How would Ashley react if there was another person from her world who was also in Transformers prime? ( like they were isekai as human or bot)

I actually debated having something like this in Of Timelines & Trolleys. Like there was going to be a whole reveal that some old Guardians have survived and have been quietly living on earth, passing on knowledge from the TV show and basically disassembling anything remotely cybertronian.

Like the Harvestor, when Ratchet gets his servos on it to make a fake, it would have been like a "what the frag, this is already fake!" thing. Eventually, building on to a little secret society that's just been lurking in the shadows the entire time and is on the same level of chaotic neutral as Ashlyn Moore herself... just with more impulse control.

A friend of mine also created their own mini version of this with one of the Moore Twins during the initial version of this fic. They landed in War-torn Cybertron and ran into Shockwave before coming to Earth and reuniting with Ash. It was so dark and angsty, and it very much fit with the middle school vibes at the time.

In the end, the first concept was a bit too daunting for my first ever long fic (which is already quite the mammoth) and the second didn't feel like my story to tell. So, Ashlyn remains the only person from our world that's interacting with the bots.

Well, she probably is going to be very relived. Not just in a "I'm not alone" way (but that will be part of it) but because she's been so dang paronid about this one person the entire time.

It's like the Mandela Effect. Was this character always here or is she just going crazy?

The levels of eye contact would be borderline concerning for any witnesses, the random questions even more so. It would be even worse if this person had no Transformer or transformer-inclined brain rot. Ashlyn just slides up and is like;

"So why are you organic...? ... it's 'you can't just ask someone why they're organic!"

"MegOp? Valid or invalid?"

"Have you seen Steve?"

Poor fellow Dimenson traveler is very confused and mildly afraid, and everyone else has no idea what is happening.

Now, if they DO share in the brain rot, the menace of current Ashlyn Moore is passed on and doubled between them. Any kidnappings are cut very short because when two creatures look at you in the optics, say "Hail Starscream" while dabbing and do that little hip wiggle (yes, Starscream pulls it off better, but it's the thought that counts) and alternate between dismantling your entire character like you're under a microscope to debating on if baby Megatron or Ratchet was more like Miko if Orion was like Jack.

Complete and utter madness.

Basically speed running the anxiety arc. However, if this new person share's Ashlyn's fate and reason for being in this universe, to begin with?

Ohhhhhhhh, they're tied between world domination or early retirement. And it's entirely possible they can do both.

it's kinda fucked how mariposa got in so much trouble for being gifted a crystallite that couldn't have been bigger than a quarter after she gave catania the flutter flower which is, and i quote made of the most precious magic in flutterfield.

like of course there's the rule of "no outsider can ever touch crystallites. ever" and no one knew that catania had the flutter flower but it still feels weird that the tiny rock got mariposa exiled, not the very precious relic made by the queen, who's magic is so strong it single-handedly shelters an entire population from their natural predators.

i just wish the flutter flower and flutterfield as a whole was given more weight in the narrative
