Hi! I really like your feral creatures au, and I think it’s neat and cute!

Tho I have a question, do N and Uzi play fight with one another? And if so do they somehow rope Doll into it?

(also a hc that I had a while ago was that adult DDs would use their wings to scoop little ones up to travel faster or avoid danger tho depending on their age, their tails would stick out (plus DDs and SDs would lay on their children like mama hens would with their chicks).

As for wing scooping. Since N and Uzi are both able to fully fly, they probably wouldn't have a need to do it with each other. But I could certainly see them doing it with Doll, much to her chagrin.

As for how I see the two, I'm trying to keep things as canon compliant as possible up till episode 6's end. So they're as close as they are in canon. That being said, in the feral forms, their memories are a bit fuzzy and rough around the edges. It's a bit like being in a dream. There's a bunch of weird things are going on, but you just accept it all and only think to question any of it upon waking up. So, while their past events together (meeting at the spire, going to camp, holding hands as they approached the elevator) are buried. They still know this is a familiar person that they like being around.

This is also why feral Uzi still isn't a fan of Doll. She'd probably maul her if a certain someone let her

OKAY SO, BASIC WORLDBUILDING:

Just like MD takes place way in the future, this AU takes place waaaay into cybertron's future.

The Optimus and Megatron are long gone history figureheads, most cybertronians never even heard about them. The primes are also long gone, Optimus was the last bearer of the matrix, so no chosen one either.

Cybertron is ruled by The Senate (*lmao its not. But more on that later ahuhuhu) and "Decepticon" is literally just the official designation for any and all cybetronian who goes against the senate in any way (basically the senate took a name and insignia from the history books that mean "the bad guys" and slapped it into anyone who causes them trouble)

Copper 9 is actually, just like in MD, a small exoplanet with a mining operation going on. The vast majority of the miners are disposables/monoformers minibots (AKA worker drones)

Now, SOMETHING (haven't actually. Figured out what yet) happens on Copper 9, that makes the bots there pretty much uhhh whats the english word for when a colony wants to separate from the country, liberate themselves?

Basically Copper 9 tells cybertron to fuck off and wants to become its own government.

Senate is like uhhh no you fukin dont.

Marks the entire colony as Decepticons, and sents the DDD to wipe them out.

Now on to some more character concepts:

UZI: Uzi is a minibot (around rewind size or so, maybe sliiiightly bigger?) Shes an outcast for a number of reasons, but the main one if because she actually modded herself with an experimental T-cog she designed AND built herself out of trash.

Her altmode is the Railgun (her knockoff T-cog is the reason behind the 30 mins cool down, is she were to try and rapidfire, it would literally burnt out her spark)

Just like in cannon, she thinks that hiding from the DDD is dumb and they should fight them instead.

(Her altmode being a gun is also to emphasize her loneliness/solicitude from the rest of the colony. She has the means to fight but no one willing/she trusts to weild her)

I dont know what to do about khan tho, not huge into cybertronians having parents myself? so, dunno. I'll figure it out later.

NORI: i got two potential ideas for Nori, one, she was actually secretly a headmaster, and thats how she survived the DDD, by leaving her body behind.

Or two, (and the one il most likely go with) she, just like minimus and dominus, was secretly a loadbearing miniMINIbot, her irreducible form being a beastformer (an ant maybe? Some kind of bug most likely)

Dunno what to make of her relation with Uzi tho, maybe she was a beloved mentor/only friend who taught Uzi how to built stuff?

And Khan was her Conjux? And he took in Uzi cuz he promised Nori he would look after her if something happened to her?

Could be, could be.

Now, onto the JUICY stuff, ahuhuh.

The Senate, and the senate's public speaking figurehead, Senator Tessa (dunno if i should change her name to something more cybertronian sounding, Senator Tesseract maybe?)

Unknown to cybertron's population, and to N and V, the entire senate has been dead for millenia.

