I don’t know why I make my life harder when it’s already bad enough 💀

Well for starters i like to get my first draft (writing ideas in general) on paper. I need to organize my thoughts. But it’s impossible on laptop/phone (at least for me?). When I think of something to write about I have so many ideas (like a lot). And sometimes I even picture entire scenes that I need to write down before I forget. But also I like to leave myself little notes about how exactly I have to write it and in what direction I was going etc. (After putting my ideas out I kinda shut down and go relax tho 💀)

The thing is: I have hyperhidrosis since I’m a baby. Yes. Every time I have a strong emotion (anger,fear, stress, excitement etc) my feet and hands start sweating. The stronger the feeling the more they sweat.

Oh yeah. Being concentrated can also make my them sweat. So when I brainstorm for ideas or when I get excited or frustrated by ideas (or the lack thereof) my hands start sweating. The paper gets wet and I cant write anymore. So I have to switch to my laptop rewrite the draft on it since it was on paper (yeah idk why I make this harder for myself) but that’s no big deal actually cuz I usually edit as I go. Good things all my ideas are already on paper cuz u bet I get fed up after 2 paragraphs lmao

People used to the scoured clean parades and squares of the upper levels and senate district complained about the insects that scurried and crawled amongst the lower levels of the city planet, pulled towards the neon lights of signs from cracks in the buildings but Feemor was glad of the little lives surrounding him. He smiled beneath his mask when a moth landed on his helmet. It made the hours standing guard over the scattered Temple entrances far more joyful.

no hassle at all! i'm happy to share! here's a photo summary of the tools i use:

all in all, i use a variety of tools, and a good majority of my tools are from the dollarstore, walmart, or were a gift. i personally find working with inexpensive tools helps me feel more free to use my tools. even my sketchbooks are from the dollarstore.

ultimately it's not the tools that are important, but the artist who learns how to use the tools to make the art they want. sure there are limitations and challenges to working in traditional art, but that's also what makes it fun! so no matter what you use—traditional or digital tools—have fun with it!

Small Sprite Practice with some OCs of mine

Lately I've been learning to use Adventure Game Studio so I can create a game with some Ideas I have, these are the first Sprites of the characters.

Ely (The girl in the first Two) and his companion Dan (the ghost in the third one)

I made some Base ones, ones talking, and I'm working on adding Dan's Hat to Ely's sprite while she's possessed.

The idea for the Game is they run a business that consists on charging people to unhaunt their properties by helping the ghosts move on while also investing why Ely is the only person capable of seeing ghosts.

Dan can possesses Ely to interact with NPCs or objects and he has different dialogue from Ely, of course there are Puzzles that can only be solved by one of the two.

Again so far this project (Working title Hex on the Shelves) is in a very early estate, so far I want to make a prologue demo to test my abilities.
