Although Hemera has been developed from the ground up, it has been ensured that it maintains compatibility with the entire E3D ecosystem of. موضوع تفکیک فلزیاب ها به دو تقسیم بندی کلی : 1- تفکیک آهن و غیر آهن، 2- تفکیک به صورت just gold تقسیم می شود توجه : هیچ دستگاهی تفکیک ۱۰۰ ٪ ندارد و بهترین دستگاه دنیا هم نمیتواند طلا را به طور ۱۰۰٪ از مابقی فلزات جدا بکند و اکثر دستگاههای تفکیکشان به صورت آهن و غیر آهن می باشد پس فریب برخی از فروشندگان طمع کار را نخورید که وعده تفکیک ۱۰۰ ٪ می دهند . تفکیک آهن و غیر آهن نوع اول تفکیک آهن و غیر آهن که در دستگاهها به صورت Fe  یا (no (Fe نمایش داده می شود  و از نظر رنج قیمت هم در دستگاههای ۱۰ میلیونی الی ۱۵۰ میلیونی دیده می شود

همانطور که در تصویر مشاهده می کنید در تفکیک به صورت آهن و غیر آهن ، سمت راست فلزات با ارزش ، سمت چپ فلزات بی ارزش که . فلزات با ارزش عبارتند از طلا ، نقره ،مس ، مفرغ ، زرورق ، قوطی کنسرو ، قوطی رانی و تمام فلزاتی که آهنی نیستند فلزات بی ارزش عبارتند از آهن و آلیاژ های آهن ( به عبارتی ساده ��ر فلزاتی که آهنربایی هستند بی ارزش و فلزاتی که آهنربایی نیستند با ارزش شناخته می شوند ) و معمولا کاهش عمق بین ۴۰ ـ ۸۰ درصد است به طور مثال اگر عمق زنی یک دستگاه یک متر باشد در تفکیک حدود ۲۰ ـ ۴۰ سانتی متر می توان از عملکرد دستگاه انتظار داشت و  این مهم در تمامی تفکیک ها وجو دارد و در تفکیک just gold  هم کاهش متراژ خواهیم داشت تفکیک just gold در طلایاب ها نوع دوم تفکیک به صورت just gold  می باشد این نوع تفکیک در اواخر سال ۲۰۱۶ ابداع شد و باعت شد اپراتور ها راحتتر به نتیجه برسند و از نظر رنج قیمتی به قیمت خاصی محدود نبوده و از ۲۰ میلیون تا ۲۰۰ میلیون هستند

در just gold  ها فلزات با ارزش عبارتند از : طلا ، نقره خالص و استیل خالص ؛ فلزات بی ارزش هم عبارتند از : آهن ، مفرغ ، مس ، آلومینیوم ، قوطی کنسرو ، قوطی رانی و .. در این نوع تفکیک کاهش عمق دستگاهها بر خلاف تفکیک آهن و غیر آهن کمتر بوده و حدود ۲۰ ـ ۳۰ درصد است .

معایب تفکیک فلزیاب ها

مشکلاتی که این دو نوع تفکیک دارند : فرض کنید فلزی ۵۰ درصد با ارزش و ۵۰ درصد بی ارزش باشد که دستگاه نمی تواند تشخیص دهد فلز با ارزش است یا بی ارزش مشکل بعدی که در هر دو نوع تفکیک وجود دارد و باعث می شود خطا بین ۲۰ ـ ۴۰ درصد بالا رود این است که حالت all metal  باید قبل حالت analyse باشد یعنی اول یک فلز را شناسایی کرده بعد سراغ تفکیک آن بروید سومین مشکل که در هر دو تفکیک هم وجود دارد مربوط می شود به یک سری از فلزاتی که در دور خود میدان مغناطیسی ایجاد می کنند و باعث اشتباه دستگاه می شوند که دستگاه به عنوان فلز با ارزش تشخیص داده به طور مثال فلزاتی که استیل آهن دار هستند ، که آهن به مرور زمان پوسیده شده و استیل را دستگاه به عنوان با ارزش شناسایی می کند . یا مثالی دیگر ورقه های نازک آهن در زیر خاک به مرور زمان به دور خود میدان مغناطیسی ایجاده می کنند که دستگاه به اشتباه فلز با ارزش تشخیص می دهد یا برخی زرورق ها که از آلیاژ استیل ساخته شدن که دستگاه به عنوان با ارزش شناسایی می کند که البته بستگی به اپراتور هم دارد که داده های حاصل از دستگاه را تجزیه و تحلیل کرده و تشخیص دهد فلز باارزش یا بی ارزش است.

مشکل تفکیک فلزات حجیم در فلزیاب ها مشکلی که برخی دوستان دارند و شاید کمتر کسی به آن اشاره کرده  وقتی است که یک فلز حجم دار مثل شمش طلا در جلوی دستگاه قرار می دهید ، دستگاه به عنوان فلز بی ارزش تشخیص می دهد که البته مشکل دستگاه نیست و عرض خواهیم کرد

مطابق تصاویر اگر به اشیایی که از زمین خارج شده اند مانند کاسه ، جام و ظرف طلا دقت کنید اکثر اجسامی هستند که سبک و نازک هستند که با تکنولوژی الان هم قادر به ساختن چنین اشیایی نیستند و قیمت اصلی این اشیا هم به این دلیل است و در طراحی دستگاههای فلزیاب برای اینکه خطای دستگاه به حداقل ممکن برسد مخصوصا در تفکیک just gold  طوری عمل کرده اند که یک سری فلزات حجم دار که شامل فلزات باستانی نمی شود به عنوان بی ارزش شناسایی کند البته با حالت all metal  شناسایی میشوند و دستگاههایی که نشانگر عمق دارند می توان با شناسایی عمق فلز حجیم که اگر در عمق بالایی باشد با ارزش است به وجود فلز با ارزش پی برد و همچنین باز هم به مهارت اپراتور بستگی دارد و همچنین آموزشی که شرکت ارائه دهنده دستگاه به شما می هد Read the full article
