Petition for Makoto to text Byakuya random screenshots from PS2 movie tie in games. Or just PS2 movie games. Sometimes, he could also send screenshots of other dumb games too like Wii shovelware! Mmmm! How delectable! Here are a few examples of screenshots he can send!

Also, because of Barry B. Benson being here, my brain has been reminded of my really goofy "Byakuya Togami hates Jerry Seinfeld" headcanon.

Now it's Persona-l: Escapism and Freedom in Tokyo Mirage Sessions and Persona 5
Tumblr media
On the surface, Tokyo Mirage Sessions seems about as Diet Persona™ as a game can get. With a cast of colourful teens out to save the world using their Stands Persona  Performa, some critique of our society, and the same amount of clueless running around Shibuya, it would be easy to write the game off as a quick cash-grab by their respective studios. But when giving TMS another look, you might be surprised at the depth that lurks beneath the pastel-coloured waters. Today we’ll be taking a deep dive into two specific themes that persist across both games.
For those who somehow missed an originally Wii-U exclusive JRPG which didn’t include the Fire Emblem or Shin Megami Tensei tags in its title, Tokyo Mirage Sessions: FE is a collaboration between Atlas and Intelligent Systems to bring a little Fire Emblem flavour to the familiar Zio-spamming recipe of the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series. The game follows Itsuki Aoi, a nineteen-year-old with dark blue hair who has therefore been recognised by the universe itself as the main character. He discovers his ability to summon a Performa— a Fire Emblem character turned to a Persona – and joins up with other Performa users to battle mirages (i.e Shadows), pursuing their dreams and growing stronger as they do. It’s a setup that requires no further introduction if you’ve ever picked up an Atlas game before. They have a rightful confidence in this formula that allows them to focus on refinement and improved storytelling, the benefits of which absolutely shine in Persona 5.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions predates its more successful cousin by two years, but I argue we see the same brilliant attention to detail, themes and realism across both, and nowhere is this more apparent than in how both games handle freedom and escapism. For those still working through these eighty-hour behemoths, not to worry! There are spoilers for the first few story dungeons and other aspects, but not the endings of the games.
Tumblr media
The two player teams present an interesting dichotomy, partly because of how similar they seem on the surface. Take their publicity situation. Posters of the Phantom Thieves’ logo plaster every building in P5, and Shibuya 106 is always displaying posters of Kiria or Tsubasa’s newest production— a very nice touch for TMS’s story, considering how much focus is placed on the nitty-gritty, mechanical aspects of building a career in performing. But there is one key distinction. While neither group is recognised for their heroic work in the Metaverse or Idolasphere respectively, the names Kiria Kurono, Tsubasa Oribe and Mamori Minamoto have gathered everything from a cult following to a full-blown fan frenzy. This has fascinating ripples throughout the rest of the story that feel fully considered by the writers.
Within the P5 cast up to Okumura’s Palace, many members join the Phantom Thieves because they feel backed into a corner. In Joker’s case, the corner is very literal. For Ann and Makoto, they could, in a purely technical sense, do the bidding of the villain and escape physically unharmed, but nobody in their right mind would suggest submitting to Kamoshida or Kaneshiro is a good idea. Imagery of imprisonment is everywhere, through promotional art and cutscenes and every line of dialogue. But this imprisonment is rarely a physical thing. Even in the literal jail of the Velvet Room replaces one wall with a huge portal back to the real world, albeit obscured by the camera angle. Restrictions on the Phantom Thieves are often nebulous or even self-imposed, and I find it fascinating that their problems rarely evaporate after they awaken their Persona and gain a new outlook. While the pressures of society are given a face for each Thief, the writers never make the mistake of treating it as if these singular persons are the only issue— instead, they represent a wider imprisonment.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Conversely, the Mirage Masters don’t seem to face these same issues. Not to say they have no conflict, but there is a sense of freedom that permeates every aspect of the game. It’s an interesting approach; their lives aren’t ruined or ended by failure, but their dreams will crumble before them if they can’t push on in their professional journey, and the world will be worse off for the loss of talented creators to the mirages. The Idolasphere may not feel of much import. Obviously there are consequences to leaving it unchecked, otherwise there would be no driving plot force to have the characters enter at all. But the Idolasphere and its adventures seem to be an inconvenience to most of the TMS cast. They aren’t actively seeking out new Idolasphere locations, excitedly searching for new equipment and attempting to train their Performa in their off time, the way the Phantom Thieves do. These are driven young professionals, yes, perhaps with the exception of main character Itsuki Aoi. But not driven by anything the Idolasphere offers- they already have their career aspirations, and it isn’t to fight shadows mirages for the rest of their lives.
Tumblr media
This is even reflected in gameplay. Where leaving the palace in Persona 5 ends your day and has you missing out on a limited timeslot, TMS allows the player to jump in and out of any Idolasphere location, at any time. You could say that this is because TMS lacks the limited time frame mechanic that appeared in all three modern Persona games, but I would say the lack of that day-by-day mechanic is, itself, another way to show the freedom the TMS cast enjoy.
For the Phantom Thieves, the metaverse is their escape. Even in official art, you can see the grins as they jump into action:
Tumblr media
Regular life, for the Thieves, is a tedious Sisyphean battle, where they feel like they have little power and little control. The power of a Persona is one thing that elevates them, makes them special, in their minds, anyway. Right from the flash-forward at the start of the game, it’s clear that the world is hostile to them. While Joker bounces around with a grin on his face and heaps of style, crowds react to him with fear, scorn, and derision. This in spite of the fact he has seemingly done little more than nab a prize and disappear, in true phantom thief style. And when Joker is caught by the police, the prospect of the truth being discovered becomes more and more unsettling, the closer the Phantom Thieves grow to each other. Beside the criminal charges: Ryuji is separated from his single mother, Ann loses her career and support network, Morgana loses the only people who understand him, Makoto loses her best chance at individuality and self-expression. The world is out to get the Phantom Thieves, and if that happens, they lose everything. They won’t die, presumably, but their lives are likely to become hollow and empty. This again emphasises the idea of their imprisonment being a less tangible thing, hard to fight and much harder to escape from.
Tumblr media
I could probably go on for another few pages but we’ll draw things to a close for now. Escapism has always been a less talked-about motif in Atlas games, rarely the ‘point’ of any one story, but it’s often there, an interesting compliment to the main theme. Persona 3 delves into mortality, and I believe escapism is a fascinating part of that, as a way to distract from it and try to live a happy life in spite of the inevitable end. Persona 4 focuses on finding the truth, despite a society that tries to force conformity, and they discover comfort and freedom by finding people who let them be their true selves. Persona 5 was merely the first game to push these themes into the spotlight. But let’s not forget the lesser-loved Atlas games, either! And hey, maybe if you see Tokyo Mirage Sessions on sale? Give it a go. I promise it’s pretty good.

