“Finally, I thought you would never ask me to meet him.”

“Wait, how did you know I was seeing someone?”

“Well, the fact that your mood has improved, you’re more talkative, not that it’s a bad thing. You’re also spending a little less time as Batman, along with a couple other small things first tipped me off that you were seeing someone. Then my suspicion was confirmed when I found a sweatshirt that wasn’t one of yours that smelt of cigarettes, whiskey, and pine. And unless you had recently taken up smoking and drinking cheap whiskey, the sweatshirt did not belong to you Master Bruce.”

“I did that bad of a job at hiding it?”

“Yes, Master Bruce, yes you did. Anyhow, I want to know about boyfriend of yours.”

“His name is Y/n. He’s tall, nice, handsome and the owner of Bucky’s bar and grill.”

“Interesting. How did you meet him?”

“Met him through Selina. He’s a friend of hers.”

“Why am I not surprised? Anything else I should know about him?”

“No, not really.”

“Ok, when am I supposed to meet him?”

“Saturday at 7pm. We’re going to meet him at the bar and then go have dinner somewhere.”

“Alright, sounds good, Master Bruce.”

A couple of nights later, like Bruce said, he and Alfred were on the way to Bucky’s. Alfred took note of the fact that the bar was located in the East End of Gotham as Bruce drove. It felt odd to be the one sitting in the passenger seat. Alfred was so used to being the one driving, but Bruce insisted on driving since they had taken the ‘63 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. They were about a couple of minutes outside of Crime Alley when Bruce pulled off to the side of the road in front of a place that had a glowing sign that read Bucky’s bar and grill. 

“We’re here.”

“Thank you for pointing that out Master Bruce. I couldn’t tell.”

“Just making sure you’re not getting senile on me.”

“You don’t have to worry about that anytime soon. Now shall we go in?”

“Yeah, he’s probably wondering where we are.”

The two then get out of the car and headed inside. As they entered the bar, the smell of beer and food hit their nose. Alfred scrunched his nose in displeasure at the scent as he looked around. The bar was large and surprisingly nice especially for the place in which it was located. The two made their way to an open spot at the bar. Bruce leaned over the bar and got the bartender’s attention. The bartender made he’s way over and Alfred thought that this must be Bruce’s boyfriend. Until Bruce said.

“Hey Clay, where’s Y/n?”

“He’s in the office. He’s waiting for you and your dad.” 

“Alright, thanks Clay.”

Bruce pushed off the bar and lead the pair to the back of the bar where two swinging door where. The doors lead into the kitchen as they made their way through the kitchen. There was choir of hi and hellos followed by Bruce’s name.

“It seems you’re quite popular here.”

“I guess.” Bruce shrugs as he stops in front of a red door labeled office. Alfred gives a nod of acknowledgement as Bruce goes to open the door. 

As the door open it reveals a decent sized room with a dark oak desk in the middle of the room where a man sits, two chair sitting in front of the desk facing it, a filing cabinet and snack/drink bar off to one side of the room, and to the other side a black couch with a matching armchair and coffee table. The man at the desk looked up from his paperwork a smile spreading on his face as he saw Bruce. Alfred quietly closed the door behind himself as Bruce stepped further in. 

“You’re finally here. I was beginning to think you bailed on me.” You said as you got up. 

“Sorry about that. But l brought Alfred like I said I was going to,” Bruce says, gesturing to the man beside.

“Yes, sorry didn’t mean to be rude. I’m Y/n, Y/n L/n. It’s a pleasure to meet you. I’ve heard a lot about you.” You say as you walk closer to give Alfred a handshake. Alfred gives it a shake before saying, 

“Alfred Pennyworth, it’s nice to finally meet the man that has captured Master Bruce’s heart. Also, I must say this is a lovely place you have.”  

“Thank you. I put a lot into this bar. It has been my whole life, grew up here and I’m still here so.” 

“You grew up here?” Alfred asked.

“Yep this was grandpa’s place. He was the one who raised me, so I’ve spent basically every day here since I was a baby.”

“This must have been an interesting place to grow up.” 

“It was, it definitely was.”

You guy stood around chatting for a little, so you and Alfred could get to know each other a bit more before heading out for dinner. As you three chatted away, Bruce felt his heat warm. He was happy to see that you guys were getting along. You two were the most important people in his life, so it would have sucked if you two didn’t get along. Anyway, after 30/45 minutes of chatting with you.

But if I’m being honest with you Master Bruce, I don’t think my opinion matters all that much. I think what matters is yours and what you think of him. So what do you think of him, Master Bruce?”

a.n | this fic was purely self indulgent lmaoo, when i would go on choir ski trips in high school we would always play paranoia in the hot tub at the resort (no nomin threesome though unfortunately ugh unfair) and my bestie and i had major brainrot one day a few years later and uhh this was born!

also if anyone doesn’t know what paranoia is, basically you get a group of friends and sit in a circle, one person whispers a “who in the group is most likely to” type question to the person next to them so the rest of the group doesn’t hear it, and then they answer it out loud. if the person who asked wins rock paper scissors the other person has to reveal what the question was, but if they lose then the question remains a secret (i added the caveat that if you lose and you really don’t want to tell you can take a shot as a safety)

“ooohhh,” haechan muses, his hand scratching at his chin. he glances around the circle of his friends surrounding him in the hot tub, eyeing everyone very intently and contemplating the question ningning had just whispered in his ear.

“probably renjun,” he answers after some thought.

“renjun??” ningning gapes. “my money was totally on mark.”

“shut up! you’ll give it away!” haechan hisses.

the pair turn to each other and present their fists. after three slaps to their hands, ninging lets out a ‘ha!’ when her two fingers snip at haechan’s open palm.

without missing a beat, haechan reaches into the middle of the circle, snatching one of the pre-prepared shots sitting in a slot in a little yellow floaty.

“you loser!” ningning yells. “was it not you who said you’re a pussy if you chicken out when i took a shot?”