Senator Tessa's body has been hijacked and controlled by Cyn, who is pretty much the Anti-prime ouo

She was chosen and brought back to life by unicron himself, to spread chaos and gain control of cybertron, with the end goal of devouring primus himself.

Cyn was originally another disposable minibot, but she died with such contempt to the world around her that her spark called to Unicron himself, who saw great potential for chaos in her.

Unicron was right, too right in fact, because Cyn would eventually consume him ouo she eventually ate him.

Once her story is known, cybertron gives her the tittle Daughter of Unicron, God eater.

Hey guys, um I know I got a fic going on but I've been playing a lot of zombie apocalypse games as of late. Should I make a fun hazbin fic AU about it? Like here me out.

Charlie: She'd wield like a sniper rifle or hunting rifle she'd got from her dad. And be the driver/leader of the group with her yelling "Sorry!" To each zombie she runs over cause I can totally see it.

Vaggie: I'm thinking gunslinger like using desert eagles and being a pretty damn good shot, with also a shotgun for fun.

Angel: Classic, tommy, and uzi guns for my guy. He'd be the morale boost since he seems to me like the kinda guy who'd come up with fun and sexy games.

Husk: This guy would be apart of the bar area but also the team medic, he'd wield his cards but also keep an assault rifle under his bar.

Alastor: The guy you'd hear on the radio because there is always one. He'd be the scout and recon since his broadcast can reach far. He'd wield a sword cane, plus his own hunting rifle.

Sir Pentious: The workshop and ammunition maker of the group, he'd build the gang bombs and special tools to deal with zombies, plus I see him with a big fuck you mini gun.

Cherri: Rocket launcher nuff said, nah I'm kidding as she'd also have grenades plus a grenade launcher. Plus she'd be the second driver since her massive truck would rip apart zombies if the group needed a supply run.

Niffty: Our cook of the group, she'd have a dagger and also be useful in recon too due to her size and stealth. As for a gun, would you really give this girl one? But if needed, I'd say she's got a sub machine gun.

i figured yeva & nori had views on what would help their kids deal with the solver if -- Robo God Forbid -- they ever had to. nori figured a smaller, more compact chassis & case with strong cooling systems would do the job well. i think yeva thought of something similar, but with doll.. she was never able to implement it, nor was dolls dad because. well. you know. they Died. so doll took matters into her own hands. or, rather, other's hands, because her hands... aren't hers. essentially she had to conduct bodily maintenance on her own because having a doctor look at her solver-infested body would be dangerous. growing up as a drone without access to body maintenance is essentially what happened to beau, but doll found a way around it. turns out the corpses were good for something! she deliberately killed bigger drones so she could replace her own bodyparts & upgrade every time she needed to. she went for a larger chassis so when she overheated, the heat would spread out more evenly across her frame and take longer to overwhelm her (also, being tall for basketball was a plus.)

the reason uzi is SO unbelievably short is because. well. nori's plan. but also uzi refused khans help with body maintenance after a while & she ended up stuck in a frame that was JUST below her maximum size. smiles

Uzi's heart beat loud and her lungs hurt. She could hear him coming closer. Her legs raced, but she knew that at her size she wasn't going to out run him.

Clank! ... Clank! ... Clank! ...

His footsteps echoed through the halls, each one getting louder as he drew near. Uzi ducked under a nearby desk. Maybe he wouldn't notice her and walk right past.

CLANK! ... CLANK! ... CLANK! ...

"Come out, come out, wherever you are!" His voice echoed through the halls. He was close, practically on top of her. Uzi heald her breath, her heartbeat loud in her ears. She could feel it thumping in her chest. Her mind raced. She calculated the most probable diety to pray to that he wouldn't find her.

Suddenly, the desk Uzi was hiding under lifted and she looked up to see him, and his toothy grin as he held the desk high above his head.