Would love to hear you thoughts on some makoharutokyo hcs if you have any. The sappier the better or makoharu + Tokyo boys hc.
Sappy makoharutokyo? The best subject thank you anon 😌😌😌
- Haru wouldn’t say he has a complex about his height because he isn’t necessarily short, but he’s definitely more… aware of his height when at Makoto’s place. Makoto will take whatever storage opportunities he can for all of his things, so putting things on top of his cupboards, for example, just makes sense to him. He doesn’t think twice about putting things in high places because when he has Kisumi, Hiyori, and Sousuke over for stuff (his most common company besides Haru) everything’s easily in reach. Unfortunately, those same things are juuust out of Haru’s reach, unless he wants to sacrifice his pride and do some little hops or give in and ask Makoto to get it. Instead of ever directly bringing attention to the issue (Makoto already struggles with organizing his stuff; he isn’t going to break the one storage system he found on his own that seems to be working) he just comes in one day with a step stool. Before Makoto can find a way to feel weird/bad about it, Haru just tells him that 1) the stool is staying here and 2) Makoto can help out by finding cool stickers/decals for it. Haru’s official step stool becomes one of Makoto’s secret favorite things about Tokyo (whether that’s because of the mascot/cat stickers or Haru using the stool for forehead kisses, he’ll never tell)
- One of the unexpected things Makoto struggles to get used to in Tokyo is the change of ambient noise in his home. He’s used to settling in for the night surrounded by the sounds of his parents moving through the house, the twins flipping around in their beds, the soft sounds of Iwatobi nighttime outside his window. In Tokyo there’s noise, the city never sleeping, but his apartment is almost… eerie, most nights. It doesn’t make sense at first, because he’s spent nights in Tokyo before for competitions, and his friends’ houses have almost always been quieter than his in comparison, once everyone gave up on their “all-nighter” sleepover ambitions and passed out. Maybe the biggest difference is that for once, it’s just him. He has to build a home by himself for the first time, and being alone at night makes the place feel almost too big, too hollow. He felt bad calling Haru late at night for those first few weeks adjusting, even told him that he could let it go to voicemail, but Haru would answer just about every time. Granted, he fell asleep on the line more than once and never said too much, but feeling like somebody else was there helped Makoto out a lot. Once Haru figured out the bigger reason behind Makoto’s late night calls, he looked into ambient noise CDs/playlists and made a small wind chime for Makoto to put outside his window. Makoto still calls Haru before bed sometimes, but less because he misses his home in Iwatobi as much as he misses his favorite person. Haru is still terrible about using his phone in general, but he’ll make an effort for this ritual.
- Along with Wii Sports and Mario Kart, the Tokyo guys have also staked their claims on the Just Dance leaderboards. It’s almost scary how good Sousuke has gotten at getting 3-4 stars while sitting down, and Kisumi always laughs at how both Asahi and Ikuya will try to mouth the words to the different songs while one-upping each other’s scores. Makoto and Haru like to watch most of the time, but they’re both experts at “Womanizer” specifically, for whatever reason. The irony of it is brought up more than once in the group chat.
They’re living their best lives in Tokyo and I love that for them okay 🥺

so i noticed you have eridan as your icon... bro i have to ask if you have any blood color hcs for the phantom thieves + akechi lol
Tumblr media
you have forced my hand, anon.
more info stuff below the cut
ok so uh. i added mishima, shiho, and hifumi bc like. i wanted twelve <3
it wouldve been easy to go along w their birthdays but thats sort of a disservice to their characters and what would fit them best,,, esp. considering akechi is a gemini and well. yanno. cant help being a gemini!! but i think being candy while pretending to be a teal is just. too hard to pass up.
also im not a fan of purples sorry :C (their music always f/cks tho)
so w/out further ado
Akira
Rust
Derse
Daggerkind
Thief of Heart
just a general rusty. people take him seriously though, despite everything.
Ryuji
Bronze
Derse
Bludgeonkind
Thief of Breath
don't let this line-up fool you. for being a bronze he is shit at communicating with animals. up to and including akira's lusus.
Ann
Olive
Prospit
Whipkind
Thief of Rage
should probably be derse but i liked the prospit sign better lol. the only, like, unbreakable/unchanging quadrant in this thing i can see is Ann/Shiho being moirails.
Yusuke
Indigo
Prospit
Katanakind
Thief of Space
you and i both know he would probably almost fuck up the session by selling the matriorb for paint and forgetting to grab the right frogs to breed.
Makoto
Teal
Prospit
Knucklekind
Thief of Time
tired of everyone's bs. 100%. she manages to set yusuke back on the right track. she's also very obsessed with the Njiima legacy sort of like Terezi and the Pyropes.
Futaba
Gold
Derse
idk eye lasers. she'd probably hit someone with a wii remote
Thief of Light
she would game the system soooo hard dude. she would probably advance the session into like. endgame in like an hour if akechi wasn't such a little sh/t.
Haru
Fuchsia
Prospit
Axe-Tridentkind
Thief of Life
definitely a benevolent fuchsia. but not towards akechi.
Akechi
Candy red Teal
Prospit
Lightsaberkind
Thief Prince of Mind
he's only in this session in order to enact his 108-step plan to kill akira. having a flush-pitch vacillation on him was not the intention. knowing he's lower on the spectrum than akira literally drives him up a wall.
also he would probably pretend to ascend to a prince and then turns out. nope. no he's just a thief same as everyone else.
Sumire
Violet
Prospit
Ribbonkind
Thief of Well. i think Tumblr Mobile Took me Out of the Tag for this one.
she is sort of going through the kasumi thing but. not to the same extent. she mostly has her sh/t together by the start of the session.
Mishima
Rust
Prospit
Hammerkind
Thief of Hope
why couldn't you have put the bunny . back in the box.
Shiho
Jade
Derse
Ballkind (shoots a volleyball. right at your head.)
Thief of Void
wanted a life outside of the caverns, so she took up volleyball. it's just volleyball on alternia. volleyball is love. volleyball is life.
Hifumi
Cerulean
Derse
Shurikenkind
Thief of Doom
pay no attention to the third eye.