“cry about it.” haechan throws the shot back down his throat and tosses the little plastic cup behind him to clatter on the wet tile. suddenly ningning grabs haechan by his shoulders and in one swift motion his head is completely underwater. his arm holds his fruity blue cocktail high in the air so as to not spill it, but it still sloshes around as he flails, frantic bubbles rising up to the surface. jisung reaches forward and grabs the floaty to pull it away from the chaos and keep the shots from dancing across the water.

haechan resurfaces when ningning lets him go, coughing dramatically and wiping the water away from his eyes. “my drink! my drink!” he sputters.

you giggle at the antics of your drunken friends, but its difficult to give them your full attention when jaemin is pressed against your left side. his right hand glides across your thigh under the hot water, dangerously close to the bottom of your white bikini.

without looking away from you he hums in thought, watching as the condensation clinging to your skin rolls down your chest. he brings a hand up to cup your ear and whispers his question.

even in the steamy air, the blush that rises to your face is unmistakable. your eyes widen, making a devilish smile appear on his lips.

now that the series is ending everything feels so nostalgic

i’ve been in this fandom for 6 years 😭

i remember when kuro was revealed to be British and people were scared tanaka would give him an awfully British name like Thomas or George

kinda curious, did anyone actually catch on to the Adam and Eve thing and guess it before the actual reveal?

idky him being British caught me so off guard when mahiru clearly stated he looked foreign

possibly lukewarm takes: the reason why c3 and gluttony (idk the name of this arc) arcs were so bad is because the iduna and nico focus felt overstayed despite them ending up as irrelevant characters. i can’t put it into words well but it felt like tanaka was just forcing them a backstory. i swear tanaka probably hates iduna and i won’t be surprised if she doesn’t show up in the last two chapters

also i don’t understand why tsubaki battle was stretched out so far when tanaka sensei could’ve spent more chapters fleshing out mikuni’s insanity. idk it just feels so rushed despite this being the most climactic point in the series

kuromahi better become canon in the last chapter. it would make my inner middle school self very happy to know kuromahi won the ship war (remember sakumahi v kuromahi 🤭 i used to be hardcore kuromahi team but i’ve also gotten to appreciate sakumahi more over the years)

although i do enjoy the story as it is now, the whole sakumahi v kuromahi thing going away and such really just shows how servamp moved away from the original silly vampire sibling drama concept, which i don’t hate at all i know that’s the direction tanaka had wanted to take, i just miss the silliness

but this could also be because i had been out of the fandom for some time between 2020-2022. i was super into the ig/musically side of the fandom so when people started moving to tiktok and ig fandom culture died i thought the en servamp fandom did too. so for the longest time i was solely interacting with the jp fandom on twitter and never got into tumblr despite reading the raws here every single month

Report of CLAMP's Twitter Space - April 1st, 2024 (part concerning Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card)

As it was quite predictable, CLAMP sensei opened a Twitter Space on April 1st to celebrate this important and special day, which they consider their "birthday" as a creative group. ✨

It is also the birthday of quite a number of characters in their works, but it's hilarious they mentioned later in this Space how April 1st is actually only CCS!Sakura's and TRC!Sakura's birthday, as all the other characters have "ambiguous" situations going on. 😂 I'll delve into this part later.

You will find the full report under the cut, since the post became considerably long once again - it was inevitable since they kept bringing Sakura things up and the Space was almost 50 minutes long! 😅I also wanted to feature as many info as possible, and where I could, I wanted to translate their conversations directly rather than making a summary of it.

CLAMP celebrated April 1st going to a beloved cafè in Kyoto (they later revealed in their IG stories it's called Mont and there's always a cute dog there), spending some nice relaxing time drinking something all four together. That's when they got the idea to open a Space to celebrate with their fans too. CLAMP reiterated several times during the Space how grateful they are for being able to do a creative job like this, even after 35 years. A job none of them really imagined when they were little, as "to become a mangaka" wasn't a specific dream any of them really had.

And then, Ohkawa introduced the part of the Space where they talked about CCS Clear Card, starting by the mention of the release of volume 16 (which happened precisely on April 1st)!

Ohkawa: A serialization that lasted 7 years and a half, isn't it? Mokona: So long, right? Ohkawa: Yeah, quite long! Satsuki: Elementary schoolers have already graduated by now. Ohkawa: Yeah, the readers who were in the first year when the serialization started have graduated elementary school long ago. We had decided that Sakura would start middle school when Clear Card Arc began, and readers of her same age reached adulthood by now. Satsuki & Mokona: Ah, it's true! Ohkawa: They've stayed with us for long time, right? And now the final volume is out. *they all applaude* Mokona: It's quite a happy end, isn't it? Ohkawa: Uh? Mokona: a happy, happy, happy end. 🥰 Ohkawa: 😨...you mean, an APPEALING end, right? (Nekoi echoing her: right?) (note: happy and appealing start with the same pronounce in Japanese) Nekoi: 😅(to Mokona) What are you talking about? Ohkawa: What do you mean, Mokona? 🙃 *Mokona laughs nervously* Nekoi: Is that your headcanon or something? Ohkawa: Is this okay to say? Nekoi: Or rather, is this your conspiracy? 😂

Of course they all joked like this because they wanted to avoid spoiling how the story ended 😂 Ohkawa thanked all the readers for sticking with this story for such a long time. Long time after Sakura Card Arc, when the right opportunity came, they were able to draw this "Clear Card Arc". In that regard, Ohkawa mused that she can't even recall why the previous arc is called "Sakura Card Arc", despite no one actually calls those cards as "Sakura Cards" in the story itself (she said the characters do call them "Sakura's Cards", but not "Sakura Cards"), and Mokona seemed to agree with her, but here sensei was simply forgetting that it was Tomoyo herself the one who named them that way in volume 7 😅(in the beginning she wanted to call them "Sakura-chan Cards", then she settled for "Sakura Cards"....unforgettable Sakura's comment: "It sounds like the name of a credit card..." 😂) It was long ago, we can forgive them. 😉And they made sure to repeat the same thing with Clear Card Arc, since in this story NO ONE ever calls those as "Clear Cards" but actually just "transparent cards" or "new cards". 😂

Ohkawa added that middle schooler Sakura grew up a bit more in the last part of the story, and people who have already read the last chapter can understand what she means by that. She also said that she'd like to leave a more in-depth talk for another time, when they get the right opportunity, but the biggest reason why they decided to open this Space was to talk about unknown "behind the scenes" trivia that the fans could ask about using the hashtag of "CLAMP day" and those of the campaigns organized by Kodansha (in particular, the one to win the big A4 size clear bookmark). She also said that she wanted to give this opportunity to Satsuki and Nekoi to say something about Clear Card since the last time they all talked together, they didn't get the chance. Ohkawa also brought up the last CLAMP Kanbukai podcast, where she talked about the trivia of Fujitaka's iron kettle and that shocked both her colleagues, cause they didn't know about that detail! 😆

