Esteemed robot enjoyers, I present to you a semi-accurate height comparison of Bumblebee across the multiverse (as of July 2024). This really helps visualize the truly staggering differences between universes, at least height-wise. Also, three of these characters are Canonically the Same Guy; guess which ones.

I spent way too much time on the chart in the back it's not even funny. I will probably make more height charts for more TF characters and universes in the future. Don't expect it soon though, because when I make these, I am fueled by pure I-Got-Bored-At-Work-And-I-Have-Decided-To-Fool-Around-With-Robot-PNGs, and that fuel supply is inconsistent at best.

Hey Fun Fact, Did you know that Generation 1 Optimus Prime is around 19 Feet Tall? Bet some of you already knew that. I have no ulterior motives for bringing this fact up, what are you talking about.

My height explanations are below the cut, because you couldn't shut me up if you tried.

In an order:

Gen 1 - ~10 feet (the wiki says greater than 3 meters so I rounded up to the first whole number because round)

Netflix Cybertron Trilogy - ~10 feet (He looks identical to Gen 1 so... the reason his photo looks weird is because I couldn't find a good full body photo with him standing straight up facing the camera so I put two images together to make the worst looking photoshop job you have ever seen)

Earth Spark - 10 feet (There is no confirmed height yet but using a screen shot of him standing in front of a barn door I was able to make a reasonable guess.)

Animated - 12 feet (I have no genuine source for this, I think this info is just someone's guesstimate, but it seems reasonable. He's a tiny two door mini car, how big could he be)

New Live Action - 15 feet (The wiki hath declared. Also do we have a name for this universe because we need one I don't want to keep saying like 6 words to differentiate this one from bayverse)

Bayverse V1 - 16 feet (This is like the first 3 movies minimum, I don't remember when he hits his growth spurt. also wiki my love)

Cyberverse - 18 feet (I'm gonna be honest, the only info we have is from a really shitty screen shot of a magazine. SO if any one has a copy of this book from the video below, a high quality scan would be greatly appreciated and I will kiss the ground you walk upon. Bayverse V2 - 18 feet (movie 4-5 I can't remember which one, I'm not re-looking this up. I fucking love the bayverse tho, this is the only universe with concrete and consistent this-character-is-this-height info)

Aligned Cont. TFP/RID15 - 21 feet (I do not know exactly where these numbers were found, but I fully fucking believe them. YN "Rina is a very calculated character, she's not like Annabeth in the sense that it's just logic and facts. I think she's calculated in the fact that she's a very thoughtful person, and so I think it's interesting that her fatal flaw would be her faith and her trust— which, from face value completely contrasts her as a character. Like why does this person who thinks everything through have such childlike trust? Well, she is a child."

YN "The reason I chose this really lies in Luke, her first love, and the fact that her oblivious trust is most blatant in her relationship with him. Luke is the losing dog that all her logic tells her is losing but she still bets on him every time. He proves to her time and time again that he's put himself on this path and yet she foolishly believes every time that he can come back. I think in a way, she's aware of the fact that it's a foolish endeavor and yet pursues it anyway because she still believes there's some goodness in Luke despite him proving to her otherwise."

HOST "If YN's song for Rina is I Bet on Losing Dogs by Mitski, what would your song be, Charlie?"

CHARLIE "I think I've mentioned somewhere else that the song I used to really like use as my go-to was Swan Lake, Op. 20, Act 2? Yeah I think that's the right title. It really got me in the mood. But there's a different song that I think represents Luke."

HOST "Oh and what would that song be?"

CHARLIE "Probably.... Silver Springs yeah Silver Springs - Fleetwood Mac. It's a popular song with editors. But like, I see Luke in it because it's kind of like... that's his relationship with all the people he loves. 'Time casts it spell on you, but you won't forget me. I know I could've loved you, but you would not let me.' Those lyrics for me are really what Luke's relationship with people are like, especially post-betrayal. I think the people he love stays on his mind constantly."

CHARLIE "There's this one line 'You'll never get away from the sound of a woman that loves you'. And I think every woman in his life is the same, Annabeth, his mom, Tahlia, and Rina especially. They all love him in their own way and the fact that like you know, they love him will haunt him with every decision he makes."

HOST "Even before filming, what were the vibes from everyone?"

CHARLIE "A lot of people assume that the hardest thing is filming- which is hard but like the stuff that happens before like table reads and chemistry tests were so nerve-wracking too."