random collection of danganronpa headcanons because!! why not yknow. some r more complex than others lol, u can tell who may favorite is XD
headcanon that Ryota is the kind of person who watches a really emotional anime and comments on the backgrounds, animation, OST, clothing movement, hair, etc etc instead of the actual feelings
-
headcanon that byakuya (born may 5th) is younger than makoto (born feb 5th). this only adds to the reasons byakuya dislikes him at first
-
byakuya's mother was french :3 i don't think it's canon but the togami novels aren't confirmed to be canon, so i’m ignoring them lol. also it makes sense- he's blond, he's got blue eyes, and he can speak and read french perfectly.
-
considering how many people byakuya has undoubtedly met, he’s probably gotten good at reading them, attributing hand movements to emotions and such in that analytical way that he thinks.
-
hc kazuichi actually gives pretty decent romantic advice he just can't apply it to himself
-
kazuichi 🤝 hajime       being trans
-
*slams hands on table* THERE IS A HOPE'S PEAK BOOK CLUB (they just sit in the library and read lmao) THAT CONSISTS OF KIRUMI, TSUMUGI, BYAKUYA, KOREKIYO, SONIA, KYOKO, AND CELESTIA. There are Toko days and Byakuya days. Toko had gotten to join the book club on the condition that she leaves Byakuya alone, but that doesn't work. So now. there are days where Toko joins them and days where Byakuya joins them.
-
Nekomaru likes to give Akane the clothing he's grown out of. she has several giant sweatshirts and also several large graphic tees with gym puns. her favorite is one that says tyrannosaurus flex.
-
Byakuya has the tendency not to finish his sentences if he's frustrated. it. idk. like he’ll interrupt himself.
-
random headcanon that kyoko can be very competitive. once, she played wii sports baseball with leon bc she was the first person he saw and thought to ask and she had the time. anyway leon won, and kyoko was incredibly insistent that they rematch. (she lost the second time too, and she probably would've played all day until she won if taka hadn't reminded her of the curfew.)
-
man. i think chihiro and miu should be friends. and ik what you're probably thinking- "what?? they wouldn't get along at ALL" but like?? chihiro would probably see past miu's whole 'sexy' facade instantly, and once they got past that, chihiro would 100% work with miu all the time bc like?? miu's got this genius brain that goes a mile a minute and she's so freakin smart, and i just /know/ that miu would be more comfortable around chihiro once she doesn't have to put up her whole act around them. yaknow? idk maybe it's just me
-
so byakuya canonically plays the violin (he has one in his dorm room) so i like to think that he plays some other instruments as well. so one day, sayaka gets up early to practice in the music room like she usually does, and she finds byakuya sitting at the piano, eyes closed, expertly trained hands gliding across ivory like that's what they were made to do. sayaka kinda stands in awe in the doorway until  he stops playing, and in the back of her mind sayaka wonders if he even knows she's there. it's silent for a bit until byakuya, his eyes still practically closed and his hands paused over the keys, says something along the lines of, "sayaka, are you honestly just going to stand there? what, are you waiting for an encore?" sayaka quickly apologises, embarrassed about being caught staring, but byakuya interrupts her after her sixth "i'm so sorry," and bids her goodbye. sayaka sits in the empty music room for a while after he leaves, thinking about the odd encounter. in fact, she altogether forgets to start practicing, and doesn't even notice she'd fallen asleep until makoto comes to find her.

So I saw a video edit where Leon plays Wii Baseball... Headcannon is that, whenever his class or team plays, his team never loses because... He is strict. Like Nidai, but angrier. Like, "MAKOTO GET YOUR ASS OUT THERE AND CATCH THE FUCKING BALL!", or "CELESTE STOP STANDING THERE OR THE BALL IS GONNA HIT YOUR FUCKING FACE IF YOU DON'T SWING!", and "FOR FUCKS SAKE HIRO YOU'RE A CATCHER! CATCH THE FUCKING BALL!". He may not like baseball, but he does take it seriously... Too seriously.
Oh absolutely. Leon doesn’t hate baseball as much as he loves winning.
He’s accidentally thrown the wii remote like a real baseball more than a couple of times...
The Hope College rec room has gone through at least four different television screens by now.

i love danganronpa so much so here’s my headcanons for a non despair au. (i’ll go by class :3)
THH
1. Mukuro basically babysits junko 24/7 (she’s always wreaking havoc.)
2. sayaka helps leon learn how to sing and play guitar, and they write songs together. (they become besties:3)
3. hifumi and toko like to write together, and they meet in the library every tuesday and thursday to discuss books and fanfictions.
4. mondo teaches chihiro how to be strong !!! they have gym sessions every other day and sakura joins sometimes!
5. kirigiri, celestia, and byakuya have tea parties. (an unlikely bunch but they bond over tea and having daddy issues.)
6. makoto sleeps in really late but always ends up being on time anyways. (everyone in his class always hopes he comes late one day)
7. taka, mondo, and chihiro all play card games together. sometimes they join byuakya, kirigiri, and makoto because they play card games too.
8. the class make bets on what kind of crazy thing junko is gonna do that day. ( celestia always ends up winning to everyones annoyance.)
9. mukuro wants to be friends with hagakure, but he’s terrified of her and avoids her as best as he can. (but then they bond over disney movies and just dance.)
SDR2! + kamakura lmao
1. hajime and kamakura are twins, and kamakura has major separation issues so you’ll never see kamakura without hajime and visa versa.
2. souda and ibuki are best friends and they’re always hanging out. the rest of the class is kinda jealous because their friendship is literally unbreakable.
3. teruteru makes a big dinner for the class every sunday night, and they all get together and eat and talk about stuff.
4. the girls and boys have annual sleepovers once a month to gossip and hang out. they always plan it so that when the girls have their sleepover, it’s at the same time as the boys.
5. nagito and twogami birdwatch together on the weekends.
6. mahiru loves taking pictures of everyone, and all of her projects have at least one or two pictures of the class.
7. hiyoko and ibuki get together once a week (normally on fridays because ibuki loves fridays) and practice together. ibuki will play music for hiyoko to dance to and hiyoko won’t be rude. (everyone was shocked when they found out haha.)
8. sonia goes over to gundhams dorm a lot, and everyone thinks their dating, but in reality their just hanging out with the dark devas and making tiny hats for them.
9. chiaki and peko play fighting and action games together. chiaki loves the quests and peko loves the fighting. (they both love super smash bros and legend of zelda.)
10. sometimes fuyuhiko gets kinda roughed up bc he’s in the yakuza, but mikan will always patch him up! she does it so often they become a little closer.
V3!!
1. keebo and miu love to talk about inventions and robotics together! miu introduced him to video games and they play all the time. (keebo loves minecraft, but miu likes mario cart. they argue over which is better a lot.)
