Well now the Big question, what kind of music they play? I see las into rock maybe metal and that edgy music, but i don't really think on luffy liking it, as someone obsesed with instruments i love the dinamic of bass and singer, since the bass Is low and the voice Is loud

Also who else play? It would be cool to kid to play the guitar to be like the worst trio but since he has a Big hand, and no 2nd hand (lol) he probably would play drums i Guess (?) Or maybe another straw hat?

i saw another band au so that's what i'm using as reference but Is kidlaw and i don't know If you would like it, anyway i love both of the au (i don't have deep thinks about the ships i see them dying alone lol they are so ugly (i love them))

AHHHH HI HELLO I CAN FINALLY ANSWER THIS.

I think the fic answers the kind of music they play, Polar Tang is mostly rock and Thousand Sunny is mostly pop! Law on the bass will own me forever.

They each have their own band, Polar Tang is Law on bass & lead vocals, Shachi on guitar & backup vocals, Bepo on drums, peng on keyboard/misc. thousand sunny loof sings, Usopp on drums, zoro on guitar, sanji on keyboard/etc!! But other straw hats play too, robin and Franky are a duo and open for them often. Usopp is the main lyricist with loof giving ideas and themes he wants to sing about. Both of them are credited for writing most of their songs, cuz Usopp almost always is writing based off things exploded from luffy’s ideas and feedback. Law writes 100% of polar tang’s songs, writing is the reason he got into music.

You could probably gather from the fic but polar tang is mostly Mariana’s trench & matchbox 20 with a sprinkle of blue October

Thousand sunny points of ref (from my end, @blackyote we never boiled it down as specifically w them as we did w polar tang I think lol) are metro station, naethan Apollo, hot chelle rae, Ian McConnell

‘Hating stuff’ by Ian McConnell is the one song loof wrote fully on his own in early days of thousand sunny. Later he’s credited as the writer for the polar tang song ‘hell, at least” (irl by ghost daughter) which he wrote by himself as a song specifically for law to perform

Ok so I've been meaning to read all of @bluecatwriter 's wonderful Dracula hc fics in order for a long time but I never have time to get with it so I decided to read it along with Dracula Daily this year.

Anything for You

Art the Clown works alone. Everyone knows that, or at least they thought they knew that. The entire idea of Art the Clown was changed when the little pale girl was brought into the picture, but how did she come to be? This made people begin to question what really happened when Art had his first killing spree. The talk around this entire subject caused a decade long cold case to be reopened.

October 2nd, 2016-Arthur Finds Out

Arthur (Art) walked slowly through the night, following the tracker he had place in his partners bag. He knew it was wrong, but he just had to know what they were up to. This had been happening every year in October. Every night of the entire month, Reader would leave in a clown costume and with a bag large duffel bag. It was like routine at this point. They had been doing it since they got together in 2004, and it didn't cease when Reader fell pregnant in 2006.

Arthur, or Art as Reader preferred to call him, heard a shrill scream and immediately ran towards it, grabbing the knife Reader insisted he carried on him at all times and rushing into a dark ally. The scream stopped quickly, but it was replaced by gurgling sounds. As Art turned the final corner, he almost ran directly into a bent over Reader, tossing stuff into their duffel bag, muttering about how they needed to get home.

Reader paused, slowly standing, grabbing something from the bag in the process. They quickly turned around, almost hitting Art in the head. "Oh my God. Art? What are you doing here?" They asked, trying to hide the dieing couple that was behind them, despite the blood coating the monochrome clown-fit they currently wore. Art quickly gestured back and forth between them, the blood on their over-complicated clown-fit and the two behind them.

Reader gently cupped his face with one bloody glove covered hand, "You need not worry of this my darling. Where is Annie? You didn't leave her home alone did you?" Art shook his head, showing them the baby monitor he had placed in their 10 year olds room before leaving. "Ok," Reader sighed in relief, both happy they had effectively changed the subject, and that their baby was safe. Reader grabbed Art's hand and led him down the ally after picking up their bag and home. Art didn't question what they were doing out again. However, some strange part of him wanted to join his beloved in the bloody fun.

November 5 2016-Annie's Death

In order to apologize to Annie for being gone every night of October, Reader would take her to the carnival that always stayed a little later than the others, they could have never anticipated what would happen for leaving her daughters side for just a moment.

Reader had to use the bathroom, so they gave Annie a few dollars for her to go get on a roller coaster while they used one of the portapotties. As Reader slowly walks out they notice police cars in the distance and a fire. A fire, on a broken roller coaster, the very roller coaster Annie went on. They quickly ran up, tears staining their face as one of the attendees held them back from running into the fire.

Annie's body was never able to be salvaged, and Reader left the carnival with a broken heart.

October 23rd, 2017-Reader's Death

Arthur conjured up enough courage to ask Reader to join them on this year's "hunt" as they called it. They were skeptical at first, not wanting their darling to get hurt, but eventually relented. They helped him design an outfit and get ready the very night Reader's killing spree started, October 1st.

Art and Reader walked down an ally silently, both trying to look for anyone, anyone at all to kill. They found a buffer man, but that was it. Reader was getting popular and people were staying in more and more making it practically impossible to find anyone to kill. Reader looked at Art, then back to the man before rushing up to him holding a sledge hammer. Art wasn't prepared for their quick movements, and got froze temporarily in place. Reader when to hit the man on the head, only to have the man turn around and grab the sledge from them, bringing it down on their head.

He hit them a few times before Art was able to move, despite his brain screaming to help his beloved. He ran forwards with a knife, his footsteps a lot lighter than Reader's, and quickly jumped on the mans back, slicing his throat in one swoop, but he didn't stop there. The man kept trying to grab him, so Art kept slicing, wrenching more and more screams from the man. Art sawed the mans head completely off before he stopped, quickly running over to Reader, just to find out that he was too late.

You're sat across from your soon to be husband, Klaus Mikaelson, the one and only original hybrid. You've been across town all day and made reservations for this fancy restaurant just out of New Orleans so no one could interupt you guys.

You guys have just ordered, unknowingly, your arms wrapped around your midsection, sort of acting as a shield so no one can see your stomach rolls. Even in the stunning black midi dress that you've felt confident in all day, you have actions you do unconsciously for being self conscious about your body.

Basically most of your life, people have either commented on your weight or looked at you with that look, you got that look through your teens the most. Especially considering you didn't look the same as everyone else, and that's good, you're your own person, until it comes to weight. Then apparently you're not good enough and looked down upon by other teens, adults, and even your own family.

You had a phone call with your mother the night before while Klaus was in the shower. Said phone call almost brought you to tears. At the start, you were having a good conversation with your mom, until she brought up how she went to the mall with her friends the other day. She spoke about how she saw the perfect wedding dress that you would love by all the photos of inspo you've shown her since your and Klaus' engagement. But then she said, 'if only you were tinier like your cousins, then maybe you could try and squeeze into the biggest size of the dress'. She went on and in about how the biggest size wasn't even big enough for you to even try to try on.

That hasn't been the worst conversation with your Mom in a longshot, but it still hurt. It hurt even more, knowing it was your own mother saying those things. Yes, you may not look the same as everyone else, but you've been trying to love your body just the way it is. But things like that obviously doesn't help your feelings or self esteem.

You feel something lay against your hand, snapping out if your thoughts, you looked up at Klaus, seeing his hand placed on top of yours. His thumb is softly rubbing up and down to side of your hand.

"Love? Are you alright? You spaced off for a moment there" Klaus softly smiles.

"Oh, um yeah, just thinkin. Nothing to worry about" you give a tight lip smile.