Ohkawa: The story I'm about to tell you is something me and Mokona know very well, since there's a precise reason behind this trivia. In Clear Card Arc there's a "key character" called Akiho. Akiho's last name is "Shinomoto" and that was decided ever since the very beginning, but her first name was originally Sairi! Her full name was Sairi Shinomoto. Mokona: It gives off a different vibe, right? Ohkawa: Indeed. I had already decided the kanji for it and all, but at some point, before we even started to draw chapter 1, whenever I talked to Mokona...(to Mokona) please explain what happened. Mokona: Whenever I tried to write the hiragana for あいお (aio) in our conversations on Line, the autocorrect on my phone would change it to 秋穂 (Akiho). (Note: another reading of the kanji in Akiho's name is indeed Ai'o) Whenever I tried to write those hiragana characters, the autocorrect would change it to akiho once the message got sent, and I was like "what's that akiho?? I didn't want to write that". I couldn't understand, because it's not like I had ever used that word with other people (note: she means the autocorrect didn't learn it from other conversations). Ohkawa: The first 2-3 times it happened I was just perplexed, but then as this "akiho, akiho, akiho" kept happening every time, I just asked her "Mokona, are you doing this on purpose??" and she was like "no, not at all!" 😂 She told me "Look what (the phone) converts this into!", but when we tried to do the same on our phones, it didn't come out to any of us! Mokona: But I did show it to you, right? That it came out like that to me. Ohkawa: Yeah, you did! I found it strange cause she said she doesn't even have any friend who's called Akiho-chan, she even tried to recall if there was a character of any series that's called like that... Mokona: Right, but I didn't know any! 😅 Ohkawa: So we started to think about it...Akiho seemed like a really cute name, it combines the characters of "autumn" (秋) with the ear of rice (穂), we pondered about it for 0.02 seconds and then I said "Let's use 'Akiho' for her name". And that's how she became Akiho Shinomoto. Satsuki: You thought that the ear of rice was a nice "opposite pole" to Sakura's spring. Nekoi: What were Sairi-chan's kanji? Ohkawa: Well, it doesn't really matter now but initially, I had designed for her name to bear a kanji only for the "ri" part, and leave the "Sai" part in hiragana. In CCSakura all the characters have their name either in hiragana or kanji, and there isn't any character who's got a name that mixes both. So I thought to do that for her. Ohkawa: Speaking of Sairi-chan, it's a good moment to mention that there's this morning drama show on NHK starting right today, called "Tiger with Wings" where Sairi Ito is starring. I really love her as an actress and I think Sairi is a really cute name, so I had decided for Akiho's name to originally be Sairi, just like hers. It's not like I created the "Akiho" character in Sairi Ito's image, but I just thought that Sairi was a really good name and there was a time when I thought that it would be better for her to have a name closer to Sakura's one, so I had initially decided for that one. But thanks to Mokona's fated intervention, she became Akiho.

Many fans who were listening started to try to type "aio" on their phones and uploaded the screenshots of how their autocorrect would suggest "Akiho" as a conversion! Ohkawa and Mokona looked at the screenshots and commented that the same result can be obtained both on an iOS phone and on a Mac computer. Mokona felt relieved that it wasn't just happening to her! 😆 Ohkawa: It might be that Mokona-san unilaterally changed her name for us, but...😆 Mokona: it's not like I was scheming for it or anything! 😆 A fan also brought up the fact that in the prefecture of Yamaguchi there's an onsen facility called "Aio Onsen" written with the same kanji of Akiho's name, and CLAMP were quite surprised to find that out.

Ohkawa: If you look at the story you'll know what I'm talking about, but in the finale Akiho reveals her true name as a 'final move', and I did think in the past that the spoiler about her true name would show through the fact that we gave her an autumnal name, but Mokona writing that 'Akiho' all those times was just so guided by fate, to the point it shocked us. And it came from writing something trivial like "Yo!" (note: Mokona wrote "ai" as a colloquial way to say "yo", "hi!") 😆 Mokona: It seems like it's quite an unusual name but don't worry, it's not like I was scheming for it! 😅

Then, Ohkawa asked Nekoi and Satsuki if there was a particular scene or part of the story they liked or if they had a fun episode to tell about...while she was waiting for their answers, she said they received lots of praises for the cover of volume 16, with many comments saying how beautiful it is, and for them it's already enough if people can even just look at the cover on the internet.

Ohkawa: By the way, you said the tone used for Kaito-san after his eyes changed was quite bothersome to you, right? Nekoi: Yeah, because I kept forgetting it! Satsuki: I wonder if people will notice...his eyes are so tiny, right? Ohkawa: Were his eyes huge, before? Satsuki: No, I mean, when turned into a tankobon his eyes look so tiny... Ohkawa: Ah, I see, I see. Nekoi: it's because we're used to see it on a screen. Ohkawa: Lots of stuff happened to Kaito-san in volume 15, and....lots of stuff happened to his eyes too, as a result. Because of that, we added a tone finish to his eyes, and it would make me happy if people noticed it. Mokona: There's quite a non-human feel to his eyes, now. Ohkawa: Indeed, indeed.

Ohkawa then asked Satsuki for her own tidbit about Clear Card, and she mentioned a color spread she really liked was the one of chapter 55, with Sakura and Akiho seemingly springing out of water, each on a side of the spread. Satsuki commented it's "a pose quite common in our artworks". Ohkawa recognized it and said the spread was actually two pieces drawn separately (as it's quite deducible by how the spread is composed). Satsuki added that in general all the art of the last volume is quite cute.

Ohkawa: What about you, Mokona? Mokona: As for me.... As you know, right in the middle of the play written by Naoko-chan, they end up in the world of the book. Well, it's not like they really go to another world. When we reach the part of Syaoran's action, both Sakura's POV and Syaoran's POV progress simultaneously...and I think if this were a video, there would be a way to portray it smoothly, but when we were working on it, Nanase told me "I want you to find a way to portray it that is fitting for a manga". So when I've got down to draw the storyboard, I've arranged the panels in a way that was quite understandable to me, but I started to have doubts whether people would be able to get easily what was going on...💦 I could understand it completely because I knew the story, but what about somebody who was seeing it for the first time...? Would it be okay...? I was quite worried about that. Ohkawa: Ooh, I see. I think somehow they were able to understand it.