2. kaito has a nickname for everyone in the class. (I.E maki is makiroll, shuichi is sidekick, kokichi is grapeboy, keebo is robro, etc.)
3. rantaro and tsumigi hang out quite a bit. mostly because rantaro helps tsumigi with styling her wigs. but they chat a lot about anime and different things while they work.
4. like mahiru, angie loves to paint her classmates. her personal favorite is to paint kokichi because she loves doing his big extravagant cape.
5. korekiyo and shuichi love to discuss different cases shuichi a encountered. korekiyo talks about the psychological aspects of the criminal and shuichi talks about the general points. they aren’t very close friends but they do talk quite a bit.
6. tenko and maki exchange fighting tactics a lot. maybe not constantly but at least once or twice every week. sometimes they’ll teach them to the girls in class so they can defend themselves.
7. kokichi and gonta will catch bugs together. and as weird of a duo as it sounds, they do have fun. of course kokichi makes a bunch of crazy jokes but they have fun. plus kokichi can prank shuichi with some scary spider he found while hanging with gonta.
8. kaede loves to play piano for the class, and takes requests all the time! the weirdest thing she’s been asked to play was probably the wii music. she’s constantly asked to play an anime intro from tsumigi (of course she says yes.)
9. himiko preforms magic shows for the class; kirumi instantly cleans up right after. it’s a very.... messy performance. lots of glitter. ( the next day everyone gets a letter filled with glitter. they all blame kokichi.)
10. ryoma tends to stay away from the group and by himself, but he ends up being roped into their antics to babysit them. (him and maki end up bonding over being the babysitters of the group.)
11. on kirumis birthday the class threw a surprise party for her, but keebo accidentally ruined the surprise because he didn’t really understand the whole “surprise thing” (he says his software for understanding that hadn’t fully downloaded yet.) but she pretended to be shocked anyway.

Ha ha oops-
My THH rewrite?? Ghost Au??? Idk everyone the same except Makoto gets tired and is somewhat himself. Ghosts get angry and you might think I took something before writing this all down.
CW: talks of gore, and brief mention of attempted su//c//de
-Sayaka is the first ghost he encounters, both in a dream/nightmare/somewhat memory and then in real life. The Nightmare starts somewhat normal enough it’s a memory of a younger him and Komaru walking along the Santa Cruz boardwalk, they escape their babysitters and run off to the beach. Komaru dares him to play hide and seek with her in the mirror/glass maze that’s on the beach, he declines at first(because it’s dark and she made him lose the candy apple he was eating) but after Komaru calls him a chicken it is on. She goes first and then he goes in *cue cute kid running into every other glass mirror*
-NOw the lights were on (dimmed) but then at some point they go out completely and baby Makoto ain’t really feeling it. So he still looking for Komaru with more urgency and starts to call for her.
-When he does find her it’s like they’re in their own solitary cubes but they can see each other through the glass wall. Komaru tries around all sides to get out and reach her brother but she can’t, so then Makoto tries but to no avail, even the side that he came in is blocked off. And then the light behind Komaru’s cube turns on and nothing is there BUT then the left and right lights begin to flicker. Yeah, so uhm she’s screwed but they’re both 5 and 6 and don’t watch horror movies so they don’t know that yet.
Anyway, Makoto and Komaru are obviously very scared and both are trying anything to break the glass but then they freeze because something does crack neither of them caused it. It’s the glass behind Komaru, then it’s the one on the left then the right.
-Do you remember that one scene in Pennywise 2 where Pennywise smashes his head against the glass and then eats the kid? Yeah so Rip Komaru. (I don’t really have a design(s) for monster Sayaka but the middle would be like one based on her actual death, while the other two would be based on her unused execution.
-After watching his sis get eaten Makoto is in a panic but he’s frozen he doesn’t know what to do because like Komaru he is surrounded on all sides. So he huddles himself into a ball in the middle and tries to ignore the glass breaking, it goes quiet and he uncurls himself only to get jump scared.
- Then he wakes up and he gets jumpscared again!! By Sayaka’s actual ghost who proceeds to choke him (causing him to levitate and eyes roll back) and he passes out.
- He wakes up again its morning now the day after the 1st trial and goes to get ready hesitantly in his own bathroom. And finds marks around his neck, and a big ol’ scabbed stabbed wound in his torso, and a few other ones around it. He is very confused cuz he knows he locked the door so he’s just very confused.
-At some point He gets fed up with Sayaka and her ghost shenanigans(scrapping on his door, screaming at the top of her lungs, banging on the door) and just puts a circle ring of salt around his shower. He also has one on the outside of the bathroom door too just in case!
-Speaking of Makoto’s bathroom it is trashed except for the toilet, sink, and tiles. He shattered the mirror and destroyed the shower in a fit of insanity because Sayaka's hallucination was taunting him. So he uses the bathhouse instead for hygiene needs.
-Oh no I didn’t forget about the others, they’re there. They also help him lose his mind.
-Some don’t do much; ie Chihiro, Hifumi, and Sakura (she mostly hangs around Hina but she did have to knock him out once because he was about to take his own life) and Muruko.
- Taka: gave him a really bad migraine for skateboarding in the halls.
Leon: Idk why but he makes him spit up a baseball? I dunno I might change it but for now, he spits up a baseball.
Mondo: kinda takes a chunk out of his calf (with the pickaxe) but the cherry on top is he gets him in the shoulder and by shoulder I mean like really close to the joint but he missed a few inches. BUT he then tries to rip upward and during this process because mondo got melted guess who’s muscles are getting melted??! Luckily Taka walked by stopping the process before the pickaxe could rip through his shoulder blade.
Celeste: I actually wrote about what she did in my goretober Fic! And I am too lazy to state it so you can read it here- :)). OH! BUT I didn’t mention that she set him on fire, (that’ll be explained later)
Sakaya: Well you know.
-The apparitions do get better over time, but when they first enter the spirit realm they’re kinda pissed at first. Now Makoto and his hallucinations of them are a different story.
-The survivors don’t really know what to do with Makoto tbh, like they know he’s suffering and often find him asleep just anywhere. (Makoto doesn’t fear death at this point so if monokuma were to tell him he’s going to die he would just shrug and go back to sleep and that isn’t despairful at all so he lets him get away with it).
-B//ut I do want the kids to have fun so they do with what they got. Not individually too! Like all 5 of them being homies! They play a game of drunk uno, dance to Queen in the concert hall, watch some movies (i.e mostly horror movies cuz I feel like that’s what junko would leave), a jumping contest in the pool, Act out little plays and scenes from books, they play Mario kart- wii sport - just dance-, s’moRES, ARTS N’ CRAFT-
-The Ghosts are there too but only Makoto can see them, and the more the chapters or time progresses the more ‘back to normal’ they begin to look. How? Through ghost therapy sessions, or FTE events idk.