"Found you, Uzi!" N beamed, having won their game of hide and seek. He carefully put the desk down behind him. "You sure did buddy." Uzi smirked as N bent down to offer his hand, which she happily climbed on. "How did you find me so fast? I could swear I has you this time!" N cupped his hands under Uzi and brought her to his face before answering. "I dunno. Good intuition I guess! Also, i saw your legs from under the desk!" "Drats!" Uzi said, staring up at N's goofy face.

"Can I eat you now?" Uzi immediately got flustered at that. They had agreed that if N won he could eat her, and that may have played into Uzi choosing her hiding spot, but she didn't expect him to be so forward about it. "N," Uzi squealed, "don't be so forward about that!" N could only look down as me mumbled a sorry. "That being said," Uzi stood up on N's palms, "yes, you may eat me now."

N stood from his crouched position. "Really‽ Now‽ Oh, thank you, Uzi!" Uzi was barely able to smile before N shoved her into his mouth. Uzi's face met N's glowing yellow mechanical tongue. Her entire body instantly getting soaked in saliva, but none more so than her face.

"Pfttt! N! Not so rough!" N mumbled another apology, and Uzi hugged his tongue. She liked his tongue. It was warm and soft, it was like hugging a bed, but most importantly, it was N's tongue. Don't ask her why it being N's made it better, but it does.

Uzi felt the spongy surface shift under her as N began to position her for the trip. Uzi giggled and relaxed, letting N do his thing. He rotated her 180 degrees, pointing her feet at the back of his throat. Uzi could barely contain her excitement as her fingers fidgeted with each other. Finally, after what seemed like forever, N swallowed her down with a loud, "glp."

N felt the wiggling mass of Uzi slide down his throat, her sweet taste still lingering on his tongue. The tight tube pushed Uzi down and massaged her. She giggled the entire way. The narrow passageway opening into a slightly more open and cavernous space.

Uzi looked around the space. Yellow LEDs lined the groves and folds of N's stomach, bathing the grey flesh in a warm neon-yellow glow. N's heartbeat and breathing could be heard somewhere overhead. The walls pulsed and squeezed around Uzi, massaging her extra short form.

This was her safe space. The one place she felt she could go to without being disterbed by nosy fathers and prying eyes. She especially loved how it came with N's company. She felt safe inside him, and she cherished that. Plus, this technically counted as a kiss, but she wouldn't tell him that.

Her eyes adjusted to the barely lit atmosphere. She was about to settle in when her phone dinged with a message. She quickly pulled it out to see what it is.

Uzi rolled her eyes with a smile. Of course, N was worried about her. Uzi began to text back, the clicking filling the semi-silent void of N's belly.

When Uzi awoke, she found herself tucked into a small dollhouse bed in her room. She sat up and rubbed her eyes. She realized that although she was dry, her clothes weren't. "Goddamnit. Looks like I'll have to do another load of laundry. Uzi quickly changed outfits into something more comfortable and dry.

After changing she looked around her room and the disturbing lack of N. She sighed, feeling a little sad about not being able to speak to her friend after just being in his belly. She looked to her left and noticed a piece of paper on the wall. She realized it was a drawing from N, and a new one at that. She got closer to study it and see what it says.

Uzi held the side of her face where the Raingun fired last time on accident. Of course she got patched up real quick. Yeah no, never again. She will test it outside of the colony. One of those Murder Drones will surely get it. The smaller drone nodded in agreement. She rather be working in a workshop anyhow. Her room was somewhat small, almost closet sized. But perfect for her at least. Not for a Railgun. Uzi was also curious on what kind of projects Vanessa was working on. Maybe something that would actually help the Colony? She has a good head on her shoulders. Guess she will figure it out sooner or later.

"I mean I wouldn't mind taking a tour. Plus I'm curious on what you are working on honestly. No other Worker Drone knows how to make something that is so useful like weapons. Just doors so. And I promise that I wont take anything unless I ask. You have my word."

Uzi replied while she held onto her backpack. She carefully walked out of the classroom. Everyone else left for the day in there. Probably for the best.

