Why not!!!), and they were the who gave me a request (first writing request too!); “Can we get maybe............flor x reader going on a date on her birthday......i want her to be happy...”. Summary: Reader plans their date with Flor, and it so happens to be on her birthday! (September 25th) .. just some fluff, relaxing with each other, having a good time! (Kinda like a silent film thing, hope that's good)

Three specific dividers are by @/ sisterlucifergraphics ! Biggest credits to them.. absolutely love their graphics (& thank you again for doing my request)

-> Flor, who.. funnily enough, is a hybrid. Hybrid created by.. whoever fits the bill- and a hybrid of what exactly? Well, a hybrid of a Hedgehog and a Echidna. Why? ... Ehhh.... Well, why not? (Taking DNA of some other hedgehogs and lasting scraps of Tikal)

And so.. well..... She mainly takes her looks from the echidna side. Red-orange (burnt peach or terra-cotta for specific) fur color, the quills, almost everything of her screams echidna. But there are also parts of her, very small, but too small? That make her different from regular echidnas from the stories; and it's the fact that her tail is more streamlined then tri-crooked (tho it's still crooked.. just not three times).

And with the small fact that.. like.. she has visible ears (not just holes on the side of her head like other animals and mainly reptiles, iirc). Though, they get covered by her dreadlock-quills, and a bit of a headband or bandana head scarf

Which leads into the fact that she also wears -wears bots, a jacket (tho not fully sipped and also how she shows off her shoulders like that), and yk.. having pants... Anyways.

-> Flor, a hedgehog/echidna (hedgedna? echidehog?) hybrid who has a job as protector and trainer to others- gets carried away with doing such things and has been extra busy that she has lightly forgotten that her birthday is very close (practically coming up in a couple of hours!)

I will be Your Fool

It's one of those days where Flor is just spending time working out dates, talking with parents or just lone adult trainees, and all of that. And it's very easy for her to forget that something special is going to happen (tho, she does know that something is going to happen, just not the special part)... today? Or is it going to happen tomorrow?

With all of that happening around, she just can't help but move around the house in anticipation. Tapping her foot, shaking her legs, shaking her head, her hands shaking. (Okay, she needs to stop for a moment and just ...rest. Just breathe)

(Just breathe; ....1...2..3— rinse and repeat. Easy! Calm downnn, girl. Just a bit more, and then a small chill time, then back to work— ooorrr... Maybe not?) she would lightly smirk at the end of that thought process, to appear calm right in front of you

"heyyyy, hon...." Saying with a small strain? in her voice while slicking back a few quills that have stood up by her shaking, just to appear calmer and more.. clean(?)

"What brings ya here ...?" She questions, sounding a bit more calmer than before (which she does a very tiny celebration with a sigh). And while that happens, you just cross your arms and tap your elbows.

Which she understands fast to what you're trying to say even before you open your mouth to explain and answer her question. And that makes her look down, and start to lightly sweat bullets in a cartoon-y fashion, while still having her strained smile on (which eases into a small one that isn't strained, but that's not the focus now)

Then after doing that, she then looks around and just verbally sighs and so she re-fixes her dreadlock-quills and just... Stands up. Away from desk and chair and planning dates. Kinda reckless, but she gets where you're coming from; needing a break.

And... She sighs again, with a much more kinder smile on her peach muzzle.. "yeah ..yeah, yeah. I know- it's dark out. ..."

And just like that? She heads her way to the shared room, and to her area of the bed (her tail wagging nonsensically). Just to get ready for tomorrow..

The big day is here!

The big day is here!— (all according to plan..) ... It seems like Flor doesn't even notice the date (or maybe she did? and doesn't think that anything will happen despite the fact that she mentions her birthday a few times and mostly with enthusiasm but then shrugs it off without a care due to stuff that have happened before when she did mention her birthday and how she remembers stuff). Well, maybe that's for the better. Added with the fact that.. well, today is a day where she can relax again (as told by you, since she seems to be stressed? when doing the schedules, and when you said that she could take another day-break, she had taken it well!.. a two day break is honestly what she needed this week..)

And it's a day (thought not just any day) where you have a surprise for her!

"'Can you ask me something..?'— Of course!" She repeated the question you said to her and then answered it with a smile (she loves questions that she can answer), "you know you don't need to ask me that, right?" She says (again, not really remembering the other times where she was overstimulated and didn't answer any questions, as she was in her bed sulking)

"Am I willing to go outside? ..I mean ... Sure?? Today is my second free-day!" She again repeats the question, answers with confusion but then smiles. "What's the reason for it?" She asks (even though she can guess but she doubts it)

"Can't tell me???" She then pouts and crosses her arms, but she's fine. She can handle that

-> Honestly the fact that you're hiding something on this day is very suspicious to her. But whatever floats your boat, and she won't really pry into it, all that much (even though her tail couldn't stop wagging at the mere mention of the surprise. She absolutely loves surprises)

-> Disguising the date as a surprise, you just said it was something you wanted to try out!