-At one point in time he’s going to kinda lose his cool at one of them and it’s going to be celeste. She woke him up by setting him on fire because he was so deep in his sleep. She called him because the other four (kyoko not included) were attempting to summon something and celeste claims that she can’t fight the thing they summoned that’s in them (now earlier she told him at some point that she was quite a powerful demon,) and needs him to do it. All he does is beat the thing out of them with a bat (one or two hits).
- Now Makoto is frustrated because she woke him up at the ungodly hour of three something, had to do something she probably could have done herself, and then tell him to take them back to their rooms because she doesn’t want them in hers (it's the rec room but shh). He is not having it, he is tired his wounds hurt like a mother and he just wants to go to bed, so yells at her, dogs on her some, and then leaves saying “THESE AREN’T JUST MY FRIENDS THESE ARE YOUR FRIENDS TOO SO YOU’RE GOING TO BE A GOOD FRIEND AND LET THEM SLEEPOVER OK? OK!” I know I know canon Makoto would be a good dog and carry all these bodies down to there dorm but let Makoto be mean for five seconds ok-
- Something kinda chill, because this is being broadcasted (live I assume) right before and after it cuts to commercials, they show pictures that were taken by the remaining students or various artworks of the students from fans, Like SNL.
I Have other ideas for this AU specifically Makoto’s dreams/nightmare/memories and perhaps a few premonitions? But that’s for another time

Due to taking part in his Final Smash, the rest of the Phantom Thieves all sleep in the main fighters mansion along with Joker.
-Despite everyone thinking he’d find them annoying, Yusuke actually adores the Inklings and wants to start participating in Ink-Sports. In his words, there was a “strange, chaotic beauty” in all of the turf wars.
-Haru loves spending time with all of the Pokémon. She gets along very well with Leaf.
-Wario once tried to steal Johanna from Makoto (Johanna is Makoto’s Persona, and it takes the form of a motorcycle). He regained consciousness two days later.
-Morgana mostly keeps to himself, only really hanging out with the other Thieves. However, he once tried to “steal” some cake Peach was baking, but when she caught him, she caught him off guard by offering him some anyway and allowing him to help her bake more. Now he helps her bake regularly.
-Due to her anxiety, Futaba mostly stays in her room and only really interacts with the other Thieves. Whenever she does come out though, she’s always in her Persona, Necronomicon (which manifests as a UFO). She made King K Rool nearly crap himself the first time she did this.
-Ryuji has a crush on both Wii Fit Trainers and vehemently denies it.
-Ann enjoys spending time with the younger Smashers, who all see her as a cool older sister.
-Joker opened a makeshift Cafe Leblanc in the mansion, and has become the resident expert on all things coffee.

Mini Fanfic #181: Ren's "Chance" (Super Smash Bros Ultimate)
*Last Turn*
Pit: Ah man.... It's the last turn already....
*Mario's Turn*
Ren: (Playing as Mario) Yeah....And I'm already getting close to seeing Bowser by two spaces.......
Ryuji: You might wanna use a Slow Candy on this one, man.
Ren: (Noticed that he has the Slow Candy on the screen) Huh. Neat.
Futuba: You need to Slow that dice down to a One if you wanna have a chance of winning this thing.
Ren: I'm already on it. (Choose the Slow Candy) Thanks for the advice, sis.
Futuba: (Smiles while pointing two finger guns at Ren) It's what I do.
Dark Pit: (Smirks) Try not to fuck it up, Joker.
Ren: (Hold the Wii remote tight while scoffing) Please. I already got this one in the bag.
Futuba: Alright, folks. Here comes that clutch victory!
Ren, confidently, raise his Wii remote up to have Mario to hit the Dice Block...........only to have it hit on Two.... exactly enough to reach Bowser.
Ren: (Mouth Dropped and dramatically gets on his knees for defeat) .................
Ryuji: (Burst out Laughing) Ohh Woow, dude! You were one off!
Futuba: (Snickering) Well that happened.
Dark Pit: (Smirks Wickedly) Murder She Wrote.
Ren: (On his knees) I fucked up...
Makoto: Ohh. C'mere (Got up from the chair and hug Ren) You okay?
Ren: Makoto....how could I fucked up on Slow Block?
Makoto: It happens to the best of us sometimes. It's okay.
Pit: (Got up and gave Ren a hug on the other side) Yeah, Ren. We still think you're cool.
Dark Pit: (Sarcastic while snickering) Yeah, cause any cool guy would know better than to fuck up on a Slow Block.
Makoto: (Gave Dark Pit a Soft Glare) Come on. Don't make fun of him like that.
Futuba: (Got up and hug Ren on the back) Hey, Ren, look! You landed on an Action Space. You prevented Pitto over there from getting another star. So he can eat dirt! (Turns and stick her tongue out at Dark Pit)
Dark Pit: (Scoffs) Whatevs. As long as I can see Joker boy suffer, then I'm good.
Ryuji: (Calming down a bit) Starting to get ruthless now, huh?
Dark Pit: (Smirks Smugly) Welcome to Mario Party.
Makoto: (Rolled her eyes playfully while turning to Ren) Don't mind him, Ren. I'm sure you'll have your chance of winning.
Ren: (Slowly turns to Makoto) You think so?
Makoto: (Smiles Softly) Yep. (Kiss Ren on the cheek) I always believe in you.
Ren: (Blushes a little) Futuba's right. You are Best Waifu.
Makoto: (Smirks Playfully) You two have been watching too many animes lately, have you?
Ren: (Shrugged while smiling a little) Pretty much.
Makoto: (Giggles on how cute her boyfriend is being right now) You feeling better now?
Ren: (Smiles a little) I am. Thanks to you....Hey, you mind sitting next to me or.......
Makoto: (Happily sat down with Ren) Not at all. (Rested on Ren's shoulder) And who knows? Maybe you'll be able to bounce back at this, no problem.
Ren: (Starts Regaining his Confidence) You're right. (Scoffs) I mean, there's no way I would stay in last place forever.
Ren was miserably place in dead last after the Award Ceremony ended.....but fortunately for him, his Queen was still by his side every step of the way.

Third lap, finish line in sight, currently in first place.
The odds were rarely in his favour, but despite it all, it seemed like Haruka would come out on top this time. His lead wasn't big, it never was, but he was so close that next to nothing could take away his win now. Spurred on by the hint of sweet, sweet victory that he could almost taste, Haruka leaned forward and held down the acceleration button harder like that would somehow make Daisy's bike move even faster.
