#dragon age tag #i doubt that will see much use again..but who knows. vvv rambling below #weird game..the characters dialogue stuff and ending were good tho :')#i've played some of the first game but it kept crashing. i knew already despite knowing nothing that this guy was going to be my type #it doesnt feel right making video game art any more bc games like this end up feeling really personal - an experience that happened to me #if i design the main character a bit and fall in love then..that happened to me..i can't make Fan Art of that..only ive been through that..#like i cant make fanart of my dear companions in bg3 despite it having been a huge part of my heart in the last year #almost 1000 hours of playtime in something i can barely talk about bc it means too much.... lol #tons of ideas and conversations and extra thoughts and scenes and emotions about all the incredible times i've been through in bg3 #and the maelstrom just rotates around intensely in my own heart forever...but that's ok too...that is so precious to me #but fortunately i already knew people that have played this game and talked/drew abt it recently so it was saved from that for me #sharing scribbly fanart on my Blog is a way to capture the feeling just after experiencing something so it has good points #witch hat atelier escapes that by not being a GAME. games are so immersive. but my wha art & feelings are incredibly immersive too #which makes it difficult sometimes now. i live a complicated and emotional life <3 i am not suited to fandom <3 #my character ended up looking so much like oru without me realising that's what i was doing. Kind bearded fireball throwing gay mage. Hmm.#falling for a sad white hair memory trauma fellow that keeps you at a tragic distance. Hmmmmmm.#i see also how very much bg3 is inspired by stuff like dragon age now lol so i'm glad i experienced it. thinking about making a merrymaker that isn't, in fact, a joker fan-boy like they made him in the comics for some damn reason (LOL) and whom appears to he ironically nicknamed that until you really observe him / get close to him because this man tends to celebrate when he kills someone like some SICK and TWISTED menace to society since to him, this is the only way to keep his daughter alive.

this is because he saved her when she was on the verge of death by making a deal with a death god which ended with him basically becoming a zombie BC this would prevent them from getting in trouble for messing with the living as they ALSO have people they answer to... and this was a loophole to do that + he offered himself up to do literally ANYTHING to bring her back, which made this death god go 'HMM. anything, huh?'

and as a result, made him subsequently become this god's champion by bringing them souls that had somehow escaped them over the years, so yeahhh. eventually, his debt to them will be 'paid off,' but there are a SURPRISING amount of souls out there that have cheated death.

now, how are we feeling about this idea, ladies, gentlemen, and enbies? OH + he's also russian and oozes black stuff from his eyes as a result of being a zombie, as well as wears a plague doctor costume while delivering his uhh. Victims to this death god. so, i'm keeping his motif from the comics, but pretty much everything else about him is drastically different 💀 and he's also a pathologist + surgeon / researcher instead of a psychiatrist

The manga has ended a long time ago already I’m really surprised, but understandable as well given his personality and looks, one of my fave reborn characters so it’s cool.

#self promo.#ooc post.#AHH... hello everyone 👀 so i decided to make a new promo for this guy so i hope y'all like it!! tehe #a brief explanation of some of the symbolism is that the antlers atop blamore's FC's head here are supposed to be remisicent-#of the supernatural and/or god BC as y'all may know blamore really does believe in his own hubris sometimes and UHH well. one of the main-#themes that i'm trying to portray on this account is the idea of a 'false prophet' so i thought that it would be fitting if i stuck some #deer symbolism in here!! i also think its sort of ironic because the meaning behind them is often related to benevolence so like...#it could definitely apply to blamore in the way that it seems TOO nice but as a way of hiding its true nature underneath you know?#so on the outside it may appear to be friendly and good but those bleeding eyes are something i added to kind of reinforce this idea that #something isn't quite right with him through this promo (without completely giving it away haha).#and the swirls in the background do in fact form the shape of a tree branch so i also thought that that was fitting!!#going to put this under body horror just in case but i hope you all are having a fantabulous tuesday + like this as i've said :DD #tw: body horror.
