show that seems similarly angsty and cerebral but much grimier. A boxer gets dismembered, cyborgized, and possibly radicalized deep in the bowels of a city that never sees the sun. ALSO GACKT IS THERE?

R.O.D. READ OR DIE -THE TV- - a potentially jojoish, gay little show about a novelist with a heady mix of hubris and self-loathing and three bibliophile sisters with Paper Abilities fighting various goons and also Britain. It seems like a romp!

Captain Earth - In the vein of Super Sentai (sadly without the precious masks), a color coded group of teens that seems to include a Yaoibait Kaworu fight aliens on behalf of NASA, with a robot that has a REALLY big hat. Supposedly it’s got a lot of intellectual depth!

RahXephon - the second name on everyone’s lips when someone says Evangelion Rip-off, after Darling in the Franxx. Mechs that are blatantly angels, a JSDF, and blue-blooded men in black. I tried a bit, and it’s got a great capture of humanity in times of crisis and such a beautifully 2000s aesthetic.

Devilman Lady - what if you were Devilman and a Lady??? What if there was a blond woman and you were a beast and there was all this blood and violence. Psychological, grungy, and gorgeously 90s. And it's a yuri!!!

Chrno Crusade - Cisgender Bridget and a devilboy (no relation to devilman or devilmanlady) do exorcisms for an order of nuns in 1929 New Yawk Citay. It's a het romance, full of bumbling and comedy and period era ghostbustiness. Also for some reason in a lot of the art (like this one) Chrno is whitewashed?

1: Emoji Design Fun - this is more ooc wise and would have no ic elements. you guys send a pokemon species and an emoji, and i'll design that pokemon based on the emoji. send it off anon or @ your blog in the ask and you can keep the design. every design i get on anon will be gathered at the end and people can nab them first come first serve. pokemon can be be different colour morphs/coat patterns, hybrids, or just different breeds for stuff. if you get one of the designs, you can use it for pkmn irl or out of it. i dont really care as long as you credit me for the creach's design. if you do use it in pkmn irl you will have to figure out how your character got the pokemon though as once again this would be purely ooc and maple would not be responsible for giving your character the pokemon. mostly just a way for me to flex my designing muscles and have some fun.

2: Maples Mom Takeover - A non canonical event where maple's mom gets access to the blog for the day. the validity of what she says however may be canon may not. mostly just a fun way i might be able to reveal more about her than i would otherwise, although the takeover happening wont be mentioned afterwards.

3: Tami Takeover - I just let maples absol have the blog for shits and giggles. maybe she'll give you a new perspective on things, maybe she wont. she might even introduce completely new info, who knows! everything would be translated by maples rotom.

Choose Your Own Adventure, pt. 1

As a thank you for the 1000 followers, I thought it might be fun to do a Choose Your Own Adventure fic. I've got a starting prompt below, and each part will be followed by a poll where you, the audience, will pick what happens next. Each poll will only last 24 hours, so definitely act fast if you want your voice heard!

Each part will only be 1000 words, and my intent is to keep this GN.

For now, there are no warnings.

The late afternoon sun beats heavy on your back as you ride through Socarrat Trail. Despite the lack of trainers out today (not surprising given the overwhelming heat), it remains almost inconceivably loud, with heracrosses chattering and chirring up a storm to rival the sound of a hurricane. 

Your eyes expertly scan the trail and off the beaten path, going along your typical route of inspection as a ranger in the area, double checking that no one is in any sort of danger and that nothing seems terribly awry. No fires, rock slides, or crazy damage from the inevitable pokemon battles that take place. The usual.

Everything seems typical, so with a relieved sort of sigh, you round the trail to start the return trek to the ranger station on the other side of the forest, eager to get back into the blessed air conditioning.

On the way, you ride close to the rock formation that sits in the middle of the forest. Several years back, before you joined the workforce, apparently some super strong pokemon was released from a cave within the stone, and no one had seen hide nor hair of it since. Or so said all your superiors over at the station. You’re pretty sure it was all hazing tauroshit.

…Pretty sure being the operative phrase, of course. It doesn't hurt to stick close by when you can, just in case some kinda cool Pokemon ever does appear.