This was it. Nothing could stop him now.
Except for a blue shell, that hit Daisy right before the finish, of course. And for the umpteenth time that night, the tune that signalled that the race had been won rang out, along with Luigi's overly familiar and frankly annoying cheering.
The CPUs were far enough behind them for him to finish second, but he didn't care about that at all because Makoto had come in first yet again.
"Yes."
Makoto's own soft cry of triumph was much smaller and far more endearing than his character's, but it didn't make Haruka feel any better. He liked to think that he usually wasn't a sore loser, but after such a good race and being so close to winning, the fact that he was sabotaged in the last second by a blue shell of all things irked him to no end. Why did those stupid things even exist?
Defeated in every sense of the word, Haruka loosened his wrist strap and put his controller down on the table with a huff. "I hate Shy Guy Beach."
"No you don't; you picked it," Makoto disputed, "You just hate blue shells."
Makoto was right. Shy Guy Beach was actually one of his best tracks, like all the other tracks that involved water in one way or another. Haruka had all the ingredients to success: the fastest character, the best vehicle, one of his favourite tracks that also happened to be one of Makoto's worst. The stars were aligned, yet the universe decided that none of it mattered and cursed him with a blue shell to lead Makoto to victory yet again.
He was done. He wasn't a sore loser, he told himself once more, but playing like this just wasn't fun.
"Well, except when they hit me," Makoto added as an afterthought, snorting lightly.
"They never hit you right before the finish line," Haruka grumbled, and much to his dismay, Makoto chuckled at his grouchiness.
"I guess I'm just lucky."
"This has nothing to do with luck." No, Makoto was just so much better than him. It wasn't like blue shells didn't generate when Makoto was in the lead and near the finish, but he always managed to get a small drift boost so that it wouldn't hit him until he had already won.
"It does," Makoto insisted, "We both know you should have actually won that race, and you would have if it weren't for that blue shell."
Even when it came to things as trivial as this, Makoto's gentle soul always wanted to console him. As nice as it was of him, Haruka didn't really need his solace right now. "And yet blue shells are a part of the game, so you won fair and square," Haruka concluded, doing his best to push these silly feelings aside, for it truly was just a game. A game that Makoto was infinitely better at.
A tender smile softened Makoto's handsome features. "It's not entirely fair, since I've had a lot more practice over the years than you had."
His words held a point of truth, but that wasn't all there was to it. While Makoto might have played this game more often than Haruka had, they had played together frequently enough for Haruka to be familiar with the mechanics and gameplay too; fact was that even if he practiced for hours every single day, he probably still wouldn't become as good at it as Makoto. And dedicating that much time to a video game just so that he could beat his boyfriend simply wasn't worth it. There were better ways to spend his free time, with said boyfriend for example.
The only other option was playing dirty, which he didn't like to resort to because Makoto never played dirty either. He would use all the items the game provided him with as strategically as possible, but he never purposely bumped Haruka off the road or into an obstacle. If that was the only way he could win, then Haruka would rather not win at all.
Not wanting him to sulk over a blue shell for too long, Makoto grabbed Haruka's controller and offered it to him. "Ready for a rematch?" he asked with a playful grin.
"And ruin your winning streak? I'd rather not."
"Oh come on, show those blue shells what you're made of," Makoto said as he teasingly nudged Haruka's chest with the Wii remote. "You can pick the course. Which one do you want? Koopa Cape?"
Despite everything, Haruka couldn't suppress a tiny smile at Makoto's efforts. It was just a game, he reminded himself, a fun activity to do together with his boyfriend. Right now, it was like Makoto was the only one who was having fun, so that had to change, hadn't it?
"I'll play some more," Haruka started, smirk fighting its way onto his face as he accepted the controller, "on one condition."
"And that is?"
"You get a handicap."
Never one to back down from a challenge, Makoto agreed without protest. "Alright," he replied, amusement playing at his lips as he pondered about what this handicap could be, "What is it? You get a five second head-start? I can't use items?"
Unfortunately for him, that wasn't quite what Haruka had in mind. His suggestions were good, but not good enough. That would be far too easy. "You can only use one hand."
Upon processing that request, Makoto's eyebrows twisted into a cute frown of confusion. "What?"
"You heard me," Haruka said as he bit the inside of his cheek to keep himself from snorting at Makoto's adorable expression. "One hand."
"That's impossible! How am I even going to hold the remote?"
"I don't know, figure something out." His hands were pretty large so it shouldn't be too hard to hold it and press all the buttons, but he could also try to use his face or perhaps even his feet. Haruka might not have had much fun playing, but he was definitely going to enjoy watching Makoto struggle.
The incredulity that was painted on Makoto's face morphed into a sly grin when he read Haruka's true motivation in his eyes. "It's impossible for me to play Mario Kart with one hand," he muttered, his voice low and sultry, "but there's one game I'm great at, even with only one hand."
That tone didn't predict any good, and paired with the piercing gaze he was subjecting Haruka to, it was downright dangerous. Haruka swallowed thickly and braced himself for the worst as Makoto loomed closer.
"Want to know what this game is?" he questioned as he slipped the strap of his Wii remote off his wrist and put it on the table.
"No thanks. I can imagine," Haruka muttered as he leaned back further out of Makoto's way, discarding his remote as well - whatever Makoto was planning, he would probably need both hands to defend himself. He knew Makoto loved him with all his heart, but when it came to games, he was ruthless.
"Oh come on," Makoto said again, but it was far more taunting and alarming now. He raised his right hand in the air and wiggled his fingers menacingly.
There it was. Haruka hadn't expected his plan to backfire like this, but he wasn't about to fall victim to his own curse. He wouldn't surrender himself to Makoto without a battle.
In one swift motion, Makoto brought his hand down to Haruka's abdomen but Haruka was faster and dodged him. His back hit the floor, and while he might have survived his first attack, he had brought himself into a rather compromising position, that Makoto could easily exploit; as long as he only used one hand, any other body part was fair game and he could simply use his weight to pin him down.
Haruka had to think fast, and he brought his knees to his chest to give himself two more weapons. He planted his socked feet against Makoto's pecs while Makoto swooped down in an attempt to tickle him. The tips of his fingers grazed over Haruka's side, but it would take more than that to coax laughter out of him. He pushed Makoto back, but while he was able to increase the distance between their bodies, it took a great deal of power and his legs began to quiver under Makoto's weight.
"What, did you want to reenact Nagisa and Rei's video?" Makoto questioned innocently, raising his upturned eyebrows in feigned surprise.
