A storytelling moment I love in Glass Onion is the throat spray. It works in the metanarrative as an excuse to not have any of the actors wear masks despite the setting, but it works in story too.

We're assuming this is set in late 2020 due to the Among Us popularity, so we're looking at peak first wave pandemic. The fact Miles has a throat spray that can, through some magic, stop the transmission of Covid for at least 4 days at the height of its spread, and the fact that, evidently, he has made no effort to mass distribute it, means either

1. This thing hasn't passed FDA approval and Miles still felt comfortable giving it to his 'friends', foreshadowing his apathy towards regulation and safety standards with Klear.

2. He's a selfish arsehole.

I saw you one rainy afternoon. The class was rowdy with no teacher in sight. I was standing there and you appeared infront of me. It was sudden, from one fleeting moment to the next. I felt my world stop and everything faded into indescribable blurs. The only thing i could feel was you and you filled my vision. Your smile made my heart skip a beat. I thought to myself, "I wish this moment would last." And then it ended. The world started spinning as if you didn't exist but you left an irremovable mark. I tried reaching out to grasp the remnants of your presence and the world kept stopping me, trying to tell me that you didn't exist. I won't lie and tell you that i never believed it 'cause i did. I doubted myself and what i saw. Was she real? Was i only dreaming? I kept trying to remember you grasping at straws, swimming against the current, telling me you weren't real. I thought to myself, "who are you? Where are you? Was it real or am i only dreaming" Then i thought it impossible for me to conjure an image of you and for something conjured to leave a mark even if things are starting fade. But you proved the world wrong. You showed me clarity and swept every doubt away, your voice cemented your presence and ensured that you would leave your mark. I tried looking for you, at the very least your name to engrave into my heart. Your name i knew but your person i didn't. I observed you and saw your care in you friends and your shyness but also your determination. Dont think me weird but i am enraptured with you. I want to approach you but guilt is gnawing at my heels for my ulterior motives. I worry that i am unable to give you the care and affection you deserve. I am only able to gather this tiny bit of courage to give words and let you know how i feel. I don't hope for a response, only an acknowledgement that what i feel is real. May you know that another person is added to the list of those who like you.

So Dani (13) has been adopted by Bruce Wayne. The bats don’t know about her ghost stuff and they think she doesn’t know about the vigilantism.

So one day she gets a really vague text from Danny tell her to come to Amity Park. She ends up getting there at around 12 pm.

And so did Damian. He snuck on the plane and followed her. Before Dani can send him back, the pilots gone back to Gotham.

And then the GIW shuts down Amity Park. Nothing can get in or out.

Apparently the government scanners think the ecto contamination is a deadly virus that spread throughout the town. The town is in a media blackout, no outside contact. they put Amity in a quarantine zone and are taking civilians in for testing.

It’s not testing

Not really.

It’s human experimentation, and none of the victims survive.

The Justice League has no idea. There’s no hope for the civilians of Amity. It’s too dangerous for any ghost including Phantom to show his face.

Damian left behind all his trackers, only keeping a emergecnyc beacon (after removing the tracer inside it)

But unfortunately, the ecto contaminated it and they need to ecto proof the parts and rebuild the beacon to use it.

Parts that are in the GIW main base of operations.

On. Ingo refusing to not have physical contact with Emmet for a solid 2-3 days after reuniting in Hisui. Irida sets up their tents right next to each other for comfort, only to find them clinging together in the same tent almost immediately

Would she have an older, more sociable sister who she bickered with constantly and was constantly dragged around by because her sister hoped she'd make at least one friend?