-> Flor, being antsy but with.. joy? If that word fits, it feels like something will happen. And well- something always happens, but not that kind? More in the sense that she feels like that she should dress for the occasion-type of gut feeling.

-> But since that's more of a gut feeling and you combine that with how this is a free day for her, she decides to like ..not listen to said feeling. It would just kinda be too much to do, yk? She went in a more casual style. Formal but still her, and not too formal. Just to listen to the feeling,for a bit. even if she really shouldn't have..

(DATE, Start!)

-> I like to think that this will be like... One of her first dates with you. That's how I've taken the idea, and it's quite nice

-> When the fact that this is a Date-Date, comes to her head- it's when she becomes fully red in the face and seems to not have any words to say... yet her tail seems to have "words" to "say" by the fact that it's endlessly wag away (it's a miracle that she hasn't even fly away by the fact that her tail wags way too much, and even whenever her tail wags endlessly!)

-> The idea of having this birthday surprise be a date, is like. All too much, but in a good way you know? She's really. Glad. Fortune!

The fact that this is one of her first dates and its one where you want to spend it on her birthday? Aha.... Thats—

Having no words to say when you explain how this is your gift to her.. she just. Suddenly makes weird noises and gestures to thin air and nothing around the both of you, as you sit on the booth.

This is something she just. Never knew??? That would?? Happen to her?????? And on her birthday??

Why. Shes honored, as hell.

Truly something that she won't ever-ever forget! (After she was done with her gestures and weird sounds, she soon just goes to hug you very tightly because, oh holy fuck??? Your... You're very kind to her. To the point that she has felt like that she can literally fly, with the way that you always make her tail wag! Along with her heart racing!!)

This is my revamped intro post!

This sideblog was made by @sotogalmo for venting purposes, but this will also just be more exploring who I am, finding some terms that might fit and such, along with things I'm uncomfortable with posting on my main (ranfren mainly, but also with some Hetalia posts, etc).

Almost a lot of my posts would be me wondering about my identity (therian, otherhearted, copinglink, etc for example) — I follow from @sotogalmo . Do know that I'm trying my own way of healing along with any time I can go to therapy. My New Year's resolution for 2025, is to be kinder and the first step is to be kinder to myself.

Please refer to me, if you were to ever talk to me— as.. anything befitting for me. I don't mind as I will accommodate to that role for you (but don't use living language to refer to me. I am a being, but not fully alive; a dream, if that makes sense)

I might even think I have other mental illnesses. But I'll make sure of that with my therapist (I most definitely have some sort of derealization/depersonalization of sorts, I heavily might have BPD, depression of a weird kind, etc. but I'm settling for the fact that I'm just a weird girl)

I separate a lot of my feelings to be their own characters. And then those characters would be then influenced by other characters. And then they just become different parts of me. That's why I use their names and such (most notable is Kel from OMORI)

I heavily relate to winged cats, Maine coon cats, dogs?, bleeding heart doves, Garrett Schmidt, Satoru Tsukada, sensations of being a robot, Satan from Obey Me, Itzusumi from Dungeon Meshi, Luka ALNST, There Is Something About Amy! (Series) Amy Rose, maids, dreams and especially Geno Sans from the comic Aftertale. Sometimes I will say "me" when you refer to a character (canon character or your own oc it's only because I heavily relate to them and they have shaped me as a being- which I will project onto them). I might relate to characters you hate (Alnst Luka is one of them I believe).

A warning: I am emotionally apathetic, I am used to many gross and scary things, I am forgetful. But I am also obsessive and generally unpleasant to be around.

Summary: just some fluff with the Guardian of Dreams<3 ..nonverbal yume my beloved . Just you and yume having quality time in silence (wrote this with qrp in mind, but it can be taken as purely platonic, and such)

-> Yume, guardian of Dreams, once again fitting for his name as he looks quite like the boy from your dreams. Minus the fact that he looks like Hyper Sonic, similar to Yokubo but instead of a golden hue, hes mainly- plainly white; but his body rapidly flashes in pink/bright red, sky blue, lime green, yellow, white and violet, as a reference to the emeralds that Sonic needs to get to go Hyper.

Yet another way that he looks similar to Yokubo, is how he also has a missing eye, that is also covered just like Yokubo's. Desires and Dreams go hand in hand, right?