The mention of that video gave Haruka mental images that were pretty funny, but he had to pull through. He couldn't huff or laugh or else his grip might falter, and that was exactly what Makoto wanted. He wouldn't fall for Makoto's trap.
When Haruka didn't waver, Makoto simply shrugged. "Alright," he complied as he relaxed the muscles of his torso and pressed back against Haruka's feet to make it even heavier for him. "If that's what you want."
Haruka clicked his tongue and gritted his teeth as he did his best to hold on for just a tad longer. His legs were strong and he knew how to use them properly, to push off the wall and propel his body forward through the water, but now they were met with far more resistance. If so desired, Makoto could effortlessly shove his legs out of the way to get to his target immediately, but the fact that he wasn't meant that he enjoyed their current position a little too much. To slowly wear out Haruka's strength, so that his victory would be that much sweeter. Makoto truly was a monster when it came to games.
Though Haruka loved everything about Makoto's body, he couldn't deny that their size difference made things more difficult for him in situations like these. When it came to sheer power, Haruka could never win from Makoto, but their size difference wasn't all bad; he should always try to find a way to turn his weaknesses into strength. Makoto might have had his bulk, but Haruka was far more agile and supple than he was, and he could definitely use that to his advantage now.
So with Makoto's chest as leverage, he pushed himself away from him like he was the edge of the pool and he clambered backwards on his hands. Makoto instinctively caught one of his ankles to prevent him from escaping. Coincidentally, this happened to not only keep Haruka close, but it simultaneously provided him access to one of the best tickling-spots. Winning this game would be a piece of cake like this.
"Uh-uh!" Haruka yelled, feeling like his dear boyfriend could use a reminder of the rules of this particular game, "One hand."
Realising his mistake, Makoto released his hold and Haruka didn't waste any time before he backed up further, wanting to crawl around the coffee table to use it as a shield.
Alas, Haruka might have been more nimble, but Makoto was still faster than him. He reclaimed his grip on Haruka's ankle and tugged him downwards so his back was on the floor again. Then he instantly let go in favour of wiggling his fingers threateningly as he slowly lowered his hand towards Haruka's belly.
Pure amusement and glee twinkled in Makoto's gorgeous eyes, but Haruka wouldn't let that mesmerizing gaze enchant and distract him. Biting his lip to repress a giddy smile, Haruka aimed his foot at the edge of Makoto's shoulder in the hopes of knocking him off his balance so he could push himself up once more.
This wasn't what Haruka had in mind at all when he proposed for Makoto to have a handicap, but in one way or another, his goal was still accomplished; he was having a ton of fun, messing around with Makoto like this, probably more than he should have. It was alright, though, because Makoto was emitting nothing but joy as well.
While the kick to his shoulder did surprise Makoto and gave Haruka enough time to sit up, it also gave Makoto the upper hand in the fight. He simply shoved Haruka's leg away with the back of his forearm and inched closer so he was between Haruka's legs. With his back to the table and Makoto hovering over him, there was nowhere for Haruka to run.
"Checkmate, Haru-chan," Makoto murmured in a honeysweet and almost seductive voice. And then, without a second of hesitation, he began to mercilessly tickle Haruka.
Haruka took a deep breath and tensed his abs, wanting to hold out for as long as possible. Swatting Makoto's hand away wasn't quite effective when it seemed like Makoto's fingers teleported from one spot on his body to the next, like he was tickling him everywhere at once. He tried to roll from one side to the other, but covering up one area only meant exposing another, so that didn't help his case either. Makoto was right about this too; even with one hand, he was a tickling-master - Haruka wasn't sure if he should blame this on Ran and Ren, or pity them for it.
At last, he could no longer avoid the inevitable. A soft snort broke out of the back of his throat, and it was soon followed by loud laughter.
A triumphant grin stretched Makoto's cheeks upon hearing Haruka's defeat; his laughter was a sound that always made Makoto smile because of its beauty, but the reason behind it made it even better this time.
"I told you-" Haruka managed to get out between giggles, "to stop with the -chan!"
"What's that, Haru-chan?"
Makoto was enjoying this a bit too much for Haruka's liking. He was going to get back at him for this, but first he had to get himself out of this situation. Tears were welling up in his eyes, and that was a sign that this had gone on for far too long already.
So Haruka began to squirm wildly, using all of his limbs to fight back against this agonising torture. He jerked backwards as his attempts to kick Makoto away from him were in vain. A hollow thud sounded out as Haruka hit the back of his head on the wooden surface of the table.
"Ow!" he groaned as he clutched his head in his palms, curling up into himself as pain spread through his skull in dull shocks.
Instantly Makoto withdrew his hand and the mischievous grin was wiped off his face to be replaced with genuine concern. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry! Are you alright?"
"No," Haruka scoffed in annoyance.
"I'm so sorry," Makoto repeated, and unlike all the times he apologised for adding '-chan' to his name, this time it was filled with sincere remorse. "Let me see," he murmured as he pried Haruka's hands away to check the damage.
Although his mood had dropped considerably, Haruka allowed Makoto to do as he pleased.
"I can't see anything, but it's probably going to be a bump," Makoto muttered as he lightly ran his fingers through his black locks and over his scalp. Then he leaned in and pressed a series of soft kisses against the offended area.
"I'm not five years old, Makoto," Haruka sneered in response, "you can't kiss it better." His head already hurt enough from hitting it, and Makoto buzzing around him like this certainly wasn't helping.
"I know! I just… I'm sorry," Makoto sighed as he pulled back, "I just wanted to tease you a little, but I never meant for you to get hurt. Sorry."
Regret immediately flooded Haruka's senses when he peered up at Makoto. He looked like a lost, forsaken puppy with large sad eyes and his tail between his legs, which made Haruka the owner who had abandoned him. Of course it was never Makoto's intention for him to get hurt, and yet here he was acting like he did it on purpose.
"I know," Haruka said, voice a lot gentler now, "I'm sorry too."
"You don't have to apologise. It's my fault: if I hadn't started to tickle you then-"
"It's not your fault," Haruka interrupted as he grabbed his hand, "If anyone is to blame, it's me, cause I started it. There was no reason for me to lash out to you like that when you only meant well. So I'm sorry."
"It's alright," Makoto assured, "It was a normal reaction. It hurts a lot, doesn't it?" With his free hand, Makoto reached down to Haruka's face to catch a stray tear that was gliding over his cheek.
"Oh, this is not from that," Haruka mumbled as he lifted his own hand to wipe his cheeks. "It's from earlier."
"Still," Makoto insisted as he carded his hand through Haruka's hair again, over his soon-to-be bruise, "I'll get you some aspirin."