Klaus nods, keeping in his head about your stranger-than-normal attitude, but it's not a bad thing, it's just concerning to him.

You guys get home from the restaurant around 10pm, everyone's either out or has fallen asleep super early.

You're standing in front of the mirror in your guys' room. You haven't changed out of your dress yet, instead staring at every part of your body that you're insecure about. There hasn't been any way to stop you from doing this. You would try, but then end up close to tears or crying in front of a mirror. The worst times this has happened has been in a changing room at stores.

That's what you thought, before Klaus steps back into the room.

He pauses his movements, seeing you frowning in front of the mirror, sucking your stomach in as much as you can. You look over to him, eyes widening. Klaus just caught you doing one of the only things you never wanted him to know that you do.

"Klaus, this is not what you think this is, I'm just..." you start, not knowing what to say, you trail off.

Klaus walks over to you and cups your face in his hands. "Love, you can tell me the truth, you always can" he tells you, having a senaking suspicion of what's going on, but wants you tell him on your terms.

He leads you over to the bed, sitting down with his hand resting on your thigh. You take a couple deep breathes, "I'm too big. I wish I was skinny, I've wished that since the first time someone ever brought up how I look different than everyone else. I've hated my body for over a decade, my mom was probably the worst thing about it. She would always tell me how I was fat without thinking twice. And she never understood and still doesn't how that makes someone feel, especially a teenage girl who's already miserable everytime she has to take foot in a high school where everyone says even worse things some how" you rant to your fiance, tears streaming down your face. "I hate my body so much" you whisper.

Klaus immediately pulls you in to his arms. He kisses the top of your head multiple times. "I'm so sorry you've had to go through this, and still do?" You nod your head. "You are perfect how you are. You should never compare yourself to others or listen to what others say you should look like." Klaus lists off.

"I love you so much, you're so perfect, and gorgeous the way you are. You should never think different" Klaus pulls away, looking at you with emotion in his eyes.

"R-really? I love you too. N-no one has ever said that. I've grown up hating myself" you whimper.

"Everything I said is true, and you should never hate yourself, being who you are now is everything to me" he slowly lays you down onto your back.

"And I will make sure you know this every day" he murmurs as he trails his lips all over your face and down your neck. He presses kisses all down your exposed collarbone and chest.

He keeps going all the way down, kissing your fabric covered stomach and waist, and hips. He goes down to your ankles, until kissing the top of your feet gently.

"You love, are so beautiful" he whispers into your ear. You cuddle into his suit covered chest with a slight smile on your face.

"You're the one person I feel safest with. Thank you so much. I love you Klaus" you look up at him. "I will always be here for you, I love you too, beautiful" he kisses your forehead and holds your hand.

23rd September- Adelaide

“Thank you to every single one of you. We have been so excited to come back here to Australia” Louis attempts to say Australia in an Australian accent, but it truly doesn’t go well

“Take me home tour is back and it’s kicked off in Adelaide” Niall says

“YN how do you feel about being back here” Harry says in an Aussie accent which doesn’t sound to bad

“I’m just glad Louis isn’t doing an accent anymore” I laugh

“Oi!” Louis nudges me

“Are you having a good day?” Harry asks the audience who of course all scream

“YN you arrive here in Australia before us, any reason why?” Louis asks wiggling his eyebrows “is there a certain Aussie you’ve been linked with?”

“Shut up” I roll my eyes laughing “the next song we’re going to sing for you is What Make You Beautifu”. The music starts playing and Liam starts singing

“You're insecure, don't know what for. You're turning heads when you walk through the door. Don't need makeup to cover up. Being the way that you are is enough” during this Niall and Harry are dancing about and showing off their stomachs to one another which just makes me laugh so much I miss my cue so I end up having to point my mic to the audience so they can sing my part for me.

2nd October- Melbourne

Tonight Liam and his parents, Craig and Leonie, have come to see me perform making me feel super nervous for this show. I look up from my phone to see Harry who’s staring at me

“You ok H?”

“Huh? What? Yeah m’fine”

“You sure because you’ve been staring at me for the last 5 minute”

“Just thinking”

“About?” I press on generally curious to know what going on in the head of the curly brown haired boy

“How Kendal and I will ‘split up April next year then I’ll be on to the next publicity stunt”

“This is ridiculous H. You shouldn’t have to jump from one woman to another”

“No you don’t” there’s a knock on the door and in walks Liam

“Everything ok in here”

“No” Harry and I say at the same time “actually Liam can you come back in a bit? Harry and I were just talking about something”

“No it’s ok I think our conversation was over anyway” Harry gets up and leaves brushing past Liam

“Harry wait”

“Woah woah ok whats going on with you and Harry?”

“What? Nothing we were just talking about something”

🚨16th October- Melbourne

I scrunch my nose up trying not to gag at Harry vomiting into a bucket

“That’s it let it out” Niall says patting Harry’s back

“You can’t go on stage tonight” I say disgusted laced in my voice

“No I’m fine” Harry groans

“I don’t get it you only had a headache earlier” Zayn says handing Harry a bottle of water

“H your ill you need to rest” I try to argue

“No I need to join you on stage” Harry hands the bucket over to Paul who takes it from him also looking like he’s about to vomit. Harry opens up the bottle of water and takes a sip “I’ll be fine”

“Just don’t throw up on stage” Zayn says giving Harry a look

“I won’t” Harry replies but I’m not convinced that he’s not going to throw up again, especially since it’s always really warm on stage because of the lights and also running around.

3 times Harry had to go off stage to throw up! 3 times! And each time I asked him to just go and rest in his changing room and his response was “im fine” he isn’t fine he’s ill. I just hope whatever he has isn’t contagious.

“YN?” Harry says walking into my dressing room with a cheek grin on his face

“What do you want?” I reply squinting my eyes at him

“My hairs getting long”

“Ok and?”

“Can I borrow your head band tonight?”

“Why don’t I just cut it for you?” I ask smirking

“Hell no!” he shouts making me pout “please can I just borrow your headband?”

“Fine” I roll my eyes and throw my purple head band at him “it’s probably got foundation on though”

“Thank you your the best”

“I know” I give his a smile and shrug before he leaves my room and heads back to his. I turn to look at Charlotte who’s smiling at me

“What?” I ask now frowning at her

“Oh nothing”

3rd November- Chiba

“Hello!” Harry says into his mic just after we finish up our second song of the night. I grab my water bottle and take a sip “tonight is our final night of the Take Me Home Tour” we all pull sad faces. It truly is sad at how quickly this tour has gone, but at the same time I’m ready for a break… we’ll as much of a break as we get since we will be releasing our next album in 22 days! Then it will back to your again next April

“But we want to make it special and have some fun” Niall says “for the last time on this tour Liam Payne!”

“Hello everyone. Thank you so much for coming to see us. Right this is More Than This” I start of the song

“I’m broken, do you hear me? I’m blinded ‘cause you are everything I see. I’m dancing alone. I’m praying that your heart will just turn around” this song will always be different for me to sing and I’m thankful that I have my boys for support.

And just like that tour is over. Liam phones me just as we come off stage

“Hey, can I call you back in a bit?” I ask wiping them tears from my face while walking next to Niall towards our dressing rooms

“I just wanted to know how it went tonight” Liam says sounding almost irritated

“Erm yeah it was good, just a bit emotional that it’s over”

“Well at least we can spend more time together now”

“Yeah. My flight back to England is tomorrow”

“Will you be going back with Harry and Louis?”

“Well yeah I live with them” I frown feeling confused. Why wouldn’t I go back with them?

