I started watching Pokémon Horizons only because it is starting to air on Spanish television and three chapthers in and I already ship Friede x Amethio. Their vibes are impeccable and they will end up making out, I assure you. I also love Amethio's vibes, he's the kind of villain I love.

I tried to add as many characters as I can think of and know enough about

Amethio probably wouldn't use any as they feel awkward coming out of his mouth, but when he warms up to dating,,, he'll attempt to use some, but most of them end up being some sort of nickname,

Spinel would use 'darling' or 'dear', sometimes he uses 'love', the words roll off his tounge easily and it sits right with him. If you know about his involvement with the Explorers, he will call you his 'gem' as a nod to his fascination with Rakua and to subtly hint that he cares about you a lot.

Sango would be torn between giving you cursed nicknames and normal ones. Her go-to nicknames are

Onyx is rather traditional when it comes to dating and anything similar. He'll probably use nicknames that are similar to your name.

Friede isn't someone who uses terms of endearment often, he prefers to use nicknames and inside jokes between the two of you as he sees it as something more intimate and something that shows off your bond more than calling you "babe" ever will. (Even if that means calling you something that everyone would give weird looks at)

Gibeon would call you 'love' or 'darling', it doesn't matter if he's dating you when you're younger, or when the two of you are older. He prefers those nicknames.

Murdock uses terms relating to food, sweets, or anything that sounds sweet. The nicknames he likes the most are 'darling', 'sweetheart' and 'love'.

Conia would give you softer and cuter nicknames, some include softer versions of your name. She really likes using '

Kieran is pretty new to dating -plus, you're his first partner- so he'd still be experimenting with different nicknames, but he often uses shorter versions of your name alongside 'Sunflora' and his 'Applin' (it slipped out once, and he thought that it was cute enough to keep around),

Raihan would have different nicknames depending on your personality. If you're sleepy, he'd call you his 'Dreepy' since it sounds a lot like 'sleepy'. But he'd usually go for nicknames that relate to dragon types. He also likes calling you 'Treasure' as dragon types love treasure, and he loves you.

As one of the leading RoyLiko lads in this fandom, I have to say Liko and Roy's bond is awesome. They are comrades who support, admire, and care for the other!

Liko and Roy. They are the Red and Blue. They are the Sun and Moon. They parallel with Rystal and Lucius. Both are curry lovers who introduced Dot to it, and they were also Dot’s first two irl friends. Both traveled, learned, and faced hardship/learning moments, such as facing Rhyme and Grusha. Had each other's back as even Liko risked her well-being by pushing Roy out of harm's way from Rayquaza's Draco Meteor. Roy also stopped Spinel's Beheeyem from using another move on Liko. Roy also stood up for her and wanted to help protect her treasure (pendant) from Amethio back at the island. Both protect each other. They also developed and grew together with admiration, noted by their VAs. Comrades who admire each other! They were so passionate when they battled each other, as evident in their battle at the academy in Paldea. Both Liko and Roy even stated - no, yelled out that they would reach farther if they were together. In the recent arc, it was Roy who ignited that last spark to get Liko back on her feet to clear the RVTs name by battling her and Meowscarada. It’s also funny that Liko and Roy are the only pair to be ship baited with the romantic seasoned joke, not once but twice now while not in an Otaku way. In the lyrics of the recent opening, it mirrors Liko and Roy. Liko’s part of the opening shows she feels behind, wants to reclaim the light that was once lost, and says her future has to evolve and move forward like Roy, as said in the lyrics. Roy’s part of the lyrics says “Come with me, let's get it back together, That's right, our utopia” So, no matter what you say, I firmly Believe Liko and Roy have the closest and strongest bond aside from their pokemon. Their friendship is special and will only get stronger over time, and who knows what it can become in the unknown future ;)

Multiple | Celebrating Christmas | Headcannons

Characters - Spinel, Amethio, Silver, Kieran, Alain, Friede

Spinel

Christmas mornings with Spinel would probably start with him making you some breakfast in bed.

If the two of you are living in an area where it snows, he'll probably opt to cuddle with you, and cook breakfast whilst you're warming up in the shower.