After this, Ohkawa mentioned Motoko Kumai (Syaoran's, Sumomo, Nataku's VA)'s quote-retweet of their announcement of the Space, where she wished them a happy CLAMP day and said all of the meetings with those characters are a treasure to her. She added "Thank you for pouring your heart in everything you do". It was very funny to hear Ohkawa say "I wasn't the right person to read this, I get embarrassed with these praises! 😳But no, really, thank you very much." ✨

Ohkawa then said "We've been told by Kodansha that they've never had a single manga that continued for two volumes after the end was announced...well, this is our volume 16 that was extended twice 😁"

Ohkawa: I say this every single time, but in my heart, this was the story where Sakura-chan acted as a proper main character, till the very end. I think this is the story Sakura painted for herself, following her own feelings. Sorry, but this is how I feel. Of course I think it's possible to not see it this way and you're absolutely entitled to it, but we think our Sakura-chan really did her best. Mokona: She truly did. Ohkawa: Also, we got lots of comments saying that Touya used too many cheats 😆But I would like to remind everyone that Touya was a "cheater" since long time ago. Mokona: Despite not appearing often, we stacked on him many strong points. Ohkawa: He was really a cheater all along. (note: of course here with "cheater" they're meaning his abilities that allow him to do unexpected and powerful things in the plot, in order to help Sakura at the most convenient moment) I'm talking about Clow Card Arc right now (note: this is a part concerning Sakura Card Arc, actually), but to have a magical power that allows you to transfer all of it to a magical being created by Clow is already a cheat to begin with. Satsuki: he can also see (non-living beings). Ohkawa: Sakura-chan was refusing to do so, but she's also someone who can see them.

While looking at the hashtags, I can't understand if this was Nekoi's personal comment or the comment of a fan, but she said "It's good that it wasn't Touya the one finding the Cards", mocking the way he would've said the incantation to capture the Cards, and Ohkawa replied "Well, he would probably be 'Cardcaptor Touya' now. But he was an high schooler! Feels a bit off..." and Nekoi along with Satsuki mused even more on the possibility of him having a transformation scene like shoujo heroines or if he would just go capturing cards in his school uniform 😂 Mokona: I don't really think Tomoyo would put that much effort in creating costumes for anyone other than Sakura-chan 😂 Ohkawa: Yeah, Tomoyo wouldn't make a costume for him. Therefore, despite it would be quite troublesome because I don't really think Yukito is particularly skilled in sewing, what I can think of is that he would make for him some kind of awkward outfits that don't even look like cosplay costumes. Satsuki: He'll make them by himself. Ohkawa: Well, it's not like Touya would make them... Nekoi & Mokona: There's no reason for him to do it, after all. Ohkawa: He wouldn't be doing this with a serious spirit. Nekoi: So he wouldn't feel a particular reason to change clothes. Mokona: What if he wants to hide his face? What do you think? Ohkawa: Ah, you mean a mask? Nekoi: Well, it's not like Sakura-chan herself had ever any eyewitnesses, after all... Nekoi: He gives me the vibe of someone who would go and capture cards swiftly like he just dropped an item...and hey ho! It would end immediately like a yonkoma (note: four panel manga)! Mokona: He might just pay attention to not get his school uniform dirty. Ohkawa: Then, if Sakura was in Touya's place, she would just go like "Oh, I think I've heard a noise" Satsuki: "There's some rustling" Ohkawa: But I don't think Touya would try so desperately to hide it from her, like she did with him! 😁

Then, Ohkawa tried to bring the topic back to the theme of the day, Clear Card and the release of volume 16.

Ohkawa: it was the first time we happened to draw again for one of our series after almost 20 years. Of course there's been a change in the design, it was impossible for us to keep it the same. I'd be happy if you could enjoy nonetheless. Moreover, at the end of the story, the front and the back of all the Cards changed. We were able to show the back of the Cards when the special chapter was published on Nakayoshi, after the story was over, but as for the front of the Cards themselves, we have just shown a peek. Mokona: Right, and just a few of them. Ohkawa: Truth to be told, we have modified all of the Cards in their manga version. (to Mokona) It was hard, right? Mokona: Yes. Ohkawa: Mokona has rewritten all of their names, too. Because the design is different. Mokona: Yeah. I had colored them too. I thought I would die. Ohkawa: Nekoi and Satsuki worked really hard on them too. Despite that, the truth is we have no opportunity to show the new designs of all the Cards in their manga version! Mokona: It would be good if we could show somewhere the colored version of even just one Card... Nekoi: Since we worked so hard...

Many people in the "CLAMP Day" hashtag suggested for them to show them at the CLAMP exhibition of this summer. Then, back on the topic of volume 16:

Ohkawa: I know there might be people who won't think in that way about volume 16, and everything we're talking about might be a spoiler for others, but I personally think that both Sakura-chan and Syaoran-kun matured little by little during this last volume, and I'd be happy for you to see it. Eriol ended up being that kind of character, as usual... (note: she impersonated him saying something, but unfortunately I can't really understand that line) Mokona: Beside him, the "camera" of the story focused properly on all the other characters, including the Kinomoto family. Ohkawa: This is something I wanted to do since long time ago, but...Fujitaka himself didn't have any powers, and although he didn't understand very well what was going on, he trusted Sakura-chan and in the end told her something like "I knew you were going out of the house at night!" 😁 I'm really glad we could draw that scene for him. I've always wanted to portray at least once what the characters of the "parents generation" did inside the story, it's not like Fujitaka-san was spacing out in a corner oblivious to everything...and I'm glad I could portray that in the story. Satsuki: He's collected lots of suspicious books too, right? Ohkawa: Yes. There's something I asked my three colleagues to depict long time ago, and it's connected to what happens in the end. Akiho-chan in the end says something like "I want to aim for a job like this in the future!", but not only that, she also looks for rare books while travelling to many countries around the world. The first time I wanted to portray what kind of rare books she would be collecting was in a scene of long time ago, when the girls visit Fujitaka's library. I asked to please put an homage to Cthulhu over there. Mokona: It's true! Please look for it! If I remember correctly, they were some kind of grimoires that appear in the Cthulhu mythos. We have included them clearly so please everyone, have fun looking for them! Ohkawa: We have intended all of those as homages, so I'd be happy if you could look at them. (note: the chapter they're talking about is the 26th one)