Like I knew I wanted to act but I wanted to try something different and honestly, I haven't gotten any good callbacks in a long time. So I mean when I sent it in, I didn't think anything would happen but it did and I was like 'Oh my god, I'm employed, I can earn money'."

CHARLIE "A bit weird but wouldn't have it any other way."

YN "You know, Charlie, next time you can just say something nice."

CHARLIE "Then our rela- friendship wouldn't be as fun."

CHARLIE "YN at first was pretty secretive about her background so every thing she revealed herself was like a new lore drop."

WALKER "Every few days on set, we'd be talking and one day you'd just drop 'Oh when I was in highschool, I was in the national debate championships and in the finals–' and you talked like it was so normal but then all of us just found out you did competitive debate."

There's a thought that's been in my head since I created Asha.

What would Asha's reaction to finding out Peppy never told Poppy about her and Viva be?

Y'know when you hear something you don't like but instead of immediately lashing out in rage you're just...numb? Like you're angry but on the outside you look calm? Way too calm? Yeah. That's Asha's reaction. It'd kinda go like this:

Her tone in the above dialogue is rather neutral. Too neutral. Menacingly neutral with a little bit of bite when she says "...right?". Asha prides herself in being unpredictable and unreadable. When she asks if Peppy assumed she and Viva died during the escape, that's code for "ain't no way he made the entire tribe believe we were dead for the past 20 years". She's angry that her tribe made a silent agreement to forget she and her older sister ever existed but she's trying not to show it. Her chuckling before speaking could be interpreted as a warning.

To add insult to injury, Asha was just 15 during the escape. She was a teenager. You bet she vividly remembers huddling in a corner of Hole N' Fun mumbling to herself that everything was fine and surely her dad was looking for her. Imagine finding out that not only your own father but your whole tribe found it easier to assume you were dead rather than at least hope you survived. In fact, it reminds me of a verse from Drift Away from SU.

I have a tendency to go back to stuff after months of ignoring it so I'm never really sure. I also have a lot of stuff I know I won't finish but don't really want to right now either I'd say the one I'm having the most trouble with right now is a 5+1 of the 5 times the 118 bet on Buck and Eddie getting together + the 1 time someone wins the bet just because I feel like there's lots of ways for it to go wrong and I keep overthinking it. I also have a fic about Buck, Bobby and Chris at the zoo that I'd love to finish but I never have any ideas to flesh it out with so I never write it

Fluff. Probably fluff.

Luis starts leaving, but something makes him stop dead in his tracks and spin around to stride right up to Leon's desk.

“I have to try,” Luis mutters, under his breath. Then he puts his hands on the desk and looks right into Leon's eyes as he speaks louder. “Fais l'amour avec moi.”

“I don't speak Spanish.”

“That was actually French,” Luis seems a little amused by Leon's mistake, but doesn't laugh in his face. “Spanish is my native tongue, but I spent some time in France, it's good to mix things up sometimes.”

“Whatever. Just speak English or get out of here so I can do my job.”

“Fais l'amour avec moi,” Luis repeats. “Make love with me.”

“Oh my god,” This is far from the most forward anyone's been with him, but for some reason it still makes his whole face heat up and he looks down at the desk, away from Luis's warm gray eyes. But then he's looking at Luis's nice hands, staring at the rings decorating a couple of his fingers. “My boyfriend wouldn't like that.”

“Well, where is he? Your boyfriend. I don't see him, he home, in a back room..?”

“He's in South America on some stupid boy's trip with his friends,” Why isn't Leon just telling Luis he doesn't want to sleep with him? “I wasn't allowed to go because apparently it's just for boys, not ‘pretty boys’ and I would ruin their manly vibe.”

“That's stupid, pretty boys are the best, you're beautiful, it's crazy to make you stay home. But I suppose I shouldn't complain, you're here and he isn't, so… What he doesn't know won't hurt him. I bet I can get you off better than he ever has,” Leon's resolve is crumbling, and unfortunately it seems like Luis noticed. “Please. Your boyfriend is having fun in South America without you, don't you think it's only fair for you to have some fun without him?”

Maybe there is a god looking out for him, because the phone rings and saves him from trying to answer Luis. He hoped Luis would just get bored and give up and go find someone else to hit on, but he's unfortunately persistent. He stands back and patiently waits while Leon takes the call and writes down the time slot the caller wanted.

As soon as he puts the phone down, Luis is back at his desk. “If you don't want this, just tell me. Tell me no. But I need to hear it from you. All you've said is that your boyfriend wouldn't like this, but what about you? Does Leon want to have some fun?”