With gifts, if he already hasn't given you what you wanted for your birthday -or hell, any time of the month- you can bet that he'll get you that thing you've been dreaming of.

Best part is- you don't have to ask. Spinel would already know, he keeps tabs of what you search and things you've mentioned that you wanted, so you don't have to worry about anything.

For the rest of the day, you might go out once, but for the majority of it, it's spent inside, watching a movie with mugs of hot chocolate in your hands, being surrounded by your 'mons.

Amethio

Usually, he doesn't celebrate Christmas, he prefers to use the day off for training rather than sitting around and celebrating the birth of a religious figure.

You'd definitely have to introduce Christmas to him. It's not something he participated in, but if it makes you happy, he'll gladly start.

His gifts are usually well thought out. Sometimes he gives you multiple gifts because he sees stuff that keeps reminding him of you.

The rest of the day goes like a regular day, unless you ask him to do something together. To which he'll happily agree to do so.

Over the years, he'll stop treating Christmas like a regular Tuesday because of you. He might still train, but he keeps the day centred around you.

Silver

Just like Amethio, he's not the type to celebrate Christmas at the start. He's obsessed with training and getting stronger to the point he neglects holidays.

Even after the games, he's not used to Christmas, he's always neglected it, but he buys you and his 'mons small gifts because that's what people do.

You'll have to re-introduce him to the whole holiday and you'd have to teach him how people actually celebrate it.

I can see him enjoying Christmas and getting more into it down the line.

With that being said, his gifts start off small whilst he's not used to Christmas, but when he gets more familiar with the holiday, I can see him going out of his way to buy bigger gifts. All the gifts are well thought out -like, starring at an object wondering if you'd like it or not well thought out.

The rest of the day is focused on you and your 'mons. The two of you go out to buy you and your partners some sweet treats and build snowmen or a snow angel or two.

Kieran

Kieran has always liked Christmas, he gets to give gifts and see people's faces light up as they unwrap his gifts and seeing the gifts that Delibird had given him.

After the events of the DLC, Kieran feels a bit too 'grown up' for Christmas, but he still loves to give and receive gifts.

Kieran 10/10 gets you whatever you've been wanting and more. He loves giving you gifts. If he can't get you what you want, he'll settle for a box filled with a lot of your favourite things. Your favourite sweets, plushies/keychains/stickers of your favourite things and if you're a trainer, he'll stuff some pokéballs, revives and anything else you may need on your journey.

All his gifts would be well thought out- he loves seeing you smile.

The rest of the day is spent with making snowmen, snowangels, snowball fights, probably getting sick and cuddling up at home with mugs of hot chocolate and maybe a movie on if you're up for it.

Alain

I can imagine a lazy morning with him, laying cuddled up in his side with his Charizard laying next to you for the added warmth.

When the two of you wake up, he'd probably take you out to a Cafe for some warm drink and breakfast before you guys go home and make gingerbread cookies.

His gifts aren't as thought out -maybe some are. But most aren't- he gets you a lot of gifts that reminded him of you.

Throughout the day, he'd bring you outside to build snow men and do other traditionally Christmas activities.

Friede

If you guys aren't spending time with the RVT/it's before the RVT has started, mornings with him would definitely include him waking you up so the two of you can have breakfast at your favourite place.

He's probably going to be too impatient to wait for you to open your gifts, so he gives you smaller gifts whilst you walk -or drive/fly- to the cafe,

The rest of the day would consist of doing whatever you wanted to.

If you guys are spending time with the RVT, He wakes you up Murdok finishes breakfast -he probably gives you some extra time to sleep in.

The two of you would be together for the rest of the day, but you'd mostly be supervising the kids as they go outside.

In both scenarios - gift wise, Friede would buy you a lot of gifts, all of them reminded him of you in some way.

I finished painting a Sun and Moon comic I had. Lillie actually became a better trainer and that battle showed her progress.

Unfortunatelly for her, Gladio had to win.

Seeing that Roy has a rare golden Pokeball brought back bitter memories of the unfinished GS Pokeball plot.

I expected there to be more shipping between Liko and Amethio. But I was surprised to see her more attracted to Roy.

She reminded me of when she was hoping Zutara would become canon. Let the girl stay with the villain.