“About that…”

“Liam I’ve got to go, I need to get changed and I want to chat with the boys for a bit. I’ll speak to you later” but that night I don’t. Instead I get back to my hotel room and just crash because I’m so exhausted, physically and emotionally.

And I’ll say it as many times as I can I cannot hate Timmy Turner he’s just a kid who has some of the most crazy neglectful parents I’ve ever seen and the human adults of his life keep failing him over and over again so I don’t blame him for wishes he makes half of wishes going

Bad is because of those selfish adults in his life (some are because of Cosmo though cannot deny that although he doesn’t mean to but a lot of people don’t want to acknowledge that either or fact Cosmo was the one who put the stress on their marriage in some episodes Wanda had to fix a lot of cosmo’s mistakes but thank goodness new wish had cosmo learn to be a better husband again; although i think cosmo got so bad in his behaviour to Wanda was 1 Butch liking to play up the my

Wife a nag & marriage is awful jokes way too much and 2nd that transplant Cosmo had with anti cosmo did affect him some so my guess the retriement Wanda and Cosmo went on was just the thing they needed to focus on their marriage issues and get better with themselves and their marriage again because blaming a kid for ANYONE’s marriage going bad is awful; also with Rules needing to be changed and then blaming Timmy? Heck man rules for everything need to be updated all the time if it wasn’t for Timmy some other kid would’ve come along and made wishes just as bad and then needed to be fixed too but the thing is with Timmy he’d relies himself when he made a bad wish and then wish to fix it himself

I’ve never seen Dev / Remy or any of Wanda & Cosmo’s past god kids regularly go to fix their own mistakes; my guess is Jorgen had to step in and do a lot of damage control on those kids like he had to do with dev; Timmy

Would fix his own mistakes when he relies he made bad mistakes and not all of Timmy’s wishes were bad ones like quite a few times Timmy had to make wishes to fix up the havoc his birth parents created themselves (or in some cases Cosmo’s mistakes as well) heck in a new wish series Hazel had to fix a lot of Dev’s bad wishes

So in conclusion Timmy’s a pretty good kid at heart he’s just dealing with a lot of very selfish adults in his life and seems to have clean up all their mishaps and it’s thanks to Cosmo and Wanda that he can )

ok so guys i just realized it’s been a year since i shifted for the first time oh fuck oh fuck i literally forgot about it, and to celebrate i’m going to share the story and also talk about the creation of my bg3 dr because i’ve never actually talked about it on here before. just keep in mind this was a minishift, but i believe it’s my first actual shifting experience (at least my first major one).

backstory:

i don’t remember the exact date i shifted but it was in october, specifically after october 3rd, 2023. i think at that point i had been trying to shift for 3 years. i seen a picture of astarion on tumblr and i’m like who is this man ?? and then i immediately bought bg3 without knowing anything about it lol.

naturally i have to shift to hang out with this guy, it’s just the way of things. i loosely scripted my wake up scenario and nothing else, and I didn’t make a physical script, just a mental one. i knew i wanted to wake up in a tent in the camp, with astarion there with me. i wanted to hear the other companions talking outside, and i wanted to hear birds chirping. i didn’t script anything else because at the time i literally didn’t know anything about the game, i didn’t even script any info about myself. just specifying because you don’t need a script to shift, and you don’t need to know anything about the place you’re shifting to to shift.

i discovered bg3 on october 2nd or 3rd, and i spent most of october trying to shift there. if i remember correctly most of my attempts were just using intention. i don’t know when my actual shift was, but i think it was in late october.

this shifting attempt was different than all of my other ones, it felt different. i was going to bed, and usually when i set intention to shift i actually mentally say the words “i intend to shift” to myself, but during this attempt i didn’t even feel the need to say it, it’s like i could feel it would happen and saying it didn’t matter. i was fully confident i would shift, i didn’t worry about it not happening, i didn’t visualize anything, i didn’t even imagine myself waking up there (or not waking up there). and then i fell asleep.

i sleep on my back with my head under my blanket and when i woke up i was in that same position, and i could tell that the sun was shining by seeing it through my eyelids, which let me know it was morning. i could hear very faint talking outside and i heard birds. i felt a presence near me, i believe sitting on the edge of my bed. i didn’t feel fully there, it kind of felt like an out of body experience. i could feel my dr body and my cr body at the same time, and even though my eyes weren’t open i could fully sense my dr surroundings, like i knew what the inside of my tent looked like even though i didn’t script anything for it, i could tell gale was outside of my tent, i knew it was astarion that was next to me. i was probably there for like 2 seconds and then i came back. when i shifted back i woke up like normal, i wasn’t fully awake right when i came back to my cr, i woke up like usual. it took me a minute and then i was like omg i shifted :o

i know for a fact it wasn’t a dream because i’ve had dreams where i thought i shifted in them, and i get really happy after i wake up, and then i reflect on it and it becomes super obvious it was just a dream. when i think about this experience it just feels like a memory, not dreamlike whatsoever (it also just didn’t feel like a dream when i was there, not even a lucid one).

i just thought it was cool because i had a shifting experience to a place i had only been trying to shift to for a month, and i had been trying to shift to my beatles dr for like 2 years with no minishifts lol. i’m also happy that my first shifting experience was to a dr instead of a random place. it’s frustrating though because now i try to shift the same way and it hasn’t happened like that again yet.

my current bg3 dr is very different now and i have a fully fleshed out script. i’m going to be sharing another shift i had (my first shift where i opened my eyes) because i realize i never made a post about that one either.

Hello Anon! And that I will gladly answer this for ya! I will start off with Callie and Graves!

Between the two. Graves age is 40 years old in 2022. I don’t exactly know WHEN is his birthday and I got that age from one of @sleepyconfusedpotato post about the COD characters age which you will see right here!

Anyway, since Graves is 40 years old at the releases of MW2 in 2022. And Callie (my SC OC!) is in her late 30s. Sooooo. Somewhere between 36 to 40. But she’s not 40 years old at that year. She’s not born the same year as Graves. So I was thinking that she’ll be���2 years younger than him!

So she was 38 years old in 2022 when they released MW2 and turned 39 in 2023 when they released MW3 campaign.

Yup. She’s getting old. But still got that young beauty features.

So to answer this one for you Anon! Graves and Callie as being the siblings. They are about 2 years apart!

And now for Tiala, Kanoa and the rest of their siblings! Be prepared! For this is gonna be a LONG one!

We will be using Tiala as our main character to know the age difference between her and her brothers!

Starting off with her ELDEST brother, who had sadly passed away, is HŌNE TOA. Hōne had passed away at the age of 35 and that’s when Tiala JUST turned 16 years old. The day when she was waiting for her older brother to come home. So between 35 and 16. Hōne is 19 years older than Tiala. And the day that MW3 had been released, Tiala should be 28 and she’s 29 right now turning 30 years old this year in November. So for Hōne, in MW3 he should be 47 years old and he should be 48 right now and turning 49 this year in October.

Ok! Next up, we had SAMI TOA. Tiala’s 2nd older brother. Sami is only 3 years younger than Hōne. So between him and Tiala. He’s 15 years older than her. So going by the timeline of the campaign. In MW3, Sami should be 43 years old and he should be 45 right now since his birthday is around April (his birthday is around that month).

Next is RANGI TOA. Tiala’s 3rd oldest brother. Rangi is only 4 years younger than Sami. Between him and Tiala, he is 11 years older than her. Going by the timeline. MW3 he would be 39 years old. He should be 41 years old right now since it’s already past May (that’s his birthday in that month).

