Does Owen maybe have any good memories with dear old dad? I know he’s a pos so maybe not a super great memory, but maybe one that gave Owen some hope that he could be a good dad, or one that he learned something from? As I write this I realize this will likely not be a happy memory at all, bc Owen will obviously just be let down. Just a thought

I think he definitely has ones where he sees the potential in George, this sign that maybe George does care about Owen and the people he’s had around him. I know he did deeply care for Melody, but unfortunately, he handled the relationship pretty poorly. I think even though Owen hasn’t had great memories with him, he has definitely learned a lot from him.
