I'm curious how our alienkin community matches up with humans' depictions of aliens in media (which tends to lean very human-like).

Aliens, how human-like are you?

-Timelord style (Looks exactly human, only alien internally)

-Startrek style (Human-like with minor differences)

-Humanoid (Bipedal, roughly human shaped but obviously not human)

-Completely inhuman

-Shapeshifter, asking what I look like is meaningless

-Something nuanced I didn't think of

-Not alienkin

unexplainable experiences

ah yes, the parts of nonhumanity that are hard to explain or decipher to yourself, let alone other people. discovering yourself is a journey, and working out every detail to find yourself can be frustrating.. i know these feelings very well.

off and on over the years i always felt this pulling or calling to someplace else in a different time or universe, but i never knew why or where i was being called to. i mostly cast it aside and blamed it on my depression and neurodivergency in general but recently this feeling has become intertwined with my nonhumanity, and im wondering why that is? i just feel like i dont belong to this earth on a spiritual level. im connected to it and the people that are closest to me, and for the most part i do feel at home here.. but there is this feeling of feeling out of place, spiritually and physically.

at my core, i also feel like just a huge mass of stardust. i dont know if that makes sense. there's my soul which reflects the different nonhuman aspects/forms that i take, and then at the very core of my soul is a collection of stardust. i feel like a bunch of stardust or some creature belonging to a different time or universe. it would make sense as to why i feel out of place and why these feelings are suddenly becoming merged together with my nonhuman self if i really dont originate from earth on a spiritual level.

this probably doesnt make sense to anyone but maybe someone understands or can guide me a little bit. im very lost as to who and what i am and why in this lifetime ive come to this planet in this body.
