OKAY so, this was *originally* for a request that i got sent about friends to lovers with abby, but i think i could (and i want to) write something better for that request so here is this.

to all those who sent requests, thank you, there are a couple that caught my attention and i will be dedicating some time as soon as i can, bear with me......

"ugh, definitely not"

"why not?" abby says "it's a good movie"

she playfully nudges you with her shoulder, a smirk comes to her lips. you look at her.

"what?" she says

"you think fifty shades of grey is a good movie?" your hand grabs the remote from abby's hands, changing the channel.

"maybe i didn't choose my words wisely. it's.... interesting" abby steals the remote from your hands and flips back to the previous channel; your eyes see christian and anastasia kissing very noisily.

you stir in your seat. it's a saturday night, a greasy pizza box rests on the coffee table and the light coming from the television is the only thing illuminating the room. you turn to look at abby, the high points of her face are illuminated by the cool lighting of the movie.

"what's the point, anyway?" you ask, your teeth chewing on the edge of the pizza that abby doesn't eat.

"what do you mean?" abby replies, her brow furrows but her eyes don't leave the television.

"about the movie; like, is just that?" you point at the tv; a sex scene in the works.

"that?" abby smiles "you can say the word sex, you know?"

you roll your eyes and swallow the crunchy dough.

"say it" abby murmurs

you look at her; she looks at you

"what?"

"say the word"

you push her "fuck off"

abby laughs and moves closer again, her knee brushes the side of your bare thigh. the air feels heavy.

"i'm not going to move until you say it"

you let out a snort "what are you, christian grey?"

she lets out a mischievous grin "maybe i am"

you try to dodge her gaze. the fabric of the couch looks surprisingly interesting from one moment to the next.

"cringe" you say

"c'mon" abby murmurs, her proximity causing your heart to skype a beat.

abby's overpowering confidence shrinks you, molds and controls you to her liking. abby knows how to inhibit you and you know she does; over time you've learned that sometimes it's best to surrender to her.

so you sigh, and you say it "sex, okay? i said it. sex."

abby smiles and settles back in her seat. you can breathe again.

"see? it wasn't that hard. you're a pussy."

"i never said it was hard, you idiot. i just chose not use the word"

"yeah, whatever"

the minutes go by and you don't try to take the remote from abby again. there's (another?) sex scene in the tv, this one is a bit more explicit, more louder. you squirm; abby has a smirk planted in her face.

"you like that?"

you almost choke with your saliva "what?"

abby points at the tv with her chin "that. you like being tied?"

your eyes are fixed on the tv, but they're not paying attention to the scene unfolding. you can see out of the corner of your eye how abby waits for your answer.

you're afraid you're not going to be able to get away with this one.

"what's up with you and your questions today?" you try to play it cool

"i guess i woke up a little bit curious about you"

you hear a noise from the outside. you think that maybe today is your lucky day and someone will come into the house and will kill you and will end this torture.

but that doesn't happen.

"so, you are telling me you woke up thinking if i like being tied up?" you try to make abby uncomfortable, surprise her so that she finally shuts her mouth and leaves this round of questions that make your heart participate in a marathon that has no opponent.

but abby is abby, and you can't make her uncomfortable.

"yeah, i guess i wonder that"

you swallow your breath and hope she hasn't noticed. your head thinks of a thousand ways to dodge the question; something to say that's more convincing than "oh, im sorry abby, my mom just got hit by a car so i gotta go".

is this what friendship should feel like?

"so?" abby inquires

"um" suddenly the couch is too uncomfortable "i don't know"

"you don't know? what a shitty answer"

she is insufferable, you think "what do you want me to say?"

"i don't know, something more interesting maybe?"

you rolled your eyes "well, im sorry for not being interesting enough for you abby"

abby smiles slightly and continues to watch the movie. you almost thought you were safe, when her voice echoes again in the dark room.

"you didn't try it, right?" abby says. she is looking at you.

you reciprocate her gaze, a look of confusion plants itself on your face "what do you mean?"

the light from the television gives away as abby licks her lips "you said you didn't know if you like it, so that means you haven't tried it, right?"

her gaze on you is softer. you can tell that she is tired, more sleepy, less cocky.

"yes. you are correct" you say. you shiver, and so abby pass you a blanket "thank you"

"would you like to?"

her braid is a mess. blonde hairs are dancing around her face, framing her face and escaping the stiffness of the hairstyle.

you like this side of her. more vulnerable.