“I can't just sleep with you right now, I have a job. Maybe if you're still here in a couple hours when my shift ends.”

“I have all the time in the world for you.”

Luis sits down on the couch and makes it 15 minutes, fidgeting and bouncing his leg, before getting impatient and getting up and leaving. Leon finds himself oddly offended. The guy was clearly desperate to sleep with Leon and claimed to have all the time in the world, but couldn't even make it 20 minutes? He's also disappointed and relieved in equal measures. He was into the concept of sex with someone who wasn't strong enough to leave him covered in bruises the next morning, but Krauser will kill him if he gets back and finds out Leon was cheating on him.

Nope. Luis comes right back in and gets back on the couch, now with a book to read while he waits. Luis never struck him as all that intellectual, but apparently there is more to him than meets the eye. He looks up occasionally to check on the clock and, when he catches Leon's eye, winks. The second Leon's shift ends, Luis jumps back up and rushes back to Leon's desk, grinning.

“So where are we doing this?” Luis asks, way too casually for someone who's asking a person to cheat on their long-term partner. “My car? Recording booth?”

Leon almost yells at him to try to be a little discreet, but everyone has left, so there's no real reason to. “Have you ever heard of these cool things called houses that are private and have beds?”

“I don't have a house or a bed, I have a couch. A couch in the living room that belongs to the girl I broke up with three days ago. She's been nice enough to not kick me out thus far, but if I bring home a man to sleep with, I'll be getting thrown out.”

“Jesus Christ. I can't believe I'm about to cheat on my boyfriend with a bum,” And yet he has no desire to back out of this, even after learning Luis Serra is an even bigger loser than he suspected. “I guess we can go back to my place… But you're doing laundry and vacuuming the whole place after. 2. At RSA? Chenya! At NRC? Kalim Al Asim. Both of them make her laugh. Chenya more than Kalim, but Kalim's extroverted tendencies help her open up a bit more to pretty much everyone. It's hard to be badass when such a cinnamon roll is always around.

3. Riddle Rosehearts. Ahhh, the one who breaks rules for what they think is the greater good, and the rule enforcer. Plus, they both have an AWFUL temper. When they're not pissed off to hell and back or breaking rules, they can actually get along decently.

4. Bugs and spiders. Fuck them. Nope. Crushing them with a baseball bat ASAP. This fear practically runs in the family.

5. P.E. It's the only class in school she's ever enjoyed. Exercising helps her blow off steam and keep her temper in check.

6. Umm... is all of the above an option? Most of the time she just doesn't show up. If I had to say one that she'd be bad at if she actually tried, it'd be Alchemy. It's too close to cooking, and this woman would burn down a house trying to make mac n cheese.

7. Welp, she played baseball a TON back in high school. It's something her and her siblings always practiced together, so it reminds her of home. That's for RSA, though. 8. Floyd Leech. Similarly to him and Riddle, he knows how to get on her nerves. Except she isn't as adherent to the rules, meaning they have and will exchange a few punches.

9. Sam! She's immune to his capitalist tactics, but besides that they're pretty chill. Plus he isn't a teacher, which means he doesn't scold her for misbehaving. That's definitely a plus.

11. It's a tie between Jack Howl and Deuce Spade... or maybe leaning more towards Jack given her delinquent tendencies. She wouldn't be a good influence for Deuce, and she knows that. Okay, yeah, when we go that into it...it can be considered a bit weird that they'd have Mikoto (John) specify that in the second voice drama. Though, maybe this was just Mikoto (John) talking in those timelines and answering interrogation questions as far back as trial one. Which would contradict the whole narrative of MeMe where a repeated thing is not knowing where the fuck this dude is.

Outside of that it doesn't seem to be him just because it showcases Mikoto's tone indicators and mannerisms throughout the timeline. This has nothing to do with inflection or tone one can hear but Mikoto's consistent characterization which extends to how his dialogue is written in the timeline. Even if one wants to ignore that because anyone can change their verbal mannerisms then we'd still know from the text that Mikoto (John) spent all of the intermission being standoffish, isolating himself, and being difficult to approach from the admission of multiple prisoners.

So why would he make casual conversations with either of these people here? That'd be kind of weird and out of the norm that was presented to us. Especially if he is rightfully wary of the others being murderers similarly to how Kotoko was. Even if Mikoto himself doesn't want to believe it. Then we can go further their handwriting changes depending on who's answering something displayed in Double and the written interrogation.

