good news: I have installed a mod that translates Disco Elysium in italian so my friend can play faster! and I could theoretically recommend the game to another person who struggles with english!

bad news: the translation was done automatically and is very mediocre. Kim doesn't even use the polite third person with Harry like he does in other languages

good news: I found the way to modify it myself!

bad news: it takes an unbelievable amount of time. just switching Kim's lines from second to third person is a burden

??? news: I'm stupid and I love unfinished projects. I'll fix some things when they'll come up if they're particularly bad, like the pissing competition translation (it should be "competizione a chi piscia più lontano". and "competizione di pisciate". probably. better than translating piss as anger for sure)