Mokona: It looks like something terrible is going to come out at any moment from a corner of Dad's library....💦 Ohkawa: Yeah. But Fujitaka is like "any kind of book is welcome here!", even with books like those ones. Ohkawa: And then, there's the matter of the chocomint. There have been questions like "why do you keep bringing chocomint up?" before. Among CLAMP, the ones liking chocomint are Nekoi and Satsuki. Mokona, what about you? Mokona: I've recently started to be able to eat the chocomint ice cream from Häagen-Dazs. Ohkawa: You didn't really like it before, right? Mokona: Yes. People from the "chocomint side" will probably think it's pretty mild tasting, but...😅 Ohkawa: As for me, I can't really eat it. 😅But I feel like when a person you love eats it so eagerly, you can't help but wanting to try it too. That's the reason why we employed chocomint in the story. Maybe people who like chocomint will disagree with me, but to me it's quite a divisive kind of food, you either love it or hate it. Mokona: Its color is so overwhelmingly cute too. I always end up wishing to eat it. Ohkawa: Are you like "ugh! This was a mistake" or "well this is quite good" when you actually try it? Mokona: If I do my best, I can eat it till the end. Ohkawa: Well, we have Lilie, an older character appearing in the story, whose person she fell in love with started to like chocomint precisely because she likes it too. That's something that can happen too, right? Mokona: Indeed. For Syaoran it was the same. Ohkawa: Uhm, right, didn't Syaoran dislike it? Nekoi: Yes, but when he tried it he actually started to like it. Mokona: He could eat it because it was something Sakura made for him! Ohkawa: Isn't that amazing? Mokona: It is 🥰

After this, CLAMP started to read some messages from the fans, and also mentioned that the word "Sakura-chan" ended up trending on Twitter. Ohkawa: We have realized it today for the first time, but among our characters, Sakura-chan is the only one whose birthday is TRULY on April 1st! Satsuki: The double Sakura-chan, right? Ohkawa: Right. First of all, I'm not sure we can consider as a 'birth day' what happened to the existence of xxxHolic's Watanuki. Then we have the birthday of Tsubasa's Syaoran, which was decided deliberately by princess Sakura, so even in his case it's ambiguous. Another one is Seishirou from Tokyo Babylon, and in his case the birthday is a lie. So that leaves us basically with just Cardcaptor Sakura's Sakura and Tsubasa's Sakura as the only characters who are truly born on April 1st? Mokona: In the case of Sakura from Tsubasa, I wonder if we should consider her calendar the same as ours. Ohkawa: Ah, right!! Because she lives in another country, right? Mokona: And another world too.

After reading some more messages, Ohkawa said that she's very happy even just with fans of the old Clow Card and Sakura Card Arc loving the new arc too, but what makes her the happiest is to know there are people who have discovered the CCSakura series thanks to Clear Card Arc, and will keep treasuring it from now on. They also mused over the fact that they've been in activity as authors for more than half their lives and the time they've spent working together is far longer than the time they've lived at their parent's home. All four of them are extremely grateful for being able to do this artistic job as a creative group for such a long time.

Taking the opportunity of a fan mentioning the CLAMP Exhibition in July, Ohkawa gave a warm suggestion to try to visit the exhibition if possible, because judging by the current condition of their original artworks and the difficulties they're having moving them around, they don't think there is going to be another opportunity to do this again in the future. 💦

Then, a fan sent them a particular question: "Do you have plans for another arc of Sakura and Syaoran from CCS? Maybe about their wedding?" Ohkawa: Hum, in my idea it'd be best for everyone to imagine Sakura and Syaoran's wedding in their own hearts, but if there's the possibility of a continuation after the events of the last volume, we will certainly let you know.

The person asked about an xxxHolic continuation too, which of course Ohkawa re-confirmed (they're currently preparing everything to resume the serialization) and asked us to wait just a bit more for the announcement from the editorial team of Young Magazine!

After some more messages from the fans, CLAMP gave their final greetings on such an important day!

Nekoi: We only have you to thank for reaching this anniversary on this day. Thank you very much. (they all clap their hands) There will be lots of things to enjoy ahead, and I invite all of you to gaze at the pink color of Tokyo Tower. Ohkawa: It seems we'll be able to watch it from Youtube too, so please don't miss the chance. Satsuki: I want to thank everyone for your support. Just as Nekoi mentioned, we have plans for more things ahead, there's the return of xxxHolic too, and...I wonder if there'll be a new work too? Ohkawa: (laughs) Well, more than anything, there's the Clear Card anime adaptation too. I think it will take some more time but surely, without fail, the announcement from Kodansha will come, so please stay tuned. Mokona: This one volume marks the end of Sakura's story. (note: the term Mokona uses, 区切り, seems to not be a "definitive end", but rather seems to be indicating more a point of "break", a "delimitation", a "place to stop"; there's still a marked sense of "end" - whether it's just to an arc or the entire story is not clear, so I chose that translation but I wanted to point out the other nuances in the term). I am extremely grateful to everyone who watched over Sakura-chan's growth and even those who grew up along with her! We look forward to your continued support. Also, I would like to add something that is probably a bit off topic, but there are also some anime projects we have created character designs for. Ohkawa: Oh, right, of course!! That's very important. Mokona, I knew I could count on you, thanks for reminding me. Netflix announced the "The Grimm Variations" series, then Code Geass, which we've been making character designs for long time, will have a new series: "Rozé of the Recapture". Moreover, the new season of the Vanguard D anime series was announced too. Please watch those too. 🙏 And then, as a leader, this is my turn for the final greetings. Spoiler-free observations:

I WISH there was an option to get the UK cover in the US. I do actually like the US cover a lot I just like the UK cover better, and I like how much it would match with my copy of The Kingdoms

So from the description, it looks like Dionysus is going to fully be a character??? Like interacting directly with Phaidros??? Is it like a Percy Jackson scenario where they have like human forms and shit??? Inch resting.

It makes me SO HAPPY seeing the list of Natasha Pulley's work almost takes up a full page at the front of my book

The new narration style is very interesting tbh, I don't know if it's because he's supposed to be a child at this point and children are a lot more straightforward, or if it's just how he always is???

The prologue sounds a lot more like the typical narration style so I think it probably is meant to be a bit more childlike in the beginning

Maybe this is me being delusional but...is she talking about the pulleyverse as a whole in the prologue??? Starting in the middle, with bits artfully left out to Reveal Unto You Later??? Is this like the very beginning??? It is the earliest chronologically so ig it must be???

I'm liking the way that everything is being explained upfront. It's probably out of necessity since the average person can conceptualize life in Victorian London or Soviet Russia a lot easier than Ancient Greece, but it also does feel a lot more child-like that really hammers home the idea that the story is in its beginning

I really don't know how to word this eloquently but the ship turning into pear trees that eventually saved Phaidros' life reminds me of the mechanical pear tree Thaniel took from the workshop, and how Grace made the workers cut them down, and all that fun stuff. Surely that wasn't the original intention (unless Ms. Pulley is playing the long game), but the connections make me happy

Also Phaidros lowkey hallucinating for a decade because he was in such close contact with a god is giving The Salt Miracles a little bit.