The space she had sort of cordoned off as her own personal workspace could be considered something along the lines of her own sanctuary. It was quiet, secure, and out of the way of places where someone wouldn't accidentally stumble on it while wandering around checking the lights or something.

Although, explaining what she was working on in there has proven... particularly difficult. Especially since she had managed to obtain some seemingly random things like... animal skeletons and pouring over anatomy textbooks and various other forms of reading material that she had managed to salvage and write down, then cobbled it all together into some sort of rudimentary research library.

(This is my first time drawing those 4)

Here's how this au goes:

In this au uzi is different than the other worker drones, but she's kinda taller than all worker drones (probably 7-9ft) because she's slowly about to turned into a kaiju (well she's part kaiju after her mother was infected by it and khan tried to make sure she doesn't scared all the worker drones by her size and form) also she's pretty more aggressive than the original one. N, V, and J are already full kaijus plus they're about 40 or 50ft and they did the same goal: kill all worker drones. But also destroying some places that the worker drones made, N tried his best not to cause harm with the other worker drones and helps out with uzi, although she is part Kaiju V may or may not about to harm her but J would, i think. After just like the first and second episode, she rather stay with N and about to kill all humans. She had no choice but to be like one since they're usually afraid of her when she's part kaiju. And also with that part with the special eye which it also can be part of her kaiju effect meaning soon with the corruption complete she'll become a full kaiju.

And as for doll when she had that same effect just like uzi, she's about to become full kaiju just like uzi and the disability drone but she's hiding it from everyone else but her height is also the same hight as uzi but she hides her form and probably might gonna teach her how to hide her kaiju form soon or later.

And that should be it i think.

(So yea. I'll work out the story about this au that's kinda based like the video if i got any ideas along with the chapter 6 of the Kaiju squad 2: brother's reunion)

True Crime NYC is the sequel to True Crime: Streets of LA. It's also attempting a huge bite out of Grand Theft Auto's target audience. It's gritty, realistic (sort of), and meant to bring you right into the seedy underbelly of a New York crime drama. Does it do all this?

Nope, no, nada, sorry, but I digress. The rendering of New York City is incredible. A lot of detail and painstaking care went into making every street and alley look authentic. From Times Square to the depths of Harlem, everything is VERY close to reality. As a tour program this game excels, but I'm betting you're hoping for a lot more than a tour.

Before I get to what's wrong with this game, let me focus on what's right. It's a much shorter list. The graphics are quality, with features drawing from the latest in pixel shading, high polygon count character models and impressive motion capture, topped off with a gorgeous depiction of the big city that leaves a good taste in your mouth. You can spend a fair amount of time enjoying the scenery and getting lost in the mix. Another point for True Crime: the voice acting. They have spared no expense to obtain talent, Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Walken and many others top the list of grade-A voice acting for this game's gritty plot. When I first heard the voice of a mysterious officer bark out orders and explain my next mission in Christopher Walken's creepy cadence, I was very much caught in the moment. On a further note, the audio in this game is not lacking. Sound effects are crisp and believable for the most part, the soundtrack is as varied as you could ever hope for. Bouncing from White Zombie to De La Soul to The Ramones had me guessing that they wanted to avoid the rap-only crowd, though there is a large share of that too.

The plot, in case you're wondering, is you taking the role of Marcus Reed, a down and dirty gangster thug who has embraced the straight and narrow and become a police officer. Although he can still fight and play dirty, he's out to solve a few mysteries and clean up the town. This is mostly achieved by driving around (or by subway, or walking, but, unlike the real NYC, driving is preferable) and catching calls on the radio for random crimes. There is an interesting amount of variety in the crimes, but you soon reach the end of the cycle and bust your 34th counterfeit syndicate and your 23rd serial rapist and the regular missions soon get old. There is a larger plot to follow, however, and it is slightly more interesting. You follow a series of clues and leads to interrogate increasingly more important thugs. The interrogation mini-game is a fun little past-time to beat, or reason, information out of people. You're soon turned onto a mission that involves a mole from inside the precinct.