"i don't know. i would feel kinda dumb."

you whisper and abby smiles "im not anastasia steele, you know"

abby laughs softly and nods. she doesn't say anything back, so you take advantage

"have you tried?" you murmur

"being tied?" she asks, and you nod "let's just say thats not for me"

you chuckle. she yawns.

"and tie someone?" you ask, again.

"now you're the one asking questions, huh?"

you shrug "what can I say? i learn from the best"

abby laughs and settles back in her seat, her eyes watch the film intently.

"no, but i guess I'd like to give it a try."

you nod, even though she can't see you "good" you say.

"good" she replies

she fall asleep on the couch a few minutes later.

In my recent post about base game Minecraft mobs in MCD rewrites, I mentioned that I like to include random little scenes from canon and I got a comment from @lucky-guess asking if I’d include Aph eating rotten flesh. I thought “maybe I will, it’d be funny.” I remember the time Brendan startled her and she accidentally ate the zombie brains in her hand. I was thinking about this comment and I had a Very Good Idea.

You know how Garroth was pretty hands-off with Aph at the start of Season 1? They’d talk, sure, but he just let her wander around and fix things up, he had bigger things to worry about until he realized that, hey, she’s basically a Lord now.

Here’s how it goes:

You’re the head guard of a tiny rundown coastal village, and you’ve been scrambling to keep everything together ever since a mysterious fire killed your Lord. Your apprentice has been a great help and he’s the only one who knows the real scope of your worries, your guards have been stressed enough with all the suspicion and accusations and extra patrols and they don’t need to carry the same weight you have on your shoulders.

It’s another dreary day of rain, one of your guards is recovering from a bad injury, and you’re not halfway through evening patrol when a random maiden crashes out of the woods. She’s only wearing what amounts to underwear, drenched, barefoot, her arms and legs are covered in mud and there are twigs in her tangled hair. She looks half-feral and the look in her eyes does nothing to discourage that.

You, obviously concerned that she’s being chased, ask her what happened, is she injured? Please, miss, come inside and take a seat by the fire before you catch your death. The maiden does not care even a little. She says she was chasing a mysterious man in green and have you seen him because she wants to know what’s up with that guy. You have not, and the idea of some random man being chased by this tiny woman is slightly concerning, but all you’re worried about right now is getting this woman inside before she dies of hypothermia. She does not care about hypothermia, she just wants to chase her mystery man.

Suddenly, a sound! A man in what might be green, it’s hard to tell in the rain! That’s the man, the maiden cries! After him!

You will go after him. The maiden will be going inside with your apprentice, right now, please, please go warm up. Your apprentice manages to wrangle the half-feral woman into the nearest open building, the library, and you take off after the mysterious man in maybe-green. You chase him through the trees, down the slippery slope of a hillside, into a clearing. You’ve lost your lantern somewhere along the way, and in the dark you trip on the lip of a crater you’re sure wasn’t there when you last passed through. You know these woods like the back of your hand, but the crater and the mud and the rain have blinded you in a moment of confusion and the man is gone by the time you get your bearings. Any tracks he may have left are too murky to follow. You stumbled back to town in the dark to check on the maiden.

You can call her Anastasia. That’s all your apprentice has been able to learn from her while you were gone. She’s washed, more-or-less dried and in proper clothes thanks to Emmalyn the librarian, maybe you’ll have more luck now that she’s bundled in front of the fireplace with some warm broth in her stomach. She tells you again of the man, of a clearing she didn’t recognize, and nothing of any use. You leave her to rest, thinking maybe she’ll remember more in the morning. She’s gone in the morning.

You’re half-convinced you hallucinated the whole event, but the time you spent that night furiously scrubbing down your armor convinces you it’s true. Anastasia reappears a few days later, breezes past you without a word and starts doing something to the road on the edge of town. You’re a little concerned you’ve possibly begun to lose your mind from the stress except other people are stopping to stare at her too.

For weeks, it continues like this. Anastasia appears in town, drops whatever she’s collected while she’s away at the library (infuriating Emmalyn more and more each time), messes around with a broken-down road or some fences or digs through the bed farmland, and then vanishes for days or weeks at a time. No one knows what she’s doing or what to do about it, but so long as she’s not hurting anyone it’s fine, right? She even helps clear out monsters from time to time.