He was about to get up to do as he promised, but Haruka pulled him back to the floor. Releasing his hand, Haruka grasped the collar of Makoto's shirt with both hands, tugging him down to meet his lips. The kiss was chaste, but it expressed both gratitude and amends, and of course the love that was ever-present between them.
After a moment he ended their kiss to look at Makoto's face. "It's fine," he murmured, and he let go of Makoto's shirt in favour of wrapping his arms around Makoto's neck, "It doesn't hurt that much; the pain is already fading."
"I'm glad," Makoto said, knowing that Haruka was being honest, "It sounded so painful and I felt so bad, it really wasn't my intention to-"
Having had enough of Makoto's rambled apologies, Haruka cut him off by yanking him down into another kiss. A small noise of astonishment slipped out of Makoto's throat before he melted against Haruka's lips. He reached down to cup Haruka's cheeks as Haruka deepened the kiss. It might have come as a surprise, but Haruka knew Makoto would never object to indulging himself in his affection.
When their lips parted, Makoto gazed down into the ocean of Haruka's irises and gently nuzzled his nose with his. Of all the ways to express his feelings, this was certainly the most adorable one and it never failed to make Haruka smile in fondness.
"I was wrong," he whispered, maintaining their eye-contact as he tangled his fingers in the strands of hair at the base of Makoto's neck, "Maybe you can actually kiss it better."
Makoto smiled at that. "Well, it doesn't hurt to try," he reasoned with an excited grin, and he didn't waste another second before leaning in for another deep and sensual kiss.
A familiar fire was ignited in Haruka's lower belly. As the minutes ticked by and their lips met again and again, it began to burn brighter and Haruka ran his hands over Makoto's back, under his shirt in a need to feel his bare skin.
Judging by the careful roughness that slipped into Makoto's kisses and the way his hands began to roam over his torso, Haruka could tell that the hunger he felt was very much shared. His breathing got heavier and his heartbeat accelerated as he tried to pull Makoto's body closer, so no more distance would separate them.
Contrary to what he wanted, Makoto broke the passionate kiss. Haruka wanted to complain, but before he could get a single word out, he was captivated by the lust that was swimming in Makoto's eyes. That gorgeous green told him that the desire for more was entirely mutual, yet Makoto wasn't one to rush into anything and liked to drag some things out a little. Good things take time, was what he would say, and depending on Haruka's particular mood, this could both be a blessing and a curse.
This time, it appeared to be a blessing. "Besides kissing it better," he started, slowly stroking his fingertips over Haruka's side. The touch was so light that it made goosebumps erupt and his skin tingled in the wake of Makoto's blunt nails. Haruka held his breath as he waited for Makoto to continue. "Is there anything else I can do for you?"
The husky tone of his beautiful voice sounded like pure sex to Haruka's ears and hearing that low whisper made him even more aroused. Now this was a game he wouldn't mind delving deeper into.
"You know, I've heard that orgasms are a great painkiller," Haruka stated, biting his bottom lip in anticipation because he knew Makoto liked that while he gently circled his thumb around Makoto's nipple, "But first, please turn off the Wii." Without Makoto's touch and kisses to drown out all white noise, the music was really getting annoying. It wasn't quite suitable background music for what was about to go down, and he'd rather not have the mood be ruined halfway through by the memory of blue shells coming to haunt him.
Makoto did as he was told right away. Within an instance of pressing the button, the music died out and the room fell silent, with the exception of their breathing and their hearts beating in sync.
"You know," Makoto said, sitting up between Haruka's legs while he ran his hands over Haruka's thighs, "I happen to know this game that doesn't require any hands."
Haruka definitely liked where this was going. "And, are you good at this game?"
"I think I am…" Makoto leaned closer until his mouth was only an inch away from Haruka's. "But why don't you be the judge of that."
Oh, Haruka was more than familiar with this game, and he took pride in the fact that he was the only one in the entire universe who could confirm that yes, Makoto was excellent at it. Probably even better than at Mario Kart - and he knew that this game was infinitely more fun. "Gladly."
That was all the permission Makoto needed before he closed the distance between them in a fervent kiss. Haruka's hands wandered over his torso and found their way to Makoto's ass. Using his grip for leverage, he thrust his hips against Makoto's in search for friction and to encourage him.
Makoto's mouth strayed from his lips to Haruka's neck, kissing and sucking at all of Haruka's most sensitive spots, lightly to not leave any marks yet prominent enough to make Haruka yearn for more. His hands trailed over Haruka's body once more, fingers seeking the hem of his pyjama pants to uncover Haruka's growing erection.
"Hey," Haruka panted, calling Makoto to attention and making him cease his endeavors. "I thought you said you could play this game with no hands."
The only response Makoto gave was a lustful grin before he moved his hands to caress Haruka's thighs again. Then he lowered his head to Haruka's crotch and sank his teeth into the hem, looking Haruka straight into the eyes as he pulled his pants down with his mouth.
The game had only just begun, but Haruka already knew that this was going to be his favourite game of the entire night.
Perhaps blue shells weren't so bad after all; not when they could lead to this.

The Wii Sports leaderboards on Makoto’s Wii are a sight to behold. Here are my headcanons the facts:
- Hiyori and Rei are in an ongoing war for the top spots in golf (a slow war, considering Rei can’t visit all that often to try and reclaim his throne).
- Makoto and Haru are always neck-and-neck with baseball, especially since Makoto figured out how to do different pitching styles, but they absolutely dominate when they’re on a team together for Tokyo Boys game nights. Same with doubles tennis, actually.
- Ikuya is also in a long-distance ongoing war with Rin over the bowling leaderboard. He has reached pro-status on his profile and has scored a near-perfect game (score in the 280’s), but Rin is insistent that he’ll bowl a perfect game and end things once and for all once he finds the time.
- Sousuke pretends not to be too invested in it all, but appreciates holding the spots he does on the boxing leaderboard. (He also messes with Rin’s bowling stats and will purposefully threaten his “pro” status when they’re fighting — don’t tell Rin)
- Nagisa used to be a self-proclaimed master when it came to tennis, but he was forced into “early retirement” after a heated game without the controller safety straps went awry. Rei would be more disappointed in losing his doubles tennis partner if 1) he wasn’t hit by a swinging remote one too many times and 2) he wasn’t completely focused on his golfing dream
- Asahi and Kisumi probably play the most (after Haru and Makoto, of course) and exist to cause chaos. Asahi gets riled up trying to any scores he can, and Kisumi can usually be found getting too much enjoyment out of flinging the bowling ball back at the crowd and making all the miis freak out