Ultimately, this plot has been done to death so many times on so many cop dramas that it's difficult to get engaged. This is just the beginning of where the game goes downhill. Obviously, high production values went into this game, but as is so often the case lately, they missed the mark in some very key areas. The controls for one. Amd display driver whql 8.10. I have rarely seen a more convoluted control system for PC.

I'll be the first to admit that this was originally for console, but it seems that barely a token effort was made to translate the commands to a keyboard layout. My fingers got a workout hopping all over the keyboard for the numerous and poorly constructed commands. If you're thinking that a gamepad might fix all this, nix that idea too. My Logitech PS2 Styled PC gamepad looked like a perfect match for this game, alas it was barely configurable and did not coordinate to the multiple styles of game play, you could set it up for driving, but not running, or vice versa, but its limitations soon had me back on the keyboard.

After I had adapted to the controls somewhat, the physics had me somewhat at a loss. Keeping in mind that this is not a driving simulation, at its core, I don't expect much more than doughy arcade style driving. Labtec speakers drivers download. But nothing handled as I expected, the cars were sloppy, sometimes you lightly skidded off the front end of a fire truck, other times being brushed by a motorcycle had you recoiling and turning 360's while your perpetrator was getting further and further away. The fighting system was convoluted as well, with a light attack, a heavy attack, a grab attack that was also the way to frisk people, which is also the button to arrest people, plus the buttons to put away your gun, pull it back out, fire a warning shot, flash your badge, tackle someone, all while trying to keep the squirrelly camera centered behind you (which it rarely does well).

In the graphics department there were glitches, clipping into walls, as well as criminals falling through solid concrete and waiting in the ether for you to attempt, in vain, to arrest them. At one point I was forced to kill a non-lethal perp by shooting him in the foot, just to end the mission. Top this off with some frame lag and a whack targeting system, and you can sense my mounting frustration. You'll often find yourself tackling air, punching civilians and firing point blank at walls. There were also numerous points where the textures for multiple guns seems to be missing, and your Uzi,s or pistol would appear as a white textureless shape.

In a GTA-styled attempt to test the limits of my virtual city, I shot an arsonist, grabbed his flamethrower and took out 30 people before highjacking a public bus and driving over half the residents of the Lower East Side. I finished up with some cop killing. reckless driving and traffic accidents. I was being hunted by every cop in the city and identified as a rogue cop who was 'mentally unstable,' according to the radio. Assured of my own impending death, I ran to and fro waiting for the inevitable. Which never came. I made a break through the park and dived into the bay and swam around for 2-3 minutes. Upon returning to shore my 'criminal' rating had gone back down and I was back to being boy hero. Realism indeed. In another game glitch, I began a mission to follow a motorcycle courier on a bike of my own for an exciting chase, but after trying 20 times to follow him, he wrecked within two blocks almost every time. Finally I just tracked him down on foot after he fell and interrogated him, wondering why I even got on the motorcycle. It's this kind of unfinished and unpolished gameplay that brings this gaming experience to its knees. I couldn't bring myself to care about the characters, the city, the law; nothing in this game draws you in efficiently enough to make you want to finish it.

The controls need work, the engine needs work, the collision detection needs work, the AI needs serious work, all in all I wouldn't be surprised if you told me this was a beta. A brief look at the customer support page for Activision also shows that numerous glitches and problems were had by users of all consoles. Overall, a well-presented, high-budget flop. The world doesn't ever need another World War 2 game but developers keep making them, which I guess is the same reason they keep trying to capitalize on the awesome profits of Grand Theft Auto. But a bigger budget does not make a better game.

