I don't know. I think they could very well end it at 8 seasons instead of 7. I do think 7 would be serious crunch, especially the way these writers like to work it. The second memory wipe took up a big chunk of the series. If it happened where Krilov states it did, then we're talking about 4 seasons worth of story. To do it comfortably at the pace the writers like, 8 seems more reasonable. While there isn't much of the past that needs to be covered, there's obviously a lot of the present that does. I think they're gonna skip completely over the Rederina reveal in S7, and leave it for S8. 

My playout prediction -

I think Tom and Agnes will be focal in S7. Agnes taking Tom's place in 5x8 with her rebirth. Scottie’s death immediate, and I’m leaning toward suicide opposite Odette in S4. I think losing Agnes will be too much for her to bear, like losing her son all over again. I don’t think revenge will be enough. So either by suicide, or she’ll end up in a mental hospital opposite Howard in Redemption. Then I think Solomon will end up working with Katarina. Keenler baby revealed along with the second memory wipe. Christopher's kidnapping and fake death with Richard Game. Katarina’s death will include Solomon and her team. I could see this playing opposite Ian Garvey in 5B. I could also see Fagen coming in specifically for that, since Ilya was there the night of the fire with Katarina - revealed in Rassvet. So yeah, I could see Fagen burning Katarina and Solomon alive just as Red would want them to. This would play opposite Kate jumping to her death, and link back to Tom’s S1 whisper. So for the S7 finale, I believe we’ll get Tom’s full-truth opposite Red’s. This would jump-start Liz’s war within herself because Tom is already dead. For S8 to series end, the path to healing begins now. The need to forgive herself, and seek what other truths Tom hid from her. S8 being Ressler and Liz investigating Tom opposite Jennifer and Liz investigating Red in S6. This pulling Fowler’s murder back in with Victor Fokin’s as both struggle with Agnes’ new identity. To have any real effect, they need Liz to believe she killed her mother. To not only come to terms with killing her, but come to terms with losing her. So I see her struggling with that as well. Takoma house and Rederina reveal. Finding out Red is her mother in series finale, opposite 6x22 finale - believing Red is Ilya. I do think we’ll get Keenler wedding bells, but Red will die in there somewhere. And I do think Red will be the one to reveal his truth to her.

Synopsis

Ten years after the massacre of the entirety of Ammeonys’ royal family, the Realm faces more danger than ever before; the land is dying, the people are rebelling against the Gods and Jaspar Claude’s return is rumoured imminent. His unrelenting search for the amulet of Saraphine and, in turn, the throne has begun, taking down the Realm, and those who try to defend it, in his wake.

When a 16-year-old Agnes Fagen finds herself thrown admidst royal politics, immense power and a murderous ex-prince, only the remnants of a memory burnt away can help her defend her friends, her family and her Realm.

It’s a race to the throne and with new enemies arising and a traitor among their midst, Agnes struggles to see a way to survive it all.

It was the second day of spring when Jaspar Mackenery returned to Cresidal.

He had been gone for two months on one of his expeditions through the sectors, most likely lingering in Sethan for a few weeks to indulge himself in its eternal summer and village markets. He’d always preferred Sethan to any of the other sectors.

Nobody had objected when Jaspar had announced his leave. It wasn’t abnormal for him to just disappear for weeks or months, and the palace residents didn’t mind, it kept him out of their way.

Usually he’d return loudmouthed and as obnoxious as ever, flaunting off an antique he’d purchased from the local market or a new power he’d discovered while visiting a temple of one of the oracles. Usually he’d bring back gifts: a new watch for the king; a new riding whip for the queen; a phial of water from the fountain of Neptune for the princess and the gift of his safe return for the other prince. Damon, oddly, never appreciated his gift.
