Learning to swim is one of three 2018 goals. I’ve always loved the water. I’m almost 40 and I refuse to leave this earth not knowing how to swim. “You’re Jamaican and you can’t swim?” 🤦🏾‍♀️ That ends this year. ✊🏾 As I get older I seem to be less coordinated. So it was hard focusing on breathing, kicking my feet, moving my hand through the water, floating, but I’m trying and I won’t quit. I stick with 225 and did 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps for my week off from heavy lifting ...