Now next up is your favorite BOI! KANOA TOA! Tiala’s 4th oldest brother! He is 6 years younger than Rangi and is 5 years older than Tiala. So in MW3, he should be 33 years old and is 35 right now since April had already passed!

And now to the younger brothers!

First one up is HEMI TOA! Tiala’s 5th youngest brother! Hemi is a police officer in American Samoa taking a police academy class. So between him and Tiala. He is 6 years younger than her. In MW3, he should be 22 years old and is 23 right now and will turn 24 years old this year once October comes.

Next one is IOSEFA TOA. He is 3 years younger than Hemi and is 9 years younger than Tiala. He’s in college right now since he signed up for it after he graduated from high school. In MW3, he should be 19 years old. Already turned 20 this year since February had passed.

TAMAH TOA is next y'all! We’re almost there! Tama is 1 year younger than Iosefa and 10 years younger than his older sister. He’s not taking classes or even working. He just usually stayed around the house to help out his parents. He sometimes assists his father in the mechanics of fixing the cars or trucks. Anyway, in MW3 Tamah should be 18 years old and is already 19 this year since April had passed.

FETU FETUAO TOA is next on the list! There’s only ONE more and then we’re done! Fetu is 1 year younger than Tamah and is 11 years younger than Tiala. He’s in High School at the moment and is ready to graduate. So he was 17 years old in MW3 and is already 18 since March already passed and graduated from High School!

And lastly, the TWINS! IONA and KIONA TOA! The twins are also 1 year younger than Fetu and 12 years younger than Tiala. And they sure are some troublemakers. The twins were 16 years old and were in high school. So in MW3, they are 17 years old and still in school. And will turn 18 this year until September.

Predicting S2 Part 2's release given the leaks about a teaser today because I was losing my mind over it last night

Ok. I don't know if a teaser has released yet (if it is), or the clock has started ticking, but I'm not checking until posting this so that I don't possibly spoil myself for predicting.

However, I am going to try to predict the US release, using the leak that apparently a trailer is leaking today, May 2nd, and patterns from different first teaser releases and the actual episode releases.

To start, let's see the difference in time between the first teaser drop and the episode drop for each season part so far:

The first teaser for S1 P1 released on April 1st 2023, and the episode drop June 1st 2023. A difference of 2 months

S1P2's first trailer was August 30 2023, and episodes dropped October 12 2023. Difference of 1 month and 12 days. Expected the difference to be larger, at least two months, but we'll still use this because it's important.

S2P1's first trailer was January 31 2024, and episode drop April 4 2024. Difference of 63 days (about 2 months and 3 days, but February a weird ass month so I'm not really messing with that)

Anyways, onto the estimation predictions. this is just to see the general area we will land. This doesn't mean that the amount of time between this teaser and the actual release will be the exact same as the differences above, as they seem to vary a lot.

So here are the estimates. But I do want to note that none of them land on Thursday, which all of the previous episode drops have. However, we can still estimate from here.

So the possible Thursdays, based on the weeks these estimates land on are June 13 and July 4.

But another pattern I also want to note is the fact that currently at least, all the episode drops all have a number to do with 4, whether they're a factor, multiple of, or are 4 itself.

Meaning that July 4th is more likely.

And given the possible "Finland episode releases in July 1st", possibly a bit more likely. Though, since it won't be exactly a day before like it was last time, Finland may be having a random premiere. Or Netflix is throwing random dates at everyone for shits and giggles.

So, likely prediction:

July 4th

But what if these leaks are wrong? There are two other possible Thursdays during the summer following day patterns (if not teaser and release difference patterns). These are:

Thursday, June 20th

and

Thursday August 8th

Plus, if Part 2 wants to wait longer to be released, a possible fall day, being Thursday September 12th. Though that feels a lot less likely.

Or Part 2 of season 2 is going to break multiple of these patterns and prove all of these predictions wrong. But it was worth a shot

COSTUME CONTEST

There will be a costume contest BUT it is slightly different from what you’d expect. The object of this contest is to try to be as convincing as your costume character as you can. Everyone will vote for the top 3 costumes - again, the voting criteria being that you had NO IDEA WHO THEY WERE. We’re looking for the best actors here and the top 3 winners will win 200 points each!

Alright, so here’s how it’s going to work - create a side blog for each of your characters’ costumes. THE URL SHOULD HAVE NOTHING IN IT about your actual character. Remember, you don’t want people to know who your character is. This goes for IC and OOC. PLEASE, don’t break the game. It’s not fun if you break the game.

On your sideblog for your character’s costume, post a photo of your costume including the mask. Once the blog is built and photo is posted, add the URL and costume to THIS GOOGLE DOC. Also, posting throughout the party will be done all F2F. There will be no online or tumblr based starters.

Ok, this part gets a little confusing. IC - this event only happens on Saturday, November 2nd. BUT, OOC we’ll be ‘freezing time’ to allow this event to be played out for a weekish (November 1st - November 9). Again, it’s all happening IC on Saturday. Please keep the dash strictly Masquerade during the whole event.

The other part of the “don’t think about it” part of this is we need to kinda fake things about our characters to avoid being discovered. For example, since this takes place AFTER locktober, no one's locked for this. Or, Austin won't show his accent to avoid knowing who he is, etc. So just kinda suspend your disbelief, please. This goes for physical attributes, accents, etc.

OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER when making your blog:

Take off auto-tags if you have a way you tag things regularly, or just tag differently

Don't post photos or manips displaying your face claim in your costume, EVEN IF YOU'RE TRYING TO HIDE THEIR FACE. We know, I assure you.

Don't talk OOC about what costume your characters are wearing

If while playing, you miss something please utilize tumblr's asks/messages and message from your sideblog, not your main.

Don't reuse former Masquerade side blogs (not everyone deletes people)

Look out for OOC traits/behaviors which might identify you

Any triggering plots or plots involving a lot of people need to be approved.

If your student character participates they will receive 50 points. Participation will include at least some decent activity (just a post or one/two replies will not count.) Gimme at least one thread and I’ll count it.

Just finished watching 3rd Life!!!! I was a bit busy so I couldn't do it as quickly as I wanted to but I made it.

I watched Grian's pov as you suggested and holy fuck was that a ride. I have Thoughts.

Grian and Scar. Scar and Grian. Those two shared a braincell and Grian had it for most of the series.

Grian I think had the most kills out of anyone by the end of it??? Guy really thought he could use Scar as an excuse to satiate his bloodlust without losing any lives. He was 100% correct.

Scar had a lot of kills too, didn't he? Especially in the Dogwarts war. Even if he is the goofy boss to Grian's competent right-hand man, it was nice to see him get down to business as well.

I'm focusing a lot on Scar and Grian here, but I would also like to give a shoutout to Jimmy for being the first person out. From what I hear it's pretty on-brand for him and it makes me think Scott was his Grian. For a second I thought it was Cleo tho.

The Battle of the Red Desert was painful to watch lmfao.... Scar pulled the lever, Grian. Wrong time tho.

Can't be good at building without being good at demolition. Grian really likes TNT, doesn't he. Just pray he never improves at redstone, I think it's best his traps stay broken.

I learned from a comment section that Impulse was killed for a clock that belonged to him in the first place. Rough going, buddy.

Scar's second death had me wheezing.... that's how you know he had some sort of plot armor on, no matter what Grian might say, cuz no way in hell did that guy become the first red name and stay alive for 2nd place.

That was the most Canadian fistfight I ever did see. Scar's muscles did not help.

Grian I see is associated with a bird sometimes? I don't know the reason for that but I find it interesting considering he killed himself by jumping off a cliff.

