I'm scared, this is the first time in my life I've felt secure and confident in myself for this long

ever since I cleared 100% on a whole unit, getting HDs and realising that I actually suddenly know what I'm talking about, it's like.. I just.. do things?? I met up with my singing teacher to jam and I was. so chill! I didn't worry at all, I just jammed, even when my early morning voice broke a bit. went to class and went thru an assignment I didn't realise was due in a week and realised I knew it'd turn out fine.

this is insane guys, less than 2 years ago I got a small assignment and had a nervous breakdown bad enough to be hospitalised for a month. I'm scared, bc what if I do something in my confidence and fuck it up and never feel confident again?

but I'm trying to just enjoy this feeling. I always assumed I didn't know anything bc I haven't managed to make it through any of the studies Ive started. but like. I started reading about psychology when I was 10, stealing my dad's books on depression to try to work out what was wrong with me, on my own. Ive been in therapy a long ass time, spent years researching and reading books and learning from people's experiences. turns out this makes university psychology REALLY easy lol