Now just because Mikoto (John) said he had a college degree doesn't mean they're on some Dr.Jekyll and Mr.Hyde shit where Mikoto (John) is like put some respect on my name I have a diploma. It doesn't mean that, but it is weird that they choose to specify this in second voice drama. Considering the number of times the author has deliberately written things pertaining to Mikoto and school.

We know Mikoto (John) got a degree we know Mikoto drunk a lot during uni, picked up his nicknaming habit there, and to his own admission does not like studying but instead views it as a means to an end. That is what all these statements together can tell us. We even know when things get stressful that Mikoto leaves it to Mikoto (John) as seen through trial two.

This could imply that Mikoto (John) is legitimately the person that does all the work.

Something supported through Double showing us him commuting to and from work something we do not see Mikoto do in MeMe. Despite him telling us how the fuck he commutes in his first trial interrogation,

How did you meet #4?: College org. I was an applicant at the time, they were already a member, and they seemed very friendly to all the newbies so I stuck around them. In time we became close and even got in the same friend group, which we're both still part of today.

faculty retreat was fun albeit full of Characters lol. they are such a funny species of human. i was telling macky some of them behave like they are simultaneously the most important people in the world AND the most oppressed... like deposed royalty or something. but i learned a lot about our first-year programming and got to meet some interesting people. plus my table had just finished a summer discussion group exploring the idea of implementing specifications grading in their courses and i was like omg i did specs grading and i loved it!! and then they had lots of questions about how it worked in my classrooms which was fun and made me feel briefly like A Teacher again lol

i don't like it when people act like i'm a total nobody until i say something smart & then it's as if i suddenly materialized in their field of vision and they're like oh wait who are you. i hope i never make people feel that way no matter how Important i think i am!!!! but i have to admit there's something satisfying about the challenge of being like "ohhh got it ok this person is clearly telegraphing that they don't consider me worth paying attention to in the slightest. i bet i can convince them i am and i bet i can do it not by monologuing about myself but by practicing the kind of active listening everyone in this room is starved for & asking really thoughtful questions & making connections to things they'd shared earlier that they thought no one was listening to. i bet i can make them feel Heard." and i did that with two people today lol they barely gave me the time of day for the first hour or so but by the end they were both like let's get coffee and keep talking about this why don't you come to my class this quarter why don't you come to this meeting my group is having. like i get ittttt sometimes you don't want to engage with a rando and it's not personal lol but it is still satisfying to be like ok i won you over and therefore i win. liz says not everything has to be framed as a competition but it does make life into a more interesting game.

i am wearing my new black jeans from everlane and every time i catch my reflection the mirror i'm like DAMN girl you look good. gosh they are just soooo flattering and so much more comfortable than skinny jeans. plus i feel like you can dress black jeans up a bit with a work top so i still feel Professional. also my new slip-on sneakers from old navy arrived today and i feel like they are gonna be the perfect way to wear comfy shoes at work but not look quite as casual as my white sneakers do. tbd but i have high hopes

i cleared a bunch of emails off my to-do list! this was virtuous procrastination as i am avoiding finishing the PPT for thurs lol but i think i can probably get the PPT done tonight in under 15-20 min if i just do a burst of work before bed. so i am freeing myself from having to do it RIGHT NOW at work.

it's beautiful out.... fall is so beautiful here.... gosh it's so nice and i think i am going to go home a bit early & walk the dogs since i worked late last night and will do some more work tonight too

my hypercompetent coworker is probably leaving sigh but my other hypercompetent coworker is staying and today she was like i got asked to serve on this board and i could definitely do it but i think you should do it for XYZ reasons, and that was nice. i mean i know it is added work and i'm sure she's glad to be out of it but i feel like there have been a few times where she's gone out of her way to be like "this opportunity is going to be good exposure for you/a good way to meet people/a good way to show people what you can do" and i really appreciate that. everyone else has been here so long and i am still so new both to the institution and to this level of role! and i can figure some stuff out on my own i know it's a learning curve but i really appreciate it when people are like hey i think doing this thing would be good for your career/work. my [redacted] just cannot provide any useful guidance at all so it can really feel sometimes like i'm on my own. but i'm not!!

i know i probably literally can't be pregnant yet as implantation doesn't happen until day 6ish and it's only day 5 and anything i feel could still be side effects from the hcg shot. but i have just had little cramps and twinges all day. i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i hope i am trying to live in the light of hope and not in despair!!! clean hope clean pain!!!! can she do it!!!