You think, wasn’t that fence broken last week? Wasn’t that road in disrepair last month? Was that condemned plot of farmland suddenly sprouting healthy grass? Weren’t these Anastasia’s projects? Oh, you realize, she’s been fixing up the village for some reason. She’s been doing a surprising number of Lordly things, actually. And that little hut up on the cliff—was that also her? What else was she doing? She was making her own gear, her own house, helping with farms and patrols, and also apparently taming wolves and teaching them to fish—where did she learn all this stuff anyway?

You ask. She says she doesn’t remember. She says it just seemed obvious to do it like this. She says it seemed like these are just things people are supposed to do. Aren’t they? No? Well, that’s the way she’s doing things. You think she’s joking about not remembering how she knows, well, everything.

And then, as she’s helping clear away the bodies of yet another small horde of zombies, Brendan startles her and Anastasia shoves the zombie flesh into her mouth. SPIT IT OUT, everyone who’d seen this tragedy yells, SPIT IT OUT SPIT IT OUT RIGHT NOW! But no, this crazy weird woman has committed to her mistakes and you can see the disgust on her face as she chews. And swallows. You are fighting the urge to jam your fingers down her throat and make her throw up because you know her well enough to know you’d get stabbed for it on reflex. Within minutes, she is heaving into a bucket, miserable, and saying that she wouldn’t have done it if she’d known it’d make her so sick.

You, holding her hair back as she throws her guts up, realize that she was not joking. She was not joking about not knowing anything. Anastasia, the half-feral maiden from the woods who's been doing basically half a Lord’s duties around the little town under your care, is an amnesiac. She has actual, literal amnesia. That’s the only explanation. Everyone knows never to eat zombie flesh for this exact reason, everyone, no one is that dumb. Oh dear Irene, she’s going to end up doing this again, isn’t she? Anastasia, the woman who’s been caring for this town just as much as you have, is going to die from food poisoning because she can’t remember which berries are bad for you. If not that, then hypothermia. If you leave her alone, she’s done for.

That’s how you end up personally guarding the new Lord of Phoenix Drop. And how you end up breaking her out of jail when she gets wrongly arrested for murder a month later.

CROWN PRINCESS ANYA PROUDLY WALKS WITH BRINDLETON ATHLETES AT OPENING CEREMONY

Let the games begin!

The World Sports Summer Festival (WSSF) officially kicked off earlier today, and we are super excited to see Brindleton's best and brightest athletes try to bring home the gold!

The Festival, held in Tartosa this year, started off with a bang, which included a jaw-dropping 15-minute drone display and multiple performances by some of the world's biggest names, including superstar Marisol, who also happens to be a proud daughter of Tartosa.

However, one of the highlights of the opening ceremony was definitely the Parade of Athletes where each participating nation's delegates march across the stadium.

When it was Brindleton's turn, one very familiar face was captured on-screen: none other than Crown Princess Anya. Competing as "Anastasia Montcroix," HRH will be facing off some of the world's best equestriennes in a three-day competition.

Although it was earlier rumoured that the Crown Princess will be Brindleton's flag bearer for the parade, the honour was given to decorated boxer Stanley "Stan the Man" Haussian. The Crown Princess seemed happy to just walk the stadium along with the other athletes and waving her little flag. HRH also proudly wore the country's official uniform for the games bearing both the WSSF logo and our national flag.

Win or lose, HRH has already made history, becoming the first female member of the Royal Family to represent the country in the WSSF.

Someone Holds Me Safe and Warm (Omegaverse Post-Mpreg)

Tommy woke up feeling cold and turned around to find the bed empty and his alpha missing. He sat up and looked around, figuring Evan must have gone to the bathroom when he heard singing. He realized it was coming from the baby monitor and panicked a little. Until he realized the voice was Evan's. Tommy's curiosity got the best of him and he picked up his alpha's hoodie and put it on. He then made his way to the nursery, where he indeed found Evan holding their one-month-old daughter, Eva, in his arms and softly singing to her while slowly walking back and forth. His back was turned to Tommy so he hadn't seen him.

"Someone holds me safe and warm, Horses prance through a silver storm. Figures dancing gracefully across my memory..."

Evan then started humming, gently swaying from side to side with their baby. He then sang the same part again and finally turned around. The words died on his lips and a tinge of pink covered his cheeks. "Hey," he whispered.

"Hey yourself," Tommy whispered back and made his way over to his husband. "Is she asleep?"

Evan nodded, "Yeah, I was just about to put her down, but I don't want to."

Tommy sneaked a peek at Eva and smiled when he found their bundle of joy fast asleep in her Dad's arms. "When did you wake up? I didn't even hear you."