But also, he is different again by how he wears more traditional Japanese kimonos with a light hint of some princess in it, but nothing too much (reference to princess from slay the princess) than anything greek-like(?) that Yokubo wears, but he also looks more effeminate (curse sonic for reference). Only in the body portion wise..? If that makes any sense

-> Yume, guardian of Dreams, being a guardian of Dreams, is like being special add on, in a way. There's already enough guardians for the things that Lord X needs. Along with the fact that Yokubo, guardian of Desire, also fills into the role of 'Dreams'

But that doesn't mean he isn't fully gone. He is with them monthly; as he checks up on them. Oh? What does he do when he's done checking up on them?

He visits you, of course! He's faithful, and a one&only type of guy at the end of the day.

Who would he be if he didn't at least go to check up on his partner?

Let your tears run free, let out your heart

A portal opens, and some noises can be heard from the geta that the sonic-lookalike is wearing. Stepping into a void, but it's not lonely

Not to him, even if the void.... Lives to its name. The only thing that's different is that you are here!

The void is never "the Void" to him when you're in it.

And that's all he needs right now—

After dealing with Kofuku's hijinks, the fights that the others have regarding their daily living and beings as Lord X's Guardians, ..basically overall the conflict that they have .. daily? He doesn't know, but he's tired now.

And all he wants to have is a break from their loudness— to be in a quiet place; taking off his geta, placing them in an area where you put them away on, as he sighs

Teleporting to your side and then just plopping on the ground closest to you. Being with the other guardians have seriously worn him out.

So now he just wants a small break from it all— having his tail be the only indicator of his feelings. Which is nothing but positive ones, since he's back!

Having the tail swish back and forth, slightly mimicking a wag. Yes he's happy. But he has done a lot of brainpower to keep the form he has consistent and in good shape (he changes form quite often to fit others view of him, and all. That's one of his powers as an out of this world being). But here with you?

I suppose he can decompress and just 'twitch' around and change while being still, and not have to say a word since he's ..heard a lot.

Or maybe he's just exhausted. Not thinking much of that anymore and of anything really, he just yawned. And got more comfortable in the area he was laying on, just to make sure he didn't at least corrupt some parts of himself

Yup, just exhausted— so you do the thinking while his brain is 'off'. And.. well. Nothing much to think of, as he just started to purr.

Something he does that is ..universally known as the sound of when an animal (mainly a cat) is content.

And he is.

He is content in this silence with you.

He doesn't need much to be happy in all honesty. He's easy to please. And all he wants is to spend time with his partner..

Along with his purring, his deer-like tail is also wagging. Again, he's content. He doesn't need much, and he's easy to please.

Being with you in silence is so much better than not being with you and only in silence and a hospital-like white light area that can drive anyone mad for as long as they stay in it. Already 'glitching' out is ..quite painful? enough, and if he had to stay in the Void?

Without you? For that long?

He would be driven mad to no end, in no time.

Ah, he shouldn't be thinking of that... Again with letting out a yawn as a sigh, and his deer tail wagging (it never really stopped wagging)— and with a slight pat on his head from your hand, he really did stop thinking about those logistics. Purring, and just smiling again

This might be nothing for someone else, but?

To Yume?

This is everything he needs, he wants, in the moment.

-> I kinda find the idea of you being shorter, very funny because then Yume can just like. Pick you up. No trouble at all- but then again you could be taller than he is initially and he can still pick you up since he can get taller than you. But to not make you mad when it happens all the time, he lets himself also be picked up by you, by making himself smaller too

-> his "glitching" is non-lethal. Doesn't really cause harm

-> Being the guardian of Dreams, his form turns into things/people/creatures that the dreamer is moreso comforted by. Not scared by, but if it is someone he doesn't really like.. he plays a trick on them and tries to give them a scare

Yes, he's a guardian, yes. He knows that. But he'll just shrug and say one of the iconic lines of Sonic; "gotta go fast" and leave you hanging there with no answers

-> Being the guardian of Dreams, he is as vague as the dreams are. So the only constant that you can know that you had Yume in your time of sleep, is the "gotta go fast" and how vaguely, at the end of the forms he takes— is how he even looks like Sonic

-> Being the guardian of Dreams, just for something out of the Sonic constant is how I think he would like. Sing stuff (ik of sonic underground, the band that sonic used to have, and the sonic boom band too just saying) I think he would sing Sweet Dream (ALNST) and a few Malice Mizer songs...

Sorry that this is all I have...grah... This was fun to do tho! At least I did two sets of headcanons and a small story to it
