This is an AU Rin, i describe more under the cut :3

this lil guy is from an AU ive been manifesting where Yukio and Rin are aged-up/older than the rest of the main cast,,, basically same old brotherly relationship that blows to bits where Yukio defects and Rin is under the Order.

Gist of this Rin design: Since Yukio broke his sword, he’s been in an unstable state (luckily he’s found a balance and can temporarily switch to and from his color schemes, though you don’t wanna stick too close when he’s agitated…). He wears the True Cross emblem as a sign of his allegiance and occasionally drops by the Cram school to substitute; he’s made quite the impression among the students. The Order always has him going on important missions, but mostly keeps him under wraps as their trump card against the Illuminati and Satan (he’s right next to if not higher than Arthur in terms of strength). During his free time he and Shura (whenever she’s not ditching him or on duty) are sent to the Cram school to teach whenever they’re short-staffed.

Yukio’s a sore spot for this Rin AU, and he can’t help but feel responsible for why his lil brother left in the first place. So he’s been making up for it by working for the Order and trying to find him!

I think the off-hand reveal that Adam the leader of the exorcists is in fact ‘Adam the First Man’/Charlie’s mom’s asshole ex, REALLY gives some credence to the one theory about the true nature of the exorcists;

Namely, that NONE of the exorcists, including Adam, are ‘true’ angels, but rather human souls who have been barred from or cast out of heaven and given the task of keeping the demons/sinners in line. All for a (very much FALSE) hope of one day being let back into paradise.

Oh right, when I first shipped adamsapple I wanted to make a siren au ! And then I saw a pretty cool au like that existed ( by @goshdanghowdy go check it out !!!!!!!! ) I decided to make mine into a reality !

Meet the sea exorcists au ! The name is from a side thing in the au but I thought it sounded cool ??

The premise :

Lucifer is the king of the deep, at the top of the sea creatures hierarchy.

Adam is a privateer, leader of the ship with the most infamous crew known to sea creatures, the sea exorcists.

Adam was commissioned by the queen Seraphine ( ..or Sera. Everyone calls her Sera ) to bring terror upon the seas, and it’s creatures. Keep them in check. Adam’s crew don’t necessarily kill them !

One day, Adam catch a bigger fish than he can bargain for and that fish seems to weirdly recognize him.

After learning to trust their strange teacher the cram school class have decided to collectively annoy and accompany Rin whenever possible— which also includes getting free, scrumptious meals.

This Rin is a little bit of a night owl so he spends most of his mornings.. well, sleeping in. Until like 3pm.
