Have you ever considered that it's realistic that Pip isn't the witty good girl that she was from book 1 in book 3? She literally saw a man die right in front of her eyes and got gaslighted by Hawkins when she told him about her stalker. Her actions are pretty realistic, especially considering the situation she was in when she killed Jason Bell. It was a kill or be killed situation, and if she didn't kill him, then there was a high chance that she wouldn't be believed by Hawkins, and Jason would be free to kill again.

Hope this helps, because it gets on my fucking nerves when I see idiots on Reddit say that "Pip shouldn't have killed Jason Bell" and that "she should've been like how she was in book 1 in book 3". Okay bye <333

...I'm going to hold your hand when telling you this, but he's still a predator nonetheless for even engaging in the relationship in the first place. Despite the grief he was experiencing after Isobel's death, it doesn't excuse him taking advantage of Andie.

And also, he was in a position of power over her. He was a teacher, and she was a student. He was not "forced" into being in a relationship with her. Nobody forced him into buying a second phone so he could talk to her. Nobody forced him into meeting her at the Ivy House Hotel. He's a grown man who should've stopped the relationship from happening in the first place.

I don't care if he found the attention he was receiving from her as "nice", cause he still took advantage of a vulnerable girl at the end of the day. He was a grown adult who should've known better.

This is obviously not targeted towards everyone in the AGGGTM fandom. Majority of you guys are actually aware that Elliot's a terrible person. This is targeted towards the minority I see of people who still defend him, even though he's a terrible person.

Please stop defending him. He's a terrible person and nothing will change that. - Em