A few days after the inauguration, I wandered into a nearby church and took a seat in the back pews. I’d gone there right after the election. There was some time for anyone with anything on their mind to stand up and speak. If you need others to pray for you, just let us know. A middle-aged black man in a leather jacket got up and began telling us about an argument he was having with a friend on Facebook. It was about the election, but it was actually about the intractability of racism. He was getting frustrated while describing it to us, in part because he seemed to value being the cool and level-headed one. Plus he was describing the kind of argument millions of people were having on the Internet. “I just hope he finds peace,” the guy said. All title 2 weapons fall into 1 of 6 different categories. 1) Machineguns, 2) Short Barreled Rifles (SBRs), 3) Short Barreled Shotguns (SBSs), 4) Suppressors, 5) Any Other Weapon (AOWs) and 6) Destructive Devices. All title 2 firearms are regulated by what’s known as the National Firearm Act or what we like to refer to as NFA. One could spend months reading about NFA but I’ll hit the major misconceptions… which are (contrary to the assumptions by many individuals AND even law enforcement) that NFA weaponry. • Is legal in almost every state. Most all 6 categories above are allowed in just about all states within the Continental United States. A few states restrict machinegun ownership; others may restrict short barreled shotguns (SBSs) or suppressors, etc. • One does not need or obtain a “Class 3” license to own. In fact there really is no such thing as a class 3 license. When a Title 1 FFL dealer pays what’s known as a Special Occupation Tax, he/she then becomes a SOT that can then deal in NFA/Title 2 weapons. SOTs have several classes too and they are based on the type of FFL license you currently hold. The term Class 3 comes from when a normal Type 1 (standard dealer) FFL holder pays his SOT tax. He becomes a Type 3 SOT hence the term Class 3. When a manufacturer likes me (a type 7 FFL) pays his/her SOT, they become a Type 2 SOT and can both MAKE and DEAL in NFA weapons. • Transfering ownership of an NFA weapon – All NFA weapons regardless of category (machineguns, silencers, etc.) are controlled during their transfership from one person/entity to another. These weapons transfer to another entity on what is called ATF tax forms. Each ownership transfer MUST be approved by the ATF before the transfer takes place. This approval takes sometimes many months. Generally individual transfership is approved in 3-4 months, dealer to dealer in 3-4 weeks. When the ATF approves the transfer, they cancel a tax stamp and this is why you sometimes hear some say class 3 stamp. Transfers from/to individuals require a one time $200 tax stamp to be paid for EACH transfer (AOWs require just a $5 stamp). These are considered tax paid transfers and usually are on ATF form 4s. Dealers can transfer to other dealers using a tax free Form 3. If a person buys a NFA item from someone outside his/her domicile (home) state, the weapon must be transferred 1st to a SOT holder within the buyer’s state. Similar to a Title 1 firearm transaction. It must go to a FFL/SOT dealer in the buyer’s state before going to the buyer.

• Making of NFA weapons. In May, 1986 President Reagan signed a bill that basically stopped the making of any new machineguns. All the other 5 categories (SBRs, SBSs, Silencers, AOWs and Destructive Devices) however can still be made even by an individual if he/she first applies for and receives permission to do so. They will file an ATF Form 1 (maker form) and pay a $200 make tax fee. A civilian can still legally own any machinegun that was created PRIOR to May, 1986 as long as they get approval on the ATF form 4 discussed above. Machineguns or full-autos as they are sometimes referred command a hefty price though due to supply and demand. Remember that no civilian can possess a machinegun manufactured after May 1986 except for law enforcement so there is a finite quantity available. Well, several years ago, a bill was past in TN that makes us a SHALL SIGN state which means the Sheriff or Chief must sign approval for your transfer unless there is something in your NCIC background check that would otherwise prevent it. No other state does this. Some officials have erroneously associated their approval with liability on their part. When in all actuality, the signoff in the ATFs eyes is ONLY to state that the individual has nothing negative in his or her NCIC check. Corporations (LLC, INC, etc.) and Trusts (Revocable) do NOT need LEO signoff (still need ATF approval) however they have tax implications and are not recommended to merely obtain NFA items. • An interesting and widely unknown fact….. since the NFA went into effect in 1934, there has only been 1….. 1 single felony committed in the whole United States since 1934 that involved a legally registered NFA firearm. And it was committed ironically by a crooked police officer who went to a drug house and shot someone on the premise. He used his legally acquired UZI submachine gun to commit the crim. You hear all the time of machinegun and sawed off shotgun in the news but these have all been by individuals possessing an illegal, non registered weapon. There are millions of records of legally owned entries on the NFA registry too so it’s not like we’re talking just a few hundred or thousand potential individuals.