In just a moment, you'll see the familiar chains that apparently kept the creature confined…or behind a door…or…whatever. That part of the story always changed, but one thing remained consistent:

Out of nowhere one day, a massive cry shook the ground for miles around the area. 

When the rangers went out to check on the commotion, the cave had been opened, the seal broken, and everything inside…gone. They tried to track it, but other than signs of a battle and mussed up Pokemon prints left in soft earth, there wasn't much else. Anything that had been inside was well and truly gone, scattered to the winds that carried its far reaching cry.

"Son of a BITCH!"

The sudden shout startles you from your thoughts of unknown pokemon, and you quickly make your way toward it. It came from within or nearby the cave, probably some kids from the academy searching for treasure, as some inevitably do every year. Doesn't matter how many signs your team puts up.

"DANGER: ROCK SLIDES LIKELY

CIVILIAN ACTIVITY PROHIBITED"

It's one thing for you, a trained park ranger, to idle along just off the path from the cave. You're a professional afterall. Kids, on the other hand, aren't, and they're drawn to danger like teddiursa to honey. Without real protective measures like those in place around Area Zero, you and your colleagues are left to deal with fallout and infrequent calls for an emergency taxi to take folks to the hospital.

"Hello? Socarrat Trail Park Services here!" You call toward the sound as you approach the cave. "Is anyone in need of assistance?"

"Ugh, fuck," You hear a voice softly echo through the mouth of the cave before continuing more loudly. "No! No, it's fine! No need for help, thanks!"

You continue into the cave anyway, putting on your best Official Ranger posture and tone.

"That's good to hear. However, this area is off-limits to civilians, so I have to ask that you…"

As your eyes adjust to the dim light of the cave and you realize whom you're facing, your official façade drops.

It's been years, but you saw a photo of him not too long ago online.

"Arven Sada-Turo, is that you?"

Wavy, two-toned hair which partially blocks his sight, his bits of scruffy beard, and his stocky, built form face you.

The man sighs, wiping his hand on the back of his pants.

"Yeah, yeah. That's me. Listen, I, uh…didn't realize the area was off-limits or whatever." Probably a lie. There's signage everywhere. He should've seen it. "But I'll be outta your hair soon. Didn't mean to trespass. Promise."

"Wait, Arven. …Uh." Suddenly you feel awkward. This isn't easy to ask. "Don't you recognize me?" You draw closer to the little camping set up he seems to have built for himself in the cave. "Mesagoza Academy? We graduated the same year. Not that I blame you if you don't remember, for real! Geez, what's it been? Must be coming on almost a decade, yeah?"

Arven's eye narrows a bit as you approach, not trusting you immediately. But when he's able to take in your face a little better, his face relaxes with recognition.

"Oh�� Oh wow! Shit, uh…" He fumbles for a moment, but he gets your name right first try, and you nod in affirmation. "Who'd have thought we'd see each other like this, yeah?" He laughs, gesturing around him. 

Your expression quirks a bit.

"Yeah… What are you doing here? Like I said, this area isn't really meant for civilians, so…"

He straightens, the single eye you can see brightening. "I was foraging. See, I'm doing research on herbs for use in my café."

You're familiar with the place. Though you've never been yourself, you know Arven's face and frame from a photo of him outside the establishment back when the place first opened.

The article was accompanied by a photo of your current classmate, knelt down next to his Mabosstiff, both giving huge, goofy grins. No longer was he the awkward, broody teen of your school days. He was replaced instead by the impressive form in front of you.

"Research…on herbs?" You chatot back.

"Yup! The region has a rare plant, colloquially called herba mystica. Folks think they're legend, but they're not. Just super rare. I need to find a few more; see if I can get them to propagate… Anyway, I wasn't able to find any here, so, like I said, I'll be outta here shortly."

Red loved when it was sunny outside. Not too hot, the breeze kept a nice, cool air around him as he trained with his Pokemon. Pika in particular having a great time. The pikachu excitedly practiced his moves, one after the other and back again, and Red was happy to allow his pokemon to spar.