I’ve tried explaining why age gaps in the pulleyverse are generally not the toxic evil kind that people generally dismiss without a second thought, but most of the time it comes off long-winded and defensive when I don’t mean to be defensive. The way Phaidros describes his partnership with Helios just gave me the PERFECT way to word it tho: Pulley is extremely aware of the way age gaps can affect both people in a relationship, and she really does not shy away from the insecurity it brings out in people, making it very realistic and easy to empathise with while not falling back onto toxic stereotypes

Okay!!! Book finished!!! And…holy shit!!! I forget how genuinely blown away I can be by Natasha Pulley’s writing until I read something new she’s written but my god was that good. It had almost an eldritch horror vibe to it while somehow also being pleasant that I really enjoyed??? And obviously I was a Percy Jackson kid (if you couldn’t tell by the everything about me) so I’m thrilled about the Ancient Greek elements and the elements of stories I could recognise from all that strewn throughout. But the characters were utterly and completely brilliant, the story was so expertly crafted, and obviously this is standard with Ms Pulley but it’s just especially poignant rn. I don’t think I can be more eloquent at the moment but. Yeah. 100000/10, no notes (except there were quite a few spelling mistakes in my copy but I kinda love it)

okay!! So before i go into b & iii, i also had a lot of Thoughts about art i wanna make for this!!

so!! Heres my like really shitty finger drawing for the rest of the Team Biscuit Portraits (which i kinda wanna name something silly & melodramatic like Skies of War of Skies of Wrath or something to do with the sky & combat). Also ill go into my thoughts about the concepts below!

Okay, so. Starting with lindy on the left. I thought that 1) she should actually have like mirage-esque versions of herself merging into the real one in the middle. With specious sorceror & conterfeit combatant (does she have more? I cant remember). Anyway, and then 2) i thought like a sunset or dusk would look really good for her background. Like shifting colors, things in flux, etc.

for neil (in the center) im thinking a look of concentration & sun breaking thru a cloudy sky. 1) because of the like associations with the sun that healing has (not necessarily within hwfwm but within like earth mythology stuff) and 2) neil is the healer, so he is yknow the light when shit gets dark. Anywho, for his pose i wanted something like suitably majestic, so i thought maybe holding the orb in one hand & then putting the other palm out with maybe some light glowing from it? (Also i guess everyone is like floating in the air lmao. Thats fun. Tho lindyll have to be high up with the sun setting near her feet due to the horizon line. Ooo thats fun)

finally, for clive on the right, i have his pose there & then hell have a ritual circle coming from the wand. Additionally, i decided i wanted an open, sort of big, thick robe over top everything. idk, i always imagine clive with a big robe that like falls down his arms when he raises them revealing his strong forearms or whatever it is people lust after. Anywho, his shirt/vest will be open & i think ill have the tattoo onslow glowing with some wisps of magic flowing downwards. And then hes, yknow, in front of the moon & stars <3.

OKAY ONTO WHAT IM CALLING TEAM BISCUIT IN RELAXATION

this will be another 6 portraits of em by themselves. These ones are gonna be of them like doing their hobbies ig? Vaguely in that realm. I also want these to have more complex backgrounds, like cityscapes & rooms, etc. Ill start with the ones im sure on already.

jason will be cooking. Im gonna make him look very sweet & soft & hes gonna have like batter on his face. I think he’ll have a spread of baked goods around him & maybe a fruity cocktail to sip at as he works.

sophie is gonna be in a cage match like she did in euresh. I wanna have her with her fists up, suppression collar on, & the pov of the drawing is over her opponent’s shoulder, who’s out of focus. That’s my thought for her!

clive is gonna be at a research desk. I either want him to be like clutching his hair as he stares at a sprawl of pages around him, or at a chalkboard, face in profile as he reads a floating book.

for lindy im thinking i’ll use the pose and city idea that a scrapped for the sky themed stuff because it was a bit to jovial & had a mismatched background to the rest.

now, humphrey & neil are where im struggling a little. Neil more than humphrey.

for humphrey, i was thinking him reading on a couch with puppy stache next to him. (Butlericfy’s suggestion basically) & then behind him would be a balcony opened up onto greenstone behind him, including parts of the sea. I feel pretty good about this one, but im not sure if there’s a better hobby for him to be doing? Like bro, what do u do in ur spare time? (The book hes reading is one his mom gave him is my thought).

now, onto my poor boy neil. What are your hobbies bro?? Do you do anything?? My only thought was to have him doing some healing, which i know he does in his spare time. But like humphrey’s its not quite a hobby yknow? It is what ill go with tho if inspiration doesn’t strike.

OKAY so the third set (ik its a lot) is less detailed in thought so far. Basically i just wanna do team biscuit as well as farrah & gary with their summoned familiars. Like either in battle or doing something cute yknow? So no sophie or rufus. Maybe ill give them a drawing of them like playing a board game together while everyone’s out bonding with their familiars lol.

alright guys we’re almost done. (Im not even sure if anyone likes these in depth musings on art i wanna make but whatevs. At the least, they’ll serve as notes for me). SO! The last two pieces i have thought of but im floundering a bit for the second one. Theyre both big group drawings &, like all the other things i wanna draw for this fandom, are gonna be hella difficult.

first, i wanna do a team biscuit eating lunch in the cloud house. I want people laughing & eating & some little character dynamic details & stache transformed into something silly with a mustache. The whole nine yards of a cute group drawing.

the second is where the difficulties come in. I want to draw something similar to the first. But a picnic/bbq in greenstone cause i think thatll look nice & i want it to have team biscuit, farrah, rufus, and gary. But also dawn, taika, erika, emi, asya, kaito, jason’s dad, jason’s uncle, ian, amy, kaito’s two kids, greg, and maybe craig vermillion. And you may be like, “three of those people are dead & the rest aren’t in this world!” And that’s where the conundrum comes in. I want two versions of this one. a would just be like a normal happy gathering & b would have jason looking straight at the viewer, face blank & SOMETHING with the people who aren’t supposed to be here!

but!! How to change them?? So, i want the dead people & the alive people on earth (plus dawn i think) to look visually different. My first thought was having the dead ones like either in black & white or just black silhouettes? Like how they were when they were summoned? And then the earth ones would be like slightly transparent, maybe with a kinda blurry face? But im just not sure. Thoughts?

anywho, AFTER ALL OF THAT, i wanna do little comics! (Especially the clive becoming manic over magic. I havent forgotten evilphrog!!)

my interpretation of kade's surname reveal being Lilborne is that its tom's surname that he took as his adoptive child, which confused me bc i would assume MC has that surname as well. so i headcanon MC as having that surname too bc that connection to her adoptive family is very valuable to her. and the parnassus heritage is a pretty recent discovery so she doesn't feel very connected to it; also being descended from a prince doesnt constitute a legitimate claim to the throne or prince/princess title lol. so she takes "Parnassus" as a middle name(?) in memory of her bio parents but Lilborne is her surname. but then again blades takes place in fantasy land inspired by medieval europe, a place where common people usually didnt have surnames so ig it doesnt matter ?