All in all....... yeah I really liked it!!! I have only watched Grian's pov tho, so if you recommend checking out any other POVs, I could do so. Not sure if I'll be able to watch any of the other Life seasons soon, as I might start dipping into, y'know, Hermitcraft/Empires (thanks to you, really!), but we'll see.

scar is goofy and silly and also bloodthirsty. he's so much fun. he can go from himbo to terrifying red life so fast.

yup, very on brand. poor jimmy. scott is kind of his grian? he's definitely the green to his red, and smart to his stupid, but their vibes are pretty different from grian and scar. they're husbands rather than boss and right hand.

i cannot physically express how disappointed i was when the explosion didn't kill anyone.

impulse's death... oh i feel so bad for him. you could hear him starting to say bdubs' name as he died. i had to stare at the wall for like five minutes after that scene.

the only reason scar lasted so long was because of grian. if they hadn't teamed up, he would have died much quicker lmao.

grian is usually depicted as a parrot hybrid. i'm not sure why, i think it started as a hermitcraft fandom thing that bled into his other stuff. people often fannonized as birds falling to death is one of my favorite things. i can't get enough of it.

if you want to watch more povs, i would recommend martyn or scott. martyn's is good if you want to understand the dogwarts side of things, and scott's is just one of my favorites.

i haven't watched any hermitcraft myself, but i plan to one of these days. empires is one of my favorite smps, and really what got me back into mcyt. if you ever do get around to watching the other life series, i think you'd enjoy them!

So back in like October I got in some drama in a server I'm in (I'm not gonna say what server I'm just gonna say it was the server of an artist I use to really look up to)

But yeah I was friends with one of the mods/server owners friends let's call them Tiffany

So me and Tiffany agreed to ship our wh ocs (let's call the ship MM)

Ok real quick ill just go ahead and make a name list thing:

Server owner: Britney

Owners friend that I became friends with: Tiffany

Ship me and Tiffany made: MM

My friend: Amanda

The server: the Britney server

Other person that shipped their oc with Tiffany's: Megan

Ok so now that that's all cleared up

So it originally started when I made a small vent drawing in the server vent chat

(I covered up the pfps for privacy sakes and for my sake)

But basically it's a vent of my holding my pfp at the time and my face being static with the discord pfps of artists I wished to draw like

I had forgotten to put that this vent wasn't me trying to attack anyone and according to Britney this had made people upset

They never told me who got upset so I couldn't personally apologize to those people

But me and Britney sorted it out and I told them to apologize to the people I had upset since Britney never told me who got upset

They said ok

After a bit , I slowly noticed that Tiffany never drew any MM stuff (which I didn't really mind)

But then I noticed she drew a bunch of ship art of Megan's oc with hers

So I nicely tried to ask/suggest ideas for MM art

As you can see I made it clear that they didn't need to if they didn't want to

But she never replied so I just dropped it

And I slowly started getting more depressed cause Tiffany seemed to be ignoring me and the rest of the Britney server

So I asked my friend Amanda if she could help

So she tried to subtly bring up MM

But as you can see

She got ignored aswell

As I slowly got more and more depressed a few other small problems happened (my writing on a magma was removed and a few people moved their drawings a little for me to fit something)

And just when I thought I couldn't be depressed enough

I got a dm during school from Britney saying they kicked me from the server due to my behavior and stuff

Calling me immature, etc

And since we were no longer in the same server, I couldn't dm back an apology, so I asked my friend Amanda to help me

I then made a vent on here, but they forced me to delete it

They also were taking their friends side saying I was trying to force people and guilt trip people into making MM ship art WHEN I CLEARLY DIDN'T

Nitpicking ACOWAR Ch 15

I had meant to upload this awhile ago but I honestly forgot and was working on other things. Also October is my favorite month (it was also my birthday month) so I just wasn't in the mood to be thinking about this book. I've been working on writing for November too so I also didn't want this on my mind either.

Anyway...

This got a little long so I'm just putting 1 chapter for this post and possibly the next.

Chapter 15

-”They did not leave the palace built into the upper parts of a flat-topped mountain overlooking the city. They did not ask for anything, or anyone.” I’m pretty sure the sisters can’t even leave the House of Wind without help anyway. The 2nd sentence doesn’t equate to the 1st with how it’s written.

-”Unsurprisingly, Cassian and Azriel were casually seated in the dining room across the hall, eating lunch and marking every single breath Lucien emitted.” Lucien was given the ok by Mor yet Cassian and Azriel still think he’s a threat? Also “marking every single breath” should be a metaphor, not framed as literal.

-”Cassian smirked at me, brows flicking up.” Why? It bothered me that ACOMAF characterized Cassian as just someone that makes innuendos and nothing else, I assume this is going back to that?

-”I shot him a warning glare that dared him to comment. Azriel, thankfully, just kicked Cassian under the table.” Yep, Cassian was going to go back to being a living innuendo again. I forgot how bad these interactions were again.

-”I fought my cringe as I halted in the threshold.” Sentence that describes how I feel about this book.

-”I fought my cringe as I halted in the threshold. Lucien was still in his travel-worn, filthy clothes. His face and hands, at least, were clean, but … I should have gotten him something else. Remembered to offer him—” The others didn’t offer Lucien any change of clothes?

-”The thought rippled away into nothing as Rhys appeared at my side. Lucien did not bother to hide the slight curling of his lip.” So, because Lucien still dislikes Rhys, Feyre is just going to hate Lucien because of it? Like offering courtesy to your “enemy” doesn’t mean your giving in, or at least I think so.

-Lucien stares at the rings on Rhys and Feyre’s fingers. That’s right, they eloped off-page for some reason in the previous book.

-”I’d told Rhys before we did so that I had half a mind to deposit his ring at the Weaver’s cottage and make him retrieve it.” I don’t even know why Feyre forgives Rhys for this. That whole plot point was awful.

-[He’d laughed and said that if I truly felt it was necessary to settle the score between us, perhaps I could find some other creature for him to battle—one that wouldn’t delight in removing my favorite part from his body. I’d only kissed him, murmuring about someone thinking rather highly of themselves, and had placed the ring he’d selected for himself, bought here in Velaris while I’d been away, onto his finger.] I feel Rhys would have deserved being skinned alive by the Weaver for what he’s done. Instead this is used as “playful banter” and it sucks. Also that was a really clunky way in bringing up that Rhys bought a ring.

-”Any joy, any lingering laughter from that moment, those silent vows … It curled up like leaves in a fire as Lucien sneered at our rings. How close we stood. I swallowed.” It’s almost like even if Feyre is happy, reality is still there, and how messed up it is that she ended up with Rhys after everything that he’s done. To what Rhys has done to Lucien (in the 1st book).

-[My mate leaned against the carved archway and drawled to Lucien, “I assume Cassian or Azriel has explained that if you threaten anyone in this house, this territory, we’ll show you ways to die you’ve never even imagined.”] I choose Lucien over Rhys any day.

-”Indeed, the Illyrians smirked from where they lingered in the dining room threshold. Azriel was by far the more terrifying of the pair.” Azriel is also bad at his job and is boring, how terrifying.

-[“But,” Rhys continued, sliding his hands into his pockets, “I can understand how difficult this past month has been for you. I know Feyre explained we aren’t exactly as rumor suggests …”] I remember that “sliding his hands into pockets” is supposed to be threatening but it’s just goofy to me. And I hate it.

-[“Elain has been cared for. Her participation in life here has been entirely her choice…] Yeah, I’m sure they were her “choice” just like all the choices he gave Feyre too.

-Rhys explains things about what happened between him and Feyre to Lucien.

