Hello! My user is a joke. I lost a really bad bet. I associate myself with Bro Strider and draw myself as him. :) I am a new artist, and this is my first time doing digital art. I began drawing roughly 6 months ago, I am still learning. I only have access to windows Paint, and draw with my mouse. My pronouns are bro/broself, you can call me Bro. I am 23 years old and if it isn't obvious, I love Homestuck Requests are open I am Christian and will draw Bro Strider with a cross on him to express that. Dirk and Bro headcanon:

People love to make Bro the one with a ton of scars and a broken nose (I get it, it's hot), but I really feel like it'd be the opposite when it comes to comparing them.

Dirk is the one fighting off drones all the time, even getting pinned by one in canon until Sawtooth swoops in. He's far from being a master at fighting, despite still being very good at it. Even at the end, he gets pulled into the Jack sandwich. Dirk would absolutely be covered in scars and bruises and a broken nose.

Bro, meanwhile, had a relatively cushy life on a normal earth. I feel like he's never lost a fight. MAYBE nicked a few times by Dave (bc it's apparently harder to fight an inexperienced swordsman than one who relies on form), but any real scars would either be from himself or medical scars (trans Bro/Dirk). He's too damn fast to take a hit from anyone. Also, uh, the meteor?? He's an expert at using that sword. Which is probably why he felt confident enough to face Jack one-on-one, he doesn't know the fear of losing a fight. And he would've won that fight, too, if it weren't for Bec suddenly introducing godlike powers.

Point is, Bro's spotless. Dirk is the one who'd look a lot more rough.