"Eva was crying," Evan replied, putting their daughter down in her crib.

Eva snuffled and Evan very carefully thumped her chest to get her to fall asleep again.

"Oh..." Tommy mumbled. "I didn't even hear her."

"Yeah, you were fast asleep. One of the first sleeps you've had in a long time," Evan replied.

"Why didn't you wake me up," Tommy asked.

"Princess," Evan started and Tommy's heart fluttered like it always did when Evan called him "princess." "You carried her for 9 months and went through a tough labor. I couldn't help you then but I can help you now."

Tommy stuck out his bottom lip before reaching out to touch Evan's cheek. "You're an amazing husband and alpha. I hope you know that."

"I'm just doing the bare minimum," Evan replied and leaned into Tommy's touch. "Come on, let's go."

Tommy nodded and checked on Eva one more time before leaving hand in hand with Evan. "What was that song?" He asked when they got back to their room.

"Oh, it's called Once Upon a December. It's from the movie Anastasia," Evan replied as he got back into bed. Tommy took off Evan's hoodie before getting into bed and taking his usual position; his back against Evan's chest.

"I was 5 when that movie came out and Maddie was obsessed with it," Evan replied fondly as he wrapped his arm around Tommy. "My parents had just recently moved to Hershey and I hated it there. I started kindergarten and was lost all the time. I didn't even have any friends."

Tommy intertwined his and Evan's fingers together and brushed his thumb over the alpha's silver wedding band. "What happened then?"

"My parents were constantly fighting while ignoring Maddie and me. Maddie started helping me sleep at night and she always sang this song," Evan continued.

Tommy paused for a moment before bringing Evan's hand to his lips and kissing his knuckles. "It's a beautiful song and you have a beautiful voice."

"You should hear Maddie sing. She is the one with the amazing voice," Evan chuckled awkwardly.

"Nonsense! You have a beautiful voice too," Tommy replied. "Sing to me."

"What?" Evan tensed behind him.

"Sing to me," Tommy repeated himself.

"Dancing Bears. Painted Wings. Things I almost remember. And a song someone sings..."

Tommy drifted off to sleep without listening to the entire thing.

1. Ursula and Maleficent are rivals so Uma and Mal being rivals also tracks.

He’s about 14 inches taller than you and his thigh is basically bigger than your entire torso, he’s already naturally big and strong, you being small and weak, he ends up causing all of your food to fall to the ground when you both bump into each other. He quickly kneels down to help you pick up your fallen groceries luckily nothing was broken. He silently feels guilty not fully knowing his own strength but knowing he was still stronger than most people he felt bad knowing his bump probably hurt you. Especially since it caused you to fall to the ground. Just as he was about to apologize you quickly did first catching him off guard.

You say not looking at his face yet being too busy trying to swiftly pick up your groceries instead.

“No, it was my fault. I’m sorry. I was too focused on my udon ingredients I wasn’t looking where I was going. Are you alright?”

You’ve both finished putting the groceries back in your basket. As you reply you look up to his face finally and get caught off guard. You almost forget how to speak you have to cut off your sentence. He’s…he’s stunning. You’ve never been the one for crushes or relationships. Or any relationship at all in fact you’ve always been single. Never kissed, held hands nothing. Far too busy in your own world to worry about any of that after all you were only 21 you never thought it was a big deal anyways. B-but with him he’s the only man that’s ever caught your eye. His hair, his eyes, the color. His sculpted face…body..beautiful. It was only now that you also realized how big, muscular, and tall he was you couldn’t help but wonder how nice cuddling him would be in the winter. You were lost in gazing at him for so long you realize you must have looked so awkward pausing for so long. Enji notices your long pause but doesn’t mind he takes this time to admire you back. He doesn’t want to seem too obvious no but god he can’t help but stare at your lips every second you speak. He thinks the long pause must be anxiety after all he is Endeavor. He gently grabs your hand and basket and brings you both back up from the grocery store floor. Little does he know you actually have no idea what Endeavor actually looks like. You’ve heard of him many times before but never actually cared enough to know what he ooked like it wasn’t your style.

Now that you’re both standing he can tell you don’t recognize him as Endeavor. Either that or you don’t care. He decides to take a risk and introduce himself. He can’t help it.

Enji thinks to himself, god even her name is beautiful the other girls in Japan are nothing like this.

Enji says flustered not knowing how to keep up the conversation. He’s never done this before. Usually he was just fucking girls who fawned over him being endeavor.
