#and Morro wants to be Lloyd

Morro and Cryptor in the movieverse, in my style? More likely than you think:

My first ever take on the movieverse and it’s designs and it had to be this underrated duo.

Scenario: Morro and Cryptor have geography class together, and they’re both four days into their first week of school. Having barely shared two words with each other, let alone anyone else in the school, the two are paired up for a project. To make a volcano. Despite the two judging each other heavily, not getting along at all, constantly arguing and butting heads, they both rushed into the classroom covered in paint, paper, tissue, cardboard, and pearls. And then the entire class was covered in ketchup after the volcano accidentally blew up. They got a d- and got put in detention. From that day on they were known as horrible a*sholes you should never be around, unless they try to murder you.

In reality they would only try murder each other and are actually awkward teens with everyone else.

Ain’t got much for Morro’s story in this verse other than the fact that instead of running away he was sent over to train and learn under Mystake, only for her and Wu to realise he has no social life at 17 and so they send him back to Ninjago city to go to high school for the first time.

But Cryptor in this AU’s got a bit. Cryptor is a scrapped version of the Nindroid sentries that protect Borg tower. After Pixal, Borg wished to create Nindroids who could protect him and his tower from danger, and Cryptor was one of his prototypes. Cryptor was not supposed to have a consciousness, but as the only Nindroid sentry prototype that was based off of both Pixal’s code and Zane’s design, he came to life. After waking up seemingly abandoned in a scrap yard Cryptor runs off feeling betrayed and angry. Eventually, he gets taken in by this world’s overlord. Not entirely sure how he works in this universe yet so all he is rn is Cryptor’s rlly bad guardian who updated his design to what it is now.

After some drama yada yada, Cryptor joins the school as the only openly known Nindroid. He and Morro joins at the same time and do not get along, yet they only ever hang out with each other because villains who were generals of armies in another life just kinda click.

Willll probably add more to this explanation and maybe photos of the sketches and such later when it’s not 6am and i can see the sun rising. Oh also the background was not made by me it’s a free to use photo on Ibispaint X.

hey chat TWOO whole aus we’re eating good this week ones on the left are matter of time and one on the right is stay in school go check them out SHOUTOUT LOON 🗣🗣 yk i was originally only gonna do sisk lloyd which is why he got. a little more effort from me dunno what i was doing with the bg lowkey. also i took some creative liberty ihope you dont mind loon but in my experience when you start growing out of your clothes the sleeves are the first thing to go so i chopped em off. canvas looked empty as hell so i doodled mot lloyd in the corner and i am INCAPABLE of leaving it as it is apparently so i colored it. and then i did morro cause im like morally obligated to or something. LOVE me a character design where their hair or clothes or whatever naturally defies physics cause of their abilities. eat that shit up every time. unfortunately that means i cannot make him greasy as fuck the way i know is right and true

If the ninja could choose what element they could get i don’t think any of them would choose their originals because of the most stupidest reasons.

Nya would choose fire because of how its over all the most destructive, and therefore most challenging to master and one of the most powerful, to control.

Kai would choose earth because of the strength factor, seeing as he’s a blacksmith, but also because early seasons Kai would put strength above all due to his protective tendencies.

Jay would choose green energy or whatever Lloyd’s element is because it’s one of the most confusing and interesting elements, and he honestly loves solving things.

Lloyd would choose water because he can get fish out of it.

Cole would choose ice because of the resistance against temperatures, and because now he can keep his food cold if needed for a long time, and he can make ice cream cake easier.

Zane would choose electricity because it feels funky. Bro has no idea it’s because he’s funky.

If this was an au it would be like that one mlp episode where all the ponies switched cutiemarks and had no idea why they just didn’t fit with who they are. Whole song and dance sequence and all.

Bonus+

Morro would choose amber because he could literally have any element when he wants too and he would master every single one just to show he’s the best at what he does. Also because he’d find it hilarious if he could just blast water and dirt at someone at the same time.

Skylor would love to have wind simply because of the sheer power and flexibility it comes with. Also she can carry stuff easier so.

-His voice changed

And Morro is a guy that mistook Nya in a green gi for Lloyd so it's fair to say that if Lloyd is in disguise(or just different clothes) when(if) the two meet again,Morro might not recognize him