-[“I will only say this once,” warned the High Lord of the Night Court.] I know this is supposedly supposed to be threatening but it comes across as childish to me.

-[“I was going to call the wedding off,” I cut in, taking a step toward Lucien. “You knew it.”] I honestly wish Feyre did go through with calling it off instead of dealing with what happened in ACOMAF.

-[Rhysand went on before Lucien could snap a reply, “I was willing to lose my mate to another male. I was willing to let them marry, if it brought her joy. But what I was not willing to do was let her suffer. To let her fade away into a shadow. And the moment that piece of shit blew apart his study, the moment he locked her in that house …”] Why aren’t either Feyre or Rhys letting Lucien even say anything? Also keeping note of this “explanation.”

-”His wings ripped from him, and Lucien started.” I don’t remember his wings working this way in the 2nd book?

-[Rhys bared his teeth. My limbs turned light, trembling at the dark power curling in the corners of the room. Not fear—never fear of him. But at the shattered control as Rhys snarled at Lucien, “My mate may one day find it in herself to forgive him. Forgive you. But I will never forget how it felt to sense her terror in those moments.” My cheeks heated, especially as Cassian and Azriel stalked closer, those hazel eyes now filled with a mix of sympathy and wrath.] It got even more childish than I was expecting.

-[I had never talked about it to them—what had gone on that day Tamlin had destroyed his study, or the day he’d sealed me inside the manor. I’d never asked Rhys if he’d informed them. From the fury rippling from Cassian, the cold rage seeping from Azriel … I didn’t think so.] How does Cassian and Azriel being angry mean that Rhys didn’t tell them what had happened? Also Feyre really should go over boundaries with Rhys because yikes.

-[Lucien, to his credit, didn’t back away a step. From Rhys, or me, or the Illyrians.] I really hate the posturing these characters do.

-”The Clever Fox Stares Down Winged Death. The painting flashed into my mind.” I’m starting to think I should go back to save all the titles of Feyre’s paintings to show how dumb they are.

-”...his expression smoothing into lethal calm…” I hate how calm is used next to lethal.

-[“Feyre did not dishonor or betray Tamlin. I revealed the mating bond months later—and she gave me hell for it, don’t worry. But now that you’ve found your mate in a similar situation, perhaps you will try to understand how it felt. And if you can’t be bothered, then I hope you’re wise enough to keep your mouth shut, because the next time you look at my mate with that disdain and disgust, I won’t bother to explain it again, and I will rip out your fucking throat.”] Because Lucien was glaring at them we got all of this posturing shit from Rhys? This reads like a middle schooler writing about “owning” a bully and I find that funny. Also Feyre didn’t give enough hell to Rhys honestly, she just hid away in a cabin for a week.

-”Rhys said it so mildly that the threat took a second to register. To settle in me like a stone plunked into a pool.” The threat became even more pathetic.

-[I counted the heartbeats, debating how much I’d interfere if he said something truly stupid, when he at last murmured, “There is a longer story to be told, it seems.”] I’m pretty sure Rhys is the one that said stupid things. I know Lucien has to give in to keep his life intact but I don’t think if he heard the longer story that it would change his mind (I’m sure SJM will just write Lucien changing his opinion on Rhys anyway.)

-”And then … I’d have to figure out what to do with him. Unless my mate already had some plan in motion.” Welp, whatever friendship Feyre had with Lucien, it sounds like it’s dead.

-Feyre tells Lucien she’s going to see her sisters and asks if he wants to come and forces a grim smile.

-”Lucien weighed my offer—and the three males monitoring his every blink and breath.” I’m so lost by this.

-”He only nodded. Another wise decision.” I wasn’t going to include this but I keep staring at it. Lucien is surrounded by assholes and I just want him to be ok, I just want Feyre and Rhys to drop dead for doing this to Lucien. I used to only just find Lucien ok but this book has made me like him more.

-”We were gone within minutes, the quick walk up to the roof of the town house serving as Lucien’s tour of my home. I didn’t bother to point out the bedrooms. Lucien certainly didn’t ask.” I know that Feyre is with Rhys and the townhouse is her home now but I don’t think she even knows what’s even in the house?

-”Azriel left us as we took to the skies, murmuring that he had some pressing business to attend to.” Making a note of this.

-”There were indeed matters afoot. Plans in motion, as they always were. And once I finished visiting my sisters … I’d get answers of my own.” This phrasing bothers me, I don’t know why.

-”The House of Wind had been carved into the red, sun-warmed stone of the flat-topped mountains that lurked over one edge of the city…” I don’t recall the mountains being described this way in the 2nd book?

-Feyre continues to describe things by listing stuff. Mentions Hewn City.

-”...tucking in strands that had been whipped free by the gentle wind Rhys had allowed through his shield while flying.” But why let wind through his shield? Also I don’t remember a shield being used for flying being a thing in the 2nd book?

-Feyre mind-speaks with Rhys and tells him to go inside the House of Wind, she wants to talk to Lucien. Rhys makes a bad joke by suggesting Feyre’s going to push Lucien over the railing, another reason why I hate Rhys. The more this book throws Lucien under the bus the more I’m going to like him. Feyre at least has the decency to glare at Rhys for this.

-They bring up discussions they already had. Lucien being confused by Velaris, etc.

-[His eyes dropped to the carved balcony rail. “Even though we had no part in that … I’m sorry. But —that’s not what I meant.”] Is this supposed to make sense?

-Rhys and Cassian were eavesdropping, what a way to respect Feyre’s boundaries there.

-Feyre tells Lucien about what happened with Rhys in an attempt to bring him comfort that Elain and he are safe here. Feyre also brings in Rhys to tell his side.

-”None of the vulnerable, sorrowful bits that had reduced me to tears in that mountain cabin.” The parts where Rhys justified why he treated Feyre terribly? To “protect” her? And Feyre just accepted it because the author said so?

-[When we were alone, Lucien rubbed his eyes. “I’ve seen Rhysand do such … horrible things, seen him play the dark prince over and over. And yet you tell me it was all a lie. A mask. All to protect this place, these people. And I would have laughed at you for believing it, and yet … this city exists. Untouched—or until recently, I suppose. Even the Dawn Court’s cities are nothing so lovely as this.”] Ah, there it is, the justification that what happened is “fine” and Lucien accepts it too. Like, Lucien was there UTM and even saw Rhys parade Feyre half-naked and give him lap dances while she was drugged, and here he is pretty much going “well, if there was a reason behind it then it must be ok.”

-“We don’t—we don’t enforce protocol and rank here.” That’s funny, that’s exactly what Tamlin said in the 1st book.

-[“Obviously. Rhys lives in a town house, by the Cauldron.” He waved an arm to encompass the city.] Remember when Rhys mocked Tamlin about enforcing rank? I know that the book claims he was pretending but I find it ironic.

-[“I hadn’t realized I was a villain in your narrative,” Lucien breathed. “You weren’t.” Not entirely.] Making note of this.

-”I didn’t add that Rhys had told me my sister hadn’t asked about him at all.” An earlier chapter had Mor tell Lucien that Elain was waiting for him, it was framed like it was the truth but then why drop it? It served no purpose.

-Feyre leaves to see her sisters, Lucien tells her to go get him when she’s done and waits by the railing.

-Mentions of Elain and Nesta have connecting rooms. They find Nesta in a library.

-Cassian is tense while they go to meet with Nesta.

-”...the three of us strode down the stairways of the House, the red stone halls dim…” I’m going to have to find out if the walls are red back in the 2nd book aren’t I?

-”Cassian volunteered no information. And I might have asked Rhys down the bond had he not opened one of the doors.” I see everyone is really bad at boundaries in this book series.