Since their formation in 2016, the career of Ljubljana's Joker Out has been continuously taking off. Since the 2023 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, the name of this band - made up of five young men from Slovenia - has been on everyone’s lips. On their European tour in spring 2024, the band, together with two support acts, also graced Cologne with a concert at Die Kantine. We were there to attend the performance.

Sector 5 from Berlin opened the evening, reaching the international fans in attendance with lyrics and stage announcements in English. Their musical mix of pop, rock, and rap positively surprised not just us, but got the rest of the crowd singing along as well. Confidently and professionally, the four musicians captured the room's attention and presented a set that was definitely worth the experience.

JC Stewart, a Northern Irish musician who lives and works in London, followed as second support act. He delighted fans not just with the charming story of how he crossed paths with Joker Out in an Irish pub in London, but also with a confident one-man show that needed no more than his talented voice and a guitar to convince the crowd.

During the break before the main act, the anticipation in the room rose noticeably, and the excitement was palpable. Joker Out entered the stage to the euphoric chants and cheering of fans.

Gola, from their debut album Umazane Misli (2021), kicked off the evening's set, and the reactions of the crowd were unmistakable – everyone in the hall was captivated from the very first second.

That a band whose lyrics are mainly in Slovenian is able to win over an international crowd, let alone get them to dance and sing along, is not just rare, but also speaks to the engaging personalities of the five musicians. Whether Ona, Vse Kar Vem, Demoni or Plastika, the band’s stage presence tore down all language barriers, demonstrating impressively that music connects people regardless of the language spoken.

However, there was more than one linguistic peculiarity that evening: for example, singer Bojan Cvjetićanin even used the song Tokio to teach the excited fans a bit of Japanese.

One highlight was the as-yet unreleased song Behind Those Eyes, whose original working title was said to have been the German word "Schlager", as the band revealed with a wink. The official release of this song on their announced second [sic: third] album will certainly be highly anticipated.

Similarly well-received by fans was the ballad Metulji ("Butterfly" in English), which was, in accordance with the title, performed by Bojan wearing pink wings and butterfly headgear in the middle of the crowd.

Joker Out opted to pass on the classic "encore game" in which the band retreats backstage in anticipation of being called back by the crowd. Instead, they transitioned into the long-awaited karaoke version of Umazane Misli, where not just the band, but also the fans, are invited to sing the verses [sic: the chorus] in their national language.

From German to Polish, Russian, Greek, and more - anyone brave enough to take the microphone that Bojan carried through the crowd got their own chance to put on a little live performance.

With Carpe Diem and Novi Val, the 16-song set then came to a successful end, and Joker Out were seen off the stage with a well-earned thunderous applause.

We were happy to have experienced this evening and could write many more words to describe the talent, the performance, and the charisma of Joker Out – and yet, nothing can do these five musicians justice except seeing them live for yourself.

If we get our way, this will not be our last Joker Out concert. As soon as the chance presents itself, we'll be happy to see them again.

country girl i love youuu /ref choi jinkyung is from a small town in boseong ( south-east of s. korea ). her parents are gardeners who own a local flower shop, and they didn’t have much money growing up. jinny grew up idolizing idols. loved the glitter, the glamour, the wealth. material girl!

as a kid, she would copy the way idols acted and dressed sometimes ( but obviously could only do like,, diy versions since she couldn’t really go out and buy everything herself when she had no money ), and so she grew up with very little friends and was bullied for most of her formative school years.

she also ran a semi-popular ( anonymous ) ig account for middle school until early high school though where she posted like outfit inspiration n aesthetic photos n stuff like that ? like #,### followers. she closed it once she became a trainee though.

ninety9 creative came to her closest city to recruit new trainees around 2015/2016, and she passed. only a few months later, she was cast in produce 101. unfortunately, mnet edited her and made her look like a meme. think dahyun on sixteen. or kim choyeon in produce48. she made it through a few episodes, because even then she knew how to stand out, but she was eliminated before any of the teams were formed. there are a few memes of 16yo jinny still out there.

when the show aired, she realized how everyone saw her as a weird girl and had a reality check. she wanted to be recognized for talent by the time of her debut, so she kicked her own ass into gear. alexa, play “i will show you” by ailee.

her hard work paid off a few years later when she was revealed as the first member of selene ( now nymth ) which was great, but only a few months in, her middle school tormenters came back and started to drag her name through the mud, calling her the bully. her name was cleared eventually, but between the fact that there were allegations to begin with to the produce 101 memes to her personality ( and well yes ! she does have personality ) — well, some people just decided to never ever like her no matter what ! this was terrible for someone like jinny who craves positive attention like a plant needs sunlight.

so she wilted a little. it got to her. it didn’t help that ninety9 didn’t put her in any of selene’s subunits or that selene just. stopped getting promotions. part of her felt like it was her fault.. and then she started getting booked for couple of variety episodes, where she tried her best to promote her group. the producers and the audience loved her, and so they kept calling her back. it also introduced her to new fans, and then with selene’s long hiatuses she started to realize that people saw her less as an idol and more as an entertainer. which meant they didn’t care about her idol scandals … but they also. didn’t care about her being an idol. which sucked !

in terms of her image, there is a definite distinction between jinny at debut, and jinny now. a lot of that is accredited to her undeserved hate train @ debut, but a lot of it is also just due to — growing up and maturing. once bitten, twice shy; she’s a lot more careful with it now: not too over the top, a little cold, but always present. she’s not particularly outstanding in any one thing, but she’s known for being an all-rounder, and her absence is definitely felt even though she might not be the most eye-catching member on stage.

variety comes really naturally to her though, and that’s really where she really shines. she’s good enough to carry other members if she sees them struggling. she’s really good at idol impressions from all her years of copying them as a youngster. if they’ve debuted pre-2015 she’s especially good, but she’s always studying current rookies as well. also just really has a good sense of comedic timing, and is known for being sharp. she’s also known for being confident and thinking highly of herself. antis still hate her for this, while there are also fans who admire the hell out of her for this.

there’s definitely a running bit where she plays annoyed when other members tease her ( think svt’s seungkwan ). her satoori Jumps Out when she’s annoyed.

her image isn’t — fake, but it’s definitely different from what she’s like off screen. it’s lowkey like she saves her energy to act charming for fans.

at her heart though, her dream has always been to be an idol. a singer, and not just a variety star. i think that she genuinely does care for nymth & her fellow members, which is why she re-signed with the group (even with her lack of nymth-related promotions). despite all her bluster, she cares! she’s just a diva too.