Red was watching them closely, working with them, bonding with his pokemon. Only, the next time Pika jumped back, the cliff above the Pokemon rumbled. Red didn’t have time to think, the rockfall coming and his legs moving before he even registered it. He dove for pikachu, protecting the Pokemon tightly by his chest as he tumbled. Pelted by some of the comparatively smaller rocks as he narrowly escaped the larger ones, and rolling right into another wall. The impact of which left his head spinning for far longer than he’d like to admit. The feeling in his head being more notable than the scrapes on his arms and legs. Pika was fine. That’s all that mattered to Red at the moment.

His ears rang as he felt pikachu wriggle from his chest and out. The pokemon nudged at his arm as he was still reeling from the surprisingly intense impact to his head. He eventually lifted himself from the ground, still feeling the sense of pain from the impact around his head. “Sorry, Pika. I didn’t want you to get hurt.” He reassured the electric mouse, seeing its worried face and meeting the gaze of his other pokemon who’d rushed to see what happened shortly after.

“Guys, I’m fine” he chuckled, rising to his feet with a short wince. The world spun for a moment, and he could swear he saw stars. He shook his head. Maybe he just had to rest. They had been training for quite a while and getting bumped on the head certainly didn’t help.

Red had returned his pokemon to their balls after that, not wanting to worry them further with his tripling over himself a bit. He’d just go home and rest. Only the walk back home was a chore. Was the sun always so bright? And was Red always so tired? Every step made him realize how much his head was hurting, it took over every other sense. It was dizzying. He was starting to feel much more worn down than he expected.

By the time he made his way back to his home town, where he’d been visiting for a few days, he was stumbling. Body unsteady as he focused solely on getting back home and lying down. Somebody cut through the fog in his mind, grabbing him by the shoulder and steadying him. It was a familiar face, Green.

“Green..?” Red was embarrassed, his speech felt slurred, and he was sure he didn’t look that great.

“Red, how long have you been like this? Can you even remember?”

The question took a minute for Red to even register, shaking his head a couple times like that would force the thoughts to unscramble.

“Well I-…wait- I dunno.”

He realized with a start that he couldn’t remember what led him to this in the first place. His head hurt, his vision was swimming, and he could swear he felt a bit of nausea creeping into his chest. The look on Greens face, one of concern. It made Red cringe internally, he didn’t like making others worry, especially not his rival.

“ m’ fine. I’ll just go lie down.”

Red tried to reassure the other trainer, and pushed away from his tight grip with a bit of resistance.

Only to crumble to his knees moments later.

The nausea rolling through him decided to rear its ugly head, and he swallowed thickly. He could hear Green’s footsteps approach and suddenly arms wrapped around him.

“W-wait Green I don’t feel-“

His desperate words stopped dead in his throat when he choked on his own spit, with Green backing off when Red suddenly gagged.

The force of the vomit ejecting from his body, and the ringing in his head, made his vision blur. His body shuddered as he emptied his stomach. By the time he was done, Red was hardly conscious, swaying as he tried his hardest to rise to his feet once again.

Only this time, the feeling overwhelmed him, and his vision went dark before he even felt himself fall forward.

By the time he woke up next, he was surrounded by worried friends. A part of him upset that he had worried them enough to have all stayed by his side, but relieved that they had come to help him.

“Ingo,” you stepped in front of the older twin as he reached for his wallet off the table. It was his day off from work, and you both had decided to actually go out for a date. An issue arose after Ingo had left the bathroom from getting dressed. A knitted, black sweater sat heavily on his torso, and white slacks covered his legs. While, you normally would not mind his preferred dressing manners, even find them handsome and fitting…

It was currently June and extremely hot outside.

Not only would his sweater take in a lot of heat, it would hold it in. While Ingo's stamina and endurance were quite stunning, he was a still a human. You sighed. Ingo felt as if he had to dress properly and formally as both a professional and a person. There was little that could be done to sway his opinion there. If Emmet failed, you surely were not going to come out victorious.

“Is something wrong, dearest?” he asked, eyes filled with light worry. You lightly reached out for the knitted top. His head tilted like a curious Purrloin's would.

“You will be boiled alive in your clothing,” you told him, “I prefer my train man alive and well, not as stew.” A light chuckle came from him at your words.

“... I'll be fine,” the back of his hand stroked your cheek, “I'm quite used to dealing with heat.” An idea struck you.

“Ingo, we're going shopping.”

