I've read two volumes of manga yesterday before going to sleep. It was a romance between students at university, the guy helping the girl getting her self-confidence to be good at job interviews. They eventually fall for each other, kinda strangers to friends to lovers.

It was so nice to read, the art style so good, just look at it - don't mind the Polish language:

It's not really a big deal, there are a lot of manga like that out there, but what I wanted to say is that this genre of Japanese comics is making me feel good about myself. No bullying, no bad boys, no nothing. Just the usual - two people meet each other and they fall in love with time. It's romanticized of course, but comparing it to any European or American books I've read about love or watched romance in tv shows or movies, Japan (China and Korea too) is top tier in this genre, at least for me.

It's somehow different, of course there are big cultural differences, but they don't bother me. I like it and when the text is giving me that catharsis at the very end iititsit's 👌 - this is the thing that a good text should give to the reader in the end.