-Feyre notes Nesta is more relaxed than she’s ever seen her, until Nesta notices them and she goes back to how she normally is. Feyre also notes that Nesta was beautiful as a human but is even more devastating as a High Fae. Feyre focuses on how Cassian is reacting to Nesta.

-”She was in a pewter-colored gown, its make simple, yet the material fine. Her hair was braided over the crown of her head, accentuating her long, pale neck…” Making note of outfits for funsies.

-[As her focus again returned to Cassian and she added, “What do you want?” I felt the blow like a punch to my gut. “At least immortality hasn’t changed some things about you.”] Nesta gives the most mediocre response but it’s framed like she’s being mean? I was expecting something else I guess.

-[Nesta’s look was nothing short of icy. “Is there a purpose to this visit, or may I return to my book?” Rhys’s hand brushed mine in silent comfort. But his face … hard as stone. And even less amused.] Nesta had been reading and got interrupted, so her response makes sense. But Rhys? It’s not even that bad. What was Feyre expecting exactly? This whole thing is framed so weakly.

-Cassian becomes an asshole and gets into Nesta’s space and looks at the romance book that Nesta was reading.

-[Nesta whirled to me. “You—accomplished it?” I clenched my jaw. “We’ll see how it plays out. I made sure Ianthe suffered.” At the hint of rage and fear that crept into Nesta’s eyes, I amended, “Not enough, though.”] This is one of the things that bothers me with SJM’s writing, having a ‘good’ character, no matter who, always responding with anger for someone else. It makes characters act too similar to each other.

-[“And, again, why are you here?” She snatched her book from Cassian, who allowed her to do so, but remained standing beside her. Watching every breath, every blink.] I know SJM just wants to make it clear that Cassian is interested in Nesta but this is a little too much, it’s made worse that it’s from Feyre’s POV too. Like, my siblings have never been nosy about each other’s romantic relationships so I find this weird.

-[“I wanted to see you,” I said quietly. “See how you were doing.” “See if I’ve accepted my lot and found myself grateful for becoming one of them?” I steeled my spine. “You’re my sister. I watched them hurt you. I wanted to see if you were all right.”] This bothers me, having Feyre speak “quietly” with Nesta makes it look like Feyre is being treated like a victim here even though in previous books Feyre had no problem arguing with Nesta before. It comes across like Feyre is doing it deliberately instead of what SJM intended.

-[A low, bitter laugh. But she turned to Cassian, looked him over as if she were a queen on a throne, and then declared to all of us, “What do I care? I get to be young and beautiful forever, and I never have to go back to those sycophantic fools over the wall. I get to do as I wish, since apparently no one here has any regard for rules or manners or our traditions. Perhaps I should thank you for dragging me into this.”] Nesta has already been shown to be bothered by becoming a High Fae and she has every reason to be but this is framed like it’s an attack on Feyre and I’m confused on why it is?

-[Nesta snorted. “But it’s not me you should be checking on. I had as little at stake on the other side of the wall as I do here.” Hate rippled over her features—enough hate that I felt sick. Nesta hissed.] I’m confused why Feyre is bothered by this? Because Feyre has already expressed she doesn’t like Nesta so why does she care at all? Feyre didn’t seem to care about Nesta in the 2nd book, so why change it? Like, in the 1st book Feyre wished her sisters would starve to death, she clearly doesn’t care that much about her sisters.

-[Rhys’s jaw clenched. “I have asked you over and over if you needed—”] Feyre’s sisters have no reason to like Rhys, what was he expecting?

-[“Why should I allow any of you”—the last word was shot at Cassian with as much venom as a pit viper—“to get near her? It is no one’s business but our own.”] Why is this framed like Nesta is in the wrong for acting like this when it makes sense to be like this?

-[“Elain’s mate is here,” I said. And it was the wrong thing to utter in Nesta’s presence.] What did Feyre expect by bringing that up? Why is SJM writing her like this?

-[“He is no such thing to her,” she snarled, advancing on me enough that Rhys slid a shield into place between us.] Rhys thinks so little of Nesta that he really thought Nesta was going to hurt Feyre? SJM is really going out of her way to make Nesta the bad guy here. Also I get the impression that Nesta knows she has a mate and is angry about it and is projecting onto Elain here. If I was Feyre I’d be pissed at Rhys for putting up a shield here, I also have an older sister I don’t like but if I had someone that I was dating pulling this I’d be very angry at them.

-”As if he, too, had glimpsed that mighty power in her eyes that day in Hybern. And did not know how it would manifest.” Another thing, so in the 2nd book Tamlin loses control and almost hurts Feyre and it’s framed like he’s being abusive even though it was an accident. SJM is setting Nesta up to be just like that here, and it’s wild that accidents are seen as worse than intentional abuse.

-[“You’ll what?” Cassian crooned, trailing her at a casual pace as she stopped perhaps five feet from me. He lifted a brow as she whirled on him. “You won’t join me for practice, so you sure as hell aren’t going to hold your own in a fight. You won’t talk about your powers, so you certainly aren’t going to be able to wield them. And you—” ] I forgot how much of a dick Cassian is. Also are they going to force Elain to meet Lucien? No wonder Nesta is being protective over Elain.

-[“Shut your mouth,” she snapped, every inch the conquering empress. “I told you to stay the hell away from me, and if you—” “You come between a male and his mate, Nesta Archeron, and you’re going to learn about the consequences the hard way.”] Cassian is on my shit list now, it’s becoming a long list now. I hate the mate bullshit in this book series so much.

-[I cut in, “If Elain is not up for it, then she won’t see him. I won’t force the meeting on her. But he does wish to see her, Nesta. I’ll ask on his behalf, but the decision will be hers.”] Why is she directing this at Nesta? Cassian literally said “you come between a male and his mate…” and yet Feyre dismisses it and goes for Nesta instead?

-Nesta brings up that Lucien sold them out to Hybern (even though it was Ianthe but I do get that she’s angry so I give her a pass because she doesn’t know any better). Feyre says it’s complicated. Nesta brings up their father, Feyre dismisses the concern and thinks in her head that she is glad that she doesn’t have to explain to her father what happened because he's been doing business on the continent for a few months.

-[Nesta only shook her head, turning toward the chair and her book. “I don’t care. Do what you want.” A stinging dismissal, if not admission that she still trusted me enough to consider Elain’s needs first.] I guess a lot of people like to be dismissive towards Feyre, I guess she’ll have to get used to it now that she’s with Rhys, who also has been like that. Nesta’s motivation makes sense though, she has no reason to trust anyone from the Night Court but she knows she has Feyre’s trust.

-[“I’m sorry, Nesta.” She didn’t answer as she sat stiffly in her chair, picked up her book, and dutifully ignored us. A blow to the face would have been better.] Why would physical assault be better than being ignored? Also of course Nesta won’t say anything, Rhys and Cassian are in the room, what does Feyre expect? She'd get a different response if it was just the two of them.

-Feyre is more concerned with how Cassian feels about Nesta now, she seems to care more for a relationship than her sister. I know I wrote that Feyre doesn’t care that much for her sisters but this makes it even more clearer where her priorities are.

-They move on to Elain next, the room is filled with sunlight and all the curtains are pulled back to bring in as much sun as possible.

-”Her hair was down—not even braided. I couldn’t remember the last time I’d seen it unbound. She wore a moon-white silk dressing robe.“ Keeping note of appearances, this one is Elain.

-Feyre makes note that Elain still wears her engagement ring and that she has become too thin and as pale as fresh snow.