You would find him more seasonally appropriate clothing, whether he liked it or not.

Ingo's face was stiff as he stood near the clothing rack you were currently scavenging through. He had already declined your many, many offers of shorts, as he found them simply unbecoming of clothing for going out in public. The favouritism towards quite short ones was obvious from you, too. He had no ass to hang out, but he still would prefer something that at least touched his knees.

“Oh, what about this Ingo?” you pulled out a short sleeve button up, “This would suit you, right?” He studied the fabric intensely. It was a similar one to his work uniform. It was a shade of light lavender, much like a Litwick's flame. He nodded and hung it over his arm. “Heehee, they have a Litwick t-shirt tucked in here, too, Ingo,” you pulled it out for him next. A trap, he knew, as the sweet yellow eyes of the candle pokemon peered into him. The twin could never say no to a Litwick.

After managing to find him a few shirts that better suited the hot weather, you both headed back to the bottoms section in a desperate hope that something would catch his eyes. Ingo decided to humour you more and wandered around himself to look at the clothing. Jeans were always around, but he always found them better looking with Emmet's style of dress than his own.

His hand found itself pulling out a certain pair of trousers that had, for some reason, caught his attention. He took it off and observed the light grey fabric with careful eyes. They were cut off before the ankle but under the knee. He compared the colour to the lavender shirt and found a match. “Dear?” he called out to you, to which you almost instantly headed over from your digging at another rack.

“Oh! Those are cute Ingo,” you told him, “I suppose that's as much skin as you're willing to show?” You joked. It felt almost like you were shopping within a “non-uniformed” workplace's standards. He shot a light glare at you, inciting a laugh from you.

“... If you want skin, Emmet sleeps in his boxers,” Ingo said while adding the bottoms to his collection. You scrunched up your face at his words. It was not Emmet you wanted to see like that.

His and your search continued on into the late afternoon. In which you finally broke his fierce resolve with a loud beg and holding out long shorts. They looked decently covering and like another form of the slacks he had already been wearing. He had relented and added them to his items.

Soon, you both were at the checkout queue and waited to escape the store. A new issue arose at the checker, however.

“Ingo, let me cover this,” you insisted to the older twin, “I was the one who dragged you out shopping.”

“Dearest, I must buy these as they are for me,” he told you sternly, like he would an employee who had broken a rule, “I quite enjoyed this with you, so please step aside.”

He won in the end, alas.

“Brother?” Emmet stared at his brother with a look of confusion. His usual layers had been shed away and left him in a Litwick tee and black shorts. “Ah, Ingo!” he giggled excitedly as his revelation, “We can match! Let me get my Joltik tee shirt and white shorts!”

Ingo stood there mortified.

In the end, he had ended up with an outfit that was in Emmet's fashion tastes.

🌓 crossovers : I'm probably what you might call the corssover king. When it comes to my boy I would cross them into ANY other verse. Pokemon, Attack of titan...gundam? You name it and they're gonna enter it.

🎉 the fan favorite character of my muse’s canon : I googled searched the SNK poll to find out who's reigning number 1 and ACCORDING to Google that's good ol' Terry Bogard. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the guy. I'm not his biggest fanboy but he's cool and I don't mean cool as an excuse not to talk more about the guy I mean COOL like the man is Him. He's got a good presence, design and quotable attacks. To this day I still play smash bros and yell out 'R U OKAY!?'.

As for DBZ/Super I did THREE Google searches and both times they gave me Gohan and it shocked me so i dug into THAT poll specifically and it was a jump poll from all the way back in '95. Sad how much the world made sense after discovering it because the majority of the fandom don't give a fuck about this:

Like BRUH, if my mans want to hit the books on the regular and then let him do it. Because we ALL know he's just gonna get another boost and then fall off all over again. I'm the minority in this but I much prefer Gohan the scholar. BUT that's neither here nor there, the winner of DBZ/Super popularity poll is Goku and I'm not surprised.

Whilst Goku to me has 'fallen off' of what made me like him in the first place from Ball and Z, I can still admit he's got his moments in Super where I see a glimmer of the Goku I remembered. Though I will say Buu Saga Goku was more of a mixed bag for me but it's really for ONE scene but no one wants to hear about that cause you'd have me ranting here all day.
