#1 of my Amy Rose redesign collage where I draw her in different outfits in my style on IbisPaint X… I just finished this and it’s currently 7:12 AM where I am (in Canada🇨🇦) and I started this at like 3:30 AM💀 I’m literally crashing after this😭

This is for my Sonic AU, Amy’s full name is Amy Emi Amelia Rose (her parents couldn’t decide whether they wanted to spell her name the English way or the Japanese way so they did both😅), she’s half French and half Japanese as well as half hedgehog and half fruit bat (hence the sharp teeth, slit eyes, bigger and bat-like ears, and longer tail, but her wings were cut off as a baby *lore*).

She’s 15-16 in this as well as Tekno (Sonic, Sonia, Manik, Shadow, Blaze, Silver, Mighty, Honey, Espio, Sally, Bunnie, Antione, Rotor are all 17-18, Tails is only a couple of months younger than Amy, Knuckles is 18-19, Rouge is 19-20, Cream, Charmy, Ray, and Marine are all 12-13, Sticks is 14-15, Dr. Eggman is 45-46, and Cosmo is 13-14). I made Tails the same age as Amy because in the old canon, they’re both the same age plus I wanted to make Tails more mature as well as the other characters.

This is her Summer look💕✨ hope this is inspo for somebody when redesigning Amy or making OCs🎀

A refined version the redesign used for Amy Rose in Sonic Thunderstorm. Shown at various stages of life representing Concept, Classic, Modern, and Post-Modern Amy. Without shading & lighting and with shading & lighting.

Concept Amy takes cues Amy's official Classic Design while incorporating a red, white, and green color palette.

Classic Amy has a dress similar to Modern Amy's official dress but color swapped to green. Addition her quills are styled after Classic Sonic's quill in this AU both to parallel her official Classic quills and to display her admiration & idolization of Sonic.

Modern Amy dawns a jacket & dress, the dress in particular references an outfit she wore in Sonic X while using a watermelon color palette & wearing four Warrior Feathers.

Post-Modern Amy wears jacket & dress, which the jacket specifically is inspired by the jacket worn by Sally Acorn.

Amy's redesign as a whole has been difficult pinpoint and will likely undergo significant shifts for the update. For Amy's redesign overall a watermelon themed color palette was selected to combine the colors of her Modern & Classic Design while maintaining a cohesive color palette. Amy's muzzle was altered to be white to pair with this color scheme.

As a reference to Amy's design in Sonic the Comic her Modern and Post-Modern designs have raised quills and she was also given the Warrior Feather to allude to her Sonic Adventure upgrade. Additionally, Amy's Piko-Piko was decorated with hearts to pair with her theme of love.

Amy is intended to be a European Hedgehog and with she has very tiny ears paired with an extremely short tail, she also has a patch of fur, called a Monobridge, between her eyes.

Lastly, is something not visible in the image is that Amy technically has back quills, but she trims & keeps them short to make wearing certain clothes easier.

Amy Rose is a compassionate hedgehog with a heart of gold. She was found at a young age by Vanilla, and was raised by her. She may not be great with social cues and may be a bit too overprotective and clingy to her friends and family, but she means well! She was born with a genetic mutation that caused her quils to be limp and dull, acting more like hair rather than quills. Amy is a romanticist at heart, and will always try to see the good in everyone and everything... but dont be fooled. This hedgehog is not afraid of a fight.