Methinks the hexenzirkel in a modernized teyvat would be so funny,,, I could see them all having some kind of YouTube channel or otherwise making vids,,, if their content breached containment from their relatively niche demographic, people would probably start to theorize that they're a part of some super elaborate ARG. They really wouldn't talk about each other by name in their videos, but people would piece together that this group of insane women live together.

Rhine would have her makeup and true crime/ethical scandal/bioalchemy content, which seems normal enough until she spends too long pointing out the inaccuracies of homunculus creation in media and people find an older video where she left a clip of her telling Albedo to stop Klee from doing Klee things and is like "sorry my son and my... Friend's daughter are getting into trouble again." How did none of her fans know about her having a SON? HOW IS HE AN ADULT THEY ALL THOUGHT SHE WAS LIKE 25??? HOW OLD IS SHE?? people would start to ask about Albedo and she'd dodge the question because she knows the average person would not appreciate her creation. She'd respond like "Do you ask every woman how she got her children?" COMPLETELY deadpan homegirl stopped in the middle of putting on eyeliner in the middle of a video about answering comments😭

Nicole would have a YouTube channel that's like Alternate History but it's actually her describing things changed in irminsul half the time and the other half is just what she thinks would happen based off of her being around,,, for a long time with some actual history about long gone civilizations. But her Real History takes aren't the popular propagandized takes and it'd almost seem fabricated but she has actual sources they're just the weirdest most specific sources ever😭 I can't tell if she'd take herself overly seriously or if she'd have titles like "What REALLY wiped out the Seelie race 😏🤔" "what if there were TWO dendro archons🤯⁉️" on the outside her channel is actually somehow the most normal because they just think she's a history buff and she has no personal presence to theorize about. People have asked for a face reveal and she just posted a pic of the shitty stick person persona she uses in her videos. The Instagram she uses to be a public menace is completely separate and literally no one besides her friends can connect the two. Her history Instagram only OCCASIONALLY posts announcements about new videos,,, but she posts high quality videos at a terrifying pace but only announces like,,, once a month EKWORUEH She's really in her element... she gets to yap about whatever she wants and no one knows anything about her besides what her voice sounds like

Alice would make vlogs that are like the teyvat travel guide but she'd make comments that would make people go ???? Like she eats at a traditional Inazuman restaurant and she talks about how "it's not actually that traditional because it was prepared very differently 200 years ago... but it still tastes good! Just in a different way!" and people wonder 1) how did u get into Inazuma when it's locked tf down and 2) how do you know what this tasted like back then!? Also after having Klee, she's the occasional mommy blogger but like conscientious,, she hides Klees face and probably puts a filter over her voice and DOESN'T over share!! if she gets weird comments about Klee she's not afraid to put them on public blast (she'll sic Nicole on them Godspeed)🙏 but she'd post pics of mommy daughter matching outfits or Klees drawings,,, I can also see her being the type of mom that recreates an interaction between her and Klee by herself. ALSO I can completely see her fan base thinking she's straight (mostly because she has a biological child and she doesn't really talk about Rhine or any relationship) and going absolutely apeshit when she posts a photo of her holding a lesbian flag💚 usually she can't fool anybody but ig the camera adds a straight filter to her

Andersdotter would mostly do author Q&A lives and things like that. Honestly most people brushed over her presence as just an average author, but people that happened to be fans of both her and one of the others started noticing shit with her vids. She tied them together without even trying,,, like someone on a live asked what a normal signed copy looks like vs a personalized signing and she was like "oh! I actually have examples on hand! I gave Klee and Albedo specially signed copies! 🥰" and fans were like THEE ALBEDO???? WHO ELSE WOULD HAVE THAT NAME?

Barbeloth seems like she'd only have Tik Tok lives where she "predicts" the future. She plays it up a lot and has a whole set up. Goin above and beyond with multiple sets of tarot cards that she cycles through and the table is decorated with candles, crystals, incense, probably some herbs for good measure, and of course her scry glass. Most of it is for show because she knows embracing the imagery only adds to the appeal,,, and she finds it kinda fun to go all out. Mona's on it sometimes to "demonstrate what she's learned" (she wanted to spend time with barbeloth 😞🙏) and most of what people know about her outside of Divination and Astrology comes from her interactions with Mona. Tbh I'm just thinking about the tea leaf reading scene from Coraline because that's exactly how they'd be,,, they're seeing the same things but are coming to different conclusions and will bicker over it.

Ivanovna is still a mystery to me because we know SO little about her😭😭 like I don't really have any idea what she'd initially post about but I can see her having an Instagram and one day she purges most posts except for a few palatable/very nostalgic posts with her friends and then there's like,,, a year gap between the last hexenzirkel hangout post and wedding photos and then she posts only about her new home life. Every current post is flooded with comments from the other girls flipping between hyping her up and crying that they miss her. She gets ratioed in the most affectionate way possible. The comments are shit like "PLEASE GIVE ME (ANOTHER) CHANCE I CAN TREAT YOU BETTER" "sometimes her ghost still haunts me😞" "Snezhnaya is melting because of how hot you are" if Nicole was being particularly unhinged she'd probably bark😭

AND THEN AFTER PEOPLE START WONDERING IF/HOW THEY ALL KNOW EACH OTHER SOMEONE FINDS AN ABANDONED ACCOUNT THAT ALL OF THEM USED the videos have like less than 20 views but it's the most cracked out shit ever. This is where the fake haunting videos reside and since they look so convincing (because yknow,, Nicole is just causing a ruckus) and no one can find a logical explanation internet theorists go crazy and come up with theories about how this was all preplanned as a long haul ARG that spans across multiple platforms across multiple accounts and that all of the girls' eccentricities are a part of the set up😭 and none of them address it because they don't wanna fight over old ass videos they made while under the influence
