Beer: Yes...I know, I have reviewed Winter in Bangalore before, but this time, I got a fairly fresh brewed batch. The balance between the bitter and fruity notes are good, and in general a better experience than last time😅 Food pairing: Yeah, I know...Rullepølse (rolled seasoned meat) and IPA is not really a recommended pairing, I think. However, I think it works quite okay. The taste of meat, onion, olivier salad and bitter/fruity notes compliment each other quite well. I'm quite surprised to be honest 😅 Amager Bryghus, please make a Bock (Name suggestion: Bock oder was?) or a DDH IPA for next year's Christmas....