Suppressors are meant to mostly alter the signature of a weapon so that it sounds like something else and/or the sound heard doesn’t mark the shooter’s position as easily as a non-suppressed weapon. 22 calibre firearms can be suppressed very well though. You can get them so quiet that the action cycling produces more sound than the fired bullet does. With other calibres, sub sonic ammo can be used to lessen the signature as the bullet leaves the barrel. Best analogy I can give is a normal suppressed 5.56/223 AR15 will sound more like a 22 rifle being fired. LES has begun manufacturing its own series of suppressors. As products become available, they will be posted on the site. Current versions are considered in developmental stages and are being evaluated for both their performance and mostly safety/durability. • Any Other Weapon (AOW) – these are usually things that don’t meet the other criteria above. Put a fore grip on a pistol, guess what? You JUST made an AOW weapon and if the proper paperwork and approval were not obtained prior, you have violated NFA regulations and possess a contraband weapon that carries severe fines and penalties. Other common AOW classifications are these wallet holsters you see that are meant to be/could be fired while the weapon is still in the holster. Pen guns are another example. AOWs are a little special in that the transfer tax for them is only $5.00. Ironically, the “maker” of the AOW still has to pay a $200 maker Form 1 fee just like he/she would to make a SBR, SBS or Silencer.

• Destructive Devices (DDs) – these are prettly much self explanatory other than ATF has classified several classes of shotguns now as destructive devices. The infamous Street Sweeper shotgun is considered a DD by the ATF falls into the title 2/NFA realm.

The ATF forms we usually use in dealing with these weapons are … • ATF Form 1 – Maker Form – used by non manufactures to make NFA weapons – for civilians, only Short Barrel Rifles, Short Barreled Shotguns, Silencers and AOWs can still be made (after May 1986). The one time tax stamp for this form is $200. Maker will received an approved form back from ATF and he/she can then make the item in question. Once made, if transfer of ownership is ever needed, this would be facilitated on a Form 4 below. • ATF Form 2 – Manufacturer Registration Form – we use this form to notify the AFT of any NFA item we create in course of our manufacturing business. This form is not used by individuals. • ATF Form 3 – Dealer to Dealer tax-free form. Any SOT can transfer to any other SOT tax free NFA weapons he/she has in their possession/ownership. This is usually done when someone buys an item and it is transferred from a dealer in one state to a dealer in the buyer’s state to facilitate the approval/filing process. • ATF Form 4 – Tax paid to/from individual form – used when a NFA item is transferred TO or FROM an individual. Even if the individual transfers the said item to a SOT holder/dealer, there still is a $200 transfer tax. Once the SOT has it, they can transfer it back out to another SOT holder tax free (Form 3) or directly to another individual in their state on a tax paid (Form 4). • ATF Form 5 – Used to transfer NFA items to police departments for official use – tax fee transfer. There are two ways to purchase NFA items: individual tax stamp or an NFA Trust. • Individual tax stamp requirements: • Complete (2) included BATFE Form 4s (5320.2) and sign in blue or black ink • Obtain (2) passport photos and affix one to each Form 4; do NOT staple • Make (1) photocopy of your completed Form 4 with passport photo affixed • Complete (2) FBI Form FD-258s in blue or black ink • Identify your local Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) • Write a $200 check to the BATFE • The device cannot be loaned to anyone else or stored at any other address. If any other person uses the device, the owner must be present.