-”Nesta’s rage was better than this … shell.“ So, Feyre finally realizes how bad things are for her sisters. Also I see where some of Nesta’s rage comes from, she’s upset about what has happened to Elain.

-Feyre is making a lot of comparisons to death about Elain.

-”I had done this. I had brought this upon them—” Actually yeah, it is technically Feyre’s fault, she had no reason to tell Ianthe anything about her sisters but she did it anyway. And then she got her sisters involved again in the 2nd book. I don’t have any problem with Feyre making this mistake and I’m glad the book doesn’t brush it away (like it does with the other things). Though the 2nd book had a weak reason for Feyre telling Ianthe anything (Feyre wasn’t honest with others but suddenly decided to tell Ianthe things? It wasn’t built up well).

-Elain wants to go home, Feyre says she knows. Then Elain brings up that her human fiance will be looking for her, they were supposed to be married next week.

-[I put a hand on my chest, as if it’d stop the cracking in there. “I’m sorry.” Nothing. Not even a flicker of emotion. “Everyone keeps saying that.” Her thumb brushed the ring on her finger. “But it doesn’t fix anything, does it?”] One of the few things I like so far.

-Feyre freaks out and Rhys comes in to comfort her, one of the few times Rhys does something right. Elain repeats she wants to go home when Rhys asks her if she wants anything.

-Lucien apparently lied about staying on the balcony because now he’s at the doorway instead. Of course SJM has to make it all about how the sisters’ “mates” are reacting to them huh?

Hi!! I deduced from you asking about Liam and Sam that you must be a new-ish critter and I wanted to welcome you to the fandom, and also come infodump to you if that’s ok!! Sam and Liam ARE platonic soulmates! In fact they love each other so much it helped start Critical Role!

They used to have a podcast together called All Work No Play where they would go hang out together and come back and talk about how much fun they had. It was literally just an excuse to hang out more cause they were so busy with their jobs and kids. One thing they planned to do for AWNP was play a D&D oneshot for Liam’s birthday, DMed by their mutual friend Matt Mercer. And that game was the very first Vox Machina home game!

You can still find the episode of AWNP where they talk about planning the game (and Liam helps Sam come up with his character: a gnome bard who is “just the worst”) and the next episode where they’re excitedly talking about how good the game was and they wanna play more.

So yes, you’re correct in sensing chemistry between Sam and Liam. They’re so close it’s a running joke that they’re married and in love. Their love and want to hang out with each other helped create Critical Role :)

Hi! I am a new-ish critter!

I knew of them when I tried to watch, and be a part of, Geek and Sundry back when the channel started (BIG fan of Felicia Day). I didn't watch Critical Role because I was big into tabletop gaming at the time, and not at all into role playing. Got 2nd hand embarrassment and thought I was "too cool" for it. Yeah, I woke up from that LOL

Was a fan of Ashley Johnson before I saw her on the channel, and became a big fan of Sam, the "goofy, really cute dude" as I knew him because I didn't know his name.

Cut to me getting a job, Felicia leaving the channel, Zac creating Hyper RPG and getting involved in Power Rangers. Hyperforce was my first ever role playing experience. The 2nd hand embarrassment was STRONG but I toughed it out because the story was real interesting and I wanted to enjoy this world. Low and behold, that cured my stigma against role playing!

Cut, once again, to following people on Tumblr who happened to be in the Critical Role fandom, The Legend of Vox Machina coming out, my love for "the goofy, really cute dude" reemerging. I'm pretty sure that's how it all went.

ANYWAY I started watching Campaign 2 back in October/November '23 and I'm in love with all of it! The cast, the characters, the story, the game. I bought so much dice. Well not so much, but for someone who doesn't play games of any kind anymore, that's a lot of dice.

Persona 3 Problems: Maiko Birthday Shenanigans!

Interesting things going on with Maiko in the fandom. Won't say what but let's just say......jail to that person (and *saves screenshot* At least FeMC fans have ammo to fire back TT0TT)

BUT besides that......welllllll. That post made me realize something. Atlus is inconsistent about her age!

Maybe that's why I thought Maiko was A LOT closer to Ken's age than I originally thought, but the game (iirc OG/FES/3P) actually says she's a 2nd grader. I DO remember P3P stating that, because that's the version I usually play (SHOCKER! in my defense half of it is because it's usually on the go, and the other half is I like seeing differences between the male/female sides....it's also faster). Anyway, it was also the first thing I checked when I did a playthrough, so I'm fairly certain.

Buuuuut according to the wiki (fandom one, I know I know, issues, I'll see what I can do about updating it, but I have to bring ammo/screenshots u_u), she's a Libra (ok so far so good, also Nanako is a Libra, ironically, also Nanako is in 1st grade iirc), and she's.....9. HuH? Wut?

Apparently P3P will list her as 9 years old. Specifically on the TV missing person announcement..... Which I do vaguely recall them mentioning her on the TV, I don't remember the age they mentioned. ;w; So I'll need to double check that.

Anyway this is a problem, because it doesn't make sense/add up, and contradicts the line about being a 2nd grader (fun fact: if you clicked the link above, Maiko is born the same year as Futaba, but Futaba should be a year ahead of her....tho iirc P5S states Futaba's been held back a year? So now they are ironically in the same grade? TT0TT). 1st graders in Japan are generally 6->7, and 2nd graders are 7->8, 3rd 8->9, 4th 9->10, 5th 10->11 and so on! So Maiko can't be a 2nd grader and 9 unless she was held back....which the OG text doesn't indicate. But if she WAS 9, she'd be either a 3rd or 4th grader (Ken is 5th grade). I'd have to check, but I coulda sworn she was much smaller than Ken (who would only be a grade or 2 above her).

Fun fact she goes missing (assuming the websites are correct) around 10/21. I'd have to look at the timing of the news broadcast, but that would mean she we missing 1) a little while after her birthday (between a few weeks to literally yesterday) , 2) it was on her birthday (;w;), 3) it was the day before her birthday (;w;)

Because of that ONE day, it's hard to tell if it's saying she JUST turned 9, or is actually about to turn 10.

Her birthday, if the 2nd grader thing is correct (along with the Libra thing), she'd be turning 8 in 2009. So 2009-8=2001! So her birthday should be c. September 23-October 22, 2001 (she'd be 14->15 in P5 but 15 in P5S. Futaba for ref turned 15 before P5 started and turned 16 near the end of P5, and is 16 in P5S)

If the 3rd grade theory is correct, the the birthday would be: c. September 23-October 22, 2000 (this would put her in the same year as Futaba, assuming Futaba didn't drop out originally)

If the 4th grade theory is correct (assuming she hadn't had her birthday): September 23-October 22, 1999 (this would put her in the same year as P5MC/Anne/Ryu/Yusuke, for reference on Ken, Ken is in the same grade as Goro/Mako/Haru).

The fandom Wiki seems to be going for the latter two (if you read the hovered note).

Personally? I think P3P just.......made a mistake (people like the bring up "Atlus can't math" a lot esp with that one thing with P4, so it's not that far fetched). That OR (which I think is funnier and more tragic TT0TT). Her parents reported her age wrong. ajskdflj;f

I mean, they are in the middle of (or just finished their) divorce. They are both a taaaaaad bit neglectful since they don't realize Maiko's been hanging out with a high schooler for so long (as well as planning to run away). So I wouldn't be surprised if they fucked up the reporting lkajfdsljfaka So it might not be a Persona 3 (Portable) Problem, but a .....Persona Parent problem! ;D

ANYWAY, this is something I wanna keep an eye out when I replay the P3 games (along side when I'm playing P3R). So expect a sequel post.
