It's my birthday so I wanted to share a self-indulgent head canon I have. So Dibble? That boy stinks like cat. Absolutely reeks of at least 3 of those cats, and he has absolutely no idea. He wonders why other cats tend to give him a wide berth, and it's because he's wearing the olfactory equivalent of a large sign saying "OURS OURS OURS, GO GET YOUR OWN". I'd be happy to hear about any cat-like quirks and behaviours you may have for the gang!

It’s a given that the gang have very sharp hearing and sense of smell. Spook especially has the best hearing, which makes the fact that he’s losing it all the more tragic.

They all have very good night vision, as well.

They have fantastic balance and can stand and move even on thin poles and ropes

When talking/chatting to the people they’re really fond of, they tend to brush their pelts against them when they’re in the right mood, and as they turn, their tails wrap around them in that soft way cats do

And I don’t know if I should call this a headcanon or just straight up canon, but the cats are very protective of their alley and turf, especially T.C. It’s their territory, and that includes everything, maybe the humans in it too lol or at least that one blue boy

I have a couple more that are very common knowledge cat quirks when you actually hear them, but I’m waiting to write them into CGaL for plotsies and funsies 😏

I read at a snail's pace and finish a book at least once every solar eclipse but I still love books somehow--

House of Leaves!! That's the first thought that came in mind-- I've been meaning to pick it up for a while based on what I've heard-- I heard it's one hell of an experience, and I love that. <3 I love wacky books and I crave them >,3c

I'd also love to read the rest of the books from the Ringu series- I started Spiral a long time ago but finishing Loop, Birthday, S, and Tide would be neato!
